Got my Corolla detailed here, they did an amazing job. I would say the best in the DMV. These guys will continue getting my money. I dropped my car off and it was ready the next day looking brand new. The interior and exterior were both super clean. The price was definitely worth it. Total cost was around 200ish.

Paid for a great job and got average... ***EDITED TO ADD*** They were nice enough to reach out and offered to address my concerns. Just used OnTheFlyDetailing… Bought a gift certificate online and that worked well. No complaints there. A few months after purchase got it scheduled for drop off service at their shop so this was not a mobile service. Zero excuses when you have it in the shop in my opinion. This is for a Jeep Cherokee. Dropped it off the night before and picked it up the day after just before they closed at 5pm. The gentleman on-site during my pickup was personable and reasonably professional. External cleaning is a B+ nothing really great to report but there were a couple door bumper scuffs they didn’t remove which I removed in 1-2 minutes with my thumbnail. Not tragic but not great. I was paying for great and got average. Furthermore, the doorjamb on the hatch was still dirty. Interior work is a C- white splotches on the front seats, sand particles in the rear hatch area and we’re talking more than one of two. Didn’t clean the glovebox in the center armrest at all. They did a good job of removing the small amount of dog hair in the vehicle which was nice but that doesn’t square the disappointment I have considering the price. Base service price: $250 Additional charge for per hair $50 Plus a small fee for credit card usage and tip brings us to just shy of $325. Summary, I figure they rushed the job and didn’t do a great job. Figure they could do better but just did not. It was right as close so I did not offer and critique in the moment when I picked it up. I’m not angry writing this just trying to supply the company and the consumer with information on which they can make a decision.

I recently got my brand new 2024 Tesla Model X in Ultra Red and wanted to protect the paint and tint the windows. After checking out a few wrap and tint shops, I chose Prestige Auto Design - they exceeded my expectations. I went with the matte finish PPF, and the car looks amazing. The matte finish really complements the Ultra Red, and I get compliments on it every day. Fernando and his team were friendly and professional and addressed all my concerns quickly. Mohamed and his team did a really great job of detailing my car! I had some tree sap stuck on the hood of the car and they even got those off without me asking. The inside and outside are sparkling clean just like when I bought it! Decent pricing too and don’t forget to ask for special deals on monthly maintenance. I had my 300 done in December 2024. The goal was to protect the paint and have the new wax look of water beading after a wash. I have monthly car wash plan and taking to commercial car washes does not help. The process absolutely gave that glass finish. I recommend the ceramic wax and will be scheduling my Cadillac soon. This is the most kind and helpful carwash I have ever been to. Best staff and manager ever!! I recommend anyone to get a car wash here 100%. I liked how this place had a FREE MAT CLEANING MACHINE for fuzzy/carpet/flat plastic mats! Currently they don’t have one for molded mats but they will be adding them soon.There is vacuum and detailing pressure cleaner for free after your car wash. There is a separate detailing kit for $5 (microfiber cloth etc kit). I got the highest option for $24 and my car is looking good as new!! Thank you :)

Several different levels of service quick and easy drive-thru car wash, pay a little extra to have them clean the inside windshield and dash, they also offer car detailing which can take approximately 1 hour. What an awesome job! We will continue to bring our vehicle back every year for an overall detail and to have the XPEL paint protection film inspected. Our 2020 Chevrolet Blazer 3LT was very dirty and there was a chip in the drivers door and you can no longer see it - it’s perfect. There was a scratch on the rear hatch, small and concerning and again they did an incredible job - you can barely see it. There was also some wheel rash on one of the wheels that was corrected and you can’t even tell. They did an incredible job with the full detail and the Blazer looks brand new again. I sent an inquiry via Yelp for ceramic coating to all exterior surfaces for my model Y. Mike promptly replied (within a day) with a detailed listing of the various products that they use and the corresponding cost. All my subsequent questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner. After looking over all the responses from the various shops, I decided to move forward with Xtreme Auto Details and I’m glad that I did. Their shop is clean and inviting. It is located in an area that is easy to get in and out of. And, last but not least, Mike was friendly and professional. I went with their Kenzo 2 ceramic coating (5 yr warranty). The results are amazing!! Highly recommended shop!!

Great experience today with Julio. I was only having him buff out a big scratch on the side of my car. He showed up early and was done within 10 minutes. My white car had been plagued by artillery spores for what felt like an eternity, leaving unsightly stains that seemed impossible to remove. I had tried various DIY methods and even visited other detailers, but nothing seemed to budge the stubborn spores. That was until I discovered JR mobile detail. In my brief experience there the employees are courteous, friendly, helpful, professional, not pushy about selling a subscription. I do like Tidal Wave. I am giving it a 4 for now because the last 2 times have not been the best. I got my wife's car washed with tire shine but it did not clean the wheels very well at all and the tires did not shine as in previous washes. I brought my car for a wash yesterday -got the $17 wash with hot wax. I noticed the light did not come on indicating hot wax was being applied. I spoke with an employee -very professional, mature young man- who told me the tire shine is not working. Also, the light did not come on because the lights aren't working in the car wash but hot wax was applied. I suggest telling the customers all this before making a purchase just for our information. I will return to Tidal Wave because I think it does a great job washing the car unless I encounter problems again. But to reiterate the employees are great!

This is a nice place to go to. Except one day I came there thinking I was renewing my monthly pass, I actually was just getting a one-time car wash, and then when I came back a couple of days later I met with a manager who refused to rectify the situation after acknowledging an error on the employer side. Even though I had paid the exact price for what I thought would be the renewal of services, it was actually a one-time payment, and instead of the manager just rectifying the situation he declined so I no longer go there anymore
