The guys there are so awesome, they took me on a Saturday and on short notice, the reason for my visit was because my replaced windshield was leaking and the company I used payed for the detail, it was a mess, but J&M went above and beyond , my car looks and smells brand new! They had amazing communication from drop off to finish. I was only expecting my carpets shampooed, but no, they did my entire car, I was so happy when I picked it up, I was not expecting all the work they did, and i appreciated the professionalism and courtesy they extended to me. First things first, IMS detailing started off with a newer truck but serious paint neglect! My 2022 F150 had paint in rough shape due to a previous owners neglect. I had the life time ceramic coat done, interior detailed and the front windows tint matched. The paint correction and ceramic coat is legit flawless!! The amount of work they did to correct the paint and have it look the way it does is priceless in my honest opinion! I’m so proud to have a truck I can take care of so easily now on the exterior thanks to the team at IMS. The interior detail came out flawless as well. The previous owner used this truck commercially and there was some grease stains on the fabric of the seats. Those are 100% now gone and the interior looks the way the truck did when it was delivered new! Last but not least is the quality of the tint on the two front windows, they exceeded my expectations! The front windows match the rear factory tint flawlessly! Thank you guys so much over @ IMS, a customer now for life!

Chris and company did an incredible job prettying up my 2015 XTerra. It looks and feels brand new! Got rid of some pesky embarrassing scratches, and took care of both inside and out. Super professional and on time. A couple of years ago they did the same for my 2008 XTerra, an even more miraculous feat. Will definitely be returning the next time one of our vehicles is due for a makeover :)

Brought my vehicle into Paul's for a full detail with a couple of identified scratches. They worked magic on my scratches, removing or making all areas nearly invisible, and also found some areas with overspray from recent body work that were able to be corrected. I got my car back with 3 small gouges on the back of my car which they denied. It looks like someone dropped something on it because there's a brownish paint scratch as well. A 12 year old could have done a better job on my windows. I was driving home and it was sprinkling (at night) when the headlights in the opposite direction hit me I could barely see out the window from all the streaks. Also the address on Google isn't his, it's another auto detailer (On-site detailing) and he steals business from him by keeping that address. Your response shows just how unprofessional and dishonest you are. My car was dirty, that's why I brought it to you, not "filthy". I love my car and take good care of it. Hence having it detailed. I bought my 2020 Toyota in 2020 so that when I retired it would be paid off. I've retired and it's paid off, why wouldn't I take care of it. You do the detailing on a dirt roadway in back of a junk yard. Not in a shop, you detail on the dirt. That's filthy. My dog is an 8lb maltese and doesn't shed, maltese don't shed, and she's rarely in my car and if she is, she's in a car seat. I don't have a 12 year old son or daughter for that matter. You just brought this to another level. You are mean.

Looking at some of these reviews, I have to wonder if they were a fluke, or posted by a competitor, because I am so happy I found Johnny's Detailing. I took my 12 year old truck there, LOADED with scratches. For a VERY REASONABLE PRICE, they used Clay bar, then a compound wax was applied with a buffer. Now, 99% of the scratches ARE GONE!!!! Also did the interior and under the hood, all for a mere $340!!!!! They even replaced my fog light bulbs. These guys can do most anything! Before I found Johnny's, I had my wife's SUV done by one of the BIGGEST and supposedly BEST detail shops in the Merrimack Valley. They charged $525 to do her car inside, outside, and under the hood, and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! It looks like the guy stood in one place and sprayed the engine bay from there, only. When viewed from all other angles, the engine is filthy!!! Not what I expected for $525.00!!!! These men do much more than detailing. Garages wanted over $250.00 JUST FOR THE LABOR to change 6 spark plugs on my Honda. Johnny's did it for less than that. In fact, they did 6 plugs, 6 coils, replaced a bumper bracket, and detailed my interior, all for less than the garage was charging, JUST TO DO THE PLUGS!!! As a bonus, while one man finished the plugs, rather than stand around doing nothing, the other did spray wax on my whole car!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! And if you need thorough detailing, or mechanical work, YOU WILL, TOO!!! These guys are experts and educated me on cleaning chemicals to use going forward. Very personable, friendly, and generous with their knowledge and expertise. Get your vehicle done here, you will be happy that you did.

My car was infested with mice. The smell was unbearable. Jonny and his associate, took the inside of my car apart, cleaned it, disinfected it and returned it to me brand new. He took pictures of the car throughout the entire process. Great service.

Alan and his crew are WONDERFUL. They installed a winch and new front bumper on my previous Jeep Wrangler. They did a fabulous job. Alan kept me updated the whole step of the way. I also have used them to detail my Jeep. It came back impeccable. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. Since then, I have purchased a new Jeep. I took it to On Site to have it lifted. car wash is very busy during the snow days as the car line comes upto the road. basic car wash is $10 which includes one free self vacuum otherwise vacuum is four quarters per time based use. the are offering snow and holiday sale for $30 for five basic car wash and they have similar offers going on during December 2022 holiday season. they also have self wash with a power water splash next to auto car wash.

My car looks great! I did the "wheel deal". Wish I took a before picture, but this was my first car wash all winter so you can imagine how white my car was with salt. I did clean it off with water before going through the wash.

I went for my wash here yesterday. Paid 20$ but it missed so many spots on my windshield and side mirrors. I tried to let the attendant know so i could go through it again and he initially refused saying its “tree sap”. I tried explaining its just bugs because i just did a long drive across the country but he still insisted saying it will never come out. I took water wipes from my car and started cleaning out the spots to clean my car myself but it was so much cleaning it beats the purpose. So i started taking pictures of all the missed spots and he came back agitated saying he is willing to let me go back again but if i post a bad review he won’t. It’s disappointing that i had to take pictures for him to agree to resolve and even then threaten me as if i didn’t pay for that service. Anyway these are the photos of my car after 1st wash and 2nd wash. I think this was an easy issue to resolve but the attendant handed it poorly.

Used the touch less wash on December 1st and on the first go around it cuts the corner short and we'll it wasn't so touchless. The rest of the passes never came close. Told the attendant who took my information and told me someone will be in touch. We'll I waited till today and still nothing.

I brought my car to Top Coat in March for paint correction and ceramic coating following having some body work completed on my 2019 Audi S5 the day before. Chris not only communicated with me every step of the way, but ensured the car was in the best possible condition before leaving his shop, and took care of ceramic coating the wheels as well when it was in the shop. I got a diamond package detail from Emily, interior and exterior, and the car looks great! I didn't think to take before pictures but it was definitely dirty, with lots of sand, pine needles, random residue in crevices, trash, and dirt inside, and all the slush and dirt that February in NH brings on the outside. I didn't even realize how dirty it was until I saw how nice and clean and white it looked after. Smells nice now too. Emily is so sweet and accommodating, and it was extremely easy to get in contact with her through text after finding her page on facebook. She answered my text right away with options for time slots when I asked to get a detail last minute before a cross-country road trip. She was able to fit me in the next day, and offered appointments on the weekend too. She conveniently came to my house to pick up the car and dropped it back off a few hours later. Communication was great, service was great, and price was great - she has an awesome deal going on right now for the month of February! Love supporting a female-owned business and I can't recommend Gem's enough.

Everything worked! I used the self service bay and it was clean, the pressure was great and the suction on the vacuum was also great. Some machines took a card others cash only. The self service bay also accommodates two cars to be washed at once, pull all the way up. 😉

Car did not come out clean. The guy doing the pre-wash barely washed off any snow or salt and as a result did not get cleaned through the wash, they would not offer to send it through again. Very disappointed.

I received a gift certificate for a detail this past christmas and just got around to using it now. I have 3 kids (2 in car seats and one booster). Now, I’m not saying my car was destroyed prior to them cleaning it, but I’m also not, not saying that. My explorer, was literally just restored to the day I bought it. Looks like new. Seriously. Also, I was concerned about the smell and residue some cleaning products leave behind, but it smells fresh and there is no weird residue. I will use them again for sure.

I was about the throw out the mats and the tray for the back space, and now they look brand new as well. Fair price, excellent work, and right on schedule. 2024 Update: I came back for a full interior and exterior detail, paint correction, ceramic coating and more (see photos) Erik somehow managed to go above and beyond what he did last year. His attention to detail and service is unmatched, he kept me updated over text and even tried to salvage my backup camera! The car received tons of compliments at a car show a week later. Again, I’d highly recommend Bedford Detailing Solutions and I’ll be back. August 2023: My Volvo looks the best it has ever looked since I’ve owned it. Erik was, by far, the most knowledgeable, responsive and professional detailer I've ever dealt with. From our first discussion about whether he was able to thoroughly detail and beautify my classic, 1968 Chrysler Newport Custom Coupe, Erik provided insights and specifics as to what process he would apply to achieve the most optimal results. Being an all original classic, extra care had to be taken to protect the paint. Erik took the time necessary to refresh the entire vehicle, while not jeopardizing the paint. The car came out absolutely gorgeous. Erik took extra steps to take my classic to the next level. I highly recommend anyone who has high standards for any type car they own.

It is time to travel a little down the road for a car wash. Bought 5 “the works” car wash deal card where you get one free wash. However it ends up not being free. After getting the card they increased the price which only lets you get 4 washes and need to add more to complete the card. False advertisement and if there was more to have this issue, I am sure could get together and sue. However bigger issues to deal with. The good side, Shell just opened a car wash along with another down the road where dominos just opened. I would advise others to do business else where and hopefully they are honest unlike here. Was told this is just the way it is and can add more to my card to get “the works”, no thank you. If the discount is 20% off or such, then should be stated this way. Not as being 5 car wash at full price with 1 free wash and price will be increased. Also, with your car wash card I am still paying the same price as if it was the full amount of cash. Sad to say, however family owned does not hold the same meaning it once did.

Honest owner and repair shop. I recommend this place to anybody as the owner will go out of his way to help you if you are HONEST with him. I have been bringing my cars to this location since 2010 and I have never had any problem. I have done Engine, struts, brakes, several nspections, and many repairs without any issues. When my car failed inspections , the owner worked with me to repair the issue that led to my car failing and re-inspected my car again (my car passed the second time, even though, for 1 week, I drove the car with failed inspection sticker until I was able to get money repair the issue).
