Jeev came by and did an interior clean of my truck. It was covered in crumbs, dog hair, sand, etc. He was able to get out stubborn stains that I’ve been working on for months….The interior is spotless and smells amazing. I'm not sure why this Green Clean seemed outdated and produced a lack luster cleaning for my truck. Half my vehicle still had soap and water on it after coming out. I am very disappointed with this location, I will not be coming back to this location. Please update the wash bay. It is not like the other locations.

This will be my last time stopping at this location. The employee J.T. was very rude. She refused to help assist me at the kiosk when trying to purchase a membership. Her words were "just go, what are you still waiting and talking to me for". She do not need to interact with customers. I'm not for sure but am almost certain she was intoxicated or under some kind of influence. I hope this location gets better with helping assist their customers. The other gentleman did apologize for her behavior and assisted with answering my questions.

I am editing my review because I just had to take my husbands truck through the wash 3 times. When I asked about a plan that didn't have tire shine and they said they didn't offer one, but they could turn it off each time. Once I drove through there was still black stuff all over the truck, so I went in and talked with the manager. He assisted and cleaned it with a special cleaner but said I had to take it back through the wash within 5 minutes, and I said that was fine. He flagged me down as I was pulling off and said his new hire accidentally didn't take off the tire shine, and I needed to go again. So I did. I had told Cameron the manager it was fine I was not in a hurry because my husband was at the Verizon store. So I went through the wash again.(3rd time) When I went to pick up my husband he flipped out because there were black marks down passengers side of the truck. Granted I had already vacuumed the first time thru so I never got out after the 3rd wash!!! So, I came back to the location and filed a claim. Their insurance company says they will not pay for it because it didn't happen their. Even though their manager literally laid hands on our truck and knew there were not marks. You CAN NOT get better auto detailing than provided by Diamond. Don’t be out off by Ryan’s laid back vibe. His services are top notch. You absolutely get what you pay for. Allow them time to do it right. His team made my cherished 10year old Volvo look new, in and out. The carpet looks as if no one ever stepped in it. Lighter color Volvo fabric seats are known for their discoloration from contact with water, blue jeans, probably air. Diamond knew exactly how to treat them and return to me a near perfect interior. My red paint fairly glows. It’s really quite amazing. Stellar work.

that you be very careful with the paint on your car after washing it, I have 2 active vehicles paying monthly and I want to be honest I loved using the car wash ... until the day I had to claim my vehicle ... the customer service was terrible and they did not approve my claim !! ( I'm going to go further up to the courts ... painting a car today is very expensive) Finally I would like whoever reads this to change their opinion and go to another place with better responsibility and courtesy. I want to clarify the video cameras that I myself was able to see along with the manager's assistant are very clear and good ... and my vehicle is clearly seen without any defect at the time of entering ... I am clear that in court everything will come out in my favor ... but the time they make me waste is too much ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO BE WELL ASSISTED

I have a monthly membership at this car wash, but I don’t use it as much as I should. I recently took my car in after noticing several bird spots on the hood. Unfortunately, after going through the wash, I saw that most of the spots were still there. There were two employees working: the guy made sure to thoroughly clean his side, while the woman overlooked the issues on hers. When I got home, I realized the side she worked on was still dirty, forcing me to take extra time out of my day to return for another wash. I didn’t mind making the trip again because I understand that mistakes happen. However, I was bothered by her attitude when I politely explained the situation before going through the wash, as well as the disgusted look on her face when I asked her to scrub the hood on her side. Her unapologetic expression and the jokes she made with her coworker about the situation really upset me. As a business owner, I know that staff like this can tarnish a company’s reputation and drive customers away. I’m seriously considering switching car washes because I want to spend my money at a place that values its customers.

Really great customer service from this place and the wash does a great job. Even with a black big vehicle like my 250, it is able to go through the wash with ease and come out looking amazing. Love the fact they give you microfiber towels to use for the drying and detailing. Highly recommend this place for sure.

Very nice but when i came out of the wash my tires and rims still looked awful after paying for the most expensive wash that is suppose to target tires and rims. If I had not been pressed for time I would have gone in and shown them. Didn't go back either

Smithfield Detailing did a fantastic job on the ceramic coating on our white chevy suburban and grey dodge ram. Both have held up great - and we moved to Arizona after, where the vehicles are outside 24/7. Even when the cars get dirty, they clean up super easy thanks to the ceramic. I wish I could give them 6 stars!! If you need your car detailing, you need to go to Super Clean Detailing Services LLC!! Last night we accidentally left the back right door open during the storm - we found out an hour after we got home thanks to a lovely neighbor knocking to let us know. The carpet and underneath the seat was completely saturated. We took it to be detailed and within 5hrs they had it completely dry and looking better than it did when we bought it brand new from the showroom! I'm serious, every inch of this car is gleaming. There is not a single dog hair or crumb in sight. They are a small, family owned business! Super reasonable pricing, and a great military discount too 🫶

My 2017 Ford F150 was purchased used from a good friend. The majority of the mileage was from being towed behind a large motor home. The owner also traveled with his Labrador Retriever (hence VERY dirty and dusty engine and lotsa dog hairs in the interior). When I picked up the truck from Mike and Janelle, it literally looked brand new out of the showroom. I wish I had before photos to post. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else. 10 stars!

Very thorough interior clean! I got the $58 mega wash & the employees were gentle and caring with my car. There is also a nice waiting area with comfortable couches, restrooms, vending machine and a tv. I wish there was an ATM inside therefore I could take money out to tip them and drink holders on the couch. I also wished that there was just an interior cleaning option so I don’t have to go through the exterior car wash but overall great!

Mega Auto Spa: Where Your Car Gets the VIP Treatment! So, I finally decided to check out Mega Auto Spa, exterior and detailing car wash in Chesapeake. It was like sending my car on a spa retreat! I've heard some really good things about this place, and thought, "Why not give it a whirl?" I went for the EXPRESS $38 package, which is basically a car pampering session: exterior wash, wax, foam polish, and tire shine that made my tires look like they were ready for a photoshoot. And the interior? Vacuumed, windows sparkling, tires hand-cleaned, and they even added a fragrance that made me feel like I was in a brand new car. Now, patience is key because good things take time – it was over an hour, but the result? My car looked so clean and crisp, I almost didn't recognize it! The waiting area at Mega Auto Spa is a whole vibe in itself. Spacious, with lots of comfy chairs where you can relax and watch your car getting the star treatment through a glass wall. Clean bathrooms – and yes, that matters! And the staff? Super helpful and positive. It's like everyone there actually loves what they do, and it shows. Great place , Great selections of tint, Shelby has this tint lamp that you can feel the different types of heat resistant on the different shades of tint that they offer. This was great for me cause I’m new to the tint and knowing the difference was a big help . Not only that this place has a clean atmosphere, very nice people, comfortable waiting area with coffee ,coloring books and crayons and other fun things for the children, comfortable waiting chairs. Just the overall place has been place Awesome. That I will recommend others to come!!

I had a great experience with the staff here and also pleased with how my car came out! They were communicative from the jump and made the process seamless. Amy was very knowledgeable about the tint and the services they provide. The only issue that I ran into was when I got home, I noticed the vents in the backseat of my car were broken off. I was able to fix them easily thankfully, but always be sure to look over your car thoroughly before leaving the lot. All in all, it was a good doing business with them!

I decided I wanted my 2016 Grand Cherokee detailed so I looked around for a local shop since I believe they put the most soul into their work. Man, was I not disappointed. An interior detail and exterior wash, paint correction and two coats of ceramic. You can really see the colors popping at you. Especially so if your vehicle isnt white. I've always kept a good coat of wax on any vehicle I've ever owned. This was the first time I've ever had someone put a clear coat on a vehicle that didnt already have it on already. My Jeep was a 2002 Wrangler, and I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it turned out phenomenal.
