The guys there are so awesome, they took me on a Saturday and on short notice, the reason for my visit was because my replaced windshield was leaking and the company I used payed for the detail, it was a mess, but J&M went above and beyond , my car looks and smells brand new! They had amazing communication from drop off to finish. I was only expecting my carpets shampooed, but no, they did my entire car, I was so happy when I picked it up, I was not expecting all the work they did, and i appreciated the professionalism and courtesy they extended to me. First things first, IMS detailing started off with a newer truck but serious paint neglect! My 2022 F150 had paint in rough shape due to a previous owners neglect. I had the life time ceramic coat done, interior detailed and the front windows tint matched. The paint correction and ceramic coat is legit flawless!! The amount of work they did to correct the paint and have it look the way it does is priceless in my honest opinion! I’m so proud to have a truck I can take care of so easily now on the exterior thanks to the team at IMS. The interior detail came out flawless as well. The previous owner used this truck commercially and there was some grease stains on the fabric of the seats. Those are 100% now gone and the interior looks the way the truck did when it was delivered new! Last but not least is the quality of the tint on the two front windows, they exceeded my expectations! The front windows match the rear factory tint flawlessly! Thank you guys so much over @ IMS, a customer now for life!

I got my car back with 3 small gouges on the back of my car which they denied. It looks like someone dropped something on it because there's a brownish paint scratch as well. A 12 year old could have done a better job on my windows. I was driving home and it was sprinkling (at night) when the headlights in the opposite direction hit me I could barely see out the window from all the streaks. Also the address on Google isn't his, it's another auto detailer (On-site detailing) and he steals business from him by keeping that address. Your response shows just how unprofessional and dishonest you are. My car was dirty, that's why I brought it to you, not "filthy". I love my car and take good care of it. Hence having it detailed. I bought my 2020 Toyota in 2020 so that when I retired it would be paid off. I've retired and it's paid off, why wouldn't I take care of it. You do the detailing on a dirt roadway in back of a junk yard. Not in a shop, you detail on the dirt. That's filthy. My dog is an 8lb maltese and doesn't shed, maltese don't shed, and she's rarely in my car and if she is, she's in a car seat. I don't have a 12 year old son or daughter for that matter. You just brought this to another level. You are mean.

Looking at some of these reviews, I have to wonder if they were a fluke, or posted by a competitor, because I am so happy I found Johnny's Detailing. I took my 12 year old truck there, LOADED with scratches. For a VERY REASONABLE PRICE, they used Clay bar, then a compound wax was applied with a buffer. Now, 99% of the scratches ARE GONE!!!! Also did the interior and under the hood, all for a mere $340!!!!! They even replaced my fog light bulbs. These guys can do most anything! Before I found Johnny's, I had my wife's SUV done by one of the BIGGEST and supposedly BEST detail shops in the Merrimack Valley. They charged $525 to do her car inside, outside, and under the hood, and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! It looks like the guy stood in one place and sprayed the engine bay from there, only. When viewed from all other angles, the engine is filthy!!! Not what I expected for $525.00!!!! These men do much more than detailing. Garages wanted over $250.00 JUST FOR THE LABOR to change 6 spark plugs on my Honda. Johnny's did it for less than that. In fact, they did 6 plugs, 6 coils, replaced a bumper bracket, and detailed my interior, all for less than the garage was charging, JUST TO DO THE PLUGS!!! As a bonus, while one man finished the plugs, rather than stand around doing nothing, the other did spray wax on my whole car!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! And if you need thorough detailing, or mechanical work, YOU WILL, TOO!!! These guys are experts and educated me on cleaning chemicals to use going forward. Very personable, friendly, and generous with their knowledge and expertise. Get your vehicle done here, you will be happy that you did.

I went for my wash here yesterday. Paid 20$ but it missed so many spots on my windshield and side mirrors. I tried to let the attendant know so i could go through it again and he initially refused saying its “tree sap”. I tried explaining its just bugs because i just did a long drive across the country but he still insisted saying it will never come out. I took water wipes from my car and started cleaning out the spots to clean my car myself but it was so much cleaning it beats the purpose. So i started taking pictures of all the missed spots and he came back agitated saying he is willing to let me go back again but if i post a bad review he won’t. It’s disappointing that i had to take pictures for him to agree to resolve and even then threaten me as if i didn’t pay for that service. Anyway these are the photos of my car after 1st wash and 2nd wash. I think this was an easy issue to resolve but the attendant handed it poorly.

Used the touch less wash on December 1st and on the first go around it cuts the corner short and we'll it wasn't so touchless. The rest of the passes never came close. Told the attendant who took my information and told me someone will be in touch. We'll I waited till today and still nothing.

I recently made an appointment with Wicked Clean Cah, a last-minute one, to be exact. Chris and his team were awesome enough to be able to fit me into their schedule that morning for the Headlight Restoration service I was looking to have done. My headlights started to fog up about a year and a half ago, causing my HID's to not light up the road at night as well as they normally do. I brought my vehicle in for drop off, and the gentleman performing the work was very friendly and explained the whole process of the restoration to me. After a few hours, I received a text that my vehicle was ready for pickup and headed over. I must say I'm very happy with the results. The headlights' brightness and clarity have improved back to how they were when I purchased the vehicle. I don't have a before picture, but I do have the after ones. All in all, I'm very pleased with the services provided and with Chris and his team's work. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of my vehicle detailed when I have the chance. Chris, you and your detailer (his name is slipping my mind as I type this, I'm sorry) were a pleasure to talk with that day. I hope to see you guys again soon.

I purchased an interior detailing package for my SUV. They had my car for 8 hrs then texted that I had to pay before pick-up via Venmo. I should have said no, but I paid and left a tip because they had my car all day. However, when I arrived my car was not clean. The back of the seats and under the headrests still had dust and dog nose prints all across the back. They never rolled down the windows to clean the dirt off the top 2 inches of glass. The center console was never vacuumed/cleaned. They left cleaner spray spots all over my nappa leather seats that I immediately had to buff out with a microfiber cloth. They didn't clean the tracks of the seats. And, they stripped the protective anti-glare film off the monitor screen. When I pointed all this out they said they were training a new guy so he must have missed a few things. The owner refused to tell me what cleaning product he used on my monitor screen and advised me to go to Walmart to find a product to fix it. After going back and forth about how he didn't properly clean my car or use the right cleaning products, he decided to refund my tip and offered a free car cleaning, that he did not honor. This business is completely unprofessional and they damaged my car. If you care about your car and need professional interior cleaning this is NOT the place to go. UPDATE: Chris, the owner, called me and started yelling at me for leaving this review. He's extremely unprofessional and even threatened to sue me for leaving this review. I definitely do not recommend this business unless you want your car damaged and the owner to verbally harass you.

Wonderful experience first experience! Went for the ultimate interior and exterior car wash since car needed a full cleaning. I own Silver Arrow Service in Hudson New Hampshire. The last seven years I have tried to work with multiple detailers, and none of them could live up to the standards that I or my clients demanded. Camps car wash has a state of the art washing system . The staff is very friendly and I've not had a single issue with the quality of wash . They also have wash stickers that's billed to you every month at a fixed rate for the fixed wash you purchased , I purchased a $29.00 a month wash stickers , I have gone 12-15 times in the past month . So the wash stickers is well worth it , it comes to around $2.00 - 3.00 per wash .

Jack has detailed several of our cars and regularly does an outstanding job. We started using OCD when we moved to Milford as our regular detailing guy was closed due to covid and have used OCD ever since. Our cars come out spectacular and pricing is reasonable. Most recently we had Jack ceramic coat our brand new BMW which had several swirls from poor detailing at the dealership before purchase (it's black so everything shows up), when we got it back, I could swear Jack repainted it. The car looked like it was fresh from the factory. We've also used OCD's fabric and vinyl repair services to fix a minor tear on our boat upholstery and yet again Jack went above and beyond. Not only did he fix it to like-new condition, he even did a house call since the boat was too big to fit at his shop. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he even did a perfect factory match on the tint for the two front windows. Erik worked late to ensure everything was completed on time and even delivered the truck to my home. I’ll definitely be trusting him with all my vehicles from now on. Highly recommend!

Just got my Mustang Mach E back from Jivan and it looks showroom ready. That's quite an achievement considering that my assigned parking space means the car has been living under a pine tree since I bought it in October. First things first, IMS detailing started off with a newer truck but serious paint neglect! My 2022 F150 had paint in rough shape due to a previous owners neglect. I had the life time ceramic coat done, interior detailed and the front windows tint matched. The paint correction and ceramic coat is legit flawless!! The amount of work they did to correct the paint and have it look the way it does is priceless in my honest opinion! I’m so proud to have a truck I can take care of so easily now on the exterior thanks to the team at IMS. The interior detail came out flawless as well. The previous owner used this truck commercially and there was some grease stains on the fabric of the seats. Those are 100% now gone and the interior looks the way the truck did when it was delivered new! Last but not least is the quality of the tint on the two front windows, they exceeded my expectations! The front windows match the rear factory tint flawlessly! Thank you guys so much over @ IMS, a customer now for life!

Excellent work, my car looks brand new all over inside and out. Among other issues, I had big milk stains and chocolate syrup stains I couldn’t get out, it’s like they never happened!!! Body work looks super. It’s like I have a new car! Fabulous communication and follow up, very flexible with scheduling. Takes his time and is vey thorough. He even leaves car fresheners in the car. Came highly recommend by a couple of friends and decided to treat myself to a little car detail. Not only does my car look brand new but it was done insanely quick! There’s a thing as too fast.. this car wash was still rinsing off soap while it started drying. I think it took maybe a minute to go all the way through. The clean was okay, but there was definitely soap leftover in various spots and my car was dripping water. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Free vacuums are nice.

This Wash damaged the rear wiper on my brand new car and after their "review" they deemed their equipment not responsible and won't take accountability and told me to contact my insurance so I can file a claim to get my rate jacked up. 10/10 don't recommend.

I recently had my car deep cleaned at Affordable Auto Detailing and I’m beyond impressed with the results.The service was thorough, and they didn’t miss a single spot. It's impossible to express in words the support these guys offered my son and I. I've been through some ripoffs in my life and really only trusted a friend who gets cars! I was referred through my son's friend becuz they specialized in his kind of car.
