To whoever this may concern, Buyer Beware. The shop had lots of great reviews and good comments so I said why not let’s give it a shot. Had a great phone conversation with Jonathan. The main focus was two vehicles. One was really dirty. He did a great job on it. The biggest complaint on that vehicle was all of the inside windows weren’t even touched. Still had fingerprints on them ECT. When it comes to the jeep gladiator there were multiple spots missed and some spots not even touched. All down on the outside vinyl I was told would be touched up with black polish. Which you can see there was. This job was so poorly done. The outside of the Jeep looks like a leopard now. I was told by Jonathan that he doesn’t inspection over all the vehicles when they’re complete. This is another reason why I chose him over the other three people I was negotiating with. After messaging, Jonathan my concerns. He basically pushed everything back on the employee. He was working with said he was going to fire him because of the Actions. I told him I did not agree with that. Your employee just needs better training and ultimately it was your fault for not inspecting the vehicle. They even left in my vehicle did not do any type of walk-through. I was told no refund was given because I live too far. It’s an inconvenience to him. I’ve never seen an owner lash out on his employees and fire them like that. Very unprofessional. This was heartbreaking to see. Just know if you purchase work from him, and you’re not satisfied, You will just be out of money. Would approach the situation with the extreme Caution.

Jonathan is very friendly and great to work with. I had the Protection with SystemX 8-year ceramic coating service done on my Nissan Rogue. He did an amazing job! It looks brand new. My vehicle went through all the heavy rains over the weekend and not a spot was left on my car. Hardly had to use my wipers either as I had him put the protection on all my windows too. Everything just rolled off. It is like RainX on steroids. I loved it so much I am having my husbands car done too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JONATHAN. They came highly recommend from a friend in the automotive business. Nam is the best detail shop I have ever used! He got all the tiny, white American bulldog hairs out of my cloth upholstery. A miracle for certain. Plus, years of grandkid food out of the carpets. We will definitely be using his services on our new vehicle.

Abram was a great dude that does exceptional work. He truly went above and beyond on my truck. I have a Ford F-250 so that is not a small task to take on. Not only were the results a 10/10 but I don’t even believe the truck was this nice when it rolled off the assembly line. He was also able to tint my front two windows for me to match the back. If I could give this business 10 stars I would! The amount of help and value Twinterior brought to me is priceless. My car had previously had unlimited washes at an automatic car wash and after consulting with me we decided to get the swirls in my paint off, happy to say I canceled my membership and rather protect my car. Although on the pricey side, I have no regrets and can confirm they are worth every single penny and more. Better Call Sal has taken care of all of my vehicles starting with a brand new vehicle in January 2021. Yes, even your brand new car needs Sal’s touch. I opted for the maintenance plan to keep it looking showroom floor ready at all times. He took such great care of it that when I traded it in last year, the dealership was surprised at how well it looked. I am certain that help me get top dollar for my trade in. Before I even signed the paperwork, I was in contact with Sal to get my new vehicle professionally protected and cleaned. Josh did an awesome job making my car shine like it just left the dealer's lot again! I drove it on a race track a few weekends prior, and he took his time and got all the tar and rubber off the wheels and front of the car. Looks good as new now! Franz and Denise were amazing to work with. I am out of state and bought a new Bronco in Oklahoma. The dealer highly recommended Lucid for PPF, ceramic coating, and tint. The entire process was handled via the phone and it could not have gone smoother. Franz did a great job discussing the various products he was going to use, how they work, and the benefits of each. I’m beyond impressed with Clear Finish Complete Detailing. I bought a black 2019 Ram 2500 with 9k miles and the previous owner ran the truck through automatic car washes. I contacted Clear Finish and they got me scheduled to have it paint corrected and I also wanted a ceramic coating. Trenton spent a total of 15hrs getting the paint corrected and installing crystal serum light. The truck looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I’m beyond impressed. Thank you!!

So good to have encountered such a respectable young man whose work speaks for itself! I purchased a truck that had been literally sitting for 4 years and it was a disaster to say the least. I pan to resale it after giving it some TLC so I reached out to this gentleman and scheduled an appointment. He was quite prompt and if I didn't know he was there you wouldn't have known. This place did amazing! I have a mini van and 4 kids so it was absolutely disgusting when I dropped it off and when I picked it up that afternoon it looked better than when I bought it! I think my favorite part though is there was no overwhelming scent when I got it back compared to other auto detail places I’ve been to in the past where I’ve almost had to air it out after. After getting it back from Nelson it just smelled fresh and clean, I loved that! I will definitely be back!

My wife and I recently bought a new Ford Explorer ST. We wanted it protected as well as possible. While scrolling through Facebook I stumbled across a company called Polished. I sent the company a message and was immediately greeted by a friendly person. Polished went over the options for our vehicle along with pricing while explaining that they were a new company. Since Polished is such a new company I did not find any reviews. We decided to bite the bullet and give them a try. We were not disappointed! We had a clear bra put over the front of our vehicle along with having the entire car ceramic coated. This included the paint, glass, wheels, and the brake calipers. When I dropped off our vehicle I was greeted by Joe. Joe was very professional and assured me our vehicle was in good hands. While our vehicle was with Joe, he kept us updated on the status and sent pictures. The day the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up it was pouring down rain. I did not want to pick up our shiny car in the rain. Joe told me I could leave the vehicle at his shop until the weather got nicer. When I picked up the vehicle I was impressed. You could hardly see the clear bra on the vehicle. The vehicle shined like it never had before. A couple days went by and I decided to wash the vehicle for the first time with the ceramic coating on it. As soon as I sprayed the vehicle with water, it beaded up and rolled off of the car. Once I was done with the wash, I used a leaf blower to dry the car. There was no spotting from the water or streaks since I didn’t have to use a towel to dry. Overall Joe with Polished was very professional and has started great business. I will be taking my truck to Polished soon to have the same treatment.

Although no fault of MJ, he was directed to the wrong location, an hour from our house. Make sure the scheduler is sending the correct info to the tech! That said and out of the way, MJ arrived and got right to work. He reconditioned the leather seats and shampooed the carpet. MJ covered every angle of a car and large truck. Even the interior had such a pleasant fragrance. Three and 1/2 hours later we had two new beautiful clean automobiles. Even our big Danes approved of MJ and the cars!

I finally got my allocation for the cybertruck and when I went to the local Tesla service center for delivery, the manager told me he recommends one guy and one guy only for a wrap and that was Everett Earl. EE is a complete Tesla fanatic that knows absolutely everything about these cars (from the tech to how they’re built) and also drives a cybertruck himself. I had my cybertruck wrapped in full PPF, tint, ceramic coating, roof rack, running boards, and mud flaps (waiting on LED bull bar to ship). During the process, he was a fantastic communicator about updates on the progress. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your Tesla (and Porsche) PPF needs.

The apartment I was living in previously, had gotten paint overspray all over three of my cars. They had hired this detail company to come and clean up the cars (‘02 WRX, ‘16 WRX and ‘24 Crosstrek) and make sure there was no more paint on them. The first time they came out to clean my cars, they did not even wash the exterior, and took a microfiber towel and a clay bar to the dirty paint while outside when it’s the middle of April and pollen is blowing everywhere. Thus, resulting in a bunch of scratches in my clearcoat on all of my cars and a bunch of scratching on my plastic, as well as spider webbing paint. mind you, my crosstrek was brand new and had no prior imperfections. In the meantime, they ended up slicing the vinyl I had on both of my WRX’s windshields ($130 worth of vinyl) and sliced my weather stripping on my Crosstrek. I noticed that all of the cars still had paint overspray on them. I contacted the owner, letting them know what happened and he said that the WRX’s we’re gonna be the best he can get it and to not worry about the ‘02 WRX because “it needs a paint job anyways, you won’t be able to see once you get it painted“. Like umm, you’re getting paid to fix my cars and that’s the attitude you’re going to have? Mind you, I am on a time crunch because we were moving to Nebraska due to military orders. Jorge called me and asked when would be the best time to schedule to get my ‘24 Crosstrek in for a FULL PAINT CORRECTION. I told him that I can bring it Tuesday, April 23rd or Wednesday, April 24th because I leave for Nebraska on the 25th and he knew this. He basically says “oh that won’t work. I will not be able to get you in “until I told him that we previously discussed me bringing it in on those days because I won’t be in Oklahoma anymore. I ended up bringing it to him on Tuesday, and when I got there, he says “since we’re doing a full paint correction, this is what we do whenever we install a ceramic coating… For $800, would you like to purchase one?” Excuse me, HUH????? You really think after you messing up my cars and not wanting to compensate me for my other two, that I’m going to buy an $800 worth of coating for my car??? I ended up picking it up on Wednesday and he told me he can only give me $200 in return of my plastic being ruined. I gave him Subaru employee pricing for my two rear back plastics and it came up to $167 without labor. He told me he would only give me $200 because they were planning on installing the parts but since the car is too new, the parts aren’t even being made yet so he told me that I would have to either install them myself or, pay someone out of my own pocket to have them install them all because he ruined them in the first place. At this point, I was stuck because I was leaving the next day to move to Nebraska so it was either take the $200 or get nothing. Once I got my ‘24 Crosstrek back, I noticed that there was still paint overspray all over my car and most of the scratches that they created were still there. Now I am stuck with three cars with paint damage still and a new car with scratches all over because they were neglectful. I have gotten an estimate from a repair shop and for the three cars, there is over $7,000+ worth of damages that I have to pay out of pocket now. There was a lot more things that had gone on during this process, but this paragraph is getting pretty lengthy. I have a lot more photos but this is all it will let me attach..this is what he calls “good enough”. Please save your money, time, and energy and find another detail place.

Took my Jeep to get full ceramic window tinting and Exclusive did an amazing job! They were very professional and were able to give me thorough details about all of my different options. I am very happy with the results and my car (black interior and exterior) is staying noticeably cooler (would estimate at least 40+ degrees on hot days)! They were even able to drop my car back off for me when they finished.

Stapp's Auto Reconditioning is a miracle worker. Another body shop told me my front end was beyond repair and quoted me an astronomical price to replace it. It certainly wasn't totaled but I couldn't imagine how it could ever be restored to looking like new. My jaw dropped when I saw what Dalton did. My car looked like new and down to the fine details. The price was a quarter of what I was quoted elsewhere yet the work was top-notch. Don't look anywhere else. This is my go to for life. Words can not express how impressed I am with the shampoo job that Robert performed on my vehicles carpet. Robert was professional and took extra time to discuss details on all the services that they provide. The carpet in my car is a tan color and shows every ounce of dirt that hits it. It had not been shampooed in over 5 years and it was covered in black dirt marks and some unidentifiable substances. When Robert finished with my carpet, it looked brand new and ready for the show room floor. I HIGHLY recommend this detail shop if you are looking for professional and quality work.

This attendant was by far the rudest person. I have ever met. A hose had gotten stuck on my car and he proceeded to cuss me out and use the lords name in process. I do not appreciate this service especially being an Edmond resident that spends good money at this location aside from the larger company across the street. I believe in supporting smaller businesses but will no longer if service like this is accepted and will be a normal.
