It was covered in crumbs, dog hair, sand, etc. He was able to get out stubborn stains that I’ve been working on for months….The interior is spotless and smells amazing. Bought an older used car (2010 Kia forte Koup) and it came with a lot of smoker stains that I haven’t been able to get out for a very long time, as well as dirt and debris from the previous owner. Finally decided to get it detailed and I purchased the Full Interior Detail. They did a great job with how bad it used to be & because my car is an 2 door car, they still managed to get back there really well. I will be using their service again!

This is the second time I've had Gregory with Classy Custom Detailing completely detail my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. I am very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my car & I'm able to do it on my own but it takes me all of 2 days. Have been a monthly unlimited member on the highest tier for a couple of months now. The facility is gorgeous, sparkling, clean, which is what makes it so appealing. When it comes to the car wash, it is decent and average at best. Car comes out still wet as the drying process is too brief and the blowers are not strong enough. This causes you to have to hand dry, if not then it’ll leave wet spots. The towels which they provide are also wet because they come out of the wash, but they are never dried. Seems pointless to be paying a large sum of money to still have to do so much work to get your vehicle to the standard that is needed. Thought the quality might be poor due to it being an automated car wash, but I have been at ones where when you leave the wash your vehicle is nearly dry. Here it requires too much additional work. Please improve your driers and dry the towels before providing them for use. Thank you.

Very well-equipped with all of the tools you will need to clean your vehicle, inside and out. Avery was very helpful to me and was quite the friendly employee, especially being first time coming by! For areas to improve on, my truck bed still had quite a bit of suds in it even after the most expensive wash cycle had finished, dryers and all. There are also plenty of water spots on my windows and such. I would also have enjoyed using a pressure washer to blow off my floor mats, but these criticisms are menial. I will surely be stopping again the next time I need to clean my truck! Job well done, Riptide!

Well, where should I start? I have a monthly membership and this is the one closest to my house. So today we had to wait while maintenance was performed, not a big deal, but we went through and my car was whipped with grease. It was everywhere and I made the mistake of hitting the wipers. They told me to go through it again and apologized. Still came out with most of it on there. Came back a third now and they handed me a spray bottle with soap in it and a rag to wipe all the grease off and offered me more air fresheners. This place is a joke. I always come out with a few more deep scratches with paint missing, my mirror is now broken. Seems like maintenance needs to keep working on it make some adjustments and make sure they clean the grease off the fittings when they are done. All the other locations are amazing with amazing washes. I only got the membership cause it's close to the house.

Unfortunately, the car wash ripped a piece leading from the rack off the top of my car. They're refusing to cover the damage because they don't cover trim. This is not a custom part, this is part of my vehicle. I used to love this place. I've been going to them for over 10 years when they had their small site off Airline Blvd. I will not be returning.

They spent a decent amount of time on my vehicle, but they wiped the top of my car... which was still pretty dirty... and then they used the same rag to dry off the rest of my car. I had to use a clean wet rag on my car when I got home to clean up that mess. I also noticed the passenger side didn't even seem like they touched it. There was old dirt around the door handle. For the cost, I would think my car would be a little cleaner.

I had a painting company spray paint the house. They did not factor in the wind therefore it oversprayed on both of my vehicles. With all the heat wave happens the past week. The paint caked on the vehicles. Luckily this mobile company came over washed and detailed both my cars. The person that helped turn my car back into pristine condition was Quest. Quest was very thorough in his work. All the nasty sandpaper feel and the paint speckle all over on both cars went away and was smooth and looking new again. I would recommend this company for detailing services.

I called Quest last minute for a detail & to clean interior of my suburu of all the sand. He arrived first thing in the morning a few minutes before schedule (Love the punctuality). Super polite guy. He spent 3 hours cleaning my car, waxing the wheels, & let me know I had a bubble in my tire. Car is immaculate (and I have 2 kids). He asked me to check the car before leaving to make sure it was good. (Looks like new) & Was able to have a quick conversation with him before leaving. Super friendly & stands by his work. Highly recommend getting a detail from him! Prices are also reasonable. $185 for a suburu ascent (7 passenger) in ok condition.

I've always kept a good coat of wax on any vehicle I've ever owned. This was the first time I've ever had someone put a clear coat on a vehicle that didnt already have it on already. My Jeep was a 2002 Wrangler, and I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it turned out phenomenal. If anyone reading this is considering a protective clear coat on your vehicle then Sandman is your guy. His prices are more than reasonable. He was done in less than 24 hours, and now my Jeep is protected for 7 years. Sandman also guarantees your satisfaction or they will make it right. I'm more than happy with their work so no reason to consider me anything less than a satisfied customer who will recommend Sandman auto detailing to anyone who wishes to have this work done. You CAN NOT get better auto detailing than provided by Diamond. Don’t be out off by Ryan’s laid back vibe. His services are top notch. You absolutely get what you pay for. Allow them time to do it right. His team made my cherished 10year old Volvo look new, in and out. The carpet looks as if no one ever stepped in it. Lighter color Volvo fabric seats are known for their discoloration from contact with water, blue jeans, probably air. Diamond knew exactly how to treat them and return to me a near perfect interior. My red paint fairly glows. It’s really quite amazing. Stellar work.
