Took my car there to get detailed before selling…it looks brand new now!! Dropped it off at 7:30am and got a call by 2:30pm same day saying g it was ready. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and he was still able to get all the hair out!! The engine looks brand new and overall and awesome job!!!!

We can't rave enough about Back 2 Life Car Wash and Detailing!! Dupray completely surpassed our expectations! We dropped off a Jeep that has been neglected for a long time. We picked up a brand new vehicle! He did not miss anything! The products and processes that he uses are top notch! We have used several other car wash services in Sumter and none even come close to providing the same level of service and quality! If you want your ride looking tight, Dupray will do it right!

First time I got a car detailed. Not many places in Sumter, SC that were good. I found Peerless Coatings SC, LLC and saw the owner was a retired vet which felt more reliable (am currently active). I called up Eric and made an appointment. I dropped my car overnight and he moved it inside till the next day. I bought the Interior Basic and Quickie Exterior. Eric was nice enough to let me know prices changed (in my favor) and began his work. While the car was being worked on, Eric communicated well with an update and even offered suggestions. The car was never detailed before so it took a lot longer, but when I got my car back, it looked great! He even dropped it off at my house. I would definitely recommend him, I feel as though he went above and beyond what I paid for. 10/10 would recommend.

Not only was I charged $150 for a simple cleaning, the car was absolutely filthy still. There was dirt on the hood, my windshield wasn’t cleaned at all, there was still trash all throughout my car, and the only half decent job done was on my floor mats. My car was left there all day to be cleaned and no effort was made to properly clean it. Do not ever choose here for your car detailing needs they will cheat you out of your money.

Absolutely terrible car wash. It didn't clean the back of my SUV or my husband's truck! Vacuums are nice but that's not worth $17.. contacted customer service immediately after and still haven't heard back.. it has been 3 days. Won't be back.

They charge a decent amount and over charge for alot of there services and give their employees who work there butt off in the heat 8 hours a day 6 days a week chump change and make rules as they go to keep even more money in their pockets even though they don't follow labor rules

The workers need to do a better job when spraying down your car before it goes through the wash. One side will get sprayed but not the other side. They don’t clean minors on the outside good. Leave stains on them

I have been a customer of Frank’ Car Wash for months, but on 6/2/24, I went to have my car washed and a piece of trim was broken out of my driver side. I was told it was considered an accessory and there was nothing they could do about it. They said they used to tape it to avoid this damage but was told by corporate to stop. I will not be using this services again and have canceled my monthly subscription. Enter at your own risk.

Extremely professional… 20% on the side glass, 50% front and rear. Just to be clear tinting equipment is difficult, the glass isn’t uniform. Very happy, the tractor looks great.

This company is top notch I highly recommend you use their services. Very professional and timely. My vehicle is dealership clean. He was able to get all the problematic dead bugs off the front end.
