My dog had pooped in my car, so I took it to Elevated Auto Detailing to get it removed😁 It has never been detailed over the course of having it for about 8 years, so there were tons of stains that had been there for a long time. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED (from my cloth seats I might add). I was impressed and shocked. I would definitely recommend getting your car detailed here!! The before and after photos are impressive🤩

I took my 2019 4Runner in to see about ceramic coating and ceramic window tint. I spent quite a bit of time talking to both Corbin (ceramic) and Brian (tint) to go over what I was wanting and what would work best for me. I appreciated the time they took to go over everything with me before I committed. I ended up getting paint correction/ceramic coating and i3 ceramic tint. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. I've had similar work done on another car at a different shop, and I feel like Corbin and Brian paid attention to the details much more than my other experience.

My Husband had his truck paint corrected, polished & coated by Hanning Automotive back in October. This past week we had my Civic in for a ceramic coating and PPF install and we are so very satisfied with the work. We also had his truck back in for routine maintenance and Corbin worked with our schedule to get the salt & dirt off from the winter weather and got it shining again. The ceramic coating makes it much easier to maintain but also makes it look much better after an easier wash. We will be doing maintenance washes with Hanning often. Thank you Hanning Automotive.

If you want to go thru the drive wash just find somewhere else. The guy offers to scrub your wheels and front and back bumper which is cool but I only did the wheels so my paint didn’t scratched up. During the rinse I noticed half of the machine wasn’t spraying hard water so the driver side still had soap on it. He told me if I would’ve let him scrub it the soap wouldn’t have stuck… had to pay to rinse it myself

The automatic wash doesn't work very well, the manual wash is dated and clunky and the guy that washes tires basically harassed and guilt tripped me into paying him for the tire wash. It's just an odd experience overall and I was not a fan.

The team did a wonderful job on both my cars. Interior and exterior detailing. Looks new than the day I bought them. It’s been almost a week and they still look fantastic! Cesar came to our office and detailed the interior of my 2017 4Runner and has it looking brand new! I have 4 dogs that love to go for car rides. My car is a 2005 Lincoln Towncar. (Before pictures attached below). I had purchased it a week prior to getting it detailed, and I just wanted it cleaned as the previous owner had a pet (I'm allergic and I had a newborn). The negative: - When I picked it up the first time, my vents were blowing out the insulating foam since he steamed the inside of it. Unfortunately, when it hit the surfaces in the car it smeared like peanut butter from being damp. I had to take it back. - My center console still had hair and crumbs in it. Matt told me the car really didn't have all that much dog hair to begin with so I was quite disappointed to see that. I actually noticed it and asked him to clean it when I brought it back. - My trunk didn't appear to have been touched. I would consider it part of the interior, but I didn't specifically ask for it to be cleaned. So maybe that one's on me? -My windows were streaked. I just cleaned it myself as I didn't want to go back a third time. - I paid $200 for an interior detail only. I feel like it just wasn't worth it. Even if there were no issues, I personally feel that it's steep. This was supposedly with a discount since we are in the same neighborhood. The positive: - The car was clean. I can't complain about the job he did on the seats, steering wheel, and carpets. The carpets especially were much improved and as good as they were going to get given their light color. - The smell was pleasant. - He was quick about taking the car back after hearing what happened. - He's a nice guy. He got me on the schedule in a timely manner and was very communicative/responsive. All in all, would I do it again? Probably not. I feel like this was a pretty straightforward job on an already tidy car. (Before pictures attached below). I actually waited a month to write this review to make sure I still feel the same. I do. It overall wasn't the most pleasant experience on my end.

From the very start Louis was awesome. Very patient asking the questions I had. That started the ball rolling. This is a investment for your vehicle so he helped me to understand why the need to do it but also the warranty that comes. Besides doing the protective coating they do tinting as well. Cesar is amazing. Very good customer service, as they had to order the tint I was requesting. That appointment to comeback and have that done has been set. Very easy to work with. They recently moved into a bigger place and have beautiful projects etc they are working on. They even were installing a bed liner on pick up truck. Great things going on. ** Update: was able to bring my car back Cesar got the tint done. Exactly how I asked. Beautiful job. **

This was my first experience with ceramic coating, so I researched and found that Gtechniq is one of the top two nationally and is posted onto CarFax, which helps resale value. Louis was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry, and he answered all my questions. I first booked my wife's 2022 Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury, which we ordered during the Covid shortage and is the last ES with a naturally aspirated V6. She plans to keep this silver car 10+ years so we needed to give it great protection. It is always garaged except 5 days a week when it sits in a UA parking lot and gets dive bombed by birds and dripped on by trees, etc. We opted for the 9-year Gtechniq protection and added ceramic on the glass as that seems to be where the birds all aim. It was done in late October and looks better than new! So I decided to do my daily driver, a 2020 Mercedes GLE350 that I bought in July 2023 as a CPO w/40K miles. It was the right color combo (red/oyster) with all the right options so I overlooked the large (24 in long) scratch on the right side that MB could not get out plus the many rock dings on the hood and front end from a 3-year lease driver, etc. Cesar and Louis were sure they could have my SUV looking like new again - now this is a 4 year old vehicle with 47K miles that sits outside in all weather - never garaged. So I opted for a 50% polish to remove the scratch and other surface imperfections, plus the 9-year Gtechniq ceramic plus PPF on the front and mirrors, etc. Plus the glass........WOW. Look at that picture - the Designo Cardinal Red really looks like its name now and the scratch etc is all gone. I drove it in the rain for the first time today and the rain just sheeted off the windshield and the paint plus my wipers glided, not chattered on the window glass at all. Look at the interior - looks and smells like new. And it may be my imagination, but a clean vehicle seems to just drive much smoother and better than a dirty one!! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!! Update 1/25/25 I liked the Top Notch results so much that I signed up in December for their new at-home mobile detailing subscription service, meaning I get two of my vehicles detailed every month at my house. Our recent snow and icy cold temps were not good for our vehicles appearance, so yesterday their friendly, professional crew showed up and made them look like new again! Really nice results and I recommend them to anyone who wants to see and drive their vehicles at their best all year long. TOP NOTCH!!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! I have been working with these guys for over a year and every time they detail my truck it is absolutely impeccably SPOTLESS. Inside and out, everything has been shined and finished- my truck always looks brand new. They are super responsive, and have always remembered my personal details/preferences for my appointment- they know where I leave my truck in the lot for them when I get off work and I’ve requested not to have any strong-scented air fresheners due to fragrance sensitivity and they always leave my car smelling fresh but extremely subtle. I had my vehicle interior detailed a few weeks ago by this family run business. When they were done with it, it looked as good as it did from the factory. They took the extra time to make sure the job was done right even though it went over the estimated time to complete. Unlike some quotes I looked at before having the job done, the price quoted was not only way less than the others. It also included steam cleaning which was an extra charge from most other options. I will bring any future jobs to them for sure! Highly recommend these guys!

I have come here for two vehicles, the first was about a year ago and I just got a different one repaired from a nasty hit-and-run. They do a phenomenal job with everything, my car looks brand new! They help and work with insurance to try and get the repair costs as low as possible to help people not get their cars totaled out. If not for them I’d be car hunting right now, but instead I got to keep my car and am so happy and grateful. They also have a lifetime warranty with the repair if anything stops working out of the blue. John is a great guy, both him and the shop in general are very transparent with everything regarding your vehicle’s condition and repairs, not to mention their speed with getting your car fixed. Highly recommend them regardless of your insurance, they will do an excellent job.

I drive a brand-new Subaru Forester and have used the Walton Blvd location car wash multiple times with no issues. However, after going through the Rogers location, my car came out with scratches running down the passenger side of the hood and all the way down the side to the back. When I reported the damage, I was met with dismissive responses and excuses instead of accountability. The district manager claimed that he, his director of operations, and others thoroughly reviewed the situation and found ‘no evidence’ of any malfunction or issue with their equipment. They also provided a lengthy explanation about how neoprene isn’t porous and therefore can’t cause scratches—because apparently, car wash employees are now materials experts and forensic investigators. To make matters worse, they suggested that Adventure Subaru might sell vehicles with extensive scratches that are ‘hidden’ by applying some sort of product to cover the damage and that the car wash simply washed it off. Blaming the dealership for alleged bad business practices instead of addressing the obvious damage caused during their wash is both absurd and offensive. This is a brand-new car that had no issues before this incident, and now I’m left with significant scratches and repair costs. If you value your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Stick to the Walton Blvd location if you must, but after this experience, I wouldn’t trust this chain at all.

You guys need to make it work to where if you get an oil change on the car to where the customer can go inside and stay warm while they also clean the interior. I Paid $130 for an oil change and I still had to ask the guy if he checked the tires and he did not. Then he got that fixed and they wanted me to go ahead and drive off and leave with the old maintenance light still on That was strike 2. It makes me wonder what else did you miss? Not a good look, and I’ll never come back!!
