I’ve been coming here for a long time and getting the mini details on my vehicles. They always do a great job, it takes such little time and everytime I drive off my car is spotless. I have 2 young boys who both play sports, we love the outdoors, go hiking/ camping- and my car is always getting messy from all of those things! Yet I still get a lot of compliments because they treat the interior and exterior with care and it’s shining. 10/10 recommend, it’s a biweekly ritual for me at this point! Wish they had a membership program!

The owner contacted me after I sent her pictures and videos of the job the boys did and she offered to send them back out to finish. I declined. The pictures are what $135.00 got me. No outside wash. No removed seats. No shampooed carpets. No real proper tools or top grade products used. Tire shine added to tires tho. I told her I’d pay but I wasn’t happy. I expected her to ask me to pay a fraction of what I did to be honest. She never offered a refund.

Every time I see this van, it is illegally parked in a handicapped space. Clearly this company has no understanding of "Van Accessible" or the laws surrounding ADA. Van accessible handicap spaces can only be used by vans with wheelchair lifts. Van accessible handicap spaces must be located on the shortest accessible route of travel to an accessible entrance to the amenity they serve.

My car, by my standards, was too far too gone. Hunter (i want to assume this is his name) did great with trying to work with my schedule so i could get in, he’s a very nice guy! My car looks absolutely amazing! Very nice and presentable! the vanilla car freshener smells great! the whole service was very affordable and i’m glad to have my car back to feeling good. Had a great experience with Casey. He picked up my truck. Had swirls marks from dealership trying to fix scratches but he got them all out and fixed a paint chip. Definitely my go to if I need anymore work done. Very reasonable on price

This was an amazing experience. I got a free car wash coupon in the mail and thought what the heck I’ll give it a try. I was beyond impressed. The cashier was amazing in explaining the process and his suggested selling. He even let me know all the ways I could get free car washes for the month. I didn’t have to ask any questions, which was nice because I have never been here before. When I was vacuuming my car Kalaura made sure to offer me free towels when she was taking a break from cleaning out the vacuums. I am very impressed and will be back. Whoever is the manager, you deserve a pat on the back for the well trained and informed employees.

One of the best in the area! I tried a few before this one and they just didn't seem to get things clean. Their competitor down the street... nobody ever knew how to get the tags working. I love that with Tommy's I can just drive up and it reads my plate, no need to worry about a tag. There was an issue with too much soap when they first opened, but after speaking with the manager they fixed it right away. Now it's great! My car is always clean. One thing they could improve on is that the vacuum nozzles get squashed sometimes so their sucking power is reduced. Replacing or unending the nozzle would help with airflow. Love the carpet mats, although do have to run them through 2-3 times. Overall Tommy's is way better than all the others! Will continue to take my family's vehicles here.

Absolutely awful not only did it feel like we were inside of a tornado while it shook the life out of our full size SUV, but it did a terrible job cleaning my car as well. I actually spent $10 for the auto wash premium and when I got out to vacuum realized I could have done a better job with a dirty diaper. It left soap all over my car and didn't even get some spots that I could with just my finger and a little pressure. No one was there to complain to and their scent dispenser was broken so after I washed my car I had to go somewhere else and actually wash my car. 0 out of q0 stars do not recommend and will not be back anytime period do better places like this make our whole city look bad.

This used to be the place to go. It's really fallen off. I come here every single day, and wash my car. Today is the last day. I'll go to Tommy's. Aside from the price is going up, they seem to have stopped doing any maintenance at all. I just paid $2, for a $1 vacuum, only for it not to work. Same goes as the wash bays. Overpriced, they don't always accept the quarters, then you have to move the bay and just take the L. The wax doesn't work, in any bay, the foam spray, also doesn't work properly in any bay. This type of business, is the easiest type of passive income. All you have to do is occasionally refill, do some maintenance, and it's completely autopilot. It's more cost-effective, however, to just not do anything. This is a true reflection of MuSkOgEe. Just one disappointment after another.

I go to this car wash all the time to throw my trash away and vacuum out my car. The last few times though, it seems like there are less working vacuums. I went today and had to wait for a working vacuum. They're not marked either. So if you don't realize that it is broken, and you try to use it, you are likely to get all kinds of debris explode on you. I tried to use the automatic car wash but after I put my money in and pulled up to the tracks, nothing happened. I pulled forward more, thinking I wasn't far enough, and still nothing happened. I tried to get my money back but I couldn't find anyone.

This place is the bomb. For $10. It prewash, washes, spotfree rinse, cleanses undercarriage and everything else then waxes your vehicle before you pull theough the best dryer I've used in any car wash of this sort. And never have found one this cheap. Their vacs are wonderful, they also have scrub foam brushes to clean your seats, floors or whatever that works aweso.e as well. Very reasonable & works better than any I've used b4.

When I went through the automatic wash it would not even clean the bugs off of my wind shield ! I still had to spend more money getting stuff out of those vending machines to clean my windshield I wasn't happy ! $10.00 wash $12.75 vending machines and I spent 35 minutes cleaning up. So I am not really happy. But I will continue to use the facility.

The Detail Boss was great. I booked a detail for my dad for Christmas and when he showed up with his truck to get the service done, they called me to make sure everything was done correctly.
