Had my car done with a full detail and they did a great job. I was very happy with my interior and engine bay and my engine bay was pretty dirty from when a pervious shop did work and left a mess and they cleaned it up well. My car paint was fairly clean when i got it to them but they did alot to get it shiny and cleaner and now most of my paint is way smoother then what it was. Look forward to going back in a few months when it gets warmer to get the full paint correction package. If you need any detailing done id recommend this place and prices are very fair for the work that gets done.

We are extremely impressed with the work Matthew did on our 2016 Subaru Outback. We live in the mountains and have a Belgium Malinois/Husky mix. It's tough to keep our car clean and free of dog hair despite that she travels in her "tiny house" in the rear of the car. I drove my new car off the lot and 2 days later brought it to Extreme Auto Spa. The crew was very friendly and helpful in explaining the tint types to protect the leather inside the car. I have all my windows tinted. The next day, no issues at all with any of the windows. The best part is I have a lifetime warranty! They also have a very nice cozy waiting area with snacks and bottled water. Most places don’t offer anything but a seating area while you wait. If you are looking for a professional window tint job, Extreme Auto Spa is your best bet.

Very happy with Wilson's Mobile Car Wash!! Will and his team were very punctual and did a fantastic job on 2024 Genesis GV80. I have a matte paint job and was concerned about the soap they use for matte paint. Will is a pro and had the type of soap needed for my specific paint! When they finished drying my car it started to rain. Will asked me to move the car into my garage and they dried it a second time to make sure I was happy :) I would recommend Wilson's to anyone looking for a high quality wash/detail. Have you ever paid for a Swedish massage only to be sat down in a chair and been given a shoulder rub? That was my experience with Spiffy. I was recommended Spiffy by a friend after they had a great experience. I was sent a discount code, so I clicked the link to create an appointment on the app and online, but their site wouldn’t work. I then tried to call and never got through. I finally did get through and set up an appointment. My initial appointment was Friday, December 27. I was in a meeting for work when I received a call that I couldn't answer. It had already been about 30 minutes beyond the appointment time. A few minutes later I received a text saying that they couldn't find my address(note that I live in a 70-year-old house) and then it didn't populate in Google. Once off the business call, I reached out to customer service. It appeared that the person who took my initial appointment put the wrong address in. By that time the service associate would not come to my house because it was too late. We rescheduled for the earliest date, December 30 @ 9am. On day of service the service associate didn't get to my house until 9:35am, then disappeared for around 25 minutes from 11:00 to 11:25 AM, wrapped up and left at/around 1:00 PM. I was paying for the Totally Awesome Detail that was suppose to be a 4 hours service. From afar the car looked fantastic. It was highly glossed. The interior had the new car smell. On further inspection, that is when I realized this was not what I felt I paid for. The roof was not cleaned, there is still filth all over it. I found dust and dirt still in the car on the driver side as soon as I open the door. There were speckles on my hood that I was able to rub and clean it off with saliva on my finger and thumb. The list goes on, see pics. The purpose of this detailing was that I’ve was planning trading in before the end of the year(Due to time and Work/Family this didn’t happen). Fortunately, there's a car wash locally that you can bring your car to for about $45 and outside of waxing and Armor All the car would've looked the same. For $300 less. In my opinion it's best for you to just save your money and either do it yourself or support local business and go to your nearest full service car wash.

The tech missed all kinds of basic obvious spots as well as left wax splatter on the car. Spiffy at first offered to rectify the issue but my schedule was not easy to match. They then offered me $25 refund. That was a joke as what it would actually cost me to fix the problem was much harder. When I reached out with a simple solution that could fit everyone's schedule I was ghosted.

For awhile we had a fine experience - it is a convenient location. However, when the car wash dented out vehicle we stopped going. We have been trying to reach the owner of the car wash via email, website, and phone to cancel our membership and yet nobody replies and we still keep getting charged. It would be great if they had ANY customer service at all to take care of the most basic of tasks.

Been going to this car wash for the last three years , it has recently changed ownership, changed the inside of the machine. It didn’t clean my car at all on one side, used the towels provided and dirtied my windows and interior more than it was before. Also, they raised the prices. I will be going anywhere else.

Thought they did a wonderful job until 2 weeks later when my husband got up to wash the roof of our truck. Didn't look as tho they did anything. Contacted them and they said it was the best they could do. Took to 2 other places to confirm and they were lying. I will be taking to another shop to get it done properly. They had our truck for 2 days total and $500 plus !! Do Not Take Your Truck !!

First time here, and was not disappointed. I liked that they had two staff members standing at the payment screens/entry arms to assist with reaching the screens and taking payment. Before you entered the tunnel there were two guys standing there to “pre wash” with and a brush to get the bugs off the front of the vehicle as it started in the track in the wash tunnel. Clean area with attentive staff keeping the towels and spray cleaner filled. Trash emptied. Will certainly be back again! Highly recommend.

This was my first time trying them out and I can say I’m very impressed. My car speaks to the quality of the wash. Plenty of towels and stations to where we could vacuum and even clean our plastic and carpet mats. I will definitely come back. I love Waves because it’s closer to my house but I may just maybe willing to drive a bit farther. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

If I didn't have to rate with a star, I would have given the Pleasantburg Hurricane Express Wash no stars at all. I took advantage of a deal in March where for whatever car wash I chose, I would pay once for the whole year and could get basically a free car wash monthly for 11 more months. I asked the young man how the company could make money doing this, and he replied it was a promotion. I took the bait even though it sounded too good to be true. It was. In going over my VISA bill in July, I found my Visa had been charged $30 every month, even though I had not gotten a wash the last two months. After complaining, I was refunded $30. Further complaints brought me a promise on my answering machine August 20, that $120 would be credited in 3 to 5 business days. This has not happened, and now management has reversed their decision and will not fulfill their promise of this partial refund. Moral of this story; Don't ever give Hurricane Express Carwash your credit card number. And if you already have, check your bill carefully to be sure its not being used again without your approval.

THE BEST CAR WASH IN GREENVILLE!!!!! My car has never looked more clean after leaving this place!! Seriously, I didn’t even know my tires could shine like that until I went here but WOW do they sparkle. The staff are super friendly and professional, they even personally come to your car after the wash for touch ups and to make sure your car leaves the lot looking FRESH!! The customer service is unmatched, they remembered my name and took the time to ask me about my day. The general manager Quan is extremely professional and helpful. I usually am not great with automatic car washes and miss the track when I enter, but the staff are so patient and do a great job of helping me though it! They have absolutely everything you could need to clean your car, plenty of cleaning sprays and towels, they even have a compressed air gun that allows you to shoot air into hard to reach spaces to get a good interior detail. They also have air freshening spray for your seats which I have yet to find anywhere else. If you’re in need of a good wash, I can’t recommend enough!!!!

Go there since 13 years so it tells that I think it is ok. Only one thing some people still leave a mess there with cleaning their trucks. It has some signs there about mud trucks, but people don't care. So some cabins are almost then un usable if you do not clean up the floor before driving in. May a camara would help to special nominate this no care people, or leave the mess to the next one people.

this place used to be amazing before they sold it. It was so affordable from $13-$15 to a car. They did an amazing job. Now the price went up, which is fine, but so not worth it. They have a lot of little kids working there, which is also fine, but they do not do a good job. Definitely miss old management and workers.I have gave them three try’s and they were all terrible. I would go to the lauren’s road one.

We paid for the mega wash ($31). Plus the extra $3 for rainex. They were fast and friendly but missed simple spots on the interior. Mainly dusting the dash screens and gauges. On the exterior both running boards still had mud and all the wheel wells. Disappointed for the price.

Chase and his team go above and beyond to satisfy their customers’ needs. My car was recently in a hail storm and the damage was pretty significant on my car with every single panel having damage on it (over 500 dings on the roof!). Not only did he get all of the dents out, but he ensured that my car looked good as new before it was back in my posession. Chase is also very knowledgeable and is truly a master of his craft and I will definitely go back to fix up some other things on my car once I have the money to do so. I love my car and I am very particular about who works on it. If you love your car and need specific work done, look no further than Details and Dents! This was my first time at this location and the employees informed me of their car wash monthly unlimited package deals but I chose to buy one car wash just to see how it did with washing my vehicle and it did not disappoint at all! I love the car wash they have there and it wasn't too crowded either! And in my opinion they have the best vacuums I have ever used in my life so far! One of the employees named Thomas personally came out and made sure I was happy with the car wash. (If you're not happy with your car wash they will send you through for a rewash upon request... Says the sign at the exit after the vacuums) definitely will be revisiting this car wash!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Reno. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the services that this car wash provides. All questions I had, he answered promptly without hesitation. As with any automatic car wash, I was guided onto the conveyor belt and the cleaning process began. After exiting the tunnel, I continued to the interior detailing part and must say that the vacuums were very strong. This location does have air guns that’s versatile in drying the outside vehicle and blowing out any dust that the vacuum couldn’t get. Clean dry towels is a plus for me along with carpet cleaning machines. Lexi was kind enough to dry off the rear of my vehicle and engaged in a conversation about how I liked the wash and was informed about writing a review on my experience which is honest and based on my experience. Personal reasons on why 4 stars instead of 5. Reason one, there’s no vending machines for air freshers, car detailing accessories, etc. that I would find at other car washes and reason two, when exiting to leave, I found myself in another parking lot which was in my opinion, “weird”. I know. Crazy reason to take off a star for them two things but as a new business establishment, I see potential even at a offset location. Overall, highly recommended and would consider purchasing a single wash to see if the membership would be good for you. Kudos!

i can’t recommend Russell’s mobile detailing enough! i thought my cat only peed in my front seat, come to find out from russell, the cat peed all over my car. they did not rush, they work great and quickly together getting the job done. Russell is so friendly and genuinely kind. they truly take pride in their work as they made my car brand new and i honestly couldn’t be happier!

For car care and detailing I highly recommend this business ! I stopped by without an appointment hoping to get my car's exterior cleaned. They were able to work me in and my car has never looked so good! I appreciate the great service and how quickly my car was cleaned and the price is unbeatable.
