Andy was communicative, punctual, and did an excellent job inside and out. A+ for professionalism. He was uniformed and driving a work vehicle which was clean and well maintained. The tool kits and equipment were well organized. I have included photos. Sadly I did not take before pictures, but let me tell you, it was dirty. Imagine a vehicle that has had multiple kids ranging from age 5-7 riding in it, eating in it, and treating it like roadhouse that offers peanuts. The adults may or may not have been much better. I have recommended Shine Time already, and will continue to do so. It was well worth the cost. Thanks Andy.

I went in to Big D’s to have my seats shampooed since my toddler wasn’t feeling well, and she ended up throwing up a bunch which led to finding this place! Darren exceeded my expectations by a LONG SHOT. He did way more than what I asked of him. He cleaned my engine, shampooed my seats AND FLOORS. Cleaned my trunk, gave a whole exterior wash and wax, and steam cleaned my interior. My car looks better than the day I got her, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Thank you again, Darren! You’re AMAZING. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Big D’s is the best around, and they’re very warm and welcoming, thanks again guys!

I requested a 2024 with 12,000 miles on it to be cleaned inside and out.To look brand new with out using armoral. As I'm allergic to it. I dropped off my truck at 9:30am with pickup at 4pm. Charge was to be $285. Ended up paying $260. Truck wasn't clean when I arrived. They didn't vacuum under the mats nor the back seat protector. Pockets in the door and dash had not been vacuumed not washed. I pointed that out to the workers and owners son. I waited another 45 minutes for them to clean. Still Pockets are dirty. Truck bed wasn't washed out. I hauled 4 bales of wheat straw in it. And they couldn't clean it. Never even sprayed the truck bed. The owner and I went over the dirty truck issues. I asked if he was proud of his job and I was disappointed. He said with new vehicles you have to remove door panels and all seats to clean them thoroughly and that's a 2 day job starting rate is $800. I hauled 3 jack Russell dogs to north Carolina for a friend which put dog hair in the back. However I did have a weather tech back seat cover over the seat. I told the owner how disappointed I was as I thought he was a professional. He said I'll take $260 for today job and if I wanted the windows cleaned inside and out detail doors it will cost $800 and I can leave it with them for 2 days. My truck is less than a year old . They removed most of the dog hair washed and waxed the outside. I have shiny tires. They used armoral which I will have to have someone wash off because I'm allergic. Bottom line as I told the owner I will never use their service again. I don't have photos. I wish I had my phone with me. But I left it with the person I rode with.

Poor management, they honestly don't kno what they are doing and could care less about any damages there equipment causes to your car. They don't even kno how to pull up a paystub for there employees so they can get housing. So careless! So Irresponsible!

My first visit. I used a holiday pricing to get the $25 ceramic wash for $5. Car hadn't been through a wash in a long time, so not everything on the roof washed off. It got it a lot brighter white though. The vacuums did a good job on the carpet, and the clips to hold mats really help get them clean.

Contact Karston at Credible Clean Auto Detailing in Christiansburg if you need your ride freshened up. I had contacted two other auto detailing places about the musty smell in my wife's SUV from rain leaking onto the carpets but they weren't interested if it wasn't an expensive, full interior detailing. Karston agreed to do a basic interior cleaning and carpet shampoo job for less than half of what the other detailers quoted for their full services. Her SUV came out great with no more musty smell and her carpets even had those cool lines like pro yard services leave on your lawn (it's the little things).

Detailing your car is by far a game changer. Genesis, A.J., Cam, and Deshawn (sp?) are by far the BEST in the market! Not only are they local, but they are also friendly, professional, and family oriented and know how to master professionalism in their brand and their work. They utilized a few hours to make our truck shine better than the day it rolled off the factory. We didn't need a ton of work done, but boy, their finished product took my breath away. Our truck went from red to rainier cherry red. It jumped out at us. The work they put into the details astounded us in their attention to detail, and still, when they were done and paid, they were still wiping and polishing. I love supporting local, and this group are true to their work and to their brand. Victory is what it's about. Thank you, guys! I'm still drooling over my truck.

The team at Ceramic pro just finished doing my family’s autos with the Sliver packages and they were solid professionals and kept us informed the entire time. I'm in the area for work and happen to be in my personal car for the trip. I have a membership locally and was pleased to see there was one closeby as my car had gotten pretty dirty on the trip up here. Brandon marshalled me into the car wash and took car to make sure my wheels didn't get scratched (this did happen at my local wash due to a distracted marshaller). I requested to skip the brushes and he happily obliged and sent me in. After my wash even came by to make sure I was happy with the results and complimented my car. It was a great experience and I'm glad to have overcame my fear and trusted another automatic car wash. I'll be sure to return whenever I am in the area. Also, this location is new and appears to have a better system than I've used before. Better coverage, more time between zones so the chemicals have a moment to "work" and better dryer setup for less hand drying afterwards. Highly recommend giving it a chance.

Doc is the real deal. Dr. Auto Spa Ceramic Detailing did an amazing job on my 2022 Toyota Highlander. There were some major scratches on the door in the back corner. When I received the car back, it was like brand new I could not even detect where the scratches had been. The clear bra That was put on the front end Appears with high-quality And workmanship. Overall, an excellent experience with excellent service

I have never been to this business before, and at first I was very skeptical because I don’t always trust auto detailing places. But let me tell you guys, the gentleman that worked on my baby today, BLEWW me away beyond belief. He excelled so much higher than I ever anticipated, for just going in to have some water stains removed on cloth seats. This man, gave my car a full wash, detailed my tires AND my rims. Vacuumed the interior, added some scent, and above all made my water stains completely vanish. This gentleman made me almost break down in tears by how amazing, and extremely talented he is with his work. The price was also unbelievable, I would’ve paid DOUBLE for what he did. I bought a used truck that was really dirty, especially inside. I took it to Doug's to detail. Erica worked on my truck and she did an outstanding job. The exterior looks so much better after the wash and wax. All the exterior black was cleaned and shined. The interior was really dirty and Erika did a,wonderful job on the interior. The seats were filthy and got them way cleaner than I thought she could. If you need a serious detail, go to Doug's and ask for Erika. She will not let you down! She deserves a raise.

To do that we must care for our vehicles from top to bottom, inside and out. I have used this provider to care for my 2014 Infiniti Q50 for several years. As you can see by the photos the care taken in this process. This is a provider that takes great pride in the work they do everyday. I have no intention of using any other provider. There are packages you can purchase to keep your ride looking great. I personally must have a clean and well cared for vehicle, so this is where you get just that. This provider is the best hands down. I am never disappointed. If you want your ride cared for inside and out this is the one! There are items that are cared for such as lights etc. My car always looks great when it is detailed by this provider. I promise if you give them a try you will be very happy with the outcome. Best car wash in Christiansburg. They rinse the car off before they brush it as it goes in. That's super important, so the existing dirt doesn't scratch the paint with swirl marks. Luis is the man and his team is A+

I don’t think they Have ever pressure washed my vehicle for more than 10 seconds before they push the button for it to go through half dry. If your vehicle leaves the parking lot looking clean and shiny it is because you did 75% of it with a rag after it comes out of the machine. You would think after complaining about the sorry job you get for $25 that in the future they may actually spray your vehicle off before you guys through the car wash but the next time it will just be a different lazy person halfway spraying your vehicle if at all and you will not get your moneys worth. You would think with it being a almost brand new car wash and paying $25 for ceramic that you would leave with your vehicle being perfectly clean but that has not ever been my experience there or anybody I know that goes there. Check out that tire shine! Lots of sarcasm included what a premium upgrade. Just regret wasting more money trying them again

Andre' applied his top level ceramic coating to my brand new Mazda CX-5, as well as removing swirl damage from the paint that was caused by the dealership. He spent time with me, once the ceramic was fully cured, in the proper way to wash the car to extend the life of the treatment. I was traveling and had to make a stop near by. So being in a hurry I stopped for a quick wash, but didn't have time to get out and dry and/or detail my vehicle. Most the time you cannot see things when it is still wet, So I drove away and got to check out the wash job shortly up the road. My vehicle wasn't really dirty in the first place, but did have a little dust and such from traveling. I wanted it to look really clean since the weather forecast looked good where we were headed. Whistle express also isn't the most economical option out there either. They're least expensive wash, I wouldn't really consider least expensive. It's something like $14 for the cheapest option which does pretty much, the absolute minimum. If you want an undercarriage blast to get any salt and such off, the minimum appears to be over $20. Although the roads in the area appeared to be clean without salt or sand residue. I still wanted to make sure the underside got a rinse. Anyway, all seemed OK and I went on my way. Shortly up the road at my destination, I got a look. The car was mostly dry from the wash and some wind for a minute or two of driving. The vehicle looked nice, except the streaks of dried soap that ran down the side of the door. So basically I paid over $20 to rinse off my vehicle. It was somewhat cleaner, but looked dirtier than when I pulled into Whistle Express, with the dried soap that looked like dried salt. In one way my vehicle at the same time, looked cleaner and dirtier than when I pulled in. Maybe it was a fluke or such. But in my case, it was a waste of money. I'm not saying they're bad or anything. Only that in my case, it wasn't too good.

Car and Truck always comes out sparkling, they are always willing to issue rewashes if you aren't satisfied with the wash. The staff are very friendly and willing to clean the mats and are at the ready to help if they can. They are the cheapest around with the highest quality for the price, despite what most people say. They use high quality soap, that gets the job done and leaves you with a mirror like shine, I am always impressed and will be using Whistle for the foreseeable future.

I was super impressed with the 10$ deal on the automated car wash. I won’t take a car into anything that has bristles so this is the best in town… and you get the under carriage spray down which is a must with salty roads during the winter. Don’t waste your time at Shelor Car Wash because you’ll leave with scratches all over your darker colored vehicle and trust me, I’ve experienced it. The picture below is right after I left the car wash…. Honestly surprised that it was this clean. For sure going back many times when I’m too lazy to wash it during the winter!

I never leave reviews but I felt like I just had to for new river auto care. I moved down here for school and picking a mechanic was scary all things considered. The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. Additionally, he tells me what’s up and explains what’s going on with my car which is hard to find. Repairs are always quick! I would recommend to everyone.

Just wanted to update my review, and mention what a great communicator Derrick is. He's also really efficient, and always lets me know when I'll get my car back.Took my car here for the first time after being curious for a while as I live right down the road. They got me taken care of extremely quickly, and Derrick is really pleasant to deal with, and was very clear about what the issue was and how much it would cost. I will definitely be coming back. Also loved the WUVT-FM sticker on the door, I'm a long time DJ, and it made me smile.

So I came here to clean my vehicle up quick. While I was going through the wash it sprinkled a bit. I started vacuuming my vehicle they cut off the vacuum. I waited a few minutes. Had to go in and ask the manager why are the vacuums off. He said she was turning them back on. Then I went to wipe my vehicle no towels. It’s not raining. I can’t wipe off my vehicle or the mess I was trying to clean. Whatever the Manager with the long hair is doing in the back with black haired female I hope it’s good. I’ll never come here again. I see why you don’t have any business. It’s 4 pm in the afternoon. If you want to close then you should have done it before you took my money.

I previously wrote a review of this car wash, as I had a fantastic experience before, but this time was more disappointing than the last. I bought the wash that was generic, but it also included tire/rim cleaning. When I checked my car after they were done, I had a grease spot left over all over the left side of my car that I had to clean off, along with all my rims being extremely dirty still. Additionally, there were NO clean towels to use for the self clean after. I went from station to station and was lucky when I found 2 at a complete other station that was nowhere near the one I used. Overall not a great experience today, hope to have the great service I had once before when I came here.
