DO NOT GO HERE!! They don't know what they are doing. They absolutely BUTCHERED my towncar! Just look at the buffer trails! The whole car is like that. They made my paint look immensely WORSE! The point was to cover up light swirl marks that I had. Not create huge buffer swirls All over my car! They told me my paint was dead and I should sell my car. They pressed me to write a good review. Which I did. They wanted me to take pics of the car... but when I suggested we move the car to the sunny area they immediately said NO! I should have known by that reply that something was going to be wrong. As soon as I took it to the car wash all the damage they inflicted on my car was obvious. They missed areas as well. Sloppy atrocious work. I went to a few body shops because I thought I would have to paint the whole car over. Luckily I found a detailer in Sterling that spent two days repairing the damage this shop inflicted upon my car. Now the paint looks like a mirror. And they told me my paint was dead lol. Fools. AVOID THIS BUTCHER SHOP. They will ruin your car. Update: Just look at the ignorant comments the shop has left in response to my original review. Well I have bad news for them. I took new photos in the exact same positions and in the sunlight, which they didn't want me to do at Car Super Shiny because they were afraid I would see their poor quality work. I found a place in Sterling off of Davis Drive. It's called FS Mobile Detailing in Sterling. The owner is a real professional and a perfectionist. I have posted the photos of my car in the exact same position after a car wash. He spent two days fixing the damage caused by Car Super Shiny of Leesburg. I don't know why they call themselves car super shiny. Kind of a ridiculous because they destroy cars. They should be calling themselves Car Super Scratchy. I was so grateful because I need this car for my new limousine business and after the damage done by C.S.S of Leesburg I had to go to several body shops to get quotes to paint the whole vehicle. That was over $6, 000. As you can see if you want to check out the results, FS Detailing was able to give my Lincoln a mirror like finish. Unbelievably Gorgeous! They saved me from buying a new paint job! Never Ever use C.S.S of Leesburg.

So happy! Want to know what to get mom for Mothers Day? Get her vehicle detailed! She will be so excited. I dropped my van off Friday morning with more kid goo and dirt than I can describe. So bad I was too embarrassed to take before pictures. I got it back that evening looking shiny, fresh, and immaculate. No small feat. With 5 yrs of hauling kids everywhere it was an 8hr task. I recently had my 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro detailed by Hashir’s Detail, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. They are good at cleaning your car, but they have been slowly getting worse over time. They have had soap dispensing issues for months now. They need to get a better solution to the reduction in application and dispensing of soap during the wash cycle. It's too bad because I really like this concept. Also, I am not sure what they were thinking when they set up the waiting area as far as seating. It appears that the owner, who owns a couple of boutique hotels in Maryland, used the same current trend in wierd minimalistic hotel design that is all the rage (can't wait till that nonsense ends) applied that idea to the strange seating in the interior of this car wash. I know that he originally had the idea of serving of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and food, but did not receive his ABC license approval. But still, if you are offering a space for seating for patrons to wait inside, give us usable seating. Staff is always friendly and pleasant and will do whatever they can to help if you have issues. Very impressive to see that younger generation showing that kind of customer service and attitude, which you rarely see today.

I drove all the way from DC to Leesburg after seeing the great reviews about this place and the kind workers. Unfortunately, I absolutely regret it! I had an incredibly expensive experience that did not meet my expectations. My car is brand new, and I found a scratch on the windshield on the driver’s side that wasn’t there before. Neither the rear windshield nor the trunk were cleaned, the backs of the side mirrors weren’t touched, and the interior still had visible dust. To top it off, the floor mats on the passenger side were left upside down. I paid for the most expensive interior cleaning service, and this level of oversight is unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen, but not mistakes like these—especially at this price point. My advice to the owner is this: It’s not about how many people clean the car, but about how well they clean it. Quality matters more than quantity. I’m deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this service to others.

Danny is great to work with. My car is 11 years old and was definitely looking at least that old. I reached out to Danny via the website and got a response with a quote very quickly. I had a question about what I hoped was a paint transfer that could be buffed out and after looking at a couple of photos I sent, Danny told me that he felt confident that they could take care of that. The price for interior and exterior detailing is competitive for the area. I dropped off my car and picked it up at the end of the day. My first impression when I saw the car was that it looked virtually showroom new. I could tell that they were able to remove most of the paint transfer. As I got closer, it still looked great. Danny pointed out that there were a couple of deeper scratches that couldn't be buffed out, which is completely understandable and did not dim my good feeling about how great they made my old car look. The interior is just a nice as the exterior and I can see the attention to detail. I highly recommend PHNX Auto detailing and Danny.

Danny at PHNX is the man. I took my Bronco to him for an exterior detail and he did an amazing job! I had mud stains on all the plastics and rubber from an off-roading trip. I tried several times with different products but was unable to get them all out. He got all the stains out, did a 1 year ceramic coating, and the truck was ready the next day. The truck looks brand new again. I am very thankful to him.

Flagship Car Wash in Sterling, VA, is hands down the best car wash I've ever experienced. They are fast, efficient, and take exceptional pride in their work. After a long road trip with five kids, my van was a disaster inside. Without me even asking, they took it through the vacuum process twice to ensure every crumb and bit of dirt was gone. The attention to detail and quality control at Flagship is unmatched. My van looked and felt brand new when they were done. My SUV turned out better than I expected. I have the deluxe subscription (exterior only) and usually go to another location. I tried this one today because it was closer to my errands. It's smaller than the one I frequent, but the exterior wash was just as good and the two employees at the end who wipe down the car did a great job. The wipe-down was way more thorough than the other location. I was there at ~11 a.m. on Sunday and it went quickly. Whenever possible I'll be going to this location from now on.

What an awesome job! We will continue to bring our vehicle back every year for an overall detail and to have the XPEL paint protection film inspected. Our 2020 Chevrolet Blazer 3LT was very dirty and there was a chip in the drivers door and you can no longer see it - it’s perfect. There was a scratch on the rear hatch, small and concerning and again they did an incredible job - you can barely see it. There was also some wheel rash on one of the wheels that was corrected and you can’t even tell. They did an incredible job with the full detail and the Blazer looks brand new again. I sent an inquiry via Yelp for ceramic coating to all exterior surfaces for my model Y. Mike promptly replied (within a day) with a detailed listing of the various products that they use and the corresponding cost. All my subsequent questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner. After looking over all the responses from the various shops, I decided to move forward with Xtreme Auto Details and I’m glad that I did. Their shop is clean and inviting. It is located in an area that is easy to get in and out of. And, last but not least, Mike was friendly and professional. I went with their Kenzo 2 ceramic coating (5 yr warranty). The results are amazing!! Highly recommended shop!!

Nice guys and good customer service. They were running late and when I called they gave me updates and called back to assure me they were a few minutes out. They redid a spot I pointed out with no hesitation. It was also freezing outside for my appointment so I appreciate they did their best job and not tried to hurry since it was cold. Very happy I found them online cause they did a great job well done on my car! Carlos went in details in explaining the package deals that would be best for my car and let me know what will be done. The inside of my car was not cute. The after results is the best feeling ever seeing that my baby looks sexy again! They also added special features to my car! The only thing I would say is with time if you have other things planned dont plan anything. They say it will take 2 to 3 hours but it can be more than that. Anyhow... The price is worth it and I'm so thankful for their service done on my baby. Thank you Carlos and team for making my car look beautiful again!!!

Alexander and his crew are the best! Literally turned my moms car a 2014 old Mitsubishi into a new car. Master Auto Detailing Crew have done Interior and exterior detail with a conditioner/sealant where needed on my moms car. They shampooed the seats and everything. I cannot thank them enough, and they charged me a reasonable price while other detailers wanted to charge me ridiculous amount. Master Auto Detailing crew is the best mobile detailer ever. TLC Auto Detail applied paint protection film on my new 2024 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 and were amazing to work with. I got the track package which included the front bumper, side skirts, mirrors, fenders, and a pillars. I'm quite a picky person when it comes to PPF and asked to get the front bumper and side skirts re-done. Dave worked with me and put me on a schedule to remediate any issues I had and re-did the installation at no cost. Now it looks great! Definitely earned my trust. They also provide a checkup after a month to fix up any additional issues.

This place gets worse every time I visit. I’m not going back. They no longer dry the vehicles. The automated wash doesn’t even get dirt off of tires or the wheel wells. They smothered my tires with blue gel that is supposed to be tire shine. All of the employees lined up at the self service kiosk to harass you about signing up for a membership. Not a chance in hell. I’d rather wash my car myself than pay someone to do a terrible job.

I was at the Ashburn location this afternoon and the service was very bad. I'm not one of those people who likes to complain. But if you pay, you get good service. We always take our cars to that location and that hadn't happened to us before. But this time they didn't clean anything on the seats, the carpets, the door or anything. Only the outside was clean. And we pay for the full service.

I just bought a 2005 Nisan from auction. This car was so dirty and I washed it several times but the interior never got cleaned. I was referred by my friend to take it to this location. I am so happy I took my car and they spent over three hours to get it detailed and the price I paid was very low. Best price I could get. They did such a great job and the car doe not smell at all. Absolutely recommend it for amazing detailing.

Luxe Auto Studio did a phenomenal job on the ceramic coating for my 911. The staff here really seems like they have a passion for what they do and it was refreshing to be able to see their work in the studio instead of a simple drop off and pick up. They offer ppf, wrapping, ceramic coating, and other various detailing services as well as subscription based hand wash services. For cars that you'd never take to an automated or tunnel wash, finding a local hand wash studio was definitely great. An obvious step up from a hand wash at home and not quite an exterior detail. I'll update my review after I try out their hand wash, but based on my current experience, I expect great results. Also ask for Bryan, he had great constant communication and updates.

Been to GlasWerks three separate times for my car and they have all been great experiences. I will continue to take all of my future vehicles here. 1. Front end PPF and Tint 2. Ceramic Coating and exhaust upgrade a year later 3. PPF repair after someone pulled out of a parking spot to tight and scraped up the PPF on the front bumper. GlasWerks team was very helpful in explaining different options and products as this was the first time I have gotten PPF and ceramic coating. The install quality and STEK film is top notch and has held up great almost 2 years later, way better than other jobs I have seen from other places on other cars. My only regret was waiting a year to get ceramic coating and not getting it on my first trip in. This stuff is like magic idk how i owned my pervious 3 black cars without it. PPF has also held up really well and took most of the damage from another car scraping the front of my car.

I use to go to flagship to get my cars cleaned up, but then I found Carbon Auto Spa, with mobile onsite car detailing. At flagship I had to always find time to get my car washed, and try to find a time when its not 45 min wait. Now I have had the luck in finding Carbon Auto Spa. He spends at least 4 hours beautifying my vehicle. He has attention to detail and final results are amazing. I have joined his subscription service and whether I at home or at work, Kam works around my schedule. You can't beat coming to your car after a long day at work to see it spotless. The wax/polish he uses is lustrous, the steamed vacuum lines in the cars fabric are intense, and one of my pet peeves, my windshield, is streak free and invisible. I had some scratches in my paint, and Kam took the initiative to buff them out, and you can't even tell that there was any damage I highly recommend Carbon Auto Spa, treat yourself and your fleet to awesome service, attention to detail, and be prepared to fall in love again with your car

Overall, it was a solid experience. The stall I used was clean, and all the equipment worked flawlessly, which isn’t always a given at self-service car washes. The standard washing process left my car looking good, though some stubborn dirt remained. A big plus for the boar hair brushes in the stalls—kudos to the owners for using brushes that are gentle on paint. My main gripe was with the wax. The spotting afterward was terrible. Despite not letting the product dwell for more than a minute and ensuring nothing dried before rinsing and drying, my car was covered in spots. As a car detailing enthusiast, this kind of issue drives me nuts. To the owners: please consider switching to a better wax formula—it would make a world of difference.
