The apartment I was living in previously, had gotten paint overspray all over three of my cars. They had hired this detail company to come and clean up the cars (‘02 WRX, ‘16 WRX and ‘24 Crosstrek) and make sure there was no more paint on them. The first time they came out to clean my cars, they did not even wash the exterior, and took a microfiber towel and a clay bar to the dirty paint while outside when it’s the middle of April and pollen is blowing everywhere. Thus, resulting in a bunch of scratches in my clearcoat on all of my cars and a bunch of scratching on my plastic, as well as spider webbing paint. mind you, my crosstrek was brand new and had no prior imperfections. In the meantime, they ended up slicing the vinyl I had on both of my WRX’s windshields ($130 worth of vinyl) and sliced my weather stripping on my Crosstrek. I noticed that all of the cars still had paint overspray on them. I contacted the owner, letting them know what happened and he said that the WRX’s we’re gonna be the best he can get it and to not worry about the ‘02 WRX because “it needs a paint job anyways, you won’t be able to see once you get it painted“. Like umm, you’re getting paid to fix my cars and that’s the attitude you’re going to have? Mind you, I am on a time crunch because we were moving to Nebraska due to military orders. Jorge called me and asked when would be the best time to schedule to get my ‘24 Crosstrek in for a FULL PAINT CORRECTION. I told him that I can bring it Tuesday, April 23rd or Wednesday, April 24th because I leave for Nebraska on the 25th and he knew this. He basically says “oh that won’t work. I will not be able to get you in “until I told him that we previously discussed me bringing it in on those days because I won’t be in Oklahoma anymore. I ended up bringing it to him on Tuesday, and when I got there, he says “since we’re doing a full paint correction, this is what we do whenever we install a ceramic coating… For $800, would you like to purchase one?” Excuse me, HUH????? You really think after you messing up my cars and not wanting to compensate me for my other two, that I’m going to buy an $800 worth of coating for my car??? I ended up picking it up on Wednesday and he told me he can only give me $200 in return of my plastic being ruined. I gave him Subaru employee pricing for my two rear back plastics and it came up to $167 without labor. He told me he would only give me $200 because they were planning on installing the parts but since the car is too new, the parts aren’t even being made yet so he told me that I would have to either install them myself or, pay someone out of my own pocket to have them install them all because he ruined them in the first place. At this point, I was stuck because I was leaving the next day to move to Nebraska so it was either take the $200 or get nothing. Once I got my ‘24 Crosstrek back, I noticed that there was still paint overspray all over my car and most of the scratches that they created were still there. Now I am stuck with three cars with paint damage still and a new car with scratches all over because they were neglectful. I have gotten an estimate from a repair shop and for the three cars, there is over $7,000+ worth of damages that I have to pay out of pocket now. There was a lot more things that had gone on during this process, but this paragraph is getting pretty lengthy. I have a lot more photos but this is all it will let me attach..this is what he calls “good enough”. Please save your money, time, and energy and find another detail place.

Took my Jeep to get full ceramic window tinting and Exclusive did an amazing job! They were very professional and were able to give me thorough details about all of my different options. I am very happy with the results and my car (black interior and exterior) is staying noticeably cooler (would estimate at least 40+ degrees on hot days)! They were even able to drop my car back off for me when they finished.

I think my favorite part though is there was no overwhelming scent when I got it back compared to other auto detail places I’ve been to in the past where I’ve almost had to air it out after. I usually clean my car on a weekly basis myself because I am extremely particular about my cars. I have started using this car wash and its one of the best I’ve ever used. Everyone is super friendly from the cleaning staff to the kind woman at the front desk. The prices are amazing…. Most places charge you $60-$80 and don’t ever wipe down the inside. They charged me $40 here that includes inside and out. That’s a bargain in my opinion. Keep up the great work, you have a lifetime customer with me.

They have thieves working in this place and as they clean the inside of your car, they'll take what they want hoping you don't notice it until you're long gone, luckily for me, I noticed an item missing, went back to get my property only to be told it was in the trash, bullshit it was, the lady running it is as bad as the thieves who stole my belongings and tried to say she is sure they didn't steal it, I had to tell her to ask the guy who cleaned the inside of my truck and when the guy went out to ask, he came back with my property that he so conveniently found in the trash! We booked a time for him to wash the coach and inspect the paint. As I suspected, it was time for ceramic coating. We agreed on the price, by the way, he is way to cheap for the work that was put in. I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars and the way they are washed and worked on. This guy exceeded my expectations and used high end products. Prep wash, remove contamination (clay bar), stage 1 correction (polish) then applied a ceramic coat. The results speak for themselves. Reach out if you need a basic wash, interior cleaning, or a full on paint restore job from wet sanding on up. Plus more. Nikhos is very professional and is all about customer satisfaction. I finally got my allocation for the cybertruck and when I went to the local Tesla service center for delivery, the manager told me he recommends one guy and one guy only for a wrap and that was Everett Earl. EE is a complete Tesla fanatic that knows absolutely everything about these cars (from the tech to how they’re built) and also drives a cybertruck himself. I had my cybertruck wrapped in full PPF, tint, ceramic coating, roof rack, running boards, and mud flaps (waiting on LED bull bar to ship). During the process, he was a fantastic communicator about updates on the progress. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your Tesla (and Porsche) PPF needs.

Mario is my go to guy for sure! I had him put on ceramic coat and then had a guy at my job drop a bicycle on it and caused some paint transfer. Mario is a master of his craft! I called Mario yesterday, 08/28/2024, and he got me scheduled for a detail service first thing the following morning. I got there this morning a bit before the scheduled appointment to take some before pictures of my car, and he was ready to get started as soon as I was done. He walked me through the various options I could get (basic cleaning/detailing service vs. various levels of ceramic coating) and told me exactly how much each would cost. At no point did he try to push me towards a more expensive service. I went with the basic external detail and ceramic coating for 1 year protection. He quoted me at $280 for my vehicle (new 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6), which was slightly lower than the price online due to it being new and only having to do the exterior. Throughout the day, Mario kept me informed of his progress including any issues he came across. He sent pictures with his updates so I could understand what he was referring to. At one point, he noticed that some paint was scratched near the hood of the car, and said if he can't fix it, then I could take it to Hyundai to get it repainted. Turns out I don't need to take it to Hyundai because he did a phenomenal job of fixing the issue. Throughout the entire process, Mario was incredibly friendly and professional. It's obvious he knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I will absolutely be back! Also, the price he quoted me at the beginning was the price I paid at the end of the day when I went to pick up the car. No surprise fees, no haggling, just an upfront quote before he even started the work. tl;dr: if you need a detailing service for your vehicle, this is the place to go. Mario is fantastic at what he does, and he is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. (Note: three photos are from before the service, the rest are from after the service)

I have a 1987 Jeep J10 that I am restoring. I paid over $300 to these guys for the highest detail level package they offered and was left very unsatisfied. This should have been an easy detail. The truck has not been titled and has not seen the road in years. It was in storage for 4 years and just brought out. All it had was dust sitting on it. They were washing my spouse's vehicle first. I told them to let me know when they wanted to swap and I would back this one out of a garage. They never came and got me. They "detailed" my truck, which has 4 years of dust from sitting in storage on it, by dry washing it in an enclosed garage where the lights were out. I could not believe it. This method with that much dust scratched the paint, including my hood which was just professionally resprayed. Nothing that cannot be buffed out but they neglected to do that as well. They did not touch the bed, left streaks all over my stainless steel interior, and completely missed several body panels. The paint remains rough which suggests it was not clayed like it was supposed to be. It would be what you expect for guys who did not actually wash the car and attempted to detail it in an unlit garage. These guys may satisfy people who do not care much about their vehicles but they are not a high end car detail as their rates and website suggest. If you have a collector car or are particular about your vehicle, find someone else.

Oh. My. Gosh. The service was incredible. Our son spilled milk and the mold smell permeated everything for months. We tried and tried to clean it ourselves but to no avail. I even bought an ozone machine but didn’t need to use it after Brian’s superb service. I called multiple places and he offered the best price for what we needed. I did not think it was possible to make our 15 year old Lexus IS250 look like new car showroom quality, but Kyle made it happen! The headlights were completely oxidized/foggy, and now they look brand new. Kyle’s pricing was completely reasonable for an inside/outside detail, engine clean, and headlight restoration. Just spent $300 for 2 tires here and they don't balance all 4 tires so now my car drives worse than when I dropped it off. Claimed they only balance the tires you buy from them. WHAT?! Lol so they charged me $30 to do the back 2. It still rides wobbly and unsafe, so they recommend an alignment. Just gave you $300 and you don't balance all 4 tires knowing it will cause an issue? We have used them in the past and they have done great job. But today was not one of them. We took the car to get cleaned and detailed and unfortunately we did not check the car all the way around because we were pressed for time. We paid for the Ultimate Package and this is what we got?!?! When we got home we checked and they did the front of the car but the wheels were not fully wiped down, The mud was still caked on in spots. I could have done this job myself and just got the regular wash from one of the other places. Definitely the last time we’re using them.

Kenny's did an amazing job on our 2004 Subaru. It hadn't been cleaned *ever*, so it was pretty dirty. We couldn't believe how good it looked when we picked it up. It seriously looked like a new car, both inside and out. I don't know how they got some of the carpet stains and paint scuffs off, but they did. They are very detail oriented, and even cleaned all the places I wouldn't have thought of. Also, we are not a fan of lingering chemical/fragrance smells, and the car smelled great after the detailing. We will be taking all our vehicles to Kenny's from now on, and would easily recommend their work to anyone.

I loved that I didn’t have to sit at a detail shop for hours, who has time for that! It was also nice being able to talk to the person detailing your car about what you want verses telling a receptionist and hoping they relay the message to whoever is at work that day. It felt tailored to my needs and gave me that assurance that my car was in good hands. They were extremely punctual, efficient, professional and friendly! My car looks brand new again and I will absolutely be using them in the future!

Drew once again knocked it out of the park. My car was fading, swirl marks from not being carful washing, and deeper scratches from being a 34 year old car. Auto Image lacks integrity for several reasons, and if I could rate zero stars, I would. This is also the second review I've ever written in my life. Fiancee and I were quoted $250 to get dents (likely hail damage) fixed on the roof of her car. It was specifically mentioned over the phone that the dents were on the roof of the car. A couple hours after we dropped the car off at Auto Image (this fact is important for later), Auto Image called us saying that it would actually cost $450 since they did not realize the dents were on the roof of the car--even though it was specifically mentioned and quoted for over the phone. After having to negotiate with Auto Image back down to their original quote, they said "We're cutting ourselves out of the deal" and told us to call their third party vendor who does dent removal. Without our consent and AFTER saying "We're cutting ourselves out of the deal" Auto Image drove our car to the third party vendor who works out of Fowler Toyota of Norman. NOT at Auto Image. So unknown to us--and without our consent--AND ONCE WE WERE DONE DOING BUSINESS WITH AUTO IMAGE--one of Auto Image's employees drove our car to a whole other business just assuming we were going to do business with him. We signed no authorization forms or anything allowing someone else to drive our car, even when it was still at Auto Image. So Auto Image drove our car when they had absolutely no rights to do so. Thankfully, Whenever we contacted the guy at Fowler Toyota, he quoted us at $250 and went the extra mile by taking out dents we didn't even ask to be taken out. So in essence Auto Image tried to profit $200 off us just for another company do the work they claimed to do. Also--and I cannot say that Auto Image is necessarily the culprit for this--whenever we received our car back, there were chips on the windshield that were not there before. They are small, but noticeable. Maybe they have been there and we just haven't noticed. Or maybe they received those chips whenever our car was unknowingly being driven miles down the road. I'm not sure. But what I am sure of is that Auto Image lacks integrity and plays loose and fast with other peoples property.

Great potential but disappointing. Staff was friendly, super nice waiting area with snacks drinks and even a local beer selection. However, after $50 and an hour and a half wait, I expected the interior cleaning of my truck to be much more thorough. Kind of looked like they waved a vacuum in the general vicinity of my carpets and seats and called it good.

Paid for the ultimate wash. This was my backseat. I asked and they stated “we only vacuum the seats” for the 55$ I spent. This is not paste it is an easily removed foam using wipes. I needed the rest of my car cleaned as I had just moved dirt and trees so I figured I’d get that dealt with too. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the mechanic side of it was nice and speedy. They ask about filters but so does everywhere else. Great group there. Also the front desk lady was awesome. And the inside is spectacular and lid friendly. So close to being an amazing place for all your car needs.

I have tinted my windows with them and they did a very good job considering he already had given a discount for me. I had suggested them to all of my friends and 3 of my friends are already getting their tint done with them. Although the tint on my rear passenger side window had started to peel, they have kept their promise of lifetime warranty and took the car in to fix it which i liked. Since i was getting my tint fixed anyway, i wanted to get a paint correction and they had given me a good discount to blackout wrap the chrome parts on my windows and paint correction. Currently my car is with them for the paint and wrap. I believe they will do a great job judging by the cars they have worked on in past. The communication was also very good with them. I had a few conditions like leaving the driver door out from paint correction since I'm getting that door replaced, they had no problem whatsoever and agreed to work on the door after i replaced it and got a new one. I would easily suggest them to anyone, the ease of communication, their flexibility in availability and their reasonable prices with lifetime warranty of window tints is a foolproof recipe for good work. I have yet to pick my car up from them after they are done with paint correction and wrapping. Pretty exited on how my car is going to look since it had a lot of cobweb scratches and lines all over it. Can't wait to look at their work. 😀 . . . . UPDATE, So my car is back and it looks so good i cannot believe it. They were very quick with it so i was sceptical at first but the next day when i saw it under the sun, the paint correction was so good it was a mirror finish, i will share the before and after pictures below.

If anybody’s ever looking to have some detail work done, I can definitely tell you NOT to hire Superior Mobile Detail LLC . This is an individual who is more interested in filling phone calls, then cleaning vehicles. I hired him to come out and clean our boat before we took it back down to the lake for the summer. Matt has informed me that I should have been looking over his shoulder the entire time making sure he was doing his job and that he will not be refunding any portion of what we paid him because I should double check his work. So instead, I will just post this here and everywhere else so that everybody can see what kind of work you get from Superior Mobile Detail.

Scheduling and paying were easy! Detailing, I couldn't have been happier with! Car is the cleanest it has ever been, including when I purchased from dealership (used). Only minor issue was an issue arose and they communicated that to me, but we were not on same page as far as timelines. But, I felt their service and explanation was great enough to overlook that. I have used this service many times before and it has been worth it, however last time they left a gel/compound on my clock glass. When I took my car in this time I mentioned 3 specific spots in my car that I really wanted detailed. I arrive at the end of the day and none of them were taken care of. The stain on my seat was roughly gone over. I put a paper slip on it and brown sludge came up. Also the easily removed stain on seatbelt was not touched and the glass was barely worked on. I spoke to the owners wife and she was highly annoyed and did not treat me well when I politely brought the issues up. She and a detailer came out, the detailer did what he could with the belt nicely, but she was trying to talk down to me and say the film was only on the inside of the glass, when I mentioned I could feel the texture she quickly noticed the majority of it was external and continued to wipe. She got a lot more off, but hid the fact that I was right. The photos below by no means show how bad it is in person, extremely disappointing. She was not courteous or apologetic. They have lost what was once a consistent customer. Addition: just found that they pealed what was just a slightly cracked insignia. I took my car in to look visually pleasing. Now they have permanently negative impacted the look of my car, yet again.

You will not be disappointed! Auto Visions ceramic coated my entire truck. Protective wrapped the front end, hood, the lower portion of the sides(helps protect from rocks and such). Did a fantastic job! Since then I’ve had to bring it in twice due to getting a couple scrap s down the side of the truck. Auto Visions buffed and polished them out and recoated that side. I paid for a superior detail and that is exactly what I received. I had ordered an exterior detail for my truck (lifted, crew cab) and the full service on my 20' fiberglass boat. After picking the vehicles up after dark, I was unable to get a great look at both vehicles. From what I did see, I was satisfied and took them home. Once I got home I was able to really inspect the vehicles thoroughly. I noticed a couple spots here and there that were looked over and immediately notified the owner, Adam. He immediately apologized and asked me when and where they could correct the deficiencies. Keep in mind this was a Friday night. The next day he and his crew came to my vehicles at my location and spent about 3 hours of their Saturday ensuring I would be a satisfied customer. It's unfortunate that I had to reach back out to him (granted this was a very large project) for some minor deficiencies. However, he and his crew more than made up for it in genuine customer service and an excellent finished product. Thank you AMD!

DONT RECOMMEND! RUDE AND WORK IS NOT DONE THOROUGHLY! I needed my truck inside cleaned of windshield glass shards. I asked if they could clean the dog seat and other auto accessories. I even had it towed over due to the fact glass was everywhere. Maintenance plus detail, glass, and other is what they charged for $150 + $40. (photo 1) When I picked up the truck I saw they washed the exterior. I thought that was nice. When I paid inside I let them know how worried I was about the glass especially my dogs seat. She told me we vacuum and wiped it down. When I got inside the truck I was not impressed. Photo 2 Steering wheel has chunks on it Photo 3 not even been touched Photo 4 & 5 seats have dirty spots, glass and hair. Photo 6 is my dog seat debris. I took a piece of tape and this came out of it. Even glass. I needed a interior cleaning. I said windshield glass needed to be removed completely. I could have vacuumed and wiped vinyl down. These are just a few pics, the whole interior has areas like this. Last photo showing windshield glass just so you can see what why I needed this cleaned. I was sent a text to pick up my vehicle and even got a call to get my vehicle a couple hours later. There is still glass on seats for sure. I used tape and its coming right up. Please just do a good job on what the customer needs. Update about 30 mins after my posting. Reflextionnz shop guy called, didnt give him name. Argued with me about what im seeing. My photos were taken and timre stamped today! He even said my husband said not to shampoo. I record all calls. He asked can you get all the glass out? Guy asked vacuum thoughly wipe down shine inside. Husband said yes get all glass out. I asked if I bring truck back what can you do to make it better? I was told sorry you feel that way. I leave honest reviews. What kind of service is getting a heated call from a shop saying im wrong?

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! They charge me 260 bucks just for interior detailing. I did have mice droppings all over the place from the car sitting in the garage, so I thought it was fair price to get it all cleaned up and deodorize it. But when I got my car back, there was still mice droppings that were noticeably still there I took it to somebody else they charged me 40 bucks that found more mouse droppings in the back and in a little cubby that they just skipped over. I did try to take it back to this place at first but wouldn’t do anything about it. So I got ripped off for $260! Mind you they didn’t even clean the exterior.

Scott and his co worker knocked out my car on a short notice and took there time doing it! They didn’t rush the job just to get it done. They went panel by panel making sure every part of the car was shining and good. I had previously drove my car through some tree branches and had a bunch of scratches all over my black car and they got almost all of them out I was amazed!! Had a Permaplate claim with them twice and never showed up or called back. Several calls and all they mentioned is that they will call me back and never did. When they answer the phone, they were too busy to give me a legit date to make it for the repair request. Both times over a month and they can’t seem to be able to properly meet any appointment. Just disappointed. Not reliable at all. Don’t know how they are with actually doing their job since they never made it.

Dedicated shop! Even though the install on my gooseneck hitch was a nightmare, due to the previous truck owner welding the 5th wheel frame and bolts in, this shop didn't give up and got my truck all installed! Great staff, professional work, and a great price, even with all the extra work they were competitively priced with other local shops. The ball works perfectly, I hooked it up after I got home. I couldn't be happier!

I had an appointment at 1030am so I towed my car to the business. I got there after work around 430pm to pick up my vehicle and it had not even been looked at. The man and woman at the front desk seemed to be irritated with me that they didn’t know they had an appointment. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Do NOT recommend.
