WOW I am blown away. I trusted my 2 cars to Mendez Detailing & my cars look brand new. I have a dog & 2 small children - you do the math. My car smells odor free, the floors and seats are clean, the door jambs, small crevices between buttons on the steering wheel and dash are now spot free. Mendez Detailing showed up on time, were very patient with explaining for understanding, highly respectful, personable communication, their service was just as described and they required no more than the estimated amount of time or fees. Extremely accommodating, professional and talented detailing! My car was kinda gross but Bryan saved her! My car had a particularly bad scratch from a neighbor's kid's baseball dent on the hood, while much can't be done about the dent, all the scratches are gone LOL. There were spills, hair, crumbs, sand/soil and insects all over the front bumper/windshield. Now everything is spotless! He also fixed up my floor mats 😭 I've received A LOT of compliments on my car ever since! Thank you :)

Mario and his team took a 13 year old full-sized wheelchair conversion van that was covered in tree sap and scuffs and made it look like a brand new van inside and out! I seriously did not recognize it when I went to pick it up. Not only does it look like new but the team took great care with the hand controls and wheelchair lift related equipment. Well worth every penny!

RVA Auto Detail was truly a great experience. Being my first experience with this company, I was a bit nervous, but Mario assured me he would take great care of me and that he did. My car had mold all in, and it had become pretty severe from the upholstery throughout the car. It was very concerning, and my insurance adjuster thought that I would have to total my vehicle. Mario saved my vehicle by restoring it thoroughly back to new. You can see the difference in my RAV4 from the start to finish. They really did go above and beyond expectations. Their professionalism was more than I expected. They were very transparent in everything that they did, from stripping the car bare to finding the leak, then fixing it and finally restoring it completely back in tact. I was truly pleased by the entire experience. Just a mindful tip if you use your credit card, it will cost you a $20 fee. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. If you need your cat detailed, this is the shop that I would recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! I needed to change my drop-off dates multiple times, but Matt was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. I initially requested a clear front paint protection film (PPF) and then made a last-minute change to the hood design. Matt responded with, "Not a problem!" The entire project was completed in just a few days, and I was able to pick up my vehicle within a week. Overall, my experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to Matt's exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Added a new member to the family. The matte finish is cool, and after the purchase I found out maintaining a matte finish is a lot more than just a regular car wash. I contacted Owen cause I heard about paint protection film. Well, he suggested covering the main areas ( front, lower sides), but after learning that the regular maintenance would be a breeze and that it self repairs from road grim, and the biggest plus it preserves the original finish for years, even with a matte finish… we decided to cover the entire truck, rooter to tooter.

Original Review: I signed up for Wings Mobile's monthly detail package for my brand new truck and was initially very happy with it for the most part. After a couple months I started to notice odd scratches all over the outside of my truck bed's paint that ran in random directions and changed directions mid-scratch which confused me about where they could be coming from. Eventually I came outside while the truck was being detailed and found the technician had draped my floormats (which like most floormats have some amount of dirt or gravel in them) over the side of my truck bed with the dirty side up against the paint. This was right over where all the scratches were coming from. I told the tech and then later told Andre about the scratches and he said that he would make things right. After a few months of giving them more business while waiting for some sort of resolution, I came out after my truck had been detailed by a new technician and there were an unbelievable number of scratches along the side of my truck. I took pictures of it and immediately suspended my subscription while trying to get in touch with Andre. After a couple months I got a voicemail from him after I missed his call when I was in a meeting and have been calling and calling to get back in touch with him ever since. Its been five months of radio silence from Wings Mobile Detailing. Update Jan 22: After I posted this, Andre reached out to me immediately and was very apologetic for the scratches and for missing my communications for the last few months (he said he hadn't received my messages due to their answering service not functioning as it should which I believe). He said they would come out asap and repair the scratches for me and he never once mentioned my bad review or asked me to consider updating it. Its hard to run and grow a small business so I think the real judge of a company is how they respond when they get something wrong - on that count, so far so good. I'll update again once the scratches have been repaired.

The cleaning done on my car was deep and thorough. I had my car cleaned just prior to a road trip with 3 children that totaled more than 2000 miles. My car still smelled clean after 4 day trip. I gave a four star review only due to the fact that during the cleaning of the rear back seat there was minor damage to the bottom seat cover. The tech immediately notified me of the damage and assured me it would be taken care of. I was able to get the work quoted and provided to the owner as well as arranging for it to be repaired at no expense to me. The owner did stand by his word and made things right and again the cleaning itself was phenomenal.

I cannot say enough positive words about astonishing detail, I really just want to extend a Thank you Gabor for handling my new baby with professionalism and care! Gabor removed the badges ( basically anything rang said Jeep ) off of my new car as if they were never there in the first place! There was tons of old glue on there that I just knew wouldn’t come off. He made it look effortless and I will be going back after the new year to get a protective sealant on my pant! WINDOW TINT!!! I got the economy detail option for my hyundai kona, my car looks brand new! I park in an outside lot where it has been sitting in the sun for the past 3 years. These guys did an amazing job inside and out! There were a couple spots on my interior leather that I couldn't get out and they are nowhere to be found, which im not even sure if that was supposed to be included in the package. They said I was the 2nd person to get window tint since its new to the shop, and my windows look great, I can already feel the difference in temperature when driving, no splotchiness on either of the windows. Lastly there was bad blue scratches on my car that I knew I would have to go to a body shop for. I don’t remember how they did it but you can barely see the scratches anymore! Cory was super nice and everyone had such good energy and just really did a great job. Attached are the before and after pictures of the tint on my front windows. They also have an awesome loyalty program, so I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Having Ceramabrite treatment on the paint, I was advised not to use bristle car washes. Four months later, I found DetailXPerts and now, they will be my home car detailing company for good! This place is amazing. I drove over an hour to get tint done for my son’s car. (Window brow, tail lights and all windows) Very knowledgeable, friendly environment. Great pricing. The staff is top notch and the owner Jason did a complete walk around of the car with me, explaining the warranty, the materials used and answered all of my questions. Complete trash place. Used the touchless wash and it didn’t even clean my car at all! Pathetic amount of soap came out. All of the windows still had dirt on them and could clearly see the wiper marks. There were dirt marks still on the car even!! The drying blowers are a weak attempt as well. HORRIBLE place. Do not go!!!!!

I used an $18 touch less car wash in the evening. Everything was smooth and well explained. I didn't receive a receipt, but the car came out very clean. Inside the wash, there's a big screen on the right that tells you what to do, where to stop and when to start driving towards drying. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Visited this location on 11/2/24. I requested the RVA Ceramic Shine - top wash option. ArmorAll application on trim was inconsistent and sloppy at best. Wet looking handprints were on the leather seating surfaces. I asked to have the trim redone and interior wiped to remove handprints. I was told - that's not an option.

Terrible service. I can practically say that I threw my money away. They didn't clean the car with the vacuum cleaner, several parts of the car were completely dirty, dirty wheels, dirty cup holders, dirty floor mats. When I complained about the service, they showed an absurd unwillingness to solve the problem. I will never go back to this place. I do not recommend this place at all.

Nash was great to work with and very professional. He was able to fit me in the very next business day after we texted and tinted the front windows of my truck with 35% ceramic. There is a waiting room at his shop. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and is one of the best. He even texted me afterward to make sure I was happy with the job. I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. I had an old car where the back seat had been solely used by a dog for many years. There was dog hair everywhere. Not only did they get rid of the hair and smell, but they made the car look as clean as when I bought it new. Their prices are the best in town as well. I was worried because they were lower than some of their competitors, but they made it spotless. You will not find someone that works as hard to get the job done right. I wish I had done this years ago. They really make it easy.

This business bent over backwards to quickly accommodate me, I had an emergency and special needs to get my car done fast. They worked tirelessly to make arrangements to take me the next day and perform specialized services on top of the steam cleaning. They did an excellent job! And they kept me informed as to the progress. They are truly a special and local business!

I would not recommend nor would I ever go to them again. I won’t even get into the frustrating communication issues before, during, and after my appointment when the work itself was so bad and really the most important part. I wanted my car detailed specifically to have my seats cleaned (they merely had gotten dirty from having a dog, no serious stains) and I even called this out to them when I dropped it off. They look completely untouched, if not worse than before. The basic cleaning of the inside of the vehicle was sloppy (small smudges that are easy to clean are still there which makes me feel like they were completely careless) and when they finally called me to come pick the car up, my seats were SOAKING wet. I had to leave the windows open for several hours to try to dry them and prevent mold. These photos are of the car AFTER it was cleaned…(it’s a 2011 rav4 for context)

Came here on 7/29 to get my car cleaned before I traveled out of state for school. It was not very busy, maybe four people other than myself. They spent less than 30 minutes total for interior and exterior cleaning and it shows. I still have debris and dirt on my mats and carpet, and it looks like a very surface level cleaning. I wasnt expecting it to be spotless, but they could have spent more time cleaning the interior. Employees were very friendly and facility was nice, but the service was not worth the $50 I paid.

Car Pool did a fabulous job with my kid lived in car. I wish I got a before picture but it was filled with the usual crackers and snacks from kids. Came out looking like new! Every detail from waxing to the space between the seats was taken care of. $160 well spent!

Best place to get your car washed. Super friendly, great quality. If you get the $27 full service, you come out with a car that is sparkling...inside and out. Well worth the price. They even ask if you want them to focus on anything special. I recently asked for them to focus on the hard to reach back window of my Mustang...and it was spotless. It's almost impossible for me to reach this myself, so being able to get it done with such care is important to me. Great job...all around!

Went here to get my car prettied up. Staff is very nice and they did an excellent job. Even asked if I had specific concerns. They have a combination of self-service and full-service options which is great. I chose the Full Service Supreme - $27 plus tip. Same I always pay, but with much better service. Mike did an amazing job touching up several spots on my car. He has an extensive background doing this and even knew the exact name of the color of my car. He was able to get my paint touched up in no time and is flexible with scheduling. Wow. Jose is great. I had film put on my tesla y in January. I have already put 11000 miles on the car with almost all being highway. I have even had to replace the windshield due to a rock chip morphing into a cracked windshield. Meanwhile, not a single chip in the car. Made an appt, was given a time but they were 2+ hrs late. Decent clean, vacuum could have been better. Had to ride hours later with wet seats. Spots still left on the outside unwashed. Did throw in an engine clean so I appreciated that.

If there were more than 5 stars I'd give it. Best detailer in Richmond for SURE! Had ceramic coating done on the car, refreshed all the plastic panels,inside and wheels refreshed and tires. What a fantastic job Ocscar did. The car looked better than when i bought it and pulled off the dealers earlier this year. Hes so friendly too and professional. Prices are extremely reasonable. My car looks amazing so thank you so much. Ill be calling soon to get the front wrapped in Clear for protection. Also, will be only letting Oscar detail my car from now on.
