I had a gas container with over 2 gallons spill in my car floor. I had it detailed twice by another company and the smell was still there. I took it to my mechanic to see if I had something else wrong with the car and he recommended that I take it to concours auto detailing for the odor treatment. Omar was amazing to work with as soon as I explained to him what had happened, he immediately knew what was causing the smell. He explained the whole process really well and send me pictures of all the damage that was underneath the carpet from the gasoline. Omar and his team were able to get the smell out of my car and replace the damage carpet and paddings. I would highly recommended Concours for odor treatment. They saved me from having to buy a new car.

First and foremost I’d like to shoutout the amazing customer service provided by Brian. He reached out to confirm the appointment, and even offered to come early if my schedule allowed. I don’t typically treat myself to a detail service, but in the midst of moving overseas and needing a good detail done - I’m glad I booked Mendez Mobile Detailing! I was able to multitask - with the movers present, and get my car detailed at the same time. By no means was my car in a horrific condition, but the transformation was real! The car is reinstated to its new condition. Everything was wiped and the interior was steamed and vacuumed - far better of a job than if I were to do it myself. Added a new member to the family. The matte finish is cool, and after the purchase I found out maintaining a matte finish is a lot more than just a regular car wash. I contacted Owen cause I heard about paint protection film. Well, he suggested covering the main areas ( front, lower sides), but after learning that the regular maintenance would be a breeze and that it self repairs from road grim, and the biggest plus it preserves the original finish for years, even with a matte finish… we decided to cover the entire truck, rooter to tooter.

Wings Mobile has been one of my favorite mobile detailers. I have used them 3-4 times to clean the interior of my car. They always have it looking brand new. My boyfriend is a cigar smoker and hasn't had his car cleaned in over 2 years. I scheduled with Wings because I know the work they had done to my cars in the past. The work that Shakeel did was amazing! She came to me and did such an amazing detail on the inside with the leather conditioning and interior package. RVA Auto Detail was truly a great experience. Being my first experience with this company, I was a bit nervous, but Mario assured me he would take great care of me and that he did. My car had mold all in, and it had become pretty severe from the upholstery throughout the car. It was very concerning, and my insurance adjuster thought that I would have to total my vehicle. Mario saved my vehicle by restoring it thoroughly back to new. You can see the difference in my RAV4 from the start to finish. They really did go above and beyond expectations. Their professionalism was more than I expected. They were very transparent in everything that they did, from stripping the car bare to finding the leak, then fixing it and finally restoring it completely back in tact. I was truly pleased by the entire experience. Just a mindful tip if you use your credit card, it will cost you a $20 fee. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. If you need your cat detailed, this is the shop that I would recommend.

The cleaning done on my car was deep and thorough. I had my car cleaned just prior to a road trip with 3 children that totaled more than 2000 miles. My car still smelled clean after 4 day trip. I gave a four star review only due to the fact that during the cleaning of the rear back seat there was minor damage to the bottom seat cover. The tech immediately notified me of the damage and assured me it would be taken care of. I was able to get the work quoted and provided to the owner as well as arranging for it to be repaired at no expense to me. The owner did stand by his word and made things right and again the cleaning itself was phenomenal.

Mike did an amazing job touching up several spots on my car. He has an extensive background doing this and even knew the exact name of the color of my car. He was able to get my paint touched up in no time and is flexible with scheduling. You can see the first 3 photos show the damaged spots and the last three photos show the end result with paint touch up. I will be back to get detailing done soon!

Jason and his team are absolutely fantastic. Their knowledge of how to make your car look its absolute best is outstanding. I had them do a paint correction and ceramic coat on my 2019 Corvette Grand Sport. Jason told me he could get it looking like new again. Unfortunately he was wrong as I am absolutely convinced that this car did not look this good the day it rolled off the assembly line. It is as close to perfect as a 5 year old car can be. WINDOW TINT!!! I got the economy detail option for my hyundai kona, my car looks brand new! I park in an outside lot where it has been sitting in the sun for the past 3 years. These guys did an amazing job inside and out! There were a couple spots on my interior leather that I couldn't get out and they are nowhere to be found, which im not even sure if that was supposed to be included in the package. They said I was the 2nd person to get window tint since its new to the shop, and my windows look great, I can already feel the difference in temperature when driving, no splotchiness on either of the windows. Lastly there was bad blue scratches on my car that I knew I would have to go to a body shop for. I don’t remember how they did it but you can barely see the scratches anymore! Cory was super nice and everyone had such good energy and just really did a great job. Attached are the before and after pictures of the tint on my front windows. I used an $18 touch less car wash in the evening. Everything was smooth and well explained. I didn't receive a receipt, but the car came out very clean. Inside the wash, there's a big screen on the right that tells you what to do, where to stop and when to start driving towards drying. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Complete trash place. Used the touchless wash and it didn’t even clean my car at all! Pathetic amount of soap came out. All of the windows still had dirt on them and could clearly see the wiper marks. There were dirt marks still on the car even!! The drying blowers are a weak attempt as well. HORRIBLE place. Do not go!!!!!

I would not recommend nor would I ever go to them again. I won’t even get into the frustrating communication issues before, during, and after my appointment when the work itself was so bad and really the most important part. I wanted my car detailed specifically to have my seats cleaned (they merely had gotten dirty from having a dog, no serious stains) and I even called this out to them when I dropped it off. They look completely untouched, if not worse than before. The basic cleaning of the inside of the vehicle was sloppy (small smudges that are easy to clean are still there which makes me feel like they were completely careless) and when they finally called me to come pick the car up, my seats were SOAKING wet. I had to leave the windows open for several hours to try to dry them and prevent mold. These photos are of the car AFTER it was cleaned…(it’s a 2011 rav4 for context). The company also keeps replying with different excuses refusing to take accountability and deleting/reposting, but you can see from their replies how terrible the customer service/attitude is.

Please stay away from this place they are not what they used to be. If you’re trying to avoid getting swirls in your paint from a machine Wash by getting a hand wash this ain’t the place to go if you’re in the Richmond area. They will literally use the same towel that they just wiped dirt off the bottom off your car with to dry off your whole car. Anybody that really knows how to detail knows that you dry from the top of the car to the bottom to avoid trapping dirt and grime from the road in the towel that will scratch up the rest of the car. They will also scratch up your leather seats with there vacuum cleaner heads. They will literally scrape the vacuum across leather seats as if it’s cloth they have no clue how to really detail they are all QUANTITY OVER QUALITY here now. I was the only one to hand wash my car since I ordered it from the factory almost 2 years ago so it’s never had a scratch on it. After taking it to this place twice I wish I would’ve kept it that way. They used to have guys that really knew what they were doing but not anymore. Biggest waist of $180 I basically paid that for them to leave little scratches all over my car inside and out. And that’s another thing I was originally told $108 for the full detail but after they finished the car dude was like no I said $180 when I asked him 3 times before he started to be sure. The the last people who worked this spot only charged $65 for what now cost $180. So not only are they charging more than double what they used too they’re doing a worse job which doesn’t add up to me so HEED MY WARNING IF YOUR A REAL CAR GUY. UNLESS YOUR GETTING YOUR HOOPTY OR DAILY DRIVER WASHED, DO NOT GET YOUR FLY CAR DETAILED HERE‼️ you will regret it

If there were more than 5 stars I'd give it. Best detailer in Richmond for SURE! Had ceramic coating done on the car, refreshed all the plastic panels,inside and wheels refreshed and tires. What a fantastic job Ocscar did. The car looked better than when i bought it and pulled off the dealers earlier this year. Hes so friendly too and professional. Prices are extremely reasonable. My car looks amazing so thank you so much. Ill be calling soon to get the front wrapped in Clear for protection. Also, will be only letting Oscar detail my car from now on. I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. I had an old car where the back seat had been solely used by a dog for many years. There was dog hair everywhere. Not only did they get rid of the hair and smell, but they made the car look as clean as when I bought it new. Their prices are the best in town as well. I was worried because they were lower than some of their competitors, but they made it spotless. You will not find someone that works as hard to get the job done right. I wish I had done this years ago. They really make it easy.

This is a twelve-year old SUV that has gotten me through several political campaigns, a move, and two years of commuting with my dog in the car. I’ve detailed my car in the past but struggled to remove discolorment/stains with which Spencer clearly had zero issue removing. I am thrilled with the job he did. I never leave reviews but had to today. Yesterday, I went to get my car washed and somehow dropped a $100 bill in my car. I didn't realize until I got home. I called them, not expecting to get it back, but it was worth a try. When I spoke with the manager, Chris, he said he would try his best to see if one of the workers picked it up or if it was possibly vacuumed up. Again, I wasn't expecting to get my money back. It was just a loss I was going to have to take for being careless. Well, around lunchtime, Chris called me back to let me know the money had been vacuumed up, and he was going to put it in the safe for me to pick up. He could've just said 'oh well' and not worried about it, but I'm thankful he took the time to address my concerns! We all know customer service hasn't been the best at most places lately, but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business. I'd rate them 100/10. Also, the car wash was great as well. It always is! I’ve been going since they opened. If you are looking for a great & honest business to support, check them out!
