Had a horrible experience with a mobile franchise detailer...they were a "bear" to deal with. So. I WENT on FB Marketplace and found this guy. He responded right away, his price for the full, exterior, 5 year ceramic coat for my Mom's Palisade was 1/2 what the bear wanted! I couldn't be happier with the results! Jeev came by and did an interior clean of my truck. It was covered in crumbs, dog hair, sand, etc. He was able to get out stubborn stains that I’ve been working on for months….The interior is spotless and smells amazing. One of the few places that does wash and interior detail without outrageous prices they did an awesome job with my Camaro waiting area is nice and clean. Warning you may fall asleep in the chairs. Interior detailing is amazing and quick if not too busy.

First time visitor to this establishment. I purchased the Mega wash inside & out. The employees here took their time and cleaned like I would have done myself. They even did inside the door jams. I wish I could give them 6 stars!! If you need your car detailing, you need to go to Super Clean Detailing Services LLC!! Last night we accidentally left the back right door open during the storm - we found out an hour after we got home thanks to a lovely neighbor knocking to let us know. The carpet and underneath the seat was completely saturated. We took it to be detailed and within 5hrs they had it completely dry and looking better than it did when we bought it brand new from the showroom! I'm serious, every inch of this car is gleaming. There is not a single dog hair or crumb in sight. They are a small, family owned business! Super reasonable pricing, and a great military discount too 🫶

My 2017 Ford F150 was purchased used from a good friend. The majority of the mileage was from being towed behind a large motor home. The owner also traveled with his Labrador Retriever (hence VERY dirty and dusty engine and lotsa dog hairs in the interior). When I picked up the truck from Mike and Janelle, it literally looked brand new out of the showroom. I wish I had before photos to post. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else. 10 stars!

They must have changed a lot more than the name. To start the guy at the terminal was trying to sell me on the top wash, even when I said I wanted the wash. Then the loader lined my car up really close to the truck in front of me. I know my car and that was way too close for comfort. I almost rear ended the guy because he braked at the end of the tunnel when switching to drive. I found a spot in the vacuum lot and I found my car had scratches that didn't exist before and my car was dirty, like the brushes just grazed the surface. Definitely not worth $30

The manager Keith goes again above and beyond to help, and make sure the customers are happy, and satisfied. It’s so hot out and Keith still manage to keep a smile on his face and help out. Just had my 2019 Camry detailed by Compass. UB did a fantastic job on my car!!! I let a friend of mine borrow my car and when I got it back, it had coffee stains on the seats coupled with a strange smell. Not anymore! He did such a good job that I'm having him do my other 2 cars. Great service, and very good prices as well.

Wow I can't believe how gorgeous my car is. I have a Black 2025 Toyota Camry. The detailers at the shop I bought the car left swirls and minor scratches that Dale was about to remove and the finish is exactly how I envisioned it being. Very glossy and mirror finish. I'm a stickler for detail and very hard to please but I'm thoroughly impressed and relieved thanks to Dale.

My uncle is a regular and recommended I visit Dale's shop for my truck. I wasn't sure as to which service to select but Dale was so thorough with his explanations, I had no problem making a selection. He even squeezed me in after a last minute cancellation. I loved the final results! My truck is so shiny/polished. It looks brand new! Finally, Dale gave tips and recommendations on how to maintain my car's appearance. Expected better from a highly rated and insurance listed facility. Brought my car in for a insurance repair, everything was easy going and their staff was very friendly/ courteous. Their quality of work is definitely not worth the price charged. Front bumper is not property aligned. Overspray on the wheel and tire. Car has a whistling sound from driver door due to improperly installed replacement door skin. Grinder rust particles all over the roof which have flash rusted. Really noticeable "orange peel" paint job on the doors which were supposed to be blended as per work receipt. The wheel was no big deal, a few minutes with rubbing alcohol and it cleaned off. As for the rust, that will take some time and effort with a clay bar to rectify. I sealed the door skin gap, which cured highway whistling sound in door. Hopefully something can be done to polish out the terrible orange peel look on paint job without compromising the clear coat thickness. Regardless, I should not have to correct or notice blatant discrepancies on a 6k simple repair job.

I’m a regular customer of this location and have many positive experiences. The staff are always very kind and helpful. I visited the location today however and noticed that many of the vacuum/ detailing lanes were closed off despite being functional. This appeared to be for the purpose of limiting the number of lanes being used during decreased foot traffic times. This makes total sense and I can understand why. However, all of the open lanes were right next to another and were full so it made for quite a tight squeeze for those of us trying to vacuum out our cars. I could understand the tight squeeze if we were there on say a Saturday morning when business is really heavy but that wasn’t the case. I would love to see maybe different lanes opened up across the lot during these times to allow for adequate distancing. Traditionally car washes are an intimidating location for women and can even become dangerous if we aren’t constantly being aware of our surroundings and being in such close proximity to strangers and their open vehicle. This unfortunately makes women vulnerable targets and so I think it would be really nice to be able to spread out and have our space without worrying about the person next to us manspreading or entering our personal space as much. I hope this can be taken into consideration. Thanks!

A good wash. I just purchased the mid level wash and it was good. They had free vacuums with a wash, so even better. The first vacuum I got did not suck very well. When it sucked it was more like a suggestion for the dirt to go in. The second vacuum I got was strong. It was sucking everything. The dirt, random stuff in the car, I think it even started to suck my soul out. Thank goodness I have quick reactions.

Daniel did an amazing job repairing the clear coat scratches in our Subaru Forester. Not only did he manage to get all of the remaining sap off of our car and remove the scratches but he also got tar that had been on the front bumper of the car for over a year off! Daniel did an amazing job with my car. Long story short, my car had been sitting for a while and collected mildew and stains through out the interior. Daniel was able to get the mildew, stains, and the smell out of the car. He was also able to clean the exterior and under the hood which really surprised me. I had a painting company spray paint the house. They did not factor in the wind therefore it oversprayed on both of my vehicles. With all the heat wave happens the past week. The paint caked on the vehicles. Luckily this mobile company came over washed and detailed both my cars. The person that helped turn my car back into pristine condition was Quest. Quest was very thorough in his work. All the nasty sandpaper feel and the paint speckle all over on both cars went away and was smooth and looking new again. I would recommend this company for detailing services.

I called Quest last minute for a detail & to clean interior of my suburu of all the sand. He arrived first thing in the morning a few minutes before schedule (Love the punctuality). Super polite guy. He spent 3 hours cleaning my car, waxing the wheels, & let me know I had a bubble in my tire. Car is immaculate (and I have 2 kids). He asked me to check the car before leaving to make sure it was good. (Looks like new) & Was able to have a quick conversation with him before leaving. Super friendly & stands by his work. Highly recommend getting a detail from him! Prices are also reasonable. $185 for a suburu ascent (7 passenger) in ok condition.

Very nice establishment but I didn't like the fact that I was told my car was ready and as I was concluding my conversation in the waiting area I was intrusively interrupted only to come out and find a cleaning rag left in the car where the floor guards had not been wiped down so I did it myself. Later I got home and looked down and my wheels weren't cleaned well. My fiance took the car back up there but who has that kind of time or gas? They normally do a good job but I guess certain workers need a little more supervision. Not the first this happened.

I took my car to Pettie's to buff out some liquid substance that was left on both sides of my SUV by a "former" mechanic who attempted to buff it out but he left behind swirls and the stain remained. I really didn't think the stain or the swirls would be removed totally, however I was AMAZED when I arrived at how it looked it looked like I had just got a brand new paint job. I absolutely recommend this place!!! The customer service was top notch. I look forward to having Pettie's assist me in all my automotive needs.

It’s quick and they do a decent job but also fairly expensive. Some of the pictures on here are outdated as of October 2024 here are the prices for the exterior interior combos. If you just want to do a quick drive-through, that’ll cost you $9 and I’ve seen $5 for other drive-through so it’s a bit pricier. They also just dried the car mostly and then cleaned the inside after it went through the machine. There were still a lot of bugs on the front of the car that needed more attention than the machine could handle so I had to clean it again once I got home…

The worst Autobell location, and I've given this location too much grace. Yesterday, I paid for full service, to be told my truck was ready within a short period time. I had to wait behind another car that was being serviced, only to realize my interior had NOT been touched! No dusting, no wiping down, no window cleaning, no nothing. I had to grab another attendant cleaning/treating cars behind me. I have never had a decent experience at this location, no matter the service. Way to much re-work and horrible attitudes from the attendants! The Virginia Beach locations are impeccable!
