Good place to wash your car. They need to enforce a no loud music policy though. Gets super annoying hearing 5 different kinds of music or songs being blasted as loud as possible at one time every time you go there. I get wanting to listen to music while you clean your car but damn.

Did a great job on my 2016 Tundra that we used to use as a farm truck so it had many animals and bales of hay in it over 7 years before we moved to Moncks Corner. The carpets were fairly inundated. I highly recommend Phoenix very personable and thorough work, we will be back.

I work out of my truck and I am super busy, it helps having somone that can come to you that will do a great job. David did that and more. 8am on a Saturday, showed up early, communicated the day before and day of. Engine shining and transformation of my crusty work truck to looking like it did the 1st day is a big relief. As a work truck it had years of coffee stains, grease on seats, ground in dirt, blood, sweat and grossness all throughout my truck... David got it all up and out. It's a great reset for me, and something my wife set up for a birthday present. This helps on a level I can't explain, basically takes something else off my plate. Just had my '99 Jeep Cherokee's interior and exterior detailed by Good As New. The Jeep's interior and exterior were well weathered and the interior had some serious pet hair throughout from a previous owner. Not only does the vehicle look brand new inside and outside, but they were able to remove all the pet hair! They went the extra mile with their work and were extremely knowledgable about their craft. My experience with jwill was absolutely disappointing!!I read the reviews from other customers,which were amazing and assumed I would get the same satisfaction as they did.I didn't!!All he did was made sure I smelled some airfreshner when I arrived to pick up my truck.He didn't clean my seats,carpet,upper vinyl,door jams,or the console!!I was disappointed. He took my money and wouldn't refund it back!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!

First and foremost, Erik Dublin, owner of Carolina Mobile Wash & Auto Detailing, is a consumate professional. The pride he takes in his work shines like a beacon in the night. He checks and double checks each and every box when it comes to customer satisfaction. And, BTW - Eric is 100% self contained. Here's the story's Cliff Notes... My wife (72) & I (almost 77) are fostering the niece of a former employee. She turned 16, on 11/13/24. She's a great kid, an honors student, has a part-time job, does chores, volunteers at Pet Helpers, etc. She's saved enough money to buy her first vehicle...a 2001 Honda CRV, with 103k miles on the odometer our future son-in-law found in Savannah, GA. For a 23+ year old vehicle, it was pretty well maintained good mechanically and aesthetically. However, the exterior did look old and tired. I decided that sprucing it up would be a great Sweetie 16th Birthday gift. Unfortunately, even after a couple of baths, a Megiare's cleaner wax application and multiple attempts (with a variety of high touted OTC products) to blacken the CRV's very faded plastic trim, it still looked old and tired. This was not the Sweet 16 gift I was hoping to give Delaney. So, I contacted Erik. I sent him some photos and we discussed some options, agreed upon a price, and scheduled an appointment. I'm not sure what to call each of the steps in Eric's process, but it included a thorough wash, a blow and wipe dry, a paint correcting buffing with compound to remove the majority of embedded stains and flaws in the paint, followed by a second thorough washing and drying, an application of wax and an application of hand-buffed graphene. After that, Erik attempted to apply a pro-grade plastic trim dressing. It didn't take. He said he'd return and apply a professional grade plastic trim dye. As promised, Erik returned a second time and attempted to apply plastic trim dye. Once again, the 23 year old plastic trim was not having none of it and rejected the plastic trim dye. Eric would not give up. He offered to return a third time (on 11/13/24) to paint the plastic trim using professional grade plastic trim paint. When he returned in the late morning of Delaney's16th birthday, he painstakingly masked-off all the plastic trim and meticulously applied the plastic trim paint. What Erik did was way beyond tedious, but 100% successful! What Erik's did was akin to dunking that 2001 Honda CRV in the Fountain of Youth. Delaney was over-the-moon thrilled! And get this...After making three trips, Eric charged the price upon which we originally agreed. Kudos and thanks to Erik!

Eric was amazing to work with! I had received a gift card for Carolina Mobile Carwash & Auto Detailing, and after having a friend spill in my car over the weekend, I knew it was time to schedule the carpet cleaning service. I was struggling to redeem the gift card online, so I sent an email, and Eric got back to me promptly. He got me on his schedule for the very next day, and came to my school while I was teaching and completed the cleaning. He texted me updates about when he was on his way, when he arrived, and once he was completed, and when my school day was over I came out and my car looked amazing! Very very bad experience i had to use the car wash last new year ev and I paid $15 and the machine was going around the car but not spraying anything and was like ghost place then the vacuumed wasn't working I must have to get a refund and never go back

This shop has a fantastic selection. I picked up a bottle of the Black Streak Remover from their marine products line and it works like magic. The streaks just wipe away with no effort and isn’t harsh on the wax, unlike many similar products I’ve used. The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out just what I needed. BEWARE!! The attendant didn't do her job (guiding customers safely onto the track) then had my wife back up after the conveyer was engaged. When my wife was in between gears, in neutral, it snached her car and slammed it into the side of the car wash. They claim they are not liable for anything. Update: as you can see from the response below, they take no personal responsibility. Thank you for driving home this fact. My wife has a Masters degree and is fully capable of following simple instructions as given. To insinuate otherwise is an affront to her intelligence. I'm sure the camera system with clearly show who is at fault and I'm sure my insurance company will be requesting this footage.

Great place to get the car washed and they supply window cleaner and cloths to wipe down the car and Great vacuums. Clean and we'll kept. They also offer a monthly deal, so you could wash the car everyday if you wished.

DO NOT USE THIS TIDAL WAVE!!! On 5/14/24 the employee pushing cars through entrance of the wash sent me through the incorrect car wash leaving my windshield, hood, and roof damaged. I am a member and have been a member for over a year with a roof rack on my vehicle and NEVER have the top brushes came down on car due to having a roof rack until this visit. My roof rack was ripped off the top of my car at the halfway point of the wash and at NO POINT was any emergency stops used and my vehicle finished the rest of the car wash. The workers on site noticed NOTHING until exiting the wash and pulling around to the front to show them what had just taken place. After filling out a damage claim on site, being apologized for the incident on site, and being told “don’t worry we will get it taken care of, you will end up needed 3 quotes after we send out insurance information” it took this Tidal Wave location over 2 weeks to contact me about ANYTHING. They denied any fault in the incident and wasted valuable time I could have used elsewhere getting my vehicle fixed after the carelessness by one of their employees. I personally had to call the main Tidal Wave line 3 separate times to get ANYTHING on the situation and was then lied to in an email saying they made efforts to reach out previously. I hope this location does better business in the future after destroying someone’s vehicle. Attached below is photos taken on site directly after the major error by this Tidal Wave location.

Pros: it’s new so their equipment works well. Like the fact that at the end it has a dry and shine portion after it’s been blow dried which helps the drying process. Upon looking at my car after the wash I’m impressed with how much dirt it took off my wheels were also very clean. Lots of bays to accommodate guests. Very powerful vacuums. Cons: they only have the wide mouth vacuums no narrow nozzle vacuums and because each bay holds two cars you have to string the one vacuum through the opposite side of your vehicle. Also no carpet cleaner like competitor car washes. Their basic dry and shine package is $29 a month compared to competitor car washes at $25 a month with AAA discount (wish tidal wave did some kind of partnership discount) and upon looking up it seems like they only have two other locations Overall not a bad spot

There was not a single item correctly cleaned in my vehicle. I asked to get the soda stains from my headliner, and overall restore the interior to a like new condition. Everything was half washed. Many spots had something sprayed on it but not wiped off. The plastic interior items still had easily removable stains. My parking decal looked like they tried to remove it unsuccessfully which I did not request. Overall about the worst $200 I spent. After receiving my car I had to go every single item. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself.

I really love wash Wizard. I pefer it over other car washes because of how friendly and fun they are with their guest. I know that usually at a car wash you don't often meet the employees, but when i go to the car wash they had the place spooky decorated, the staff was waving and checking on us when we where paying at the Front gate. Then when I was at the bending machine and it wasn't accepting my card the manger quickly checked on me and then went and got me the tire cleaner I was trying to get. He's always so nice when we go, even when me and my husband had worked late and was cleaning our car till closing time. Honestly, I can't help but smile when I see the staff, and they have so many tools on hand to give different options to clean the car. From the mat cleaning zone and air shooters, and even window cleaning solutions. My car couldn't be cleaner!!! It's always a joy to go to the Wash Wizard, honestly.

My Suburban was hit for the second time in 6 months. I wasn't happy with the previous repairs, so I tried Classic Collision for the first time. For someone who loves their vehicle, takes pride in it, and knows a little automotive. Classic Collision was spot on! Their service of the vehicle and time was spot on. Their customer care was superb! I was actually in the hospital having major life-saving surgery when it needed to get picked up, or it'd cost more with rental and storage.
