My dog had pooped in my car, so I took it to Elevated Auto Detailing to get it removed😁 It has never been detailed over the course of having it for about 8 years, so there were tons of stains that had been there for a long time. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED (from my cloth seats I might add). I was impressed and shocked. I would definitely recommend getting your car detailed here!! The before and after photos are impressive🤩

I got my car interior detailed here a couple days ago and I wanted to take a second to review it because initially I was upset. The inside looks wonderful and they did a great job. But, to my surprise the trunk was not included in the detail. If you go to other detailing places they also do the trunk for you which is nice and I assumed usually part of the interior package. Secondly, they texted me halfway through and informed me they found pet hair so they'd have to apply a pet hair fee. This was a surprise to me because, well never been an animal in the car so I asked her where the hair was. She said it was only in the driver's side but there was some. Not enough for the whole fee though, just enough for half the fee. Any hair would have fallen off of my clothes and that's it. So they must have seen the smallest amount of pet hair and just wanted to charge a fee but didn't feel comfortable doing the entire fee because they knew it wasn't right. Idk what the their thought process was honestly but I didn't feel like it was honest. After that I was upset and wanted to give 1 star but they did do a good job on the part they cleaned at least. When I got back they did also clean the outside of the car, but I didn't ask for that, I usually clean it myself and I felt like it was mostly for a photo shoot for the website because she had me stand by the car and take a photo. I asked not to have it posted though and respectfully they didn't so I appreciate that. But due to the pet fee, and the fact that they didn't even touch the trunk when other detailing services include it, especially when they could have done it instead of cleaning the outside of the car which I didn't want, I can't give them 5 stars. **update - i was contacted after this review and offered a free exterior detail, I declined because that's not why I gave the review. They will also detail the trunk for no fee but you have to specifically ask for it. This is not posted anywhere and they did not mention it to me so I didn't like that. But just know you have to ask for it or they won't do it. Next, they sent me photos of the drivers seat where they found the hair. I will say there's more than I assumed but in my opinion not enough to warrant a fee and it's only in the driver's seat. Thats the only photos I was sent at least but you can be the judge. I was still more than I thought. The owner I assume who texted me after has been very friendly and honest the entire time. They admitted they should have told me about the trunk and that the exterior detail was for social media. The tech did say that they told me it was for social media but that was a lie, that's really not a big deal though. That doesn't bother me at all. The trunk only being included if you ask but not one word being said is the main thing and just seems like the tech would want to do less work for the same amount. Thats what gets under my skin. I appreciate them trying to make it right though. I was asked to remove the reciew but I can't do that in good faith. It's just an honest review.

My Husband had his truck paint corrected, polished & coated by Hanning Automotive back in October. This past week we had my Civic in for a ceramic coating and PPF install and we are so very satisfied with the work. We also had his truck back in for routine maintenance and Corbin worked with our schedule to get the salt & dirt off from the winter weather and got it shining again. Had my M2 in for a paint correction and ceramic coating, I thought she couldn’t be cleaner when I dropped her off. The paint is like a mirror, and there’s not one crevice that was left untouched. Pretty sure it left the factory dirtier than this. Great work and wonderful people to work with.

Colton did an INCREDIBLE job at detailing the outside and inside of my car!!!!! It looks even better now then when we picked it up from the dealership - not joking!!! He was extremely detailed oriented, made sure the dirt and crumbs were out of every single crack and the floor board mats were spotless. The automatic wash doesn't work very well, the manual wash is dated and clunky and the guy that washes tires basically harassed and guilt tripped me into paying him for the tire wash. It's just an odd experience overall and I was not a fan.

From the very start Louis was awesome. Very patient asking the questions I had. That started the ball rolling. This is a investment for your vehicle so he helped me to understand why the need to do it but also the warranty that comes. Besides doing the protective coating they do tinting as well. Cesar is amazing. Very good customer service, as they had to order the tint I was requesting. That appointment to comeback and have that done has been set. Very easy to work with. They recently moved into a bigger place and have beautiful projects etc they are working on. They even were installing a bed liner on pick up truck. We used Top Notch Specialties for ceramic coating and PPF for my 2025 Tesla model 3 Performance. They did an outstanding job with that service. Today the mobile detailing service came out and did an Express Detail on the car and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Detail King enough. Benny is always very personable and kind. I can normally get on schedule within a few days. They have taken my truck from a muddy dusty mess on the inside to show room floor clean every time they detail it. I had my vehicle interior detailed a few weeks ago by this family run business. When they were done with it, it looked as good as it did from the factory. They took the extra time to make sure the job was done right even though it went over the estimated time to complete. Unlike some quotes I looked at before having the job done, the price quoted was not only way less than the others. It also included steam cleaning which was an extra charge from most other options. I will bring any future jobs to them for sure! Highly recommend these guys!

I got a dry and shine wash, at 6pm last night. Had kids in the car, once I got home I noticed my car was not clean at all. Unfortunately by the time I noticed they were closed. While in the area today I decided to stop by and ask for a rewash since it wasn’t done properly the first time. The workers told me since I did not stop and look at my car after the wash while still at the wash then it’s my fault. They called their office manager and she told them to tell me no, it’s my fault and the best they can do is give me a coupon and to give me her card (which I heard because the man put the phone on speaker). I left and tried to phone her, literally seconds after leaving and she won’t answer my calls. I understand if I waited a few days or a week, but I have my receipt it says 6:14pm, I drove to my destination which was main roads no dirt roads or gravel, and noticed it was not clean. By the time I was able to call them, they closed, which it didn’t matter because the number on google is their corporate number and not a direct line to their office. And apparently they close before 6 anyways. I’m not leaving a 1 star because I didn’t get my way, it was more of the fact that they are blaming me for not stopping and looking at my car. How would I have known to do that? Why would I need to after just having my car washed, it should be washed then right? EDIT: as you can see they replied to this review. I did as they asked and I emailed them. I get a reply on March 11th “Thanks for this information. I have sent this over to our Site Leader who will be reaching out at their earliest convenience.” And I gave them a week, and of course I have not heard from anyone. They are just trying to act like they care when they really don’t.

The employees are friendly, but I really don’t appreciate how dirty my truck remains after the wash. The fenders and wheel wells are never clean unless I do it myself. I just went through the wash and the front of the truck still has a lot of bugs on it (in February mind you). We have a monthly plan on 2 vehicles here and I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as this is a common occurrence and I don’t think I’m getting the outcome I’m paying for.

There are very few things that really SHOCK me at my ripe old age of 71. But I must say I was totally shocked by the quality of work that Craig/ PURIFIED AUTO DETAILING did on my wife's car. Her car looked like a new vehicle !!!!!! Inside and out.......... And the price for their services, absolutely can't be beat. Wonderful service, great price, I am definitely a regular customer.

Not an awful experience, but the car wash just isn’t a great one for price. I had a free coupon to try it out and it was even for the top tier wash, but after coming out, my front grill was still horribly dirty and I noticed missed spots all over the car. The hose vacuum also wasn’t super strong, had a wider opening than some which made the seat edge harder to reach, and the towels they offer are completely dry with no optional spray which makes them virtually useless. In comparison, Ive had the club car wash tier 2 and feel it results in a 95% outside clean (vs maybe 80-85% here) with stronger vaccuums and wet microfiber towels plus a detail sprayer. I did like how Tommy’s doesn’t have people physically at the front of the wash waving you on like others (always adds a stressful element as I can’t see them half the time and they always try to get me really close to the car in front of me) and there was a mat washer that was nice whereas club car wash you have to walk your mats to the wash to ask the people to wash them. Definitely nice features here, but overall the quality was just a decent bit lower for similar pricing. Unfortunate!

No hassle of having to walk around getting sprayed and wet or hanging your rugs and trying to scrub and spray them then they fall and then they got to dry it’s dumb!
