We asked for a full package and he not only made it shine...but he made it look (and smell) like toddlers and teenagers have never had even ridden in it, let alone trashed it! I recently had to prepare a van for a new hire, and this vehicle had a dirty interior and heavy cigarette odors. I talked with the staff and agreed on their recommendation of heat/cooling system refresh and detailing. The results were impressive. The interior is now clean, and the vehicle smells good! I had been looking to get my 2007 Honda Pilot detailed and buffed, but couldn’t justify the prices that the larger commercial car washes were charging. Luckily I googled Downtown Detail and Vinny not only came to my apartment complex to do the work but he charged $75 less than any other place I had researched, ( even with a 20% tip I chose to give for his excellent service)! So, I was able to work from the comfort of my home while Vinny made my faithful used car look and feel like a newer model inside and out! I highly recommend giving Downtown Detail a call the next time you want to give your vehicle a facelift!

Had a no call no show when first scheduled, eventually got back to us that he had over booked, and we had to reschedule. Told Vinny that I'd like a "superior" detailing as offered on their website. After he was done, he said that he had not brought the stuff for the wheel wells, so he didn't do that. He didn't do the engine bay (no reason given) but he would knock $5 off. He also told me there was nothing he could do for my head lights, nor for a stain on my instrument panel. I was told if I noticed anything inside I could just wipe at it with a rag, or give him a call. After he was gone and I was able to inspect my car I noticed that in addition to not doing the engine bay, nor the wheel wells, that none of the glass had been cleaned in addition to many areas of obvious debris being left. Nothing was done to treat the external plastic accents. First thing I did after paying for a Superior detailing service was to bring my care home and clean it. Leaving this review as I feel like I was mislead by reading the others left on Google, highly disappointing.

Fiance gifted me a Plus Detail for Christmas and I’m thrilled with the job Aqua Cville did! I knew the outside would not look quite “good as new” due to some paint and body damage in various places, but all the hard to remove grime on the bumpers, trunk, and sunroof was completely gone! My car is now also a shade of white I’ve never seen it be before lol. And the inside detailing was spectacular, truly like the day I bought it 4 years ago. I will definitely be back for periodic detailing!

My husband got me a gift certificate as a Christmas gift last year and to be honest, I wasn’t super pumped about it. It isn’t cheap, and I don’t really care too much about a clean car. Will did a fantastic job. I have a 2016 Land Rover LR4 that has never been garaged kept and had many light scratches and scuffs on the exterior which Will got out expertly. It has never had a wax or any paint correction. Will did a stage 1 paint correction and it’s easy to tell the before and after. He also did a full interior detail including cleaning and conditioning the leather and it looks brand new. He is a great communicator and straightforward with what he believes he can and cannot do based on the condition of each part of the vehicle. All scratches and scuffs in the pictures are gone or unnoticeable after Will’s work. The full car pictures are right after the job and the paint is mirror like and dirt rolls right off. I highly recommend Will as he is passionate about his craft and it shows in his work.

I am not really sure where I should start. So, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend White Horse to anyone. I scheduled a Full Detail on Sunday, August 18th at 11 a.m. Just a brief rundown of what that includes for $250. White Horse advertises "Deep cleaning of door jambs, cracks, pockets, glove dash, console, and crevices. Shampoo of carpets. Shampoo and deep clean of trunk/ cargo area." This is on their website. They also advertise "removal of surface contaminants, polish & wax with or orbital buffer, Paint sealant, exterior trim treated, and wheels cleaned and dressed." Also clearly advertised for a total of $250. Well, I dropped my truck off and was expecting ALL of these services. The "Boss" told me it would be about three hours. An HOUR LATER, I was called and told my truck was ready. So, lets take a look at some pictures for what these morons accomplished in that hour. 1) Orange rag was used BY ME, cleaning the truck rims that were conveniently covered in some kind of oily sheen that they use that masked the dirt. 2) Green rag was used BY ME, cleaning off the exterior trim, front bumper, backs of the side view mirrors, and parts of the "Cargo Area" . This includes the DEAD BUGS that were STILL splattered on the front of the truck. 3) Yellow rag was used BY ME, cleaning interior trim and "CRACKS & CREVICES"(their words) I have also added pics of the windshield and the receipt. In a nutshell, they didn't shampoo anything, not the interior carpet or the cargo area. They didn't DEEP clean anything, cracks, crevices, door jambs, console. Certainly didn't remove "surface contaminants" such as dead bugs. No exterior trim was cleaned. And they ABSOLUTELY DID NOT clean the wheels. I'm not sure why none of this was done. I paid for it to be done. In my opinion, White Horse employs a bunch of lazy, unmotivated, scam artists. Really Good of you White Horse, stealing money. --- It took me over two weeks to decide to write a review. I wanted to be clear about everything without acting a fool. This is my experience and my educated response to the work done by White Horse. NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SAME FOR EVERYONE ELSE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I came here for the first time. I decided to get my car cleaned here because they have good reviews. I was initially happy because the person I spoke to was nice. I chose superfecta service since that's what was advised to me. I went home immediately after the wash and then checked my car thoroughly before going inside. That's when I saw that it hadn't been cleaned properly. I was very disappointed. The windshield had a lot of spots on the passenger side. The front grille and bumper still had dirt. I thought that I'd just ignore it since sometimes it does happen. But what really upset me was when I discovered that the car had a scratch on the back. I believe I got this from the rotating rugs inside the tunnel. I'm certain it's from the car wash since I had just inspected it before leaving home to come here.

Gilbert , the owner, gave me a day and time and was here exactly when he said he would be to pick up the car. Returned it 4 hours later, exactly when he said he would and my car looked brand new, I mean it was spotless. I will definitely call him again. Thank you Gilbert.

I paid for the "Working Wash" and drove away with a dirty car. Even the dust was still there, as well as bird and bug marks, all of which had to be rubbed off with a rag. And this was after the "Triple Hot PreSoak", and my car ended up very wet after the "Double Maximum Air Dry". I have gotten much better results even with the cheapest options at other car washes.

These guys did a fantastic job! Mike was friendly and knowledgeable from the first time we spoke when he followed up on my request for a quote. They made my brand new 2025 Outback look even better than it did when I picked the vehicle up with 5 miles on it. Upon pickup Steven and Bryan walked me through everything they did to the car, they taught me how to care for the paint and the ceramic coating they installed. Overall a great team to work with and I will be bringing more of my vehicles there in the future.

Listen! I built a service business and, I very much understand the value of great service. Well let me tell you, Ace Auto Center may be one of the best I’ve experienced! You see, my wife and I were traveling to Florida from Cape Cod. We stayed in Old Charlottesville the night before and woke up early and noticed our tire pressures were down. We went to breakfast and decided to take the car to Ace for a look. We realized they opened at 8 but, we showed up at 7:30 with no appointment. Mark was starting his day early and taking care of the maintenance at Ace. He welcomed us and asked us to wait until the Manager showed. Tony came in at 7:45 and was just uncommonly helpful…obviously, Tony knew we were passing through but, he took the time to examine the problem immediately and resolved it so we could get on the road by 8…truly remarkable!! Well done Ace Team as you’ve got a very special group here!!

Robert is obviously dedicated to doing a great job, keeping his customers happy and growing his business. The carpets and seats of my 13 year old car trashed. When I got the car back I was more than satisfied with what he had accomplished. I had my car interior detailed here, and it was spotless afterwards. Even though they told me they might not be able to get all the dog hair out, they got almost every one! I also use the wash and self-vacuum/towel a lot, and appreciate the towel-dry they do by hand.

I recently visited Green Clean Express Auto Wash, and I was impressed with both the service and the overall quality of the wash. The facility is well-maintained, efficient, and provides a good clean for your vehicle. However, I did notice that my tires weren’t cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. Despite this, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Joseph, a team member at the wash, went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth experience. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff, and Joseph’s commitment to excellent service truly made my experience a positive one. Did the $21 level wash. The conveyor wash did a great job of cleaning. Very thorough machine. The vacuums were truly fantastic. One available in either side, tremendous suction AND an air hose sprayer to get dust and stuff out of crevices. Great value.

Had him help me get most of it off while it was still fresh but we couldn't get all of it off. Fast forward to 3 days later and I decide to give a car wash a chance to see how it'd go. Antonio with Heart to Heart came yesterday to our home in Keswick, Virginia and was prompt, wore a mask and was extremely professional. My new RX 350 Lexus was quite dirty after returning from Washington DC and what should’ve looked new didn’t but after Antonio finished it look better than new. Would greatly recommend him for any of your detailing car needs.
