First things first, IMS detailing started off with a newer truck but serious paint neglect! My 2022 F150 had paint in rough shape due to a previous owners neglect. I had the life time ceramic coat done, interior detailed and the front windows tint matched. The paint correction and ceramic coat is legit flawless!! The amount of work they did to correct the paint and have it look the way it does is priceless in my honest opinion! I’m so proud to have a truck I can take care of so easily now on the exterior thanks to the team at IMS. The interior detail came out flawless as well. The previous owner used this truck commercially and there was some grease stains on the fabric of the seats. Those are 100% now gone and the interior looks the way the truck did when it was delivered new! Last but not least is the quality of the tint on the two front windows, they exceeded my expectations! The front windows match the rear factory tint flawlessly! Thank you guys so much over @ IMS, a customer now for life!

Excellent work, my car looks brand new all over inside and out. Among other issues, I had big milk stains and chocolate syrup stains I couldn’t get out, it’s like they never happened!!! There’s a thing as too fast.. this car wash was still rinsing off soap while it started drying. I think it took maybe a minute to go all the way through. The clean was okay, but there was definitely soap leftover in various spots and my car was dripping water. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Free vacuums are nice.

This Wash damaged the rear wiper on my brand new car and after their "review" they deemed their equipment not responsible and won't take accountability and told me to contact my insurance so I can file a claim to get my rate jacked up. 10/10 don't recommend.

Had J&J detail the interior of my car of a long winter of sand, dirt and salt. The end result was beyond my expectations. $20 wash did close to nothing to our car. Most products were not dispensed properly. No high pressure rinse. It also left suds. We had to do a self-wash after to rinse the suds off. I sent a message through their site asking for a refund and explaining the issues with this auto bay. It was ignored. We will go elsewhere from now on.

Used to be a great carwash. Last couple times I went it hasnt been great. Two weeks ago I went through the touchless, after the wash I still had quite a bit of soap on my truck and the dryers barely dried any of the water off my truck which left tons of water marks on my paint. I used the self service bay the other day and the brush with the suds didn't work. Maybe I have just went there on the wrong days as this place is usually great. I will give it one more try as I love to support local business.

AVOID THIS PLACE – They Will Damage Your Car and Take No Responsibility Washville Car Wash is the most untrustworthy business I’ve ever dealt with. They damaged our car, refused to take responsibility, and ignored every attempt we made to resolve the issue. What’s worse, instead of addressing the situation professionally, they chose to brush us off, avoid accountability, and then completely ignore us. We took our Tesla through their automatic car wash. The moment we pulled into the vacuum area, we noticed significant damage to the driver’s side that wasn’t there before. Naturally, we reported it immediately to an employee, expecting them to at least check into it. Instead, the staff dismissed us without a second thought, barely glancing at the damage before saying, “There’s no way that happened here.” No inspection, no concern—just flat-out denial. Initially, they told us they had high-quality security cameras and that we could review the footage. Thinking they were being transparent, we followed a staff member inside while they checked the recordings. After waiting, the manager, George, suddenly stepped in and refused to let us see anything. Then, instead of taking responsibility, he walked over to the car and parroted the same dismissive excuse as his employees—denying everything and suggesting the damage must have happened elsewhere. If they were so sure they weren’t responsible, why refuse to show us the footage? Thankfully, our Tesla records everything. The video proof is indisputable—our car was completely undamaged before entering their wash, and the damage appeared immediately after exiting. Even with this clear evidence, George refused to look at the footage, refused to acknowledge the problem, and told us they would “reach out later today or tomorrow.” That was just an excuse to get rid of us—because no one ever followed up. After two days of silence, we called back for an update. This is when things went from bad to worse. Instead of acting professionally, George became aggressive, spoke in slang, and acted confrontational as if we were picking a fight. This is how they handle paying customers—with hostility instead of integrity. Hoping someone else at the company would actually care, we emailed customer support. It has now been almost a week, and we have yet to receive a response. They are ignoring us completely, hoping we’ll just go away. Now, we have no choice but to file an insurance claim because the damage is not just a minor scratch—if left unrepaired, the car will rust and deteriorate. Meanwhile, this company is doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility, even though their faulty equipment is clearly to blame. Do not trust this place with your car. If they damage it, they will lie, refuse to show security footage, gaslight you, and then ignore you entirely. We have attached video proof to this review so others can see exactly what happened. This is not just bad customer service—it’s a dishonest and unethical business that preys on customers instead of serving them. Save yourself the frustration, the damage, and the financial loss—go somewhere else.

This isn't the best place or worth the money. I spent $25 for their best wash and was left wanting. I expected more from a place that has attendants, and unfortunately I won't be going back. I find the places with attendants generally offer a better result. The grill was jot as clean as it should have been. The wheels were not cleaned in between the spokes. The soft touch cloths weren't long enough to clean the windows behind the side mirrors. There was a ton of soap all over the vehicle when exiting the bay because it noticeably doesn't rinse the vehicle well enough. This resulted in a ton of soap spots. The blower doesn't dry the vehicle well either. The attendants were nice and helpful and the facility was very clean and easy to understand where to go with several vacuum bays. The car wash in Milford is much better than this place and even if you have a really dirty vehicle, the guys in Milford will let you go through again to make sure your car is clean. I didn't even try for a second wash here because it was apparent the equipment doesn't clean well enough and a 2nd time wouldn't have helped. I gave 2 stars because the facility was super clean and the attendants were helpful.

I got my car back with 3 small gouges on the back of my car which they denied. It looks like someone dropped something on it because there's a brownish paint scratch as well. A 12 year old could have done a better job on my windows. I was driving home and it was sprinkling (at night) when the headlights in the opposite direction hit me I could barely see out the window from all the streaks. Also the address on Google isn't his, it's another auto detailer (On-site detailing) and he steals business from him by keeping that address. Your response shows just how unprofessional and dishonest you are. My car was dirty, that's why I brought it to you, not "filthy". I love my car and take good care of it. Hence having it detailed. I bought my 2020 Toyota in 2020 so that when I retired it would be paid off. I've retired and it's paid off, why wouldn't I take care of it. You do the detailing on a dirt roadway in back of a junk yard. Not in a shop, you detail on the dirt. That's filthy. My dog is an 8lb maltese and doesn't shed, maltese don't shed, and she's rarely in my car and if she is, she's in a car seat. I don't have a 12 year old son or daughter for that matter. You just brought this to another level. You are mean.

It’s rare I ever give reviews unless I know someone really went above and beyond to do exceptional work!! Derrick and company really did a fantastic showmanship level quality job on my Acura MDX!! My vehicle is a 2013 and as you know with all older vehicles shows signs of wear, I always keep my vehicles clean, but when I had gotten it back from Derrick it had not only looked clean, but brand new!! Derrick takes his time to insure quality work is done and does not rush cars in and out like some of the larger detailing companies do in order to get more vehicles in per day for more profit, and man does it show when you see the final product!!! I will be seeking Derrick’s services again in the future, and will recommend all to come here to get their vehicle detailed if they want to get the best quality work done.
