First, I highly recommend this business. They are my go to place to keep my car looking new. A couple of years ago I came to them to get my engine steam cleaned. An auto body shop fixing my car noticed rat droppings under the hood. Yikes! Fady scheduled an appointment right away. When I picked up my car the engine looked like I had just left the showroom. Wow! Yesterday Fady and the team completed a complete detail (interior and exterior) with headlight restoration. The detail work was fantastic. The headlight restoration was the best. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new. Really! I get compliments on how well I keep my car but Sam’s took it to a new level. Fady and the team have always communicated well and given outstanding customer service. This team is professional, kind, and thorough. This is not your usual place. If you’re looking for a bargain or cheapie cheap, this is probably not the place for you. This is an outstanding service for the value you pay. It’s worth every dollar!! My 4Runner’s paint was pretty messed up after years of off-roading, kids, and DIY or local “hand washing”. Paint chips, scratches, swirls everywhere. I finally decided to get paint correction done and talked to a few shops. These guys gave me straight, honest advice and did the work for an honest price. Came out looking incredible. Hard to capture in pictures. I ended up doing the paint correction plus a ceramic coat. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of research of car detailing in the area and felt that Birds had great, competitive pricing. This was my first time getting a car detailed, we’ve had our Model Y for 3+ years and definitely put it through the wringer. Camping, beach outings, moving furniture, you know the drill. We get it washed when it’s dirty but it was time for a reset. David was so kind and accommodating when my husband was late to drop off the car so I appreciated the flexibility. When I went to pick up the car a few hours later I was stunned. My jaw dropped. It was unrecognizable. The car looked BRAND NEW. It was so shiny. Sparkling. The interior has never looked this good. Even our weather proof mats were glistening. If you’re debating… just book it. I felt like a million bucks driving my car out of the lot where they cleaned it. Unbelievable and worth every penny!

Birds Auto Detail is amazing. They respond in a timely manner. You can book your appointment on their website which has a user friendly interface. Booking an appointment can not get any easier. Different types of packages listed on their site. I went with the Birds Premium which includes (Birds Essential "exterior steam wash/wax, wheel cleaning/tire dressing, interior vacuum/steam sterilization, floor mat steam, interior wipe down, door jam cleaning + Interior Shampoo Scrub, Leather Reconditioning, and Interior Plastic Treatment) . I usually wash the car myself but for special events, I will get it detailed. Eduardo was the staff member who worked meticulously and diligently on the car. He is one of the best so be sure to request for him. Friendly, courteous, professional. He will send you a text when he has arrived at your residence. Shiv was so nice and did such a great job! It was my first time trying to get this car detailed since I got it, and it definitely had over a year’s worth of grime on it. Not too gross, but definitely needed some attention. I got the full detail for $297. We ended up splitting the service over the course of two days because it would get dark outside and Shiv wanted to make sure that all of the dirt was gone since it’s hard to tell in the dark. Shiv also came to where I was at and so I didn’t have to drive over anywhere, which was super nice. Because the service had to be spread out over two days, Shiv threw in a wax and ceramic coating for free!! I also have a car cover and a leather bumper cover, and Shiv cleaned those for me too! The wheels are especially shiny as well — you could swipe your finger on the wheel and no dirt comes off. I really appreciated Shiv being very easy to communicate with and being very committed to a high level of attention to detail. I’ll likely go back to have my headlights buffed and polished as a separate service. Super happy to have a clean car! You can see the before and after pictures attached.

Elmer typically doesn’t work weekends, but he went out of his way to come in and make sure my vehicle was expertly polished. Using a one-step paint correction, he removed as many swirls and scratches as possible, even dedicating extra time to carefully address areas with paint damage. From start to finish, his communication was clear, and his customer service was exceptional. The car now looks incredibly glossy and pristine in the sunlight—10/10!

Incredible service!!! I had really old water stains in my seats and a bad paint scratch on my door for yearssss and nothing could get them out. Both looked amazing & brand new after getting my car detailed here. Everyone was very nice & the service was completed quickly, especially given the level of detail. It would be so disrespectful if I didn’t leave a comment here. My black Mercedes I bought from dealership was smelly and soiled inside which I haven’t noticed before. And I thought dealer scammed me and there was no way to get rid of that smell. However, I found these guys who were super responsible, arrived on time, did fantastic job in timely manner with super affordable price. I would say their prices below market average, so I showed my great appreciation by tipping them good. Guys deserve it, I’ll come back to them for sure

I had a similar experience to the reviewer above. I was promised big results. I have a jaguar f-type and was hoping to get a color correction and a full interior and exterior detail. 700$ and he left a white paste which was not blended in well on my black car. It is now completely noticeable and looks like someone took a can a spray paint to the side of my vehicle. He also left a white mark on my convertible top, and he completely ghosted me when confronted. Please DO NOT go with this company unless you want to be overcharged for an amateur job. He couldnt even provide me a receipt and when i informed him quickbooks has easy receipts he didnt even know what i was talking about. The reviews below seem fake with his craftsmanship. I should have known from the name "Pure Intentions" like naming your company "I won't steal from you" You have no place in the car detailing industry John, no place. Time will always weed out the imposters.

Arrived right on time and they did an Amazing job. They left the car completely clean and did it in a timely manner. I got their express detail option and added a headlight restoration. Definitely would recommend and I will be using their services again!

Not bad. I got the option 2 (of 4) that gets you a wash, vacuum, and armor all exterior for $15. SUVs are extra but the sign doesn't indicate how much. I had driven cross-country recently, so I had bugs and thousands of miles of dirt. They quoted me $10 more. OK, no prob. I also have a roof bike rack, so I figured that's worth it to clean between the rails. Exterior, I give it an A-. There were a few spots, like the inside of the door frame when you open the doors, that didn't get touched. A quick wipe with a damp rag would've sufficed. Dirt remained in a few corners near the trunk hatch. Inside, B+. I had to ask them to vacuum the crud around the e-brake lever and shifter, which a manager happily did. We have a Collie, and they did a good job of sucking up her fur. They also didn't wipe the dirt along the tops of the windows that disappear into the door when you roll them up, so a thin stripe of dirt remained when I rolled the windows down. Annoying. I waited about 20 mins on a Wednesday mid morning, with two other cars being cleaned. Total paid: $40 (25 plus 15 tip). For a quick exterior wash and cursory interior vacuum, $15 is worth it. But for a more meaningful cleaning inside, there was a bit left to be desired.
