My vehicle was cleaned and it didn’t look brand new because the vehicle is 20 years old but you could see how much of a difference before and after. I am beyond pleased with the service I received! My car looks like it did the day I bought it once they finished all their hard work! It smells amazing as well! I also enjoyed meeting the pups that had plenty to say when greeting me upon my arrival to the shop! :) Very friendly atmosphere, Lee provided lots of honest information not only about cars in general but Mustangs! The guy name Lee was wonderful and very understanding. I had went there to get my car Detail. Since someone had vomit in my car. Keep in mind I did do my best with my own capet cleaner. As soon as I got there they were kind and polite. Instead of charging me over a $100 to do a simple clean up. They went step by step on how I can clean it up myself. They even went up and Beyond and gave me a sample of a product I can use to do the cleaning more efficiently. If I ever need there kind of assistance definitely going back here.

The apartment I was living in previously, had gotten paint overspray all over three of my cars. They had hired this detail company to come and clean up the cars (‘02 WRX, ‘16 WRX and ‘24 Crosstrek) and make sure there was no more paint on them. The first time they came out to clean my cars, they did not even wash the exterior, and took a microfiber towel and a clay bar to the dirty paint while outside when it’s the middle of April and pollen is blowing everywhere. Thus, resulting in a bunch of scratches in my clearcoat on all of my cars and a bunch of scratching on my plastic, as well as spider webbing paint. mind you, my crosstrek was brand new and had no prior imperfections. In the meantime, they ended up slicing the vinyl I had on both of my WRX’s windshields ($130 worth of vinyl) and sliced my weather stripping on my Crosstrek. I noticed that all of the cars still had paint overspray on them. I contacted the owner, letting them know what happened and he said that the WRX’s we’re gonna be the best he can get it and to not worry about the ‘02 WRX because “it needs a paint job anyways, you won’t be able to see once you get it painted“. Like umm, you’re getting paid to fix my cars and that’s the attitude you’re going to have? Mind you, I am on a time crunch because we were moving to Nebraska due to military orders. Jorge called me and asked when would be the best time to schedule to get my ‘24 Crosstrek in for a FULL PAINT CORRECTION. I told him that I can bring it Tuesday, April 23rd or Wednesday, April 24th because I leave for Nebraska on the 25th and he knew this. He basically says “oh that won’t work. I will not be able to get you in “until I told him that we previously discussed me bringing it in on those days because I won’t be in Oklahoma anymore. I ended up bringing it to him on Tuesday, and when I got there, he says “since we’re doing a full paint correction, this is what we do whenever we install a ceramic coating… For $800, would you like to purchase one?” Excuse me, HUH????? You really think after you messing up my cars and not wanting to compensate me for my other two, that I’m going to buy an $800 worth of coating for my car??? I ended up picking it up on Wednesday and he told me he can only give me $200 in return of my plastic being ruined. I gave him Subaru employee pricing for my two rear back plastics and it came up to $167 without labor. He told me he would only give me $200 because they were planning on installing the parts but since the car is too new, the parts aren’t even being made yet so he told me that I would have to either install them myself or, pay someone out of my own pocket to have them install them all because he ruined them in the first place. At this point, I was stuck because I was leaving the next day to move to Nebraska so it was either take the $200 or get nothing. Once I got my ‘24 Crosstrek back, I noticed that there was still paint overspray all over my car and most of the scratches that they created were still there. Now I am stuck with three cars with paint damage still and a new car with scratches all over because they were neglectful. I have gotten an estimate from a repair shop and for the three cars, there is over $7,000+ worth of damages that I have to pay out of pocket now. There was a lot more things that had gone on during this process, but this paragraph is getting pretty lengthy. I have a lot more photos but this is all it will let me attach..this is what he calls “good enough”. Please save your money, time, and energy and find another detail place.

Took my Jeep to get full ceramic window tinting and Exclusive did an amazing job! They were very professional and were able to give me thorough details about all of my different options. I am very happy with the results and my car (black interior and exterior) is staying noticeably cooler (would estimate at least 40+ degrees on hot days)! They were even able to drop my car back off for me when they finished.

Wow, just wow! These guys did such a great job on my car! 💦It was so easy to schedule with them. I was able to call and get in the next day. 🫧 I scheduled a full auto detail in and out but I didn't realize even my engine would sparkle. 🫣 You should have seen all the dog hair my sweet pups left in there but it's all out now and that's AMAZING. 👃My car smelled so nice and fresh. 🙋 The guys were so nice and helpful. 💵 I was very happy with their pricing and considering how much dog hair there was, it was very fair. 🔥 Great job y'all! This place did amazing! I have a mini van and 4 kids so it was absolutely disgusting when I dropped it off and when I picked it up that afternoon it looked better than when I bought it! I think my favorite part though is there was no overwhelming scent when I got it back compared to other auto detail places I’ve been to in the past where I’ve almost had to air it out after. After getting it back from Nelson it just smelled fresh and clean, I loved that! I will definitely be back!

They left bug guts all over the front bumper, and said they "Cannot" remove it. They put a new stain in and I'm not even sure how that happened, assuming they did not dry it correctly as it appears to be a water stain. Incase they refute this I attached photos. This place changed 240$ to clean interior Overpriced and not worth it with how little effort was put in. I will gladly adjust review if they respond to request and give me a partial refund. Update: denied partial refund due to this review and they want me to come back for a free wash so I can waste several more hours for a poor cleaning. Would rate them 0 if I could.

Exclusive Touch Detail did an amazing job on my Edge. I don't think it looked this good when I drove it off the show room floor. The attention to detail is spot on. Communication was top notch and the product I received back blew my expectations out of the water. We will be bringing our next car in for PP film and a ceramic coating to keep it looking new.

I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars and the way they are washed and worked on. This guy exceeded my expectations and used high end products. Prep wash, remove contamination (clay bar), stage 1 correction (polish) then applied a ceramic coat. The results speak for themselves. Reach out if you need a basic wash, interior cleaning, or a full on paint restore job from wet sanding on up. Plus more. Nikhos is very professional and is all about customer satisfaction. He clearly loves what he does because he’s amazing at it. I really hope he’s around for the long run because I don’t ever want to take my car anywhere else. Thank you for such an incredible job!

So good to have encountered such a respectable young man whose work speaks for itself! I purchased a truck that had been literally sitting for 4 years and it was a disaster to say the least. I pan to resale it after giving it some TLC so I reached out to this gentleman and scheduled an appointment. He was quite prompt and if I didn't know he was there you wouldn't have known. He was here for every bit of 8 hours and it showed! I am very very pleased with the effort and overall service provided! Definitely worth every penny spent and some! These guys killed it for us, I knew the coach needed ceramic coating but was reluctant from previous quoted pricing . I called ADV and William answered my call, courteous and professional. We booked a time for him to wash the coach and inspect the paint. As I suspected, it was time for ceramic coating. We agreed on the price, by the way, he is way to cheap for the work that was put in. William and Andre worked 3 soldid days to meet my deadline. The coach looks amazing, too bad we hit weather and a whole lot of bug guts on our way to Colorado. I appreciate an honest hard working team. You will find that and more with ADV. I highly recommend William and his team!!!!!

Excellent work by Brandon on my new GMC Sierra. He did a decontamination wash, de-iron, wash, polish then ceramic coat on paint, glass and wheels. All my cars have gone through this process to correct and then seal the paint against sap, bird droppings and other outside forces. Also makes the car 5x easier to clean for years as the water beads so well you can leaf blow 90% of the water. Highly recommend Brandon and this process. He spent close to 10 hours to do this and is very hard working and professional

I got my car ceramic coated by this company around 6 months ago. I purchased a 6 yr coating. The ceramic coating has already wore off as if it doesn't exist anymore. I brought my car to an unbiased third party to inspect the ceramic coating and was told it wasn't applied correctly. I told top notch about what the third party found and was told that the third party that I had inspect the ceramic coating was trying to make money off me and that's why they said top notch did a bad job on my car. Top notch offered to wash the car and inspect the ceramic coating. The day of the appointment top notch cancelled the appointment and haven't heard from them since. This is the third time they have cancelled on me for maintenance washes. I do not recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to throw away money. Thanks Brandon for nothing. I have provided pictures of what the third party found which is where the ceramic coating wasn't applied correctly.

I usually clean my car on a weekly basis myself because I am extremely particular about my cars. I have started using this car wash and its one of the best I’ve ever used. Everyone is super friendly from the cleaning staff to the kind woman at the front desk. The prices are amazing…. Most places charge you $60-$80 and don’t ever wipe down the inside. They charged me $40 here that includes inside and out. That’s a bargain in my opinion. Keep up the great work, you have a lifetime customer with me.

Warning to those who plan on coming here, don't! They have thieves working in this place and as they clean the inside of your car, they'll take what they want hoping you don't notice it until you're long gone, luckily for me, I noticed an item missing, went back to get my property only to be told it was in the trash, bullshit it was, the lady running it is as bad as the thieves who stole my belongings and tried to say she is sure they didn't steal it, I had to tell her to ask the guy who cleaned the inside of my truck and when the guy went out to ask, he came back with my property that he so conveniently found in the trash! Thieves and liars work here, be careful!

I finally got my allocation for the cybertruck and when I went to the local Tesla service center for delivery, the manager told me he recommends one guy and one guy only for a wrap and that was Everett Earl. EE is a complete Tesla fanatic that knows absolutely everything about these cars (from the tech to how they’re built) and also drives a cybertruck himself. I had my cybertruck wrapped in full PPF, tint, ceramic coating, roof rack, running boards, and mud flaps (waiting on LED bull bar to ship). During the process, he was a fantastic communicator about updates on the progress. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your Tesla (and Porsche) PPF needs.

Pulling up into car wash a employee and team was getting disciplined/fired. The girl that takes you into wash and gives you menu and smell good was crying because they had to let employee go. The person that got fired evidently took the pliers she use to get your credit card out of machine because of her really long Halloween nails. Then the guy that sprays your car off before going into wash was still hyped about the firing of employee that he didn't even do his spray off and pre soak good. Car wash is Non Brushless but a good wash thoroughly, could've been a lot better though.

Mario is my go to guy for sure! I had him put on ceramic coat and then had a guy at my job drop a bicycle on it and caused some paint transfer. He got it fixed asap and was very helpful during the process. He is very reasonable with his charges and he has my bike looking better than even when it was brand new! Mario is a master of his craft! I called Mario yesterday, 08/28/2024, and he got me scheduled for a detail service first thing the following morning. I got there this morning a bit before the scheduled appointment to take some before pictures of my car, and he was ready to get started as soon as I was done. He walked me through the various options I could get (basic cleaning/detailing service vs. various levels of ceramic coating) and told me exactly how much each would cost. At no point did he try to push me towards a more expensive service. I went with the basic external detail and ceramic coating for 1 year protection. He quoted me at $280 for my vehicle (new 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6), which was slightly lower than the price online due to it being new and only having to do the exterior. Throughout the day, Mario kept me informed of his progress including any issues he came across. He sent pictures with his updates so I could understand what he was referring to. At one point, he noticed that some paint was scratched near the hood of the car, and said if he can't fix it, then I could take it to Hyundai to get it repainted. Turns out I don't need to take it to Hyundai because he did a phenomenal job of fixing the issue. Throughout the entire process, Mario was incredibly friendly and professional. It's obvious he knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I will absolutely be back! Also, the price he quoted me at the beginning was the price I paid at the end of the day when I went to pick up the car. No surprise fees, no haggling, just an upfront quote before he even started the work. tl;dr: if you need a detailing service for your vehicle, this is the place to go. Mario is fantastic at what he does, and he is incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. (Note: three photos are from before the service, the rest are from after the service)

Drew once again knocked it out of the park. My car was fading, swirl marks from not being carful washing, and deeper scratches from being a 34 year old car. He also applied his ceramic coat to protect the hard work he did. Just look at the shine! It’s like glass and for 34 year old paint looks amazing. This is the factory single stage paint.

I recently had my car detailed by Drew from Short Order Detail, and the experience was fantastic! Drew went above and beyond, paying close attention to every part of my car, both inside and out. He was thorough, professional, and took great pride in his work, leaving my car looking brand new. Inside, Drew meticulously cleaned every surface, making sure even the toughest spots were spotless. The seats, dashboard, carpets, and all the little crevices were carefully detailed, and the car had a fresh, pleasant scent. On the exterior, Drew’s work really made the paint pop, and he even managed to buff out some minor scratches I thought were permanent. The wheels and tires were shining like new. Drew’s communication was excellent, and he made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the service. I couldn’t recommend Short Order Detail more highly. If you want exceptional work from someone who cares about the details, definitely go with Drew! Five stars!
