Marcos and Perfect Touch Auto Detaining did a fantastic job on my 2012 Nissan Frontier SL! I had considered selling it for about a year and then decided to upgrade the headlights and radio with the final step being a full detail (inside, out and under the hood). If you have a antenna on your car I'd recommend you take it off before you go to this car wash which is too much just to get a wash they said they can't do nothing about it I should have took it off they said .not cool ! They should look before offering the wash and tell you . If I bend it back it's going to brake it off very sad no cars with antennas should be allowed knowing this . I had neck surgery I couldn't take it off if anything they should. If your going to run a business run it right. If we could wash our cars our selfs we wouldn't trust a car wash and run it through one .

White horse is the best low-cost option for keeping your car clean. More often than not, you are in & out very quickly. The staff is extremely friendly & willing to help. I highly recommend that you spring for the monthly membership and it is not too expensive if you are the type of person who keeps their car clean or uses their car for work. The location is very convenient if you are a Costco member or go to JMU. Brian the manager at this location is very knowledgeable & makes me feel comfortable bringing my car here.

I took my 2025 Tesla Model Y in for a stealth PPF and ceramic coating and couldn't be any happier with the experience. Max was very helpful and they did a great job! As you'd expect with their name, they paid great attention to detail with the PPF including doing my door handles and headlights. I live over a hour away and came to them because the competitive prices and great reviews. He gave me some tips on caring for and maintaining the PPF/Ceramic and I love the way my car looks! 👍

The All Seasons team was incredible. This was my first time using them. They answered all my questions, worked with my schedule for drop off/pick up, and finished ahead of schedule. On top of that, and most importantly, the interior of our 2010 MKT looks amazing. It was layered with stains from kids of all ages over the last 10 years. The carpets look as close to brand new as carpets that old can look now. I am looking forward to taking our other car to them next. I highly recommend them.

Have had several cars windows tinted. Never had an issue or bad service. Quality was excellent. Tried another place once, quality did not hold up. I will take all my cars to Pizzys for window tinting. Nothing negative to report.

I purchased the highest package, which included tires, wax, and shine, as cleaning the tires was my main priority. Unfortunately, it was not worth the cost, as the tires were still dirty after the wash. I regret spending money on this service. While the free vacuum was a nice feature, it was only accessible with the purchase of a deal, which added to the disappointment.

Great self-service carwash. The water pressure is very good and the price is very reasonable. Only complaint is that one of the vacuums had zero suction. Tried another one and it worked perfectly.

They got rid of the foam brushes, so essentially this car wash is worthless. My cars leave half clean now. Can't spray soap on it then use the brush, because the soap is dry by the time you get back around.

GO Car Wash just acquired this location and let me tell you, the experience has improved 1000x since they took over. The staff is attentive, professional, and take the time to hear your needs. I was there yesterday and I went through and it ripped the back off my mirror and cracked the side and when I went back inside when u got out they brought me a peice that's not mine.. and I went back in and they found the right one but It don't fit anymore cause the side is cracked😭😭 I'm just curious how many times this has happened before. And there's nothing they can do about it and the whole back side of My car was still pretty dirty so I went somewhere else and cleaned my car myself... Customer service 0/10

I always have a great experience here. For the price, there is nothing you can ask for... They aren't shy with the soap... Multiple options to spin around with. Vacuums are what brought me to this place. Vaccums have great suction for getting any mess out of your interior! There are closer car washes to my house but they cannot compare to Miracle. It gets the job done!

Trash....can't keep machines filled with coins. 3 times been here and haven't been filled. Don't come to this place anymore...straight trash. Brushes need replacement, spot free doesn't work. Obviously running location in to the ground.

Used to be a decent top notch car wash. But now they got cheap with the spray on wax in the self serve bays. It used to leave a nice water repellant wax..not anymore. Doesn't bead at all and just leaves dirty wax streak marks on the car. I have tried 6 different times over the course of the last 5 months to give them the benefit of the doubt with no change. Sadly won't be using this one anymore.

I had been looking to get my 2007 Honda Pilot detailed and buffed, but couldn’t justify the prices that the larger commercial car washes were charging. Luckily I googled Downtown Detail and Vinny not only came to my apartment complex to do the work but he charged $75 less than any other place I had researched, ( even with a 20% tip I chose to give for his excellent service)! So, I was able to work from the comfort of my home while Vinny made my faithful used car look and feel like a newer model inside and out! I highly recommend giving Downtown Detail a call the next time you want to give your vehicle a facelift!

Had a no call no show when first scheduled, eventually got back to us that he had over booked, and we had to reschedule. Told Vinny that I'd like a "superior" detailing as offered on their website. After he was done, he said that he had not brought the stuff for the wheel wells, so he didn't do that. He didn't do the engine bay (no reason given) but he would knock $5 off. He also told me there was nothing he could do for my head lights, nor for a stain on my instrument panel. I was told if I noticed anything inside I could just wipe at it with a rag, or give him a call. After he was gone and I was able to inspect my car I noticed that in addition to not doing the engine bay, nor the wheel wells, that none of the glass had been cleaned in addition to many areas of obvious debris being left. Nothing was done to treat the external plastic accents. First thing I did after paying for a Superior detailing service was to bring my care home and clean it. Leaving this review as I feel like I was mislead by reading the others left on Google, highly disappointing.

Dog wash is a joke. Was dirty when I started. Might be ok in summer, but I did not enjoy bathing my dog in cold water in December. Tractor supply has warm water and towels.

I would give 5 stars but not until it is taken better care of. Come on when you are spending the kind of money it takes to wash & dry your clothes you want the place to be clean. As well as the machines! I wouldn’t let my service dog even lay on the floor. The machines are almost brand new and can use an app to pay with credit/debit or change machine for cash.
