Doc is the real deal. Dr. Auto Spa Ceramic Detailing did an amazing job on my 2022 Toyota Highlander. There were some major scratches on the door in the back corner. Detailing your car is by far a game changer. Genesis, A.J., Cam, and Deshawn (sp?) are by far the BEST in the market! Not only are they local, but they are also friendly, professional, and family oriented and know how to master professionalism in their brand and their work. They utilized a few hours to make our truck shine better than the day it rolled off the factory. We didn't need a ton of work done, but boy, their finished product took my breath away. Our truck went from red to rainier cherry red. It jumped out at us. The work they put into the details astounded us in their attention to detail, and still, when they were done and paid, they were still wiping and polishing. Great place with a great outcome. I take my work vehicle there regularly and it is oversized. He gets it cleaned inside and out. This place can accommodate vehicles up to 14ft tall I believe. Mine is 13'5" and he cleans inside and out front and back. Prices are definitely comparable plus he is the only one I have found around that can figure out the big stuff. And Bill is so good and easy to work with. His team is thorough.

To do that we must care for our vehicles from top to bottom, inside and out. I have used this provider to care for my 2014 Infiniti Q50 for several years. As you can see by the photos the care taken in this process. This is a provider that takes great pride in the work they do everyday. I have no intention of using any other provider. There are packages you can purchase to keep your ride looking great. I personally must have a clean and well cared for vehicle, so this is where you get just that. This provider is the best hands down. I am never disappointed. If you want your ride cared for inside and out this is the one! Keith and Ashley brought back the youthful glow of my 2012 Camry! He arrived exactly on time and went straight to work. He was very attentive to detailed cleaning, getting grime out of every little crevice! He was friendly, worked very fast in the heat, and professional. I highly recommend his service, as he can come to your house or place of work, and after several hours, you can drive away in a "new" looking car. He even got the 5 year old cola stains out of the back seats, and left them looking pristine! He comes equipped with his own power source, water, cleaning equipment and auto polishes. All you provide is a dirty car!

If I could give this more stars I would! The service was amazing. Zacko was extremely professional, answered all my questions over the phone prior to committing and most importantly did the best job EVER on my vehicle. I wish I had taken before photos because my kids had my car wrecked! Stains from floor to ceiling. Not only did he bring my car back to life and make it look like a BRAND NEW CAR, he was kind enough to clean my child’s car seat and the kids pull wagon free of charge. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. took my car here for wash. go the managers special. car was not clean, spots missed. they scratched the paint on my driver's side door when trying to touch up what i showed them they missed. said it was road damage. windows and glass were not cleaned good. manager seemed more concerned about cleaning his own car than fixing the problem. hopefully i can get someone to buff out the scratches from the dirty rags they used.

Just paid $55.99 and just the outside and floor mats seemed to be cleaned. Inside was still dusty and had trash still left. My kids fingerprints were still on the inside windows. When we pulled up and there was multiple people detailing outside but when we received our gmc there was only 1 guy doing it. He was nice but outside had water droplets and inside was a big problem. For getting the most bang for our buck we were lacking. I guess convince wasn't in our favor today. If we hadn't had to run for an appointment I would have ask to talk to a manager! Also we did not have any fragrance left in the car.

Kurt did an absolutely amazing job! I had brought in my f150 that had previously been ceramic coated by another shop years ago and had some very serious damage done to it, I stopped by the shine shop just to see what a professional would say the best step to repair would be, I feared the worst. Luckily for me that’s exactly what I got a PROFESSIONAL!! Not only was Kurt able to take care of the damage but also went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and even took time out of his day to help me get to my truck after it was finished.

Andre' applied his top level ceramic coating to my brand new Mazda CX-5, as well as removing swirl damage from the paint that was caused by the dealership. He spent time with me, once the ceramic was fully cured, in the proper way to wash the car to extend the life of the treatment. I was in from out of town and Steve fit me in on a Saturday morning. I had a brand new car and he washed the outside while he described how to wash a car to me. It’s a brand new black car and I no longer won’t swirl marks from automatic car washes. I plan to wash it myself! He was amazingly nice, thorough and it’s the best wash job that I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the $12. The car wash was not only ineffective but also pulled off the weather strip on the top of my vehicle. Also, all the cleaning rags were already wet. The only nice thing I can say is the vacuum worked well. I didn’t think to get a photo of the weather strip hanging down. I just put it back in place.

I was very pleased with the service, at this car wash, Phoenix and Pat were awesome at assisting me to fix my sticker! Definitely will be keeping my membership with them, car always comes out clean, and there is always towels and spray bottles, highly recommend!!!!!!!! The rest of the team is awesome too!!!!!

Really disappointed with the quality of their product and customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars. My first time using them today and I purchased the basic car wash which did not clean my car at all. So much so… I politely asked if I could go through again (my car still had bird #2 all over it) and the staff member (I believe he was a manager) said no and that I need to pay for the more expensive package. I said “isn’t the car wash supposed to baseline clean no matter what level package? My car is clearly still very dirty.” I’ve never been through a car wash that didn’t clean bird nasty off or completely clean my car. So, not only did I waste $12 and he could see the car wash didn’t clean as promised… he is telling me to buy the more expensive package. Their website states “Car wash using industry-leading technology to ensure a clean and shiny finish.” Would like a full refund since they did not deliver on “ensuring clean.”

I have been going to this car wash since they opened when they first opened This was hands down the best car wash I've ever been to but I don't know what's happened in the past 4 months but it has gone downhill rapidly. Nobody is keeping the equipment properly running. Sometimes the brushes work. Sometimes they don't. Sometimes the tire shine works. Sometimes it only puts it on one side and sometimes it might have only hit one tire. I don't get it but I'm very disappointed, at my job if I don't do my job correctly my boss will have a talk with me and if I keep doing this then he's going to fire me. So we're having a father and son talk right now. I hope you do something to fix your car wash because the next step is I'm going to fire you and I will cancel my membership that I've had since you opened. Somebody needs to do maintenance. Evidently your maintenance, I don't know what's happened but your stuff doesn't work half the time. But again, like I said when you first opened this was the best car wash ever. So there's a new car wash opening near me off Orange avenue, roadrunner or something like that so I'm going to shop around I think.

Just came here today. No wait. It is $3 for 5 mins of time. I was unsure of what I was doing so I needed to pay another $3 to finish washing my car. Overall I was happy. I had cash and used the change machine. Everything was working except no tire shine solution. The vacuum suction is not great so that I would not recommend even though it is $1 for a few short minutes.

I mean it's a car wash. Depending on the day of the week this one can be good or bad. Had it steal 5 bucks from me in the change machine once . I had my soap brush not work in my bay a few times.

Sometimes the change dispenser doesn't take your money so you have to stand there for a couple minutes finding the g spot or saying the exact right thing so she'll let you slip it in and vomit right afterwards least this way is guilt free. Now when we talk about the brushes...the bristles feel like the hair on a pig, scratched my car all up.

The place is clean and very respectful people. Just a heads up, they don’t have really fancy car wash the one with brushes and all but their machine (water jets, shampoo, wax, dryer and tire cleaner) works great. So don’t worry about it the job. Also I am giving the 5 stars for my overall experience.

Not crowded, great vaccuum! It's a gem in a time where there are Zips everywhere and no canopies. We were returning a rental van in the rain and it was great to be able to drive up in the bay and change out our belongings from one vehicle to another without soaking them all and us. I hope this carwash doesnt go the way of the other ones. Ot's one of the few good ones left.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to enjoy coming to Zips but it has went downhill over the years. First of all, you can't even go to pay and choose the wash you want without someone trying upsell you. Secondly the attendants that guide you into the car wash are extremely rude. The lady guided me onto the track, not to mention she already seemed annoyed I didn't get it on the first try. It was my fault for thinking I could proceed into the car wash and then I heard yelling so I backed up and she was rolling her eyes and treated me like an idiot until she allowed me to enter. I do realize I made a mistake not realizing I wasn't supposed to enter the car wash but I don't expect to be treated as such. Lastly, for the amount you pay for a wash you would atleast expect your car to be decently washed but no, half the time it comes out with the same dirt that was on it. Take my advice and just spend your money elsewhere.

This place is great! I used to go to H2Glo and they are great for a mom and pop place, USCW is in another league. The wash is great, no matter what level wash you choose, there are employees stationed at the entrance of the tunnel that scrub your car before you go through. The facility has so many amenities it's crazy. Air duster, floor mat cleaning machine, two different vacuuming heads, wide and crevice as well as glass cleaner and towels on hand for detailing. If you have a membership, you can just drive up and the gate opens, no more 10 digit numbers or apps!

Big BIG thank you to Marc for reassuring me that I made the right choice getting a membership for Ultimate Shine! I initially came in because I wanted a membership; living at an apartment complex with trees lining the parking lot has made my car look absolutely disgusting every week. For months I've been looking for a carwash that offered memberships, but could also tailor the carwash to fit my needs. I have some aftermarket parts to my car, most notably, a wing that's drilled and mounted onto my hatchback. Even though it should be fine going through a touch carwash, I'm still nervous about it damaging my car. Marc explained to me that they could have a note on my account that would make it so that the top brushes would be turned off, so nothing would hit the top of my car and I wouldn't need to worry at all. I was floored! Every other place I've gone to would not have had anything similar, and I'm so stoked that I can now get washes daily and have my car taken care of, with less anxiety on my part. I will say, too, that Marc was super knowledgeable on the packages, very friendly and personable, and I'm glad we got to chat about our love of cars. 10/10! Give Marc a raise!

Update from my review 8 months ago. I work at WDBJ7. I and fellow photogs and reporters have been bringing the station rides here for about two years now. We have a few cars, and they get "purdy" dirty covering NEWS. I noticed that the 5 Dollar Car wash is getting some great upgrades !!! Bradley and the gang are installing new pay Kiosks, some fresh paint, and a fresh parking lot sealing. I'm told you can get monthly rates now, and during that month wash your car as many times as you want. Check with the staff. I've always liked how fast you are back on the the road. Consistently they have a pretty good deal, and keep our rides free from dirt mud and dust !! And it's done quick. Time is everything in the NEWS business. In all the past years rainy weather in our viewing area, our rides have had a lot of mud left here. From Pittsylvania Co, Bath Co, Rockbridge Co, Franklin Co and here in our Hometown Roanoke !! I'm looking forward to checking out the newly renovated wash which may reopen Thursday or Friday April 4th or 5th 2019.

Vacuumed, Washed, and Armoralld The beautiful Paula Walls this evening! This has been the best and longest running car wash in noke co. I remember coming here with my grandpa when i was little. Pretty awesome that it's still up and going. Not to mention the owner is such a sweet man, always wanting to make sure everything is good and your experience was a good one. Went to grab a nice cold Slurpee afterwards and well I couldn't not capture the beautiful sunset. I do recommend taken cash, quarters, or carwash tokens, you know the ones you end up hording for ages, just waiting to remember and use them! 😂😂😂 Using a Debit card is a lot pricier. Just fyi 😁

Come here at your own risk, not a bad place and for the value of 10 bucks you can wash and vacuum.....but the location and parking lot is a mess, the vacuums are positioned right in front of the car wash pods so it causes cars to block the only exit out, making you wait for the ones in front of you to finish so you can proceed...even if you don't want to vacuum your stuck. If there isn't many people here at the time you come then you're lucky, on sunny days this place is packed with cars and twice I waited 40 mins in a line of cars before I could finally proceed to a wash pod. Like I said it's 10 bucks but for the experience it's not worth it for me.

This is the best car wash value in Roanoke. it is a self service however you pay 8$ to enter and can use it as long as you need. You have unlimited access to the wash as well as the vacuums as well. I am very happy with this car wash.

I paid $12 for a premium wash which lasted no more than 3 minutes, including the drying. I’m not sure how a single water spray, 1 layer of suds, a wash down and a 10 second dry fits the description of the wash. My car had multiple dirt marks left and was visibly wet and dripping (no surprise give the 10 second dry). The service I received should not have cost more than $5 for what was provided. Very, very sad and disappointing experience. Please service your machines, I’m sure they can provide a better experience. I’m giving one extra star for the potential of this place.

I have used this car wash literally since the day it opened. Even when new competition offered free washes , remained loyal. Today, I left the bay with one half of my car covered in soap and the arm stuck in the middle of my tailgate drying it. There was no attendant at 4:30 pm. I had to go to the wand wash down the street to wash the soap off. Not only did I waste the $9 for the wash, but had to fork over another $3 at the wand wash. The upkeep of Car Lovers has really suffered over the last few months. From balky equipment to dodging massive potholes, not sure where I am bound but with new competition just down the street, it doesn't look good. Sad indeed.

Although back in town after picking up car so was only a few ppl & happened to catch a stall that someone had just pulled out of so soap was still gushing out from brush* gotta know them tricks * so used that to do car without worry of beep beep time up...lmao then put 3 buck's in,well 1.50 Since person left quarters & finished up

an excellent place to wash your car the suction of the vacuum cleaner is very strong making it easier to vacuum the car and the hose is long and can even reach difficult places when cleaning the car it throws away vast soap which is excellent I recommend it

Touch free automatic car wash was a little pricey for what you get. Especially with it needing to be serviced. The passenger side sprayer seemed clogged and wasn't covering near what the driver side was. Vacuums and wash it yourself bays are reasonably priced for the area. Relatively clean property with basic car wash amenities.
