Hi everyone, I want to share detail work on my car. Called 📞Tip Top on Monday , got appointment for Early Thursday morning. I had milk spill over my passenger seat. The smell was getting worse day by day. I drove my car for 20 miles and get the work done. The interior was so neat and cleaned, i was amazed to see my car as a brand new. The smell was incredibly better. The owner is super friendly human, he is so good and knows what he is doing. I am so happy to get my car back as a brand new interior. Tips- Call early and book the appointment, if you gonna be late just inform him about your arrival. If possible take cash 💵💵. The price varys with the car type, cleaning area size and/or the type of cleaning.

The staff at this car wash was excellent. They provided you with everything You needed clean towels with spray bottles that are always filled up. The vacuum machines have real good suction cleans real well. The blowers for the detailing work excellent I was impressed. I do the monthly it worked out beautifully for me.

WOW. This guy really knows what he’s doing. Took my husbands truck to him for a detail. The truck was in awful shape both inside and out. The gentleman was great at communicating price and time frame. When we picked it up we were speechless, he got all the dog hair out and everything was so clean it looked like a new truck. We plan on taking our son’s car to him next week. If you need your car or truck detailed take it to him you won’t regret it.

My mom purchased a $150 gift certificate for my birthday to get my car detailed. In addition I tipped $20 unfortunately before looking at the work that was done. Upon driving off and inspecting further I saw loose dirt, dust, and sticky residue left in my cup holders, change holders, and door. What makes it all more aggravating is I did a quick clean before bringing in my car in hopes of leaving more time for getting a stain out of my leather seat threads and polishing my plastics since my car was only six months old. I called to see if I was mistaken and maybe he had done a quick wash instead of the detailing. He told me he did in fact detail the inside of my car and had an excuse of deep cup holders which is not really that true considering i was able to clean the mess I mentioned with a wet rag. there was no effort to rectify the situation and I feel I spent $170 for something that would’ve been done better at a regular car wash. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff are friendly. Car looks clean. Wheels on the other hand didn’t do so well. Excessive tire shine sludge slung all over my wheels.. the young lady did offer to run my car through the car wash again, but noted that most likely the issue would happen again. Lesson learned. No tire shine and do that part myself. Other than that, quick and clean facility.

I went to run my old beat-up truck through a quick wash. I paid and pulled to the entrance where a young manger snarled his nose when at the rear of my truck and called a gm over. She preceded to tell me they would not run my truck because they're maggots in the rear, and they would blow out in the tunnel wash, and if someone had to go in, they may get on them. I had just taken our garbage to the dump and snagged a bag. So I assumed I had maggots when they said that. I did let them know I thought that was ridiculous. The gm refunded my money to my card, so I had to back out and leave the car wash area , sit in the parking lot, and call and speak to another gm. He said he looked at the picture, and there were lots of " maggots." Then said something about my tire, which is not why they said they wouldn't run it, and it's been through before with the tire, it's not like it's going to blow out. Came home and looked in the rear, and it's RICE! I have attached pictures. Those aren't dead maggots or pupae, which are much smaller and darker than rice or maggots. Unbelievable, really!

I am very disappointed with the service at this car wash. This is the second time they have failed to properly clean the interior of my vehicle. Today, they once again left trash in the door compartments and under the seats. For $20.99, I expected at least the windows to be cleaned properly, but they didn’t even manage that. To make matters worse, they demand a tip at checkout, which is unacceptable given the poor quality of their service. I strongly suggest they properly train their staff before continuing to operate this way. Honestly, it’s better to clean the car yourself or go to the competition, which clearly offers better results.

An absolute Hidden Gem!! I had a really ugly sticky stain on the passages fabric seat (spilled a Starbucks caramel Frappuccino), I tried washing it out myself with no luck. He took his time to clean everything out, even took the car seat out and cleaned that, and around it! As a family with kids we really needed a good deep cleaning and that’s exactly what he provided. T-3 detailing is a huge blessing!! Had the ceramic coating installed on my Jeep and I absolutely love it! The shine is awesome and cleaning it is so easy, he even coated my inner fenders. I live in Columbia and he needed my Jeep for two days - he gave me his personal vehicle to drive which was needed (Jeep was my only vehicle). When I got home with the Jeep I noticed some of the screws around the windshield had lost some of the black paint, I got in touch and he was more than willing to pay to have replaced. No other screws did this only the ones at the windshield and they were super cheap so big deal, not sure why this happened to those and all other completely fine. Was more the thrilled with the job done!

Bring cash! My normal for years now is Apple Pay and Square card readers etc. They don’t have any card processing equipment. Exterior wash is great. Interior I’d give a B- though. They missed a few things. I had the trunk open, and they didn’t do it. Not upset. Just a little underwhelmed by all the reviews saying it’s the best car wash in town. Good but not the best.

I always have a very pleasant experience at shine 09. The facilities is always clean presentable maintained in a very professional manner. Also there are always plenty of rags and towels and cleaning products to use. The staff is always courteous and professional. I recommend channel 9 to all my friends. I just wish they were interlock with the other stores. They have like the ones on 29 and in Greer.

“Shine on” car washes are the best. I went to Shine on 9 today in Spartanburg. They are the Quick Trip and Chick Fil A of car washes! Clean, polite, plenty of employees. Customer service is great. I can’t wait til they open Shine on Seneca where I live! They even have inside vacuuming.

Sub-par at best. I was really hoping this place would be good so I could make it my go to car wash place. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Paid $40 for second from the best car wash service. Interior looked barely vacuumed. Grass and even some small pieces of paper left in the back seat and back hatch area. Interior was still bad. Door jams not cleaned as stated. Wheels dirty and still had dirt/grime all over the exterior. When I tried to address this with the manager his excuse was they only have so much time to spend and have to get the cars in and out. They vacuumed for 4-5 minutes, ran it through an automated wash, and spent 10 minutes on the interior. While he did it was a sorry attempt. Pictures are from after the second round of vacuuming. Suggestions: Spend a bit more time on providing a quality service and you would gain loyalty from customers.

Found Parr’s Car Wash after a long day of driving, will be my first and only time here. $50 for an “Ultimate” wash and they were finished in about 15 minutes. Nothing on the interior was wiped out, poorly vacuumed. Total ripoff… Don’t waste your time. Pics are from after they done.

Following the hurricane that hit the end of September, I had to have my windshield replaced. It was recommended that I get mt car detailed due to glass remaining on my dash and carpet after the replacement. Legacy did a phenomenal job. My car is cleaner than the day I drove it off the lot. I'm super impressed with the job Phil and his crew did, their customer service, and their hospitality. If you need a detail, get over to Legacy where it really is "more than a detail." I even received a nice note. These guys are top notch.

Overall, great experience. The person working at the front was polite and welcoming. While the prices might seem high, the value is great. The wash was very good ($15). The indoor vacuum area was clean and cool (outside it was close to 90). My only issue was with a yellow compressed air hose. Compared to the other blue ones they have, these are flimsy and get tangled easily. I had to move to another spot. Overall great experience.

Shine near pine car wash is an awesome place to get your special ride clean inside and out. The manager on duty always comes out to ask how was your wash. Did everything come out ok? So far I have no issue. This helps keep my Dodge Charger clean. I can take my time without have the sun heat beating down on me while drying and wiping the water from the inside door jams and wheels. The towels are dry and always available. I am very happy with the staff as well always friendly and respectful.
