I got my vehicle back yesterday ZERO smoke smell, and the car looked AMAZING inside and out!!! My friend was with me and mentioned he had recently spilled coffee in the passenger seat of his car, they gave him a very reasonable price and took care of the coffee stains, his seat looks brand new!!!! I used this company a few years ago for my truck with great results but I recently had Kevin’s Detailing do a full detail of my wife’s 2018 Rav 4 with very different results. The Detailer left a dozen or more deep and sharp scratches in the PPF (paint protective film) when attempting to remove tree sap droplets that were on the entire car. My wife did not notice when work was completed but noticed an hour later. I looked at it when I got home and immediately called to leave a voicemail and emailed them with photos. I called again the next day and Kevin argued with me for 20mins insisting it was like that and no way his guy did it. Needless to say, we definitely would have noticed them and the detailer should have reported those to her if they were in fact already there. $350 detail job has now turned into an estimated $2k to have the PPF replaced. Zero accountability for his workers. STAY AWAY!!!

Kevin and his company are the best! I had two cars cleaned and there was incredible attention to detail taken. Typically when I get my cars cleaned I'm not convinced I wouldn't have done a better job myself. Here this is absolutely not an issue, I wouldn't have had to patience get the car anywhere near as clean. They did a great job and I'm incredibly satisfied. Package: Platnum advertised as a showroom finish for a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Cost: $450 First the goods: the engine compartment was in desperate need of attention and came back looking great. The finish looked as good as I possible could have hoped for except not fully wiped down and clear of chemicals. The others: arrived at my house and said my driveway was too steep so followed him to a parking lot that he knew he could work in without getting the cops called on him. First warning sign but gave benefit of doubt due to being crippled. “Finished” in 4.5 hours.. = $100/hour which is fine for the best of the best. Bottom line, I have had better detailing jobs in 3 hours for half the cost. For $450 I should not have to go home and vacuum, clean off excess chemicals, wipe smudge marks off of a brand new windshield, polish the trim nor finish cleaning out the cup holders. Good on you for working through your disabilities but this is not the quality that I paid for and for your top package I should not come home with a chore list to clean up what you did not. Biggest issue: I pointed out the discrepancies and he shrugged his shoulders, swipes my card and left. He made no effort to correct. Good luck.

From the moment I emailed, Buddy was great at making sure to get back quickly with me and he answered all my questions. He was professional through it all! He is the nicest and most genuine person and you can tell he has the knowledge to back everything up. I did the bronze package and he traveled to my work (how convenient by the way) and completed everything in about 3 hours! My car looks like it’s brand new (and it’s a 2012). Honestly how driven and passionate he shows himself to be is what makes me want to hire him over and over again. He is dedicated to what he does and his work shows for it. You won’t meet anyone else who is as sweet and caring for your car!

Anthony was very kind and had good communication. There was a hiccup with scheduling through Groupon, but Anthony worked out the issue. When my car was assessed, I was told that there is an additional fee when having sand in your car. The fee was normally $75, but Anthony marked it down to $50 due to the scheduling issue. When I picked up my car, I did not look thoroughly through it, just in the front seats. In the morning I found that there was sand in the trunk and some areas were not wiped. Overall the car looked great! Just disappointing to be charged extra and not have the trunk cleaned. I took a video but this only allows me to post pictures so I took screen shots

Dirty Details has put Expel and Ceramic coated two vehicles ( a Macon GTS & a Corvette Z06) for me in the last year. Not sure where to start. The whole team at Simple Details have been nothing short of amazing-from the first time meeting them, until now. I have had the chance to work with them for less than a year and they have set my standards so high, I can/will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. So much so, I religiously recommend them to all my friends, family and clients. Over the past 10 months, they have worked on 3 of my vehicle. They have completed services ranging from multi-stage paint corrections; ceramic coatings; and ceramic window tint, with no hesitation about their ability to do flawless work-consistently. I first became a “client” due to a poor tint installation from a shop 2 blocks away. I set up an appointment for a consultation where they first started by going over my vehicle. They listened, aligned, and directed me to ways they could address my concern. After, I was introduced to the whole staff and even got a tour of their facility. They showed me the work they do, in many stages of completion which allowed me to understand how they conduct business and trust them in the way I have never had a business do before. Giving this establishment a 2/5. Detail was very good but I left with my airbag symbol on which had not been on before I got my detail. The white women who did my detail unplugged my passenger seat airbag. I was there for 3 hours and tipped. The owner stopped responding once I informed him that the icon will not go away once I plugged it back in. Called the dealership they said it will be $175. Having to come out of pocket on top of the owner telling me no refund. Very unprofessional in that case. I will be broadcasting this on all social media accounts.

Left a multitude of things unchecked/unclean and charged me $130 to detail the inside alone. Cup holders are dirty and the doors were completely untouched. The stains on the backseat arguably look worse. I drive for Uber so when I pay a days worth of work for my first detail I expected it to go better than this. It took 1 1/2 hours to detail to this degree. I will not be returning.

Jeev came by and did an interior clean of my truck. It was covered in crumbs, dog hair, sand, etc. He was able to get out stubborn stains that I’ve been working on for months….The interior is spotless and smells amazing. Can't thank Leland, Samantha, and everyone in the shop enough for exceeding all expectations! Most folks would never believe this truck spent it's first year of life being a farm and hunting rig. Factory paint jobs are definitely not as durable or clean as you'd expect them to be for what we pay these days, and I fell victim to numerous scratches, chips, and dents. After seeing what Ceramic King Coatings was able to do with my wife's Trailblazer last fall; which was severely scratchy from a brushed carwash, I decided to schedule an appointment for the truck. Samantha got me on the books in under a month for dent removal, paint, and ICON Rocklear Coating service. Anyone who knows paint, knows it needs time to cure. Being that I live in NC, that meant a fairly long drive with the high probability of covering fresh paint with bug guts between services. These folks kept my truck safe on site for 5 weeks and 2 days to ensure everything was done right, and had time to cure properly. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and truly appreciate their commitment to good service! If you're buying a new vehicle that you are going to care how it looks, you'd be crazy not to add their services to your financial plan when purchasing. If you can have it towed to their shop straight from the dealership, even better. However; if you're a little slow like me and hate how beat up/dirty your year old truck looks, they got you covered too!

Vacuums have great suction and the staff is very friendly. They let you do your thing and help out if need be. They have a carpet cleaning machine and vacuums also have an air piston to blow dirt/debris away. My preferred express wash for sure. 😊
