Jay, and his team did an amazing job on my truck. They even picked up, and dropped it off when it was done. There was 1 hickup where they accidentally left one of my lights on when they dropped it off, and my battery died, but Jay drove 30 minutes from where he lived at 12 at night, and helped me jump my truck. I have used this service many times before and it has been worth it, however last time they left a gel/compound on my clock glass. When I took my car in this time I mentioned 3 specific spots in my car that I really wanted detailed. I arrive at the end of the day and none of them were taken care of. The stain on my seat was roughly gone over. I put a paper slip on it and brown sludge came up. Also the easily removed stain on seatbelt was not touched and the glass was barely worked on. I spoke to the owners wife and she was highly annoyed and did not treat me well when I politely brought the issues up. She and a detailer came out, the detailer did what he could with the belt nicely, but she was trying to talk down to me and say the film was only on the inside of the glass, when I mentioned I could feel the texture she quickly noticed the majority of it was external and continued to wipe. She got a lot more off, but hid the fact that I was right. The photos below by no means show how bad it is in person, extremely disappointing. She was not courteous or apologetic. They have lost what was once a consistent customer. Addition: just found that they pealed what was just a slightly cracked insignia. I took my car in to look visually pleasing. Now they have permanently negative impacted the look of my car, yet again.

Awesome service! I paid with my American Express and forgot to stop the charge… was billed $15 for about a 5-10 minute handwashing. I called Tony and explained to him when he called me back at about 9 o’clock at night. He was so understanding of my incompetence and asked me how much I wanted refunded. I’m going to see his son Colton today for $6 in tokens. I think I’ve found my new go to car wash in Broken Arrow! 🚗 🧼

You will not be disappointed! Auto Visions ceramic coated my entire truck. Protective wrapped the front end, hood, the lower portion of the sides(helps protect from rocks and such). Did a fantastic job! Since then I’ve had to bring it in twice due to getting a couple scrap s down the side of the truck. Auto Visions buffed and polished them out and recoated that side. This is the second car I have taken to Black Label. That right there should demonstrate to you how great Black Label is. This time around, I had the b and c pillars wrapped in gloss black vinyl to cover up and protect the original plastic pillars. This helps with longevity against the sun’s UV rays and ensures I won’t get any chemical stains! Always fair pricing, and he can do just about anything if you ask!
