Allow them time to do it right. His team made my cherished 10year old Volvo look new, in and out. The carpet looks as if no one ever stepped in it. Lighter color Volvo fabric seats are known for their discoloration from contact with water, blue jeans, probably air. Diamond knew exactly how to treat them and return to me a near perfect interior. My red paint fairly glows. It’s really quite amazing. Stellar work.

Very thorough interior clean! I got the $58 mega wash & the employees were gentle and caring with my car. There is also a nice waiting area with comfortable couches, restrooms, vending machine and a tv. I wish there was an ATM inside therefore I could take money out to tip them and drink holders on the couch. I also wished that there was just an interior cleaning option so I don’t have to go through the exterior car wash but overall great!

I would give 10 stars 🌟 if I could. My brother recommended this place to me and I’m so glad he did. $50 for a exterior wash and full interior detail. You can’t beat the price and the service you get is spectacular. There is a nice waiting room with plenty of seating & clean restrooms! I just returned from a month long road trip and my car was disgusting! From start to finish my car was done in under an hour, thanks to the hard working employees (who worked straight through a tornado warning and didn’t even blink an eye). The manager was present and helping along the way. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a full detail. They also have free vacuums available

Jeev came by and did an interior clean of my truck. It was covered in crumbs, dog hair, sand, etc. He was able to get out stubborn stains that I’ve been working on for months….The interior is spotless and smells amazing. Jeev and Kristin were absolutely wonderful!!! I signed up for the detailed interior clean only with heavy shampoo and pet hair removal with the quick exterior wash and dry. As a Mom always on the go with two kids and a dog travel companion, my car was in need of a cleaning! First, I love e that I got a text reminder the day before my detailing. I have a tendency to forget things easily and that sort of detail helps me greatly. Second, I called 30 mins before my appt with a question and left a message but Kristin was really quick to call me back and answer my question. I got another call when they arrived stating that my detailers were outside. I showed them a quick run down of the areas I really wanted cleaned that I have a hard time getting to on my own. They listened attentively and were so polite and friendly. (They even wanted to meet my dog after they were done.) They exhibited great attention to detail, thorough in what they did, and were professional in how they spoke and carried themselves. They even made sure to let me look at everything before they left to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. Anthony was very kind and had good communication. There was a hiccup with scheduling through Groupon, but Anthony worked out the issue. When my car was assessed, I was told that there is an additional fee when having sand in your car. The fee was normally $75, but Anthony marked it down to $50 due to the scheduling issue. When I picked up my car, I did not look thoroughly through it, just in the front seats. In the morning I found that there was sand in the trunk and some areas were not wiped. Overall the car looked great! Just disappointing to be charged extra and not have the trunk cleaned. I took a video but this only allows me to post pictures so I took screen shots

10/10 will recommend to everyone. My car was a hot mess between my 2 year old and I. I have a crazy busy schedule between school, work, and being a mom and I just needed a fresh start with my car. And that’s exactly what I got. I’m pretty sure I had muffin crumbs living in my carpet and now you could perform surgery in this car (don’t do that though). Great place to be I’ve tried all the auto washes in the area and this one seems to be the top of the game and the best price for unlimited washes. Unfortunately, for some reason I I’m a unlimited wash member and I’d gotta wash my car today it’s Sunday 11:33 AM and for some reason they’re closed but it says they’re open! Seeing how I’m a rideshare driver I need to clean my car frequently and I pay the price to be able to do this and today I’m unable to do it due to the closure why are you closed today?

Vacuums have great suction and the staff is very friendly. They let you do your thing and help out if need be. They have a carpet cleaning machine and vacuums also have an air piston to blow dirt/debris away. My preferred express wash for sure. 😊

I used this company a few years ago for my truck with great results but I recently had Kevin’s Detailing do a full detail of my wife’s 2018 Rav 4 with very different results. The Detailer left a dozen or more deep and sharp scratches in the PPF (paint protective film) when attempting to remove tree sap droplets that were on the entire car. My wife did not notice when work was completed but noticed an hour later. I looked at it when I got home and immediately called to leave a voicemail and emailed them with photos. I called again the next day and Kevin argued with me for 20mins insisting it was like that and no way his guy did it. Needless to say, we definitely would have noticed them and the detailer should have reported those to her if they were in fact already there. $350 detail job has now turned into an estimated $2k to have the PPF replaced. Zero accountability for his workers. STAY AWAY!!!

Dirty Details has put Expel and Ceramic coated two vehicles ( a Macon GTS & a Corvette Z06) for me in the last year. Firsts time ever going to a AUTOBELL and I was quiet suppressed at the level of service. Very intentive and highly motivated with smiles on there faces even with the Sub-Zero tempatire. I used the restroom facilities and they were spotless and smelled clean. I noticed vending machines for guest waiting for there cars in a warm comfortable environment. It was nice to see that it's family owned and seems to be doing well as I see multiple locations over the Southside Hampton Roads. Keep up the great work 💯💪

I came here years ago and remember having a very subpar experience. Enough for me to say, "I won't be back." Against my gut- I decided to give AutoBell another chance today, and I regret even giving them a second thought. The initial young man who greeted me was very friendly and set me up with what I *thought* I needed- a $44 package - Interior & Exterior. I watched them as they worked, and they were more focused on talking to each other than actually using their eyeballs to look at what they were doing/wiping. Extremely poor work ethic. I've attached photos of my vehicle AFTER they "cleaned" it. I came home and immediately fixed/redid damn near everything they did. Absolutely ZERO value. This time, you've lost me as a customer for good.

Not sure where to start. The whole team at Simple Details have been nothing short of amazing-from the first time meeting them, until now. I have had the chance to work with them for less than a year and they have set my standards so high, I can/will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Drove into the place like going to get a car wash, and told employee never been and wanted to know if free vacuum. He pointed where to drive n get it done and it was so much easier than I thought. Vacuums are really good better than any home or 100$ish vacuum u can get online. No one bothered me and it’s bright and lots of other people vacuuming their car too! Will be back here in future whenever car gets unsuitable for life again. ❤️

I think their detergents are too harsh on automobile plastics. That should be looked into because I noticed it. I love the vacuums absolutely. They also need to slow down the tunnel.It goes so fast. The rinsing job that it does is very poor. They stack cars too close together, so you get blowback from the other vehicles, and this is not good. I've repeatedly asked them not to do this, and they repeatedly keep doing it. I worked at Triple S express in Virginia Beach, one of the highest volume car washes in it's time pumping out 600 car washes and 30 details on a Saturday. And we did all the vacuuming and wiping down so you could imagine the workload. Green Clean his is just a drive-through tunnel. They can slow down the belt a little bit and let these cars get a better soak wash n rinse for the money. Especially with such a short tunnel. And not to mention the tire shine is barely even present on the tires. Could they maybe brush the front of the bumper for the price you pay. There's a lot of other car washes that are starting to pop up out there that are doing a really good job. Green Clean needs to step up.
