I must admit that I was nervous hiring these guys to polish my new to me, Airstream. I had heard that you’re not supposed to use orbital mechanized polishers at any cost. But, I was wrong! Jane took the time to explain to me the process and told me they do this all the time and that I would be happy with the result. I decided to trust them and their experience and I couldn’t be more pleased. My Airstream looks brand new. If you have an airstream, which can be trickier to clean then traditional RVs, I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys. They know what they’re doing and you’ll be happy with the results. Pepe came out to detail my Mazda that I let get way too dirty, and did a fantastic job. The car looks awesome (besides all of the existing dings and scratches) inside and out. Magic Auto Shine does a fantastic job once again. I did a full front clear wrap and ceramic coating as well as tinting and windshield protection. I chose Omar at Magic Auto Shine after a long time googling and I am sure I have made my best choice. The price was reasonable and the work was superb!! Full body stealth PPF + windshield protection film, windshield tinting for Tesla Model X Plaid. I read about some shops doing the windshield tinting in two pieces but, Omar did a great job covering the massive windshield perfectly. True excellence! My Lexus is six years old and had numerous fine, imperfections and other issues on the exterior. It literally looks like a brand new car. Absolutely beautiful work! Luis Is the ‘real deal’, inside and out! (and I’m not just talking about the work he does on cars) He sincerely cares about his work. He took whatever amount of time and effort necessary to make it look as perfect as possible. Nothing was rushed, nothing was missed. Very rare in our day and age. On top of that, he is a very nice person, who cares about others. He was offering a 5% discount for anyone who brought in a toy to donate for “toys for tots”… which obviously means less for him, but more for others. Like I said, he is the ‘real deal’.

After doing a lot of research and checking out different ceramic coating services, I decided to have Essence Mobile Auto Detailing apply ceramic coating to my Lexus. Jose was super helpful and friendly when I asked him questions, and he made me feel really comfortable during my visit to the shop. He really took his time and made sure everything was done perfectly. The ceramic coating not only made my car look better, but it also protected it from the elements. I stupidly spilled smoothie all over the front passenger seat of my car. It was 8:00 am and I had just gotten to work. I did my best to wipe off the goop, but because it was berries, I was SURE it would stain. I immediately looked up car detailing places nearby, and a coworker recommended Manuel. I called him and he said I could come during my lunch break. So I went in and he cleaned it so fast and so well that look! You can't even tell!!! Amazing work. Friendly guy. Lifesaver. He also buffed out a couple of minor scratches I had on my bumper. Will definitely recommend and will come back!!

Manuel took one look at my car and added $50 to the estimate, even though he already knew my make and model and I keep my car relatively clean. If you want to charge $300, please say so up front instead of waiting until I'm at my appointment and, of course, feel too invested to cancel over $50. If he pulls this on you, ask specifically what it is for. When I got home, I found my phone charger broken and hidden in the center console. Presumably they broke it while trying to clean around the charging port, but there was still dust there. I would not recommend coming here but if you do, inspect your car thoroughly before leaving.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to let others know which service to get and what to avoid. I brought my suv here about a year ago for a full detail for $400 and it looked impeccable! I was so impressed with the service that a year later, I decided to bring my husband’s car in for their basic mini package for $225. I was raving to my husband about how great his car was about to look, I couldn’t wait to see the final product! However, to my dismay… the basic mini is not worth it at all! We both know we could have done it better ourselves for a fraction of the cost. When we came back to pick up the vehicle after 2 hours, we inspected the car. We had to point out several flaws and questioned how they clean the vehicle. We have 2 dogs and put down a seat protector but hair still gets on the seats. Needless to say, there was still dog hair throughout the car. The employee vacuumed up some of what we pointed out… but we felt at a loss. There were areas in the car that we knew we could wipe up better as well. On the exterior… they use a waterless wash… when we got there… there was still dirt, bird poop, leaves, and a couple sap spots on the car. I then asked how they wash the car and thats when the employee told me they use a waterless solution. We then found out that basic means basic…. When talking to the owner, Devon, he said the basic mini for $225 is hard to explain to customers because they have to find a cut off point for the basic and the full. He said with a full, your car will be completely clean but with a basic we have to find a cutoff point. For $225 I could have gotten the same service for $40 elsewhere. Basic means not the full interior and not the full exterior… so they decide what to clean and what to skip or do the basic on. Devon tried to make it right by wiping down and vacuuming areas of the car for us when we told him we weren’t satisfied with the service, so props to him. He said they don’t vacuum out the engine area or center console or wipe down some areas…. Because its the basic package. I’m thankful they removed most of the sap from the exterior as that was a big concern for me… but other than that we’ve both detailed our cars better by ourselves for a fraction of the cost. Honestly $225 feels like a rip off. They have smaller packages for like $75 so I’m not sure what result that would get you. A waterless car wash or a very basic vacuum… that service is much cheaper elsewhere. We were both wondering where our money went for the basic. Anyway… if you bring your car here, only get the full package! Devon did the full package on my SUV last year and it was so worth it! Avoid for any other detailing service! Devon is very nice and did a little extra for us since we were not satisfied with the results without charging us extra (vacuumed out leaves and wiped down some of the spots on the outside). He was very professional, I just wanted to warn others about what services to get and what to avoid. We will be finishing the detail ourselves this week, which is what we should have done in the first place… just happy and thankful most of the sap is cleaned off the car.

Luis was so easy to work with and he did such an amazing job on my new 2024 Toyota that I just bought 2 months ago! From the quote, to the scheduling, to the actual day of the wash! It was such a smooth process. I’m very particular on who I will let work on my cars because as a person who loves cars / a car enthusiast, I won’t just let anyone work on my car, especially because the exterior color of this car is black, and black is a hard color to take care of since you can really see those scratches if you don’t wash it correctly. But after seeing his work on his IG, I decided to give it a go and he did not disappoint. In fact, he’s the first person to give my new car a wash. From the quoting, he provided his knowledge with me to find out exactly what it was I wanted to get done because all I said was “I wanted an exterior wash”…but it wasn’t just an exterior wash, there was more to it! He had specific questions about my car, what type of exterior washes there were, and that made me feel like my service was being really personalized / catered to. The quoting session led me to be comfortable with letting Luis work on my car because he showed his expertise and passion for what he does since he was very detailed about the kind of exterior wash I need. You can tell he’s all about quality work! Scheduling was fairly easy! Got it done on a Saturday morning. The day of my appointment, he actually came early which was great because it gave me more time in my day to do more of my errands. He’s such a chill person and very personable. He reiterated the work that he was going to do with my car before he started and gave me a time frame of how long it would take him to finish. I used to frequent the original AJ's before he sold it and retired. The consistency there was amazing before it was sold. After no Bueno. I found Pacific Hand Car Wash in Campbell, and then Jason opened up here in San Jose. Put it this way, I live in the East Bay, and there is nothing like the quality hand wash Pacific does in our area, so I would rather drive to this San Jose location to get our cars washed. Jason and his team pay attention to detail. If they happen to miss something, just let them know, and it gets resolved immediately. I even purchased packages for both our cars, which saves us in the long run. I highly recommend this business to everyone who appreciates great service. He keeps.our 2105 Cadillac and 2025 Q8 etron looking like they came off the showroom floor.

Found Highline Autocare in February for an emergency interior cleaning I needed as they were the only ones that could fit me in right away. Great experience using Merk’s Auto Detailing. He went over the process of one step paint correction and the 2-3 year ceramic coating services. Dropped the car off for 4 hours. Paint is slick and shiny. Looks better than coming out of factory! Recommended and will bring another car here next month!

Thomas has done two of our cars in the house, this is a review on the second one. I recently purchase a 2025 BMW X5 and Thomas helped me with tinting, ppf on the front, and ceramic coating - all of which came out great. On the tinting - this is every tint on all glass in the car. The passenger, sunroof/panoramic glass, and rear windows at a dark tint, and then the windshield with a lighter (more UV block) tint. As you can see in the images, it looks great and can tell the work put into it. On the ppf - this is for the front of the car - wanted protection from rocks/debris on the parts that will take damage. Hood, front bumper (and black bars) and even the windshield. Windshield was new for us (not on the other car) and is easy maintenance with wipes to do every couple months. The ceramic is a 5 year application and Thomas reached out to me over the Thanksgiving holiday to let me know of a black friday sale on the products I'd need (car was coming in December). Looks great - and you can see the shine in the pics below - this was after the first wash two weeks after Thomas did his magic. Overall I highly recommend Shine Guardian, mainly from Thomas standing behind his work and when you speak with him, you'll see the care and passion he puts into his work.

Been going to Dynamic Detailing for years. This time around, I needed to PPF the headlights as the OEM UV coating has started peeling (never had this on any cars before) and do yearly maintenance on the ceramic coating. I’d taken the car to them to have it looked at prior and for feedback on next steps. Appointment was easy to schedule with Harrison. I stopped by the shop, handed the car over, and worked from their very nice and cozy waiting room while the car is being worked on. Daniel, Harrison, and the entire DD team does great work on protecting the car. It came out brand new and PPF looks great. Highly recommend them and will be going back for future needs.

By far the very best detailing shop that l've encountered in the Bay Area The professionalism, the communication, and the responsiveness is far above which not only starts the process off extremely well but maintains that excellency through pick up and aftercare. I wish I found these guys before having PPF installed on my entire car but the work they did in adding the PPF and ceramic coating I did need was flawless. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and contacted me with questions and options immediately. What I also loved was they always offered options. What a great experience with Emmanuel and his team! I needed a deep interior cleaning on my daughter’s car and researched all the mobile detailing services in the area. I’m so glad I found Showtime Mobile! I liked being able to make an appointment online and it was confirmed quickly. Communication up to the appointment was great and they arrived on time. We had bought the car used and it always had a strange smell to it as well as pet fur we were never able to get rid of. I’m allergic and always had issues being in the car. That’s no longer the case! They steam cleaned, shampooed, and vacuumed it all away! And used an ozone machine to get the smell out. Super nice guys who provide detailed, quality work. Back in 2021 I requested two quotes for full front PPF. One from Supreme Detailworks and another from a different local shop in SJ. I went with the cheaper quote and quickly learned that the lower price did not equal a quality product. I kept telling myself the PPF was doing it's job protecting the paint on my truck in hopes that I could overlook all the dust, creases, and poorly wrapped edges. I ultimately decided it needed to be redone and I spoke to James again. He spent a good hour on the phone with me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off a few weeks later. When I dropped my truck off, James took the time to go over all of the areas on the truck that I was currently unhappy with. He advised that no such issues would be present with his installation and promptly showed me a few client vehicles that he had just installed PPF on. Flawless!! I was confident that James would do a great job and decided to go full body PPF instead of full nose. I picked up my truck the following week and James walked around the truck with me to make sure I was happy with everything. Everything was perfect! I very much appreciated him taking the time to do this, my previous experience seemed as if they were trying to rush me out the door. James, his brother Wil, and all of the team at Supreme Detailworks are the type of people who care about your vehicle as much as you do. My confidence in them and their work means that I will always bring my vehicles back to them for PPF in the future. In fact, James recently did PPF on my girlfriends Honda Civic and we have an appointment to get the windows tinted as well. Supreme Detailworks FTW!!

I brought my daily-driver white Shelby GT350 in for a Signature Detail a couple weeks ago. In the process of moving, I had to leave it outside for about a week, and it accumulated a thick layer of pollen/dust/rain deposits. Will and his team are awesome. I'm a home detailer, and know the ins and outs/do's and don'ts of car detailing, and these guys are utter experts. My Shelby could easily pass for brand new. The light swirling that showed in her paint before the appointment is completely gone. The interior is spotless - they even fully removed a tricky stain that I would've been happy with them leaving alone. I'm extremely impressed with how consistent the wax coverage is. I chatted with Will and his team throughout the process (there's also a really nice waiting room nearby with coffee & a small restaurant) and it's clear that he's a huge car guy. I got a few recommendations for fun roads to try in the area and feel like I made some new friends. I'll continue with Signature Detail appointments every ~8 months with some Deluxe Details thrown in for maintenance. Might even get my car wrapped here soon - they have an awesome selection of options & I saw firsthand the quality of their wrap handiwork. I won't take my Shelby elsewhere. Just got their top monthly subscription, and I’m very happy with the results every time. I also like the pride they take. If I’m not happy with how my vehicle came out, staff is always very friendly with washing it again. The detail vacuum is such a plus. I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for years, and while the staff has always been friendly and the customer service excellent, my latest experience has left me quite disappointed. This review isn't about the customer service—it’s about the quality of the wash itself. The main issue I have is with the car wash's "spot-free system." If you’re going to advertise that your system leaves vehicles spot-free, then the results should reflect that. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. After using the wash, my car still came out covered in spots, which defeats the purpose of using a "spot-free" service. These spots are not only unsightly but can also be harmful to the vehicle's paint over time. If this is supposed to be a place where you can trust your car will come out clean, then I shouldn't have to do additional work to wipe down my car by hand after going through the wash. But this is something beyond their control. If the system isn’t delivering on its promise, it’s a problem that needs immediate attention. After many years of coming here, I can say with certainty that this is an issue that shouldn’t be ignored. Please fix the "spot-free" system so your service can live up to its claims. Thank you for your response. Yes, to clarify, the water spots I’m referring to are from the wash I received at your facility. My vehicle was freshly washed with you, and I immediately noticed the spotting afterward. I do not wash my car anywhere else, so there aren’t any pre-existing water spots that would need additional treatment beyond the service I expect from your spot-free system. I appreciate the effort to maintain your system’s quality, but despite your daily checks and filtration processes, something is clearly not working as intended—at least not in my recent experience. I’ve trusted your wash for years because of the “spot-free” guarantee, using your service just isn’t what I signed up for. For the price and service, this spot has always been the place to get your car washed. Current price is as low as 10bucks for an exterior wash, and they are quick and efficient. Today I brought my roofless classic and they were very cautious and considerate while cleaning it. But I was in n out in less than 10 minutes….and their team handled biz. I’ve been coming here for years, today’s service reminded me why.

Loved the work they did steam cleaning the truck engine bay and the under carriage. they lifted the raptor and made sure they went into all nooks and crevices. They threw in a exterior wash as well. Overall, I am happy, and will be going back. Was impressed with the number of vehicles that were coming through, and everyone knew exactly what to do. Drive to one place, get washed, driver to another place get dried out. - only thing- there is no waiting area, so need to rough it out if you are getting the car detailed.

This is the place to get any of your detailing or tint work done. Daniel and gis team did amazing work and I’m super happy with the way my tint came out. Stay far away. Damaged the jack points on my car doing a curb rash repair he upsold me on, initially agreed to pay half the body shop bill until he saw how much it would cost to fix it. All of his employees have seemingly quit, when I last visited his one new employee did not know anything about my story and was surprised to learn it. Daniel Contreras the owner of the LLC then immediately called me repeatedly every 5 minutes until I picked up after months of dodging my messages and accused me of breaking and entering despite it being business hours listed on his website and the garage door on the front of his business being unlocked and opened. Talking to other customers I am not the only person with stories like this. Caveat emptor.

Manuel and the team are fantastic! They did an amazing job with my full front ppf, ceramic coat, and ceramic tint on my EV6. The initial prep was great - the car was delivered with swirls in the glossy black plastic and that was all polished away perfectly. 2 years later the ceramic coat is holding up great and the ppf has saved the front from numerous rock chips. The ceramic tint makes a huge difference during the summer too, it makes a huge difference in keeping the heat and sun out. They are absolutely worth the price and deliver a solid value. Would definitely return to them! (AndI have for the ceramic annual service it's totally worth it!)

Amazing amazing AMAZING!! I have 2 dogs, 1 of whom sheds a LOT. I also park under a tree that blows dust clouds of pollen on my car at least 4 times a week, for 12+ hours a day. My car was looking... rough. The staff at Pacific Hand went above and beyond! Somehow there is ZERO TRACE of dog hair and muddy paw prints on my seats, no more nose marks on my window, and the pollen that covered my car in a thick layer of yellow is completely gone. They shampooed my seats (much-needed after one of my dogs decided to relieve himself on the backseats a couple weeks ago) as well! I dropped off my car and provided my phone number, and a few hours later, got a text saying my car was done and ready to go! I love that I was able to have my car professionally cleaned while I was at work; I am so happy I found this place. And of course, I am beyond impressed with how spotless and brand-new my car looks. I almost don't want to let the dogs back in... 5 stars for the fantastic work done by the team at Pacific Hand. Yall rock!

I made an appointment for a premium wash this morning. Carlos messaged me with ETA and arrived right on time. He took the time to explain to me what services he'll be performing to my car and that he'll be done within 50 mins. My focus was to clean my matte rims due to they were very dirty. After 1.5 hours I went to check up on progress and Carlos told me that he had to spend extra time on cleaning my wheels. He even brought in extra help, Jose, to help get the entire job done. My car hasn't looked this sharp since buying it 4-5 years ago! And this was for a premium wash and not a full detail. i would rate 0 if i could. Had two service in a row, the first time i ordered the $60 membership package, inside remains untouched. The staff told me it's not included. Second time, I ordered $140 both inside/outside detail with 2 hours service. The vehicle inside remains untouched, not even the vacuum. And it was ready within 1 hour. It was worse than a machine wash. The tips were asked along with the payment before the car was checked, and i even gave them cash tips. Feels insulted. Just avoid them by all means.

worst place ever. they charged me for full service but litterlay nothing was done. there was no change in my car between before and after the service. DO NOT RECCOMEND. and the worst part is that they don't take responsibility and they still chanrge you for a service they did not provide!!! who does that?! also rude and ignorant front desk operater! do not waste your time and money here. Oh and We just got off the phone with the "owner of the company" he was so disrecpectful and rude just like his staff. I mean you wouldn't expect much from the staff when you see such kind of behavior from the manager I guess like attracts like. Well, my first and last time here. Please do your research before going to this place and AVOID it at all costs. And see the photos, this is what a full interior detailing looks like in this company's opinion. I got the stains removed at home afterwards with at home supplies! which they couldn't get it removed with their "future" technology!! not even a simple wipe down was done!! You can simply do a much better job with at home supplies and don't have to waste your money and time dealing with this company. They don't have the supplies to perform any kind of service more than what you can get done at home. They were disappointed with the one star review!! The manager told me since they received a one star review they are not gonna refund me!! well, if you had done your job right you wouldn't get a one star review!! I will not hesitate to be totally transparent and infrom others about this place's poor customer service so they wouldn't have to go through the same terrible experience I did. They also charged me for subscription for a full month and they canceled my subscription without refunding me after 2 days which was supposed to be for 30 day! so this company is a scam on all levels. Not that I would ever go to this place ever again but you are not allowed to charge for a subscription and and then cancel it!! again who does that!!! definitely a SCAM company.

This place did a phenomenal cleaning job on my Kia Soul!!! I work with a lot of dogs as well as my own dog is always in the car with me everywhere I go. I pretty much gave up trying to keep my car clean because it’s impossible to really get the hair out in the tight spots. Jesus and his sons even said it was pretty bad! Yikes! 😂 They worked their magic and it looks just like new. Now that it’s beautiful, I’m going to do everything I can to protect it. So far my experience with SiliconValleyAutoFilms has been great. A couple months ago I took my 17 GMC Sierra for an exterior and interior detail job. They take pride in detailing. Now my motorcycle looks fantastic. The plastics look rejuvenated and the leather seats have life again. The communication with them is great. They accommodated with you on time and let you know how it all works. They have competitive prices that would not disappoint. So far I’ve done detailing with them and I plan on doing ceramic coating in the future with them.

Anthony provided the most competitive price for a full matte PPF on a 2021 Tesla Model Y in October of 2021. Him and Reggie were able to complete the job in one week using Stek Dynomatt PPF along with ceramic coating on the wheels, windows, and plastic trim. They take pride in what they do providing updates regularly via text and they also pay close attention to detail when working on these cars. They even pointed out defects in the paint of my vehicle that would of otherwise been left unseen by me. Their customer service is next level, fast forward to Feb 2022, I had Tesla Service correct those paint defects and Anthony replaced the PPF film on the fender and A-pillar at no additional cost this goes to show that they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Anthony and the rest of the team at Norcal.

I took my 2021 BMW M5 Competition in for a two stage paint correction and a full PPF job. Anthony and his team were very well organized and were great at communication from start to finish. They even provided me progress photos as they were working on the car. I highly trust them to do any sort of PPF or paint correction. Pricing here is unbeatable as well. A lot other places wanted to charge me an arm and a leg which didn't make sense to me. Over here I felt very well welcomed and absolutely got treated with the white glove service which completely sold me on the work they did!
