I got my vehicle back yesterday ZERO smoke smell, and the car looked AMAZING inside and out!!! I used this company a few years ago for my truck with great results but I recently had Kevin’s Detailing do a full detail of my wife’s 2018 Rav 4 with very different results. The Detailer left a dozen or more deep and sharp scratches in the PPF (paint protective film) when attempting to remove tree sap droplets that were on the entire car. My wife did not notice when work was completed but noticed an hour later. I looked at it when I got home and immediately called to leave a voicemail and emailed them with photos. I called again the next day and Kevin argued with me for 20mins insisting it was like that and no way his guy did it. Needless to say, we definitely would have noticed them and the detailer should have reported those to her if they were in fact already there. $350 detail job has now turned into an estimated $2k to have the PPF replaced. Zero accountability for his workers. STAY AWAY!!!

I had two cars cleaned and there was incredible attention to detail taken. Typically when I get my cars cleaned I'm not convinced I wouldn't have done a better job myself. Package: Platnum advertised as a showroom finish for a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Cost: $450 First the goods: the engine compartment was in desperate need of attention and came back looking great. The finish looked as good as I possible could have hoped for except not fully wiped down and clear of chemicals. The others: arrived at my house and said my driveway was too steep so followed him to a parking lot that he knew he could work in without getting the cops called on him. First warning sign but gave benefit of doubt due to being crippled. “Finished” in 4.5 hours.. = $100/hour which is fine for the best of the best. Bottom line, I have had better detailing jobs in 3 hours for half the cost. For $450 I should not have to go home and vacuum, clean off excess chemicals, wipe smudge marks off of a brand new windshield, polish the trim nor finish cleaning out the cup holders. Good on you for working through your disabilities but this is not the quality that I paid for and for your top package I should not come home with a chore list to clean up what you did not. Biggest issue: I pointed out the discrepancies and he shrugged his shoulders, swipes my card and left. He made no effort to correct. Good luck.

From the moment I emailed, Buddy was great at making sure to get back quickly with me and he answered all my questions. He was professional through it all! He is the nicest and most genuine person and you can tell he has the knowledge to back everything up. Anthony was very kind and had good communication. There was a hiccup with scheduling through Groupon, but Anthony worked out the issue. When my car was assessed, I was told that there is an additional fee when having sand in your car. The fee was normally $75, but Anthony marked it down to $50 due to the scheduling issue. When I picked up my car, I did not look thoroughly through it, just in the front seats. In the morning I found that there was sand in the trunk and some areas were not wiped. Overall the car looked great! Just disappointing to be charged extra and not have the trunk cleaned. I took a video but this only allows me to post pictures so I took screen shots

Dirty Details has put Expel and Ceramic coated two vehicles ( a Macon GTS & a Corvette Z06) for me in the last year. Not sure where to start. The whole team at Simple Details have been nothing short of amazing-from the first time meeting them, until now. I have had the chance to work with them for less than a year and they have set my standards so high, I can/will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. So much so, I religiously recommend them to all my friends, family and clients. Over the past 10 months, they have worked on 3 of my vehicle. They have completed services ranging from multi-stage paint corrections; ceramic coatings; and ceramic window tint, with no hesitation about their ability to do flawless work-consistently. I first became a “client” due to a poor tint installation from a shop 2 blocks away. I set up an appointment for a consultation where they first started by going over my vehicle. Giving this establishment a 2/5. Detail was very good but I left with my airbag symbol on which had not been on before I got my detail. The white women who did my detail unplugged my passenger seat airbag. I was there for 3 hours and tipped. The owner stopped responding once I informed him that the icon will not go away once I plugged it back in. Called the dealership they said it will be $175. Having to come out of pocket on top of the owner telling me no refund. Very unprofessional in that case. I will be broadcasting this on all social media accounts.

Left a multitude of things unchecked/unclean and charged me $130 to detail the inside alone. Cup holders are dirty and the doors were completely untouched. The stains on the backseat arguably look worse. I drive for Uber so when I pay a days worth of work for my first detail I expected it to go better than this. It took 1 1/2 hours to detail to this degree. I will not be returning.

My Jeep was a 2002 Wrangler, and I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it turned out phenomenal. I had a painting company spray paint the house. They did not factor in the wind therefore it oversprayed on both of my vehicles. With all the heat wave happens the past week. The paint caked on the vehicles. Luckily this mobile company came over washed and detailed both my cars. The person that helped turn my car back into pristine condition was Quest. Quest was very thorough in his work. All the nasty sandpaper feel and the paint speckle all over on both cars went away and was smooth and looking new again. I called Quest last minute for a detail & to clean interior of my suburu of all the sand. He arrived first thing in the morning a few minutes before schedule (Love the punctuality). Super polite guy. He spent 3 hours cleaning my car, waxing the wheels, & let me know I had a bubble in my tire. Car is immaculate (and I have 2 kids). He asked me to check the car before leaving to make sure it was good. (Looks like new) & Was able to have a quick conversation with him before leaving. Super friendly & stands by his work. Highly recommend getting a detail from him! Prices are also reasonable. $185 for a suburu ascent (7 passenger) in ok condition.

To write this review, I have to admit something gross. I left my car parked at the Amtrak station over the weekend and when I got back to pick it up on Monday, an ENTIRE COLONY OF ANTS had moved in. I admit my car wasn't the cleanest and probably contributed to why they wanted to move in, specifically the areas around my kid's carseat. I did my best to clean it out and used spray and ant traps to try to get rid of them, but I knew I needed professional help. I actually had a friend do some Googling for me while I was working on the ants, and she found Toliver's Mobile Detailing. I called to talk to them to be sure they would even accept me as a client, and they were up for the job. They came to the roof of the parking garage at my office and had it done in less than two hours. They charged what, in my opinion, is a very reasonable price for what they did. I cannot recommend them enough and will embarrass myself by telling everyone how gross my car gets just to recommend these guys. They were super professional, quick, and again, very reasonably priced.

The staff at JaxWax recommend a cheap and fast alternative to refresh my paint. I got a bottle of carnauba and it made a huge difference. Definitely brought some life back into my paint. They also recommended a good leather cleaner that I'm looking forward to try.

You CAN NOT get better auto detailing than provided by Diamond. Don’t be out off by Ryan’s laid back vibe. His services are top notch. You absolutely get what you pay for. Allow them time to do it right. His team made my cherished 10year old Volvo look new, in and out. The carpet looks as if no one ever stepped in it. Lighter color Volvo fabric seats are known for their discoloration from contact with water, blue jeans, probably air. Diamond knew exactly how to treat them and return to me a near perfect interior. Very thorough interior clean! I got the $58 mega wash & the employees were gentle and caring with my car. There is also a nice waiting area with comfortable couches, restrooms, vending machine and a tv. I wish there was an ATM inside therefore I could take money out to tip them and drink holders on the couch. I also wished that there was just an interior cleaning option so I don’t have to go through the exterior car wash but overall great!

Tried this car wash last week. What an amazing job they did in detailing my vehicle. I like first of all, having my vehicle indoors while they detail it. My husband and I were in a pickle to get our car that had been sitting for several months (with no issues) to get inspected so we could sell it. For whatever reason we discovered that a significant amount of mold had grown in the vehicle in just a few months. Chris spent several hours getting into the fibers to treat and kill the mold spores so it doesn’t reoccur. He then used the Ozone treatment to cleanse the car and kill the bacteria. He completely detailed the inside and outside of our vehicle and it looks like we just pulled it off the lot from purchasing it! You can’t tell that it’s even been driven, it looks brand new! Today was my first mobile detailing experience so I don’t have much to compare it to BUT the work speaks for itself. The price is reasonable. Mr. Chop is very humble. He does amazing quality work and then he brings you out to walk around and inspect before payment. He is also punctual. My car was FILTHY yet he still got it done in under the amount of time he estimated. He is good with communication and respectful. I called Sunday he was able to fit me in the same week. I had a gas container with over 2 gallons spill in my car floor. I had it detailed twice by another company and the smell was still there. I took it to my mechanic to see if I had something else wrong with the car and he recommended that I take it to concours auto detailing for the odor treatment. Omar was amazing to work with as soon as I explained to him what had happened, he immediately knew what was causing the smell. He explained the whole process really well and send me pictures of all the damage that was underneath the carpet from the gasoline. Omar and his team were able to get the smell out of my car and replace the damage carpet and paddings. I would highly recommended Concours for odor treatment. Added a new member to the family. The matte finish is cool, and after the purchase I found out maintaining a matte finish is a lot more than just a regular car wash. I contacted Owen cause I heard about paint protection film. Well, he suggested covering the main areas ( front, lower sides), but after learning that the regular maintenance would be a breeze and that it self repairs from road grim, and the biggest plus it preserves the original finish for years, even with a matte finish… we decided to cover the entire truck, rooter to tooter.

Wings Mobile has been one of my favorite mobile detailers. I have used them 3-4 times to clean the interior of my car. They always have it looking brand new. RVA Auto Detail was truly a great experience. Being my first experience with this company, I was a bit nervous, but Mario assured me he would take great care of me and that he did. My car had mold all in, and it had become pretty severe from the upholstery throughout the car. It was very concerning, and my insurance adjuster thought that I would have to total my vehicle. Mario saved my vehicle by restoring it thoroughly back to new. You can see the difference in my RAV4 from the start to finish. They really did go above and beyond expectations. Their professionalism was more than I expected. They were very transparent in everything that they did, from stripping the car bare to finding the leak, then fixing it and finally restoring it completely back in tact. I was truly pleased by the entire experience. Just a mindful tip if you use your credit card, it will cost you a $20 fee. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. If you need your cat detailed, this is the shop that I would recommend.

The cleaning done on my car was deep and thorough. I had my car cleaned just prior to a road trip with 3 children that totaled more than 2000 miles. My car still smelled clean after 4 day trip. I gave a four star review only due to the fact that during the cleaning of the rear back seat there was minor damage to the bottom seat cover. The tech immediately notified me of the damage and assured me it would be taken care of. I was able to get the work quoted and provided to the owner as well as arranging for it to be repaired at no expense to me. The owner did stand by his word and made things right and again the cleaning itself was phenomenal.

What a fantastic service and experience! Some time ago I drove over black spray paint while parking and it covered significant part of my car. Now the spray paint is gone and car looks better than new. Not only that, even though it was not part of the requested service my car was detailed inside (including some paint on leather). I also got a gift tool box for my gym equipment that was looking like chaotic mess in the trunk! Last but not least they kept my car in garage for coating to dry because it was raining and accommodated crazy time on weekend for pickup so I could make it to work! Last night we accidentally left the back right door open during the storm - we found out an hour after we got home thanks to a lovely neighbor knocking to let us know. The carpet and underneath the seat was completely saturated. We took it to be detailed and within 5hrs they had it completely dry and looking better than it did when we bought it brand new from the showroom! I'm serious, every inch of this car is gleaming. There is not a single dog hair or crumb in sight. They are a small, family owned business! Super reasonable pricing, and a great military discount too 🫶

Daniel did an amazing job repairing the clear coat scratches in our Subaru Forester. Not only did he manage to get all of the remaining sap off of our car and remove the scratches but he also got tar that had been on the front bumper of the car for over a year off! Wow, these guys are amazing. Courteous, extremely talented and dedicated--and the results are incredible. My two-year-old car looks better than the day it was delivered. The attention to every tiny detail is evident. Exterior is like glass, and the interior was restored to new without using greasy, shiny dressing. When a $15.00 costs you thousands in paint damages Took my black truck to get undercarriage sprayed. Never has the truck ever been through a car wash. I do it myself. I didn't realize the company opted for late 90s mops that beat your vehicle up with the previous guys dirt. (I Thought we moved to touchless wash 10+ years ago) Now the whole truck has paint swirls. And so apprent you can actually measure the exact diameter of their mops scratched into the paint all throughout. One of the few places that does wash and interior detail without outrageous prices they did an awesome job with my Camaro waiting area is nice and clean. Warning you may fall asleep in the chairs. Interior detailing is amazing and quick if not too busy.

Sugar Rays Detailing is the only company I use to detail my car. Ray does an excellent job at mobile detailing. He is very professional and arrives on time. Ray pays special attention to detail when it comes cleaning your vehicle and even explains the products he uses. He was also very helpful in recommending I not park under trees due to the tree sap he found when cleaning. Lucky for me... he was able to remove the sap without it damaging my paint. I recently bought a 2025 Volvo XC60 for my wife because it was a great car safety wise and they hold their value greatly! We also bought it as our forever car, because of our ages! So that means taking care of it! Based on recommendations from several friends, I took it to Dale at Peninsula Auto Shine & Supply to get it ceramic coated to protect the paint and have the interior treated as well! Dale also recommended a good treatment for the windshield to protect it as well as the wheels, so they'll last a long time too! When we picked it up yesterday, we couldn't believe it! It looked a hundred times better than when I got it from the dealership!!! The ceramic coating was so good, it was as smooth as glass! The windshield treatment was the same as water just poured off of it! Whether your car is new or old, I would highly recommend you take to Dale and let him help you take care of your investment!! He offers multiple options of treatments and care, as well as products to help you keep it that way or you can take it back to him to keep it well maintained! Wow I can't believe how gorgeous my car is. I have a Black 2025 Toyota Camry. The detailers at the shop I bought the car left swirls and minor scratches that Dale was about to remove and the finish is exactly how I envisioned it being. Very glossy and mirror finish. I'm a stickler for detail and very hard to please but I'm thoroughly impressed and relieved thanks to Dale.

I had an amazing experience with Kevin and the team at Resolute and can’t recommend them enough! I brought in my SUV for a full interior and exterior detail, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The exterior was polished to perfection, with every spot of dirt and grime completely gone, even the wheels and tires looked brand new. The interior was spotless, with every nook and cranny carefully cleaned, including the tough-to-reach spots. I was especially impressed with how they treated the leather seats, which now look soft and rejuvenated. They even removed some coffee stains from the carpet that I thought were permanent. The staff was professional and friendly, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back for regular detailing. Jeev came by and did an interior clean of my truck. It was covered in crumbs, dog hair, sand, etc. He was able to get out stubborn stains that I’ve been working on for months….The interior is spotless and smells amazing. I don’t know why I never thought to leave a review because surely I want everyone to know about the excellent job that this young man does. He is prompt with arriving on time and his work ethic is outstanding! I now utilize his services every month. Had a horrible experience with a mobile franchise detailer...they were a "bear" to deal with. So. I WENT on FB Marketplace and found this guy. He responded right away, his price for the full, exterior, 5 year ceramic coat for my Mom's Palisade was 1/2 what the bear wanted! I couldn't be happier with the results! This was a mother's day gift for Mom and she was so thrilled, she ended up paying herself! 😃
