I recently made an appointment with Wicked Clean Cah, a last-minute one, to be exact. Chris and his team were awesome enough to be able to fit me into their schedule that morning for the Headlight Restoration service I was looking to have done. My headlights started to fog up about a year and a half ago, causing my HID's to not light up the road at night as well as they normally do. I brought my vehicle in for drop off, and the gentleman performing the work was very friendly and explained the whole process of the restoration to me. After a few hours, I received a text that my vehicle was ready for pickup and headed over. I must say I'm very happy with the results. The headlights' brightness and clarity have improved back to how they were when I purchased the vehicle. I don't have a before picture, but I do have the after ones. All in all, I'm very pleased with the services provided and with Chris and his team's work. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of my vehicle detailed when I have the chance. Chris, you and your detailer (his name is slipping my mind as I type this, I'm sorry) were a pleasure to talk with that day. I hope to see you guys again soon.

I purchased an interior detailing package for my SUV. They had my car for 8 hrs then texted that I had to pay before pick-up via Venmo. I should have said no, but I paid and left a tip because they had my car all day. However, when I arrived my car was not clean. The back of the seats and under the headrests still had dust and dog nose prints all across the back. They never rolled down the windows to clean the dirt off the top 2 inches of glass. The center console was never vacuumed/cleaned. They left cleaner spray spots all over my nappa leather seats that I immediately had to buff out with a microfiber cloth. They didn't clean the tracks of the seats. And, they stripped the protective anti-glare film off the monitor screen. When I pointed all this out they said they were training a new guy so he must have missed a few things. The owner refused to tell me what cleaning product he used on my monitor screen and advised me to go to Walmart to find a product to fix it. After going back and forth about how he didn't properly clean my car or use the right cleaning products, he decided to refund my tip and offered a free car cleaning, that he did not honor. This business is completely unprofessional and they damaged my car. If you care about your car and need professional interior cleaning this is NOT the place to go. UPDATE: Chris, the owner, called me and started yelling at me for leaving this review. He's extremely unprofessional and even threatened to sue me for leaving this review. I definitely do not recommend this business unless you want your car damaged and the owner to verbally harass you.

The entire process was convenient and seamless and I will definitely be going again! Staff was very friendly. I recently visited this car wash with high expectations, especially since I have a quick wash subscription to save time. Unfortunately, I was left waiting for 15 minutes with no attendant in sight. I even honked several times, but there was no response. This experience was incredibly disappointing, as the purpose of the subscription is to streamline the process in our busy schedules. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

I recently picked up my GMC Canyon from Auto Envy, and I could not be more happy with the outcome of the Owner Price coating that Mike and his team at Auto Envy applied to my truck. The truck has been parked outside in the elements 365 days per year since 2020. I have certainly tried to maintain the truck with no tunnel car washes, etc, and the finish looked cloudy and dull. The truck now looks better than when I drove it off the lot in 2020. I am very happy with the investment and the work performed by Auto Envy Detailing and would highly recommend them. See pictures

I'm really happy I chose Automotive FX to detail my Jeep! John was very informative when discussing all of the options available. It was so convenient to have him come to my house too! He was responsive, on-time, fast, and did a great job. As a mother of two young children, my leather interior needed a lot of help - imagine two carseats with a summer's worth of sand and snacks everywhere. John was able to get it looking brand new, which was not an easy task...I would definitely recommend him!

My 2014 Accord needed detailing and cleaning and I found out about John's services. We discussed on the phone what I needed and how much I wanted to spend. He offered to come to my Massachusetts location or I could bring my car to his NH shop. I brought my car to his place and he took it from there. John worked hard to get my car as clean and shiny as it could possibly be-- and I am messy. He worked methodically and thoroughly, and did a little extra, beyond what I could afford, and that hooked me. That kind of service will bring me back. I love Camps' Automatic carwash because it's open 24 hours, and has a touch-free option. You can even choose to receive a free 5-minute vacuum token. I keep off-hours and detailing my car is a way for me to decompress before going home. Whenever I need to, I can run my car through the wash, dry it off at the vacuum station and keep the inside as nice as the outside in no time. It's always well maintained and looked after.

I went to this location today for a car wash, and realized I could also get a much needed oil change as well! I figured I should check the Google reviews before I get an oil change and they were great, so I went ahead with it. Kai was the person I was communicating with for the most part and he was super professional and pleasant. The crew of employees in the oil change bays were very systematic and really knew their stuff, to include Kai. They showed me the filters from my car and let me know what their recommendations were and the cost, rather than just changing them out and popping a surprise charge on me. Bryan, the manager of Sparkling Image Oil Change and Jorge, helped me out with everything while I was there and at my request, arranged for detailers to vacuum my car (they also washed the windows). Management was so helpful, professional and pleasant! The detailers were incredibly thorough and for a very reasonable price; therefore, I left to get cash and returned to tip them both! I will be bringing all 4 cars here, for sure!

Hello, I’m a local guy here in Nashua and I drive by this place all the time. They always seems to be busy and look professional. I decided to get my car detailed here after looking at the reviews. I spoke to the owner, and I went with the highest package $460. The agreement was to get the inside of the car detailed including shampooing the carpet, get the engine clean, paint correction, wash the entire car and waxed. The owner said that it would take 2 full days to get it done. Seemed like a great deal, but the result was not exactly $460 result. I will break down the disappointment. Inside of the car I would say 3 out of 5 stars, since the carpet doesn’t not looked like it was shampooed cleaned/washed as I was promised. There were spots on the seats that had to be cleaned when I got there to pick up the car. It just looked like it was deep vacuum, maybe some spots on the carpet were scrubbed. The dash board was clean, and windows were clean. Outside of the car I would say 3 out of 5 stars. There were some scratches that should have come out with the paint correction, but they were still visible. I’m talking about scratches that are not deep in the paint, just surface. There were still bug spots on the bumper and grill. The rubbers on the doors were not clean the windshield still dirty at the bottom. The part that really got me mad about spending this amount of money was the wheels were never cleaned on the inside, which was just a matter of wiping them down. Engine I would say it was 0 out of 5 stars, meaning the engine still looked the same as when I brought the car for detailing. The car should have taken 2 full days, but they called me back within a day and half which makes me think they probably didn’t really take the time they should have. I spoke to the owner when I went to pick up the car and told him all these issues I saw, but he just looked at me and said nothing. Well except from picking up a cloth to wiped down the dirty spot on the seats I mentioned earlier. Overall the amount of money they charged me, compared to the results of the car is really disappointed. Not worth it, and the results are not detailed. This sort of work maybe worth about $150, definitely not 3 times that amount. If you want your car detailed correctly, go some place else. Took some photos 10 minutes after picking up the car.

Jack has detailed several of our cars and regularly does an outstanding job. We started using OCD when we moved to Milford as our regular detailing guy was closed due to covid and have used OCD ever since. Our cars come out spectacular and pricing is reasonable. Most recently we had Jack ceramic coat our brand new BMW which had several swirls from poor detailing at the dealership before purchase (it's black so everything shows up), when we got it back, I could swear Jack repainted it. The car looked like it was fresh from the factory. We've also used OCD's fabric and vinyl repair services to fix a minor tear on our boat upholstery and yet again Jack went above and beyond. Not only did he fix it to like-new condition, he even did a house call since the boat was too big to fit at his shop. We regularly trust OCD with our new and used vehicles and have recommended Jack to anyone who asks!

I got a 5 wash pass on the touchless system for $80. Check the pictures of the “cleaning” service. Contacted the customer service sent pictures and I have no answer or my money back. So probably if you have a bigger car you will face the same problem.

For $20 I expected a better experience. The car ahead of me took their time leaving the wash tunnel eating a portion of my wash. The wheel cleaner doesn't even function. The car wasn't even clean after the wash. Had to pay for another wash elsewhere.

They did an excellent job detailing and coating my R8. Did a decontamination, deep clean and then applied a multilayered Ceramic coating to the entire exterior. The car looked amazing and very glossy after. The service was professional, provided great communication of the process and offered a very fair price. Contacted Leonardo that I was picking up a new vehicle in a couple of days and wanted a ceramic coating. He was able to get me in the morning after I picked up my car and did a great job. The paint looked like a mirror. I was so impressed I had him do ceramic on my parents new car a few weeks later. Customer service was top notch and price was more reasonable than the big names that spend tons on marketing and pass the price on to the customer.

First things first, IMS detailing started off with a newer truck but serious paint neglect! My 2022 F150 had paint in rough shape due to a previous owners neglect. I had the life time ceramic coat done, interior detailed and the front windows tint matched. The paint correction and ceramic coat is legit flawless!! The amount of work they did to correct the paint and have it look the way it does is priceless in my honest opinion! I’m so proud to have a truck I can take care of so easily now on the exterior thanks to the team at IMS. The interior detail came out flawless as well. The previous owner used this truck commercially and there was some grease stains on the fabric of the seats. Those are 100% now gone and the interior looks the way the truck did when it was delivered new! Last but not least is the quality of the tint on the two front windows, they exceeded my expectations! The front windows match the rear factory tint flawlessly! Thank you guys so much over @ IMS, a customer now for life!

I highly recommend IMS for all of your automotive paint needs. They made a sixty year old car look as good as its ever looked. That’s not easy when it has a mediocre (at best) respray on it. They will be taking care of all our cars from this point forward.

I got a diamond package detail from Emily, interior and exterior, and the car looks great! I didn't think to take before pictures but it was definitely dirty, with lots of sand, pine needles, random residue in crevices, trash, and dirt inside, and all the slush and dirt that February in NH brings on the outside. I didn't even realize how dirty it was until I saw how nice and clean and white it looked after. Smells nice now too. Emily is so sweet and accommodating, and it was extremely easy to get in contact with her through text after finding her page on facebook. She answered my text right away with options for time slots when I asked to get a detail last minute before a cross-country road trip. She was able to fit me in the next day, and offered appointments on the weekend too. She conveniently came to my house to pick up the car and dropped it back off a few hours later. Communication was great, service was great, and price was great - she has an awesome deal going on right now for the month of February! Love supporting a female-owned business and I can't recommend Gem's enough.
