I hate when I have to change a review from five stars to something less than that Tidal Wave has gone consistently downhill. I love that they installed a new vacuum system, but that’s useless when the car wash itself is not working or working properly. And I know good help is hard to find, But your help is killing your business. Competition in the car wash industry in this area is way too stiff. I had to cancel my membership and will be finding another.

They have 6 workers on any given day, 5 that stand around and usually one little girl who gets swamped with detailing cars, taking literally an hour because no one helps her. Whoever is bringing in all of these new car washes, clearly saw an opportunity and took it. Do better Tidal SMH

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I only came here because my stepfather gave me a coupon for a free wash. Let me just say this, I will NEVER spend a dime of my hard earned money at this place. My car is still dirty after they “detailed” it. I personally feel like my car wasn’t cleaned properly because I had the coupon. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I have passed this place so many times and decided to stop by on a nice sunny Sunday. This turned out to be the opposite of what I expected. The wait was super long to get my car cleaned after leaving the car wash part. I believe I waited almost an hour. Now, for a quality clean car, I'd have waited however long I needed. I'm very patient. Although, what I got was my car basically just dried off and the same dirt and tore dressing that was slung on my car from the previous car wash was still there. They didn't even attempt to wipe it off. It came off easily once I got home to take care of all the things I noticed wasnt done before I left. I could have told the guys "hey yall missed all this stuff," but I had already waited that long, and if they didn't see blatant giant lines of grease and dirt that's black on a white car, then I needed to cut my losses and leave. What's more wild is waiting for a tip way before getting to your car so you can give them money before you see the results. After seeing my car, I def did not tip and will also not be back.

Came here to have the windows tinted as well as a ceramic coating put on my fusion. After talking with the guys they were able to recommend the best solution for my preferences. My car was ready right when they said it would be and am beyond impressed at the scratches they were able to get off my paint. Definitely coming back and recommending to all friends and family.

Very very happy and very satisfied with the job that was done to me and my wife 2023 chevy camaro. The car looks better than it did when we bought it on the show room floor . We had the car detailed and also had the windows tinted and I have to say that I will be a customer of his for the rest of my life . He is very qualified and knows what he is doing and I would recommend anyone to give him a shot, you will not be disappointed. I had a mishap on Thursday afternoon when using snow foam and there was this soap residue stuck on my paint and I couldn't get it off. I found good reviews from local customers in Charleston Car Meets and hit him up. I sent him a couple pics and he gave me an early appointment for the next morning and did his magic, had me in and out in an hour and there was no trace of my handiwork left. And the price for this last minute appointment was way less than I had thought it would be. I'd recommend him to anyone and I'll definitely be back.

Oct 5, 2023 - Summerville, SC I stopped in to see if Jax did auto detailing, which they do. While there, I browsed their products. They have a wide variety of quality supplies in a very clean, organized, and well maintained space!! I bought a bottle of "Bug Zapper". I have a Lexus with a HUGE front end that catches every bug within a 10-mile radius! Seriously! 🤣 Used per the instructions, and the bugs easily wiped off. Better than any other big box store stuff I've used before. I made an appointment for my other car for a full interior/exterior detail. The car looks amazing! This car is all original, 11 years old, 185,000 miles. See for yourself. It looks even better in person! I will be back! Thank you for the great work!

Adam literally saved my car, after my husband accidentally washed it with a rag that had clay on it. I thought it was ruined. The clear coat was covered in scratches, shown here in pictures. There wasn’t one area that didn’t have these scratches, when I dropped it off. I believe he had my car for about two weeks. When I got it back, I was amazed! These after pictures, were taken as soon as I picked it up from him. It’s been a little while since he’s done it, but I definitely wanted to share these pics of his work. It still looks this good. I’m happy to see, he is now located a little closer to us, and we will definitely be repeat customers for our vehicles.

About a month ago I pulled into the car wash despite the fact that it was starting to rain. I was in my wife’s car, which is a cream colored suv that had been parked under a pecan tree resulting in a brown stain over the entire car. As I pulled up to the wash, I was met by a female attendant who advised me that the car wash was closed. I told her since it was raining, I thought I would try and see if the car wash could finally do something with the stains. “She said wait here a minute, I’ll be right back.” After a couple minutes she comes around the corner pushing a bucket. She sprayed the car with something and commenced to wash the car manually with the bucket and a brush. It blew me away that an employee would go to so much trouble to make a customer satisfied. Despite the fact that it was raining. Kudos to your hiring process, as this was proof that there are still employees out there who take pride in their work and put a customer’s satisfaction above all else. My only regret was that I didn’t get her name. Thank you for putting a smile on this customer’s face. Thank you!

I went here and put $5 in quarters in and it doesn't work. They have the bay beside it blocked off with a cone because it doesn't work. So I called them to let them know the one I used isn't working either and that I had put $5 in it... The guy says " ok... I will check it out" didn't offer me my money back or anything. Just hung up! Wow!

This was not a great experience. One of the bays was broken but it was not marked. So I lost $5 pulling into and paying that bay which was not functional. Everything was really dirty which is a problem because it meant I tracked mud into my car after I washed it. Overall, this location feels very run down. One of the soap sprayers also didn't seem to work in the bay I was in. It was strangely popular but I think that's just because there's no nearby alternatives. I won't be going there again. I would rather drive much further to find something different.

First and foremost, Erik Dublin, owner of Carolina Mobile Wash & Auto Detailing, is a consumate professional. The pride he takes in his work shines like a beacon in the night. He checks and double checks each and every box when it comes to customer satisfaction. And, BTW - Eric is 100% self contained. Here's the story's Cliff Notes... My wife (72) & I (almost 77) are fostering the niece of a former employee. She turned 16, on 11/13/24. She's a great kid, an honors student, has a part-time job, does chores, volunteers at Pet Helpers, etc. She's saved enough money to buy her first vehicle...a 2001 Honda CRV, with 103k miles on the odometer our future son-in-law found in Savannah, GA. For a 23+ year old vehicle, it was pretty well maintained good mechanically and aesthetically. However, the exterior did look old and tired. I decided that sprucing it up would be a great Sweetie 16th Birthday gift. Unfortunately, even after a couple of baths, a Megiare's cleaner wax application and multiple attempts (with a variety of high touted OTC products) to blacken the CRV's very faded plastic trim, it still looked old and tired. This was not the Sweet 16 gift I was hoping to give Delaney. So, I contacted Erik. I sent him some photos and we discussed some options, agreed upon a price, and scheduled an appointment. I'm not sure what to call each of the steps in Eric's process, but it included a thorough wash, a blow and wipe dry, a paint correcting buffing with compound to remove the majority of embedded stains and flaws in the paint, followed by a second thorough washing and drying, an application of wax and an application of hand-buffed graphene. After that, Erik attempted to apply a pro-grade plastic trim dressing. It didn't take. He said he'd return and apply a professional grade plastic trim dye. As promised, Erik returned a second time and attempted to apply plastic trim dye. Once again, the 23 year old plastic trim was not having none of it and rejected the plastic trim dye. Eric would not give up. He offered to return a third time (on 11/13/24) to paint the plastic trim using professional grade plastic trim paint. When he returned in the late morning of Delaney's16th birthday, he painstakingly masked-off all the plastic trim and meticulously applied the plastic trim paint. What Erik did was way beyond tedious, but 100% successful! What Erik's did was akin to dunking that 2001 Honda CRV in the Fountain of Youth. Delaney was over-the-moon thrilled! And get this...After making three trips, Eric charged the price upon which we originally agreed. Kudos and thanks to Erik!

I had received a gift card for Carolina Mobile Carwash & Auto Detailing, and after having a friend spill in my car over the weekend, I knew it was time to schedule the carpet cleaning service. I was struggling to redeem the gift card online, so I sent an email, and Eric got back to me promptly. He got me on his schedule for the very next day, and came to my school while I was teaching and completed the cleaning. My second visit.. Got my car washed and detailed. My car was a mess the first time I went and I left a happy customer. This second time they offered deep cleaning on upholstery and rugs...yes cause if your anything like me I knew I needed it done but kept avoiding getting it done. Once again Tec Two came thru for me again. My sister was so impressed cause finally my car was clean and the stained seat looked normal again (I know sad right) she went the next day, she had a great experience and said she would use them again. Now that we have a friendly car wash service in the neighborhood my car should never look that bad anymore. Even had great conversation with the cashier. Give them a try. No more dirty car for ME!

I really love wash Wizard. I pefer it over other car washes because of how friendly and fun they are with their guest. I know that usually at a car wash you don't often meet the employees, but when i go to the car wash they had the place spooky decorated, the staff was waving and checking on us when we where paying at the Front gate. Then when I was at the bending machine and it wasn't accepting my card the manger quickly checked on me and then went and got me the tire cleaner I was trying to get. He's always so nice when we go, even when me and my husband had worked late and was cleaning our car till closing time. Honestly, I can't help but smile when I see the staff, and they have so many tools on hand to give different options to clean the car. From the mat cleaning zone and air shooters, and even window cleaning solutions. My car couldn't be cleaner!!! It's always a joy to go to the Wash Wizard, honestly.

Just had my '99 Jeep Cherokee's interior and exterior detailed by Good As New. The Jeep's interior and exterior were well weathered and the interior had some serious pet hair throughout from a previous owner. I work out of my truck and I am super busy, it helps having somone that can come to you that will do a great job. David did that and more. 8am on a Saturday, showed up early, communicated the day before and day of. Engine shining and transformation of my crusty work truck to looking like it did the 1st day is a big relief. As a work truck it had years of coffee stains, grease on seats, ground in dirt, blood, sweat and grossness all throughout my truck... David got it all up and out. Greg said he liked a challenge and he found one in my car that had been stored outside for two years. I had a low expectation based on how much pine dust had baked into the paint, but after 5 hours of seemingly non-stop work, Greg and Jana showed me the car and it looked just like when I bought it new! Absolute Perfection!!! After I heard about ceramic coating and making several phone calls I decided to go with Palmetto Paint Correction. Marvin, the owner, took the time to drive approximately 50 miles to look at my car for an estimate since it was hard for me to get to him. He put me at ease and it was really at that moment that I knew I was going to give him my business. My Silverado looked like someone had purposely dragged rocks across the paint. When Marvin was done with it it was showroom ready. My wife and I were completely shocked at how great the truck looked and my neighbor came over and said he will be taking his truck to Marvin in the near future. I contacted PD&T when I knew the delivery date of my vehicle. The owner responded and after a few exchanges I was scheduled to have my car wrapped and tinted. The install process was completed within a week. When I picked up the car and inspected I was overly impressed. They said it would take another 3-5 days to complete curing. The owner (Mike) asked me to come back after a few weeks so they could inspect and make necessary minor adjustments. Price wise they were better than other shops I had contacted, though the other shops were in different towns. If you are looking for a wrap and attention to detail Pleasant Details and Tint is the place.

The guys at Pleasant Details did a fantastic job cleaning my car up! I called on a Saturday and was able to bring my car in first thing the next Monday and it was ready by late afternoon. Six months without a garage or wash left a nice coat of crust and matte finish on the paint as well as tree sap little black dots. First picture is showing the little back dots that would not come off, and second pic is how gross the trunk crust was. You would never guess that all that grossness was caked in the trunk or that it wasn't a fresh paint job when I got the car back. Inside of the car was also immaculate (though it was def not as gross as the exterior).
