Brian is, quite simply, the best. He's a genuinely nice guy who does outstanding work at affordable prices. In the past he's detailed a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee for me that I was preparing to sell. After Brian's magic the 10 year old Jeep looked almost new. More recently, he detailed and ceramic coated a 2017 Subaru Outback for us. Today, he detailed my 25 year old BMW M3. Brian is such the Pro. A very modest person who basically gave me a new truck in a day. People like this just make it look easy for the rest of us. Under appreciated, certainly. I was one of those in doubt. A 98 Ford ranger which looked pretty much brand new inside and out. Even had the patented new car smell. It had tree sap, mold, door marks and the lot. I have a hard time moving around, MS stuff. He took the time to talk to me and was so casual about all the details. His office is reminiscent of someones apartment. I just felt like I was in his home. A total pro and a really cool person. I feel like a jerk for not tipping him. I'll rectify that after Alberto. Quick and courteous service. They are well staffed and can handle a lot of cars per hour. Car was perfectly cleaned. They have a nice area to wait outside if the weather is nice, and the indoor waiting area is clean. My only complaint is that they actively solicit 5 star ratings on google. But in this case, worth it. Ha.

It's absolutely the worst detail I've ever had. I saw an ad and thought I'd try them out. Just look at the photos...this was AFTER they were finished. They don't know that detailing means you pay attention to the details. They left trash, didnt wipe anything down, didnt get into the nooks of the car seats, the trim around the hatch was filty, the tire wells were dirty...what did they actually do other than surface clean. I could have gone to a local car wash and had a wash and vacuum. Worst $250 I've ever spent. Go to the South end and avoid this operation at all costs unless you want a shoddy job that's overpriced.

Tidal wave auto spa on 1 plaza Dr on Hilton Head, is the place to go if you care about your car and want it to shine! The staff are so, very attentive and actually assist you at the gate kiosk to ensure you understand all of the options and help you to process your purchase to provide you with that high level of customer service. It is great to see the smiles on their faces and kind, friendly greetings upon arriving. The level of service is unmatched anywhere else today. Plus I love the little cloud-like buffer at the end that helps to dry my car off. So much better than just having a wind tunnel at the end that never dries my car at other places.

Not only is this car wash amazing for my car, but the staff is super friendly and awesome! I have a two-year-old boy and we are at this car wash just about every day… The staff is so friendly to my son and we really enjoy our daily car wash outing. Our car hadn’t been detailed in years, plus our dog was injured & we drove her to the vet with her in the back seat. We had blood on the seats & the interior of the roof. Jesus took our car from disaster to beautiful in just a few hours. He arrived right on time & communications were excellent in setting up the job. I’ve been using this auto wash for over nine years and I refuse to use any other car wash on Hilton Head or Bluffton. The lady who runs the register and services the cars is exceptional and has been there for years. All of the staff pays attention to detail ,works extremely hard and keeps the cars flowing at a decent pace . My car is spotless after leaving this business and I love to get the Platinum wash, to me it’s worth it and The results last forever. One major point to me remaining loyal to Main Street is feeling like family and being comfortable here, not just a number.Just today I was here and when I got home I noticed a gold chain necklace tucked in the side of my car door that wasn’t there before. A few month prior my son lost his gold necklace and it must have fallen in my car and the ladies at Main Street found it and put it safely back in my car..He will be so happy to know after all this time that it’s been found ,thank you.It's a wonderful feeling to know that I can trust this business and the lovely staff behind it .Thank you for all you do .

Just drove in to Hilton Head through some nasty snowy weather and wanted to get the salt off my car. This place was recommended by the condo staff where I was staying, so thought I would give it a try. When I pulled in and stopped as instructed by the sign, no one approached for a bit but finally the owner (as I later discovered) approached. He seemed annoyed that I had disrupted the discussion he was having but asked what service I wanted. I said the exterior only and he suggested a higher level of service. When I said I just wanted the salt off he became agitated and said that would be all I got . I only wish that were the case. The service was very slow and it took almost 20 minutes to run my car through even though it was only 4 back in line. Once I paid, the woman at the register handed me the radio antenna from my car and said it had come off and immediately added that she would call the owner. I walked to my car and met that same man. He told me that the antenna should not have broken off and that it must have been defective saying that there was nothing he could do. He immediately turned and walked away ignoring me and offering no solution or compensation. I understand that these things happen and that they can't offer any guarantee but he certainly didn't have to be rude. I will certainly never go back and will be speaking to the condo staff in hopes that they no longer recommend this place.

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. When I opened my back hatch there was soap everywhere and my car still had suds on the sides and I had to completely dry the car on my own. I bought the $18 car wash. After reading some other reviews. I did not get a tire shine or wax. No one sprayed my car before entering.

Great place to get your vehicle washed in Bluffton. The staff is friendly, the equipment is new, high tech and gets the job done. When going through the car wash there is quite a light show and the brushes, water pressure and suds are perfect for cleaning your ride. There are many covered bays for vacuuming, cleaning the windows, towel drying and for cleaning any missed or tough to get spots. You can buy a one time wash or choose a monthly option. Highly recommend!

Davis Custom Auto & Paint should be avoided at all costs. Gene Davis gave me a written quote and estimate to repair my 1974 El Camino that had been struck by a deer. He took possession of my car on October 2, 2023. On July 12, 2024 my insurance company totaled the car. In that time frame Gene had completed only $572 worth of work and less than 2 hours of work performed. The insurance company paid him directly up front. What a mistake. This guy completely trashed my car. If you have a classic vehicle or any vehicle that you value - DON'T TAKE IT TO THIS GUY.

I was completely blown away with the quality work done on my 2015 Mercedes GL350. Donnie did a fabulous job removing a dent on the right front passenger door. The dent was in a difficult area near one of the body lines. Donnie worked his magic taking his time to massage out the dent and when he was completed, it looked showroom new. I would definately recommend Apex Auto Works for PDR services.

I had a great experience dealing with Donnie at his beautiful shop. My M3 had 2 dents on the bottom front door into the rear panel with some scratches due to a hit and run in my parking garage..... Both dents were in a difficult spot under the middle door trim, but Donnie was pretty sure that he would be able to remove them. And he did along with a reasonable price and not having to repaint the side of the car! Donnie thank you so much I will post some before and after photos when I have a chance.
