I have been using this car wash for three years, no problem. When I walked out to my car after they had completed it. The first thing that I saw was dirt on the drivers side. One of the staff asked if everything was ok, I pointed to what is in the picture. He said we don’t clean that area. I purchased the $55 wash. All of the car was wiped and treated in the car except this area on both the drivers side and the passenger side. Honestly, the car was not as good as it has been in the past. I always purchase the $55 wash

Don’t go there!!! Sure they clean your car lol I got in my car got a block away and noticed this! Did they bother to wash any of my windows inside aside from the front one? I threw away the water bottle. No I didn’t get the basic one!! What a waste!

Highly recommend! Booking was easy. The communication was overall pleasant. They traveled to my home fully equipped and ready to work. I loved that I didn’t have to sit at a detail shop for hours, who has time for that! It was also nice being able to talk to the person detailing your car about what you want verses telling a receptionist and hoping they relay the message to whoever is at work that day. It felt tailored to my needs and gave me that assurance that my car was in good hands. They were extremely punctual, efficient, professional and friendly! My car looks brand new again and I will absolutely be using them in the future!

Kenny's did an amazing job on our 2004 Subaru. It hadn't been cleaned *ever*, so it was pretty dirty. We couldn't believe how good it looked when we picked it up. It seriously looked like a new car, both inside and out. I don't know how they got some of the carpet stains and paint scuffs off, but they did. They are very detail oriented, and even cleaned all the places I wouldn't have thought of. Also, we are not a fan of lingering chemical/fragrance smells, and the car smelled great after the detailing. We will be taking all our vehicles to Kenny's from now on, and would easily recommend their work to anyone.

I had the ICON ROCKLEAR done on my Jeep, it not only looks brand new but they were also able to get the spray foam off the inside of my wheel wells from a can I ran over a couple of months beforehand! Their customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. I would highly recommend them! They are genuinely excited to be doing what they do and it shows in their workmanship and attitude.

Had my truck coated here with icon rocklear and the final product looks great. Was skeptical of it at first looking at reviews online about icon but went ahead with it after discussing with Kaleb after he patiently answered all my questions. Didn't want to go the film route and have to deal with having to replace it in the future. So far so good and pleasantly surprised how good it looks. Definitely recommend going with these guys if you're in the search of something to protect your vehicle.

Paid for the ultimate wash. This was my backseat. I asked and they stated “we only vacuum the seats” for the 55$ I spent. This is not paste it is an easily removed foam using wipes. I needed the rest of my car cleaned as I had just moved dirt and trees so I figured I’d get that dealt with too. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the mechanic side of it was nice and speedy. They ask about filters but so does everywhere else. Great group there. Also the front desk lady was awesome. And the inside is spectacular and lid friendly. So close to being an amazing place for all your car needs.

Very nice and polite staff. Dut unfortunately I took my wife's car in to have it detailed before having to pick her up from the hospital from having open heart surgery. I was not AT ALL happy with the detail job. I got the ozone treatment and full interior detail, even left it over night for them. I myself detail cars but do not have the time lately to do it. It cost me just under $300 and the job that was done was unsatisfactory. I have been using this car wash for years when I don't have time to do it myself and after this experience I don't know if I will return. The windshield was cracked when I picked up my vehicle witch was not at the time I dropped it off.

I inquired about purchasing a gift card for my Dad for his birthday. Cesar called me back and discussed what I wanted to have done and we got the gift card done. We took the truck to be detailed and they went above and beyond. They got stains out of his seats that had been there since he bought the truck! He even cleaned the inside of my windshield for me when I asked what product they use! Super nice guys and great work! Will definitely use them again and would 100% recommend them!

I've always been the one to wash my car, because automatic car washes can cause swirl marks and damage it over a long period of time. With that being said, I also have not liked the idea of anyone else washing my car for the same reason. They can damage the paint if they don't know what they are doing. I can tell you right now, this guy knows what he is doing. He cares about the little things, and does what needs to be done to satisfy your request. He has the proper tools that won't damage your paint, yet will still leave it shining brilliantly. I highly recommend Sublimity Auto if you are looking for a professional cleaning at a very affordable price.

Drew once again knocked it out of the park. My car was fading, swirl marks from not being carful washing, and deeper scratches from being a 34 year old car. He also applied his ceramic coat to protect the hard work he did. Just look at the shine! It’s like glass and for 34 year old paint looks amazing. This is the factory single stage paint.

I recently had my car detailed by Drew from Short Order Detail, and the experience was fantastic! Drew went above and beyond, paying close attention to every part of my car, both inside and out. He was thorough, professional, and took great pride in his work, leaving my car looking brand new. Inside, Drew meticulously cleaned every surface, making sure even the toughest spots were spotless. The seats, dashboard, carpets, and all the little crevices were carefully detailed, and the car had a fresh, pleasant scent. On the exterior, Drew’s work really made the paint pop, and he even managed to buff out some minor scratches I thought were permanent. The wheels and tires were shining like new. Drew’s communication was excellent, and he made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the service. I couldn’t recommend Short Order Detail more highly. If you want exceptional work from someone who cares about the details, definitely go with Drew! Five stars!

Exclusive Touch Detail did an amazing job on my Edge. I don't think it looked this good when I drove it off the show room floor. The attention to detail is spot on. I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars and the way they are washed and worked on. This guy exceeded my expectations and used high end products. Prep wash, remove contamination (clay bar), stage 1 correction (polish) then applied a ceramic coat. The results speak for themselves. Reach out if you need a basic wash, interior cleaning, or a full on paint restore job from wet sanding on up. Plus more. Nikhos is very professional and is all about customer satisfaction. He clearly loves what he does because he’s amazing at it. I really hope he’s around for the long run because I don’t ever want to take my car anywhere else. Thank you for such an incredible job!

Got a flyer from the owner and operator Caleb as he was posting them. He gave me a coupon for my first detailing and was able to get my reservation within the week. Honestly, I was a little hesitant since it was a new business without any reviews; but the good deal, plus my impression after meeting Caleb felt worth it. All that being said, I could not be more happy with putting my trust into After Hours! There were stains that I was certain would never come out and after the detailing, my car looks and smells like it's brand new! I was told that if I posted before and after pictures he would give me another deal on my next visit so I wanted to be sure to get those up as well as let everyone know that their car is in good hands with AH Detailing!

Awesome, helpful staff members here. My car has never looked better after the Ceramic wash. The free vacuums are great, and I can actually take my time vacuuming and not feeling rushed by a timer. They have window cleaner and nice towels to wipe your windows down with at the vacuum stalls as well. My new fave car wash! 🧼 🚗

Super nice car wash. The vacuums are also powerful despite the high amount of people using them. Which I appreciate. They also give you complimentary towels and window cleaner. The only thing I can suggest is complimentary interior cleaner as well. That would be nice. Plenty of vacuums as well. I went on a busy Friday when rush hour hits and there was still plenty of room. I included pics of my car inside to show you how clean I was able to get it. My car is usually not that dirty from the get go. Other than that? Wonderful car wash.

Did some dude with a million extra bucks just invest in this and go on permanent vacation? They seem to close whenever they feel like it irrespective of their posted hours or the weather. A couple of my recent washes applied soap and then didn't do anything else. Bought the $40 membership and found it closed at 6:42 p.m. with above-freezing temps, which is at least the fifth time I've tried to use my membership in the evening after working but before the posted closing time. Called the wash, person answering the phone pretended they were still open until I advised I had just left because they had orange cones blocking the entrance. Perplexing. It's as if NO ONE IS IN CHARGE and there is no accountability. When it works and is actually open, it makes the car shiny. But they all do that Most of them also rinse every time and stay open during their scheduled hours when selling you a membership.

I wasn’t asking for perfection, but just did not have time to clean the interior of my vehicle and had an appointment across the street. The price was fair. They had absolutely no customers so they were slow. They should’ve been an easy deal. But you can see from the pictures that they just Did pretty poor job. I had to get towels from the back of my truck to wipe off the seats so I could not ruin my clothes with dressing because it was so gummy to wipe off. I also had to clean my own interior windows to get the final dressing overspray off. I did not go into complain because the lady at the front counter was too busy watching TV to pay attention to me to even pay. told the guys that if they did a good job, I would give them a great tip and take their time. They sat there and watched me clean my seats and the goo out of my center consul for 30 minutes. Hopefully they get some guys working there enjoy their jobs instead of these guys.

I usually clean my car on a weekly basis myself because I am extremely particular about my cars. I have started using this car wash and its one of the best I’ve ever used. Everyone is super friendly from the cleaning staff to the kind woman at the front desk. The prices are amazing…. Most places charge you $60-$80 and don’t ever wipe down the inside. They charged me $40 here that includes inside and out. That’s a bargain in my opinion. Keep up the great work, you have a lifetime customer with me.

Went into the car wash with bird poop on my car... left the car wash with bird poop on my car. Pictures of before and afters all out of order for some reason.. but... Also, the bird poop was acquired the same day while I was at work. Kinda sad I spent $25 for it to not be all off... now I have to get another wash.. They have a scam going...after they quit honoring the free second wash within a week, they tell you that for the price of one car wash you can get a month free and they put a sticker on your car. I just discovered they have been auto charging for the last 4 months and went up from $25 to $44.99. Nothing was mentioned about auto pay and $44.99 a month! I barely go there once a month and hadn't been back since that first month expired (or so I thought!) I am attempting to get a refund - I will update this review with those results. This occurred at the Moore location on Telephone Road across from Walmart. As seen below, they finally responded but provided no contact info. Phone numbers have done no good. I sent an online message to customer service and they have not responded. BS!

If anybody’s ever looking to have some detail work done, I can definitely tell you NOT to hire Superior Mobile Detail LLC . This is an individual who is more interested in filling phone calls, then cleaning vehicles. I hired him to come out and clean our boat before we took it back down to the lake for the summer. Matt has informed me that I should have been looking over his shoulder the entire time making sure he was doing his job and that he will not be refunding any portion of what we paid him because I should double check his work. So instead, I will just post this here and everywhere else so that everybody can see what kind of work you get from Superior Mobile Detail.

Scheduling and paying were easy! Detailing, I couldn't have been happier with! Car is the cleanest it has ever been, including when I purchased from dealership (used). Only minor issue was an issue arose and they communicated that to me, but we were not on same page as far as timelines. But, I felt their service and explanation was great enough to overlook that. From what I hear definitely a one off and I never give bad feedback based off an anomaly. 9.5/10 will recommend to any and everyone.

I enjoy getting my car washed here because the automatic car wash gets it really clean. The only problem is if you are waiting behind a chatty Kathy people that have VIP or passes just zoom past you, and you have to wait till chatty Kathy decides to shut up and pull forward. Other than that, this place has free vacuums and you are able to use vacuums on each side of your car, they also give out really nice towels to clean your car with and have places you can place them back without having to walk across a whole parking lot to return them.

This car wash did damage to 2 tires on my wife’s car, leading to them going completely flat by the time the wash was completed. After filing a claim with the employee on site, he proceeded to let my wife know there was nothing he could do and left her sitting in the parking lot on 2 flat tires. Upon their “claims department” reaching out to us they informed us that they are not responsible for any damage done to any “externally attached” items on a vehicle regardless if it is a factory installed item, or any damage done to a vehicle over 7 years old. This tells me there is no situation where they would be willing to accept responsibility and compensate customers for damages.

I recently switched to this car wash after canceling my previous subscription elsewhere in town. This is the only car wash in Norman I’ve found that has a completely open bay, so there's no need drive your tire into a guide. My rim got cracked at the last place because of that! Although it’s a bit farther for me to drive, it’s been worth it so far. The staff here are always nice and courteous. They keep towels and cleaner stocked at the vacuum stalls, and the vacuums are strong and never clogged. So far, so good! 5 stars from me!" Edit 3 months later: still love this carwash! This week I went through and my front license plate was loose. I had no idea. The nice man asked me to roll down my window and told me about it. Then he said if I wasn’t in a hurry he’d get a screwdriver and fix the plate for me. Hard to get this level of customer service anymore.

Edited to respond to the business owner response: as evidenced by their response you can see what kind of customer service they offer: refusing to take any responsibility. If there truly was no damage (though it can clearly be seen in the attached photos) they should have absolutely no problem looking further into the matter rather than refusing to offer insurance info or management names. The manager did try to rub off some of the damage but admitted that some was chips and paint scratches. He’s now denying that. Also, why exactly would a good car wash leave “debris” on the car? I’ve been to multiple car washes in Norman and never had these issues. I took my brand new (less than a week old) car here and came out with numerous scratches on the paint. I informed the manager right after leaving and he asked me to come back so he could look at the scratches. When I came back and showed him the damage, he was extremely rude and yelled that he had been in the business a long time and there was no possible way the car wash could scratch my car. Common sense should tell you that if there was any dirt or debris from previous cars in the brushes that could easily scratch or chip a car’s finish given improper cleaning between vehicles. He refused to provide me with any insurance info for the business and yelled that he wouldn’t be paying for it. I will NEVER be returning here. Extremely rude service, irresponsible business, and damaging machines. Wash at your own risk because they will damage your car and try to intimidate you into not forcing them to take responsibility.

Wow, just wow! These guys did such a great job on my car! 💦It was so easy to schedule with them. I called to get an estimate for getting my driveway cleaned.. It wasn't in horrible horrible shape, but I like it to be really clean. I called H2O pros primarily because of the five star reviews. I was not disappointed. He showed up with really good equipment and took his job very seriously. It took about 3+ hours, and I began to realize that it was actually dirtier than I thought it was. The result was beyond my expectations. We had the cleanest and shiniest driveway in the whole neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Never go to and Okie express anywhere I stopped using every Okie express in the metro cause my car will get scratched when nothing was there and blame my self for it. The same thing has happened to my parents one of them has a brand new vehicle and left a nice scratch on the hood. Unless you want to fix your scratch’s they create do not use ANY Okie Express the one in Moore is the same way. They do not know how to check their “cameras” properly if they even do. Do not waist your money with this company!
