Great service! Very personable and professional. I had my exterior and interior detailed for the first time in 5 years. 😳 I had driven behind someone leaking oil so that was covering the front of my vehicle and was even inside the engine bay. 😭 Alex got it all off plus removed a bunch of pitch pitch. My interior looks better than when I bought the car! He even got out scratches on my gps panel that I didn't think could be addressed. Felt like I was driving a new car home!

Very positive experience working with Kris and Stephanie. Had my new car shipped directly from Florida to their shop and they were very accommodating. Car was a little grubby from the shipping process but was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. PPF of the front end and ceramic coating on entire car looked amazing. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

First things first, IMS detailing started off with a newer truck but serious paint neglect! My 2022 F150 had paint in rough shape due to a previous owners neglect. I had the life time ceramic coat done, interior detailed and the front windows tint matched. The paint correction and ceramic coat is legit flawless!! The amount of work they did to correct the paint and have it look the way it does is priceless in my honest opinion! I’m so proud to have a truck I can take care of so easily now on the exterior thanks to the team at IMS. The interior detail came out flawless as well. The previous owner used this truck commercially and there was some grease stains on the fabric of the seats. Those are 100% now gone and the interior looks the way the truck did when it was delivered new! Last but not least is the quality of the tint on the two front windows, they exceeded my expectations! The front windows match the rear factory tint flawlessly! Thank you guys so much over @ IMS, a customer now for life!

I highly recommend IMS for all of your automotive paint needs. They made a sixty year old car look as good as its ever looked. That’s not easy when it has a mediocre (at best) respray on it. They will be taking care of all our cars from this point forward.

This used to be the best car wash. The automatic washes seem to need a bit of work. Currently sitting thru my 2nd wash in a row because my car was still dirty, plus soapy, after the first wash. $18 per wash . There is no way to even report an issue or request a refund at the wash. Second wash finished, reduced to 1 star, as the other automatic wash didn't do any better. My car is still dirty.

One vacuum hose, all the rest are broke, two change machines out of order, and I've been her twice with my trailer and one with my boat ALL three times the big bay is out of order. Last time I was actually able to wash my car, the bar I was in had zero soap. I called and the lady told me there was no soap in that bay like I should have known. GHETTO!!!! DO NOT COME HERE.

There’s a thing as too fast.. this car wash was still rinsing off soap while it started drying. I think it took maybe a minute to go all the way through. The clean was okay, but there was definitely soap leftover in various spots and my car was dripping water. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Free vacuums are nice.

No issues with the washing of my vehicles, but I pay for two memberships for our vehicles and today is the third time I have come in the morning just before 8 and it is closed off. They open at 7 supposedly. I drive out of the way to stop here. The young guys that work there see the cars in line, but don’t come over to explain why we’re all waiting. Frustrating to pay for a membership, but when you stop to use it, you’re not able. Maybe a sign that says we’re out of order, please give us 10 minutes, or at least someone to let you know how long you’ll sit there and wait.

This shop is a breath of fresh air, or if your vehicle is in distress, a sigh of relief! Prompt communication throughout, proactive diagnosis, clear and transparent quoting and process, and most importantly: ***thorough and honest*** I will not be going anywhere else from now on. For my precious Honda Element, of which a previous shop told me the engine was hopeless and "just run it", UnFranchised Auto Care was able to get to bottom of the issue quickly and effectively, which was literally just scheduled preventative maintenance that was long overdue. You can buy a new car, OR better yet: you can save the one you already have (and love) for a fraction of the cost, thanks to UnFranchised Auto Care. They were recommended to me by a neighbor, and now I know why he was so eager to have me try them. I would never recommend unfranchised to anyone looking for a reputable mechanic for vehicle repairs. Most of the time, these guys are out behind the shop hanging out, revving their engines and doing burnouts while recording it. They treat the shop as if it's a frat house for them to party at and work on their personal vehicles during and after business hours. Extremely unprofessional shop manager and mechanics. Whether they actually know what they're doing or not, I would NEVER trust them with my vehicle. Not sure if they're doing burnouts in their personal vehicles or customer vehicles, but either way it's not professional. Using customer vehicles for parts runs, picking up oil drums and running errands for themselves or they sit in the back for extended periods of time while they stand around smoking cigarettes and hanging out with friends. Shop owner is never around or available to speak with about these concerns and the shop manager said the owner is never around and doesn't care to deal with customers, so good luck if you ever need to make a legitimate complaint. Beware of this company!!!
