I have a 1987 Jeep J10 that I am restoring. I paid over $300 to these guys for the highest detail level package they offered and was left very unsatisfied. This should have been an easy detail. The truck has not been titled and has not seen the road in years. It was in storage for 4 years and just brought out. All it had was dust sitting on it. They were washing my spouse's vehicle first. I told them to let me know when they wanted to swap and I would back this one out of a garage. They never came and got me. They "detailed" my truck, which has 4 years of dust from sitting in storage on it, by dry washing it in an enclosed garage where the lights were out. I could not believe it. This method with that much dust scratched the paint, including my hood which was just professionally resprayed. Nothing that cannot be buffed out but they neglected to do that as well. They did not touch the bed, left streaks all over my stainless steel interior, and completely missed several body panels. The paint remains rough which suggests it was not clayed like it was supposed to be. It would be what you expect for guys who did not actually wash the car and attempted to detail it in an unlit garage. These guys may satisfy people who do not care much about their vehicles but they are not a high end car detail as their rates and website suggest. If you have a collector car or are particular about your vehicle, find someone else.

Oh. My. Gosh. The service was incredible. Our son spilled milk and the mold smell permeated everything for months. We tried and tried to clean it ourselves but to no avail. I even bought an ozone machine but didn’t need to use it after Brian’s superb service. I called multiple places and he offered the best price for what we needed. He even told me I didn’t need to add on the odor removal service since I had plans to ozone the car (saving me $50!!). I appreciated his honesty so much! Great thing was that his attention to detail and carpet cleaning resulted in me not needing the odor removal service OR the ozone! I did not think it was possible to make our 15 year old Lexus IS250 look like new car showroom quality, but Kyle made it happen! The headlights were completely oxidized/foggy, and now they look brand new. Kyle’s pricing was completely reasonable for an inside/outside detail, engine clean, and headlight restoration. The detail was impeccable with tar spots removed on the outside and every crevasse spotless on the inside. No artificial smells or oils used either. Truly a new vehicle look! Kyle’s communication is excellent, and he’s a nice guy. Good location in Jenks too. This made our week, and we are so happy!

Showroom Service did an AMAZING job on our vehicle. Kyle was so great to work with - he fit my Highlander in before a road trip and was a great communicator. Jay and Bryan are FANSTATIC! They helped me through the whole process. I got 30% on my windows and 80% on the windshield and top/back glass. They also put on some mud flaps I bought along with cutting some PPF I provided to keep the paint safe from the mud flaps rubbing. I had not one but two details done here within a week due to dealer accidentally requesting basic detail first time. The basic detail still includes basic clean on inside and out. And at bmw is $149 The spa package is what I got the second time which is supposed to include full detail including shampoo and leather treatment. $199 After getting the car back I will say it looked great outside. Inside however has more to be desired. I’m used to random things getting missed it’s not my first time getting an auto detail but 👀 pics included below, I feel like the dash and instrument cluster should be the first focus…. I called this location and was just told how my dealer signed me up for wrong detail. If you review these pics this should’ve been cleaned on even a basic detail.

Paint Correction Monday, 22 JUL 24: Purchased a Black 2016 silverado. The paint revealed heavy swirl marks, and was almost to much for me to look at during the day, but man it looked good at night (lol). Spoke with the Owner at SOS Clean Team Mr. Anderson, after quick walk-around and making some assessments, he assured me S.O.S. could get the swirls out and pointed out some areas that would limit full improvement, due to a prior paint job from previous owner. The result was more than what I anticipated, even for the area that was going to be a challenge for the paint correction. Very satisfied, and definitely recommend!

Bubbled Up Car Wash was recommended to me after I had been searching for a place in Tulsa to hand wash my car. I passed it when driving there but eventually found it in a lot. Two people worked to wash my car's exterior and interior while I waited, including the owner Theresa, and they did a very good job. And it was 30 bucks. Im glad I went with the Detail Queen to get my ride looking new once again. Tiffany was able to clear out all evidence that I ever had children in my car. No more stickiness, crumbs, chicken nuggets and mud! The interior looked brand new again!!! Only wish I had taken before pics. As for the exterior, my car is only a year old and the black paint had been beat up from automatic car washes. Tiffany was able to get out the swirls and scratches it had caused. Wonderful auto detailing service! Found Marcus James Professional Detailing via Google Maps. Called, very professional and great customer service! Great price! My car really needed help. I had some issues with it. I had stains and leather issues my cup holders were a mess. I did ask Marcus not to remove my dirty plastic covers fyi since Im probably going to need extra protection with kids. I wish I would have taken before photos. My car looks like new again. I’ve had detailing before and I’ve never had it cleaned like this! Coming back to bring my family’s cars here now and sharing with others! The list of wrongs is way longer than the list of rights, with this one. Very short time for the money. Very little product on each selection.... mostly just water. Honestly, this is the worst car wash I have ever been to. This is not reflective of the detailing section... Just the self-serve section.
