My car was a mess. Mold had started to spread in my car, due to water damage from the recent tropical storm, Debby, that hit the Carolinas. I was trying to find a place that would take care of the mold and clean out my car. When I came across Spark A Shine, they was truly a blessing! Not only was they affordable, they did an amazing job!!!! My car did not look that good when I bought it in 2022…I have a brand new car! I don’t think I want anyone to sit in it, now. LOL!!!!!! Horrible service, while doing a $180.00 detailed cleaning my air conditioner motor under the dashboard was accidentally unplugged. No one new and the next day while driving my car it got fogged up and was difficult to see dilute me turning my defrost on (it wasn’t working and I hit a curb) it scared me and hurt my neck. I called a mechanic they said it was unplugged and showed me. My car is older and it looked like the connector should be replaced. I asked the mechanic if it should be replaced and he said it works but if it made me feel better he could replace it. It took a few weeks to replace it but in the meantime my air worked fine and we went in a road trip with it. I spoke with the owner of ride and shine and he said if I gave him a receipt for the diagnosis only that was $60 he would pay for it. I wasn’t able to get a receipt to his satisfaction so they asked for mechanic #. I provided it and as soon as they talked to the mechanic the mechanic notified me that he explained to the owner of ride and shine that it was unplugged. They are now saying the mechanic didn’t state this. Bottom line, overall I spent over $200 for a service and they are unwilling to pay for their mistake and that is bad service to the community and I will no longer use them. I had to continuously follow up without responses.

best car cleaning when I went on his website I was thinking it was going to be bad so he comes to your house to clean your car and he got all the stains out my car and the crumbs because I have kids because their messy and I had a lot of mud on the side of my car but he got rid of it also it felt like I had a brand new car best I had so far 10 out of 10 please look at this business he would not let you down.

Best detail work, hands down. Realistically, they should raise prices. For $40 I got my car washed and dried by hand, got the entire inside vacuumed, and all surfaces cleaned - even the cup holders and the side of the door that no one ever cleans. For $40 I expected a mediocre job at best. Not here! They didn’t miss a spot. And it was done quickly. Truthfully, why are you spending money at other car washes? Next time hit these guys up for an appointment before they realize what their talents are really worth. And then keep going there because they are definitely worth it.

Have used the service twice once for detailing and once for a wash the 2014 fiat had its original paint job completely restored .The car was transformed complete with a new emblem on the back . Have never seen an equal in skill and special attention to every part of the vehicle inside and out. The second was a Mazda it is a dealer car with 10,000 miles the wash was out standing the car looked better than when it was delivered to me from the dealer . Plan on using this service on a regular basis . Recommend with out reservation. A real professional .

Always have mysterious black oil like stuff slung on my car at the bottom sides after tires. It's not unlimited like they say it's once a day is all I'm allowed. Also their touch less bay areas NEED TO BE CLEANED. Like the walls and everything is disgusting. At the 631 n casual dr in florence is horrible to look at.

Go to Tidal Wave. Today I got to Tidal Wave at 7:50 and they are already washing 10 minutes early. 2 workers scrubbed the front, the hood, the back glass and back tailgate. Much better service. At Mod washThey are almost always late to open. If you have a pick up truck don't waste your time. Their machine doesn't wash the back window or tailgate and they know this and don't do any spraying or anything to anyone's vehicle leaving my tailgate and back window full of dirt.

No one answers the phones - EVER!!! I've called for weeks to cancel my membership, spent over 4 hours combined hold time per my call log and absolutely no one gives a damn to answer. I moved out of state so I can't come by in person, someone please help me cancel my membership!!! Once it's canceled, I'll remove my 1 star rating - I don't wish ill will towards your business, but it shouldn't be this difficult! Please provide a DIRECT contact, not the numbers stated on the website. I can't deal with that hold music another moment.

This is my first time using Blue Bacon and I am quite disappointed. Most of the dirt is still there. There is damage to the front ride side hood that was repainted a few months ago. They also did not wipe it down at the end. I am very disappointed.

01/19/2024 I went there to get all of the road crud and salt from my wife's 2007 Honda CR-V. Reed, Crew Lead and his team members were great! They executed exactly what I asked and requested to be performed. Abby, the Cashier was very friendly, courteous and personable. On 01/23/2024 I went there again with my wife's 2007 Honda CR-V since I was rolling by and received another awesome car wash. Quentin and Josh executed exactly what I asked and requested to be performed as indicated in the images and videos. Kudos to Quentin and Josh! Quiet as it's kept Blue Beacon just doesn't wash tractors and trailers... They wash the everyday vehicle as well. When traveling the great interstates of the USA, I always look for Blue Beacon Truck Washes. I have always had a great customer service experience because I mandate my expectations from the jump! Moreover, I always complete and mail the feedback cards i.e. "How are we doing?" and the owner and proprietor, Trace Walker always since a personal response letter.

I always prefer going here compared to tidal wave. 1. The parking lot is bigger and more accessible. 2. The equipment is in better shape and works more efficiently. Plus I can wash my cloth mats and rubber mats and they even have an air compressor for those hard to reach areas. 3. Last but certainly not least or in better terms I saved the best for last. The employees are great. I’ve had several good experiences with the employees but there is one employee in particular that I would like to recognize. His name was Tyler Smith or as he said Tyler S. I went on a Sunday 10/20/24 to detail the inside of my car and while I was there my battery went dead. I didn’t want to bother any of the other customers. I approached Tyler and asked if he could help jump my car when he finished changing out trash cans. He kindly obliged and pulled his car next to mine, gave me a jump and even brushed the corrosion off of my terminal. Tyler definitely came ready to work and provided excellent customer service. He definitely made my experience so much better with his kindness and patience. The world needs more people like Tyler. Thanks again!

I'm here out of town from Florida during Hurricane Milton evacuation and was just driving around town and saw this wash. As my vehicle was filthy from the prior day of driving I figured I would give this place a shot and get what ever the top wash was. I was shocked at the $32 price for a semi-full service wash was shocked more on how terrible the wash was after the attendants in the beginning. I wouldn't want anyone to go here. The only reason I gave two stars was that the grounds were kept cleaner than any car would be going through the tunnel.
