What an awesome guy!! First of all, Jerrod is such a pleasant person to be around. He has a very kind and welcoming disposition and it was such a pleasure to speak with him and engage with him throughout the entire process. Jerrod detailed my classic car I was prepping for auction. This project had a very tight deadline associated with it since I was hoping to detail it the day before the photo shoot. Jerrod accommodated my schedule and was super communicative through to date of arrival. We spoke while we were scheduling, he texted me the evening before arrival and texted me while he was on his way the day of. Jerrod's work is impeccable. Everything was clean, polished, brilliant and camera ready. He steam cleaned the engine and engine bay, cleaned the interior including the Carpets, polished the body and chrome. My vehicle looked amazing, and a week later it still looks amazing!! The day of detailing, at the end of the day, it began to rain. Jerrod knew the photo shoot waa the next day, he graciously offered to come by the next morning to wipe down my vehicle do it was ready for the photo shoot. Wow!!! I'm going back to Jerrod to detail other vehicles and I'm scheduling time to have him apply a ceramic coating to my wife's 2023 Subaru and my 2024 Ford.

We took my 4Runner in to get a clear coating in June after we noticed some chipping in various places around the car. Specifically on the back door and around the side windows. Zack was amazing, we were able to schedule the appointment to get my car in within a couple weeks after I initially contacted him. When we picked my car up, it looked really good. Not only was it super glossy but Zack touched up the chipped areas with paint we had provided. However after about 2 weeks there were large areas of paint chipping off the back door. We finally figured out that the back door was tapping a bolt (and I mean very lightly tapping) on our garage door whenever we opening while in the garage, which is what was causing the chipping. But the coating didn’t do anything to help prevent that chipping. Other than that, we haven’t run into any other issues! We haven’t noticed any other chipping.

New ownership and they are incredible! I took my 13 year old deep blue Subaru into Prestige to see what they thought. I had considered repainting the car but the cost was outrageous. They went through options with me and explained what each would do. No high pressure sales and they were very personable. I chose options that were within my price range. When I picked up my car, it was amazing!! The color was restored/enhanced and it looked unbelievably new. We have made appointments for the rest of our vehicles and will be doing periodic maintenance on the paint through them. As a side note, I have tried many other detailers in Carson and Reno. None of them were close to the results I got at Prestige!

Have been going back and back to this car wash for over a year now and let me tell you this now, this is the BEST place in Carson City to get your car cleaned. Everyone here work their butts off and it really shows! There aren't any car washes in town that I can name that don't do an in depth spray down of your car, do an excellent job drying off your car after a wash, making your interior cleaner than factory, and making it look top notch. The care put into this place is something that shouldn't be overlooked and some of the best staff here as well! If you need just a wash after the rain and snow or you need a detail for your exterior and interior, you are absolutely covered here! I have taken four of my vehicles to Harrison to have detailed and tinting. He does an amazing job!!! You walk away as though you’re driving a brand new car off the lot. What a wonderful experience going to Carson auto spa. First they tinted the windows in my husband's 2006 duramax.. The job was perfect. Then I took my 2006 Dodge Magnum srt8 to them for tint, wax and they detailed the inside of my car. Everything came out absolutely amazing. I recommend this place.. What a wonderful experience. After having issues with another detailer in the Carson City area, weather, and them having family issues, and finally not returning calls we went with Dan. Glad we did my Challenger, Dads van, and Brothers truck are all looking like new! We will continue to call on Dan for our detailing. Well worth it.

Wow!! From trash to treasure... from rags to riches... the service is impeccable and unmatched! I’ve never had such a good experience with a mobile detailed as this was. He shows up as a team of 3 and they work restlessly until every spot is removed. I’m a nit-pick when it comes to true cleanliness and I only found a few spots after 5 hours of them grinding away that needed addressed. They addressed it without issue and with a happy heart! They remained respectful the entire time and didn’t judge my mess of a car or make me feel uneasy about how destroyed it was from my 4 kids. I just can’t say enough good things... worth every penny and more. In fact, they did so well I tipped them $60 bucks because “Thank You” and “Good Job” doesn’t say enough!

This place has zero respect for peoples time when getting full service. If you get the full service plan, expect to stay there half day each time. SCW was much better a year ago. And the manager showed no empathy and continued to try and make excuses for why it was taken so long. Breaks my heart I am going to have to wash my own car, but at least I will be able o do it in a fraction of the time.

We just went through with the truck and the gal that was spraying us noticed that there was blood on the back of the truck from the recent elk hunt and she came over concerned to see if it came off after we’ve gone through and when she saw that it hadn’t she sent us back through actually two additional times and they finally got in the back and actually scrubbed it down and sprayed it from the back of the truck to get it out for us! They stopped the car wash and took extra time! They also give you rags to wipe your mirrors down, so they don’t leave spots and they even gave treats to the pups! Amazing service highly recommend very nice staff!

I was impressed at the friendly and effective service Award Quality Auto Detail provides. The location was close to my work, and the team was communicative to let me know a realistic time frame, and have it finished by the end of the work day. Jon did an excellent job buffing out scratches, touching up the paint, and cleaning both interior & exterior of my Subaru Outback. He even showed me how to make it last, by teaching me the importance of not letting tree sap harden on the black exterior. I would definitely go back to support this local family owned business.

Jon is a great guy personally and has earned my loyalty for the outstanding detail work he performs. I’m pretty picky about who touches my truck, but with Jon you’ll never have to worry because he treats your vehicle like his own. Melvin car wash did a good job but I did not realize this is a hand wash car wash. $20 for wash and cleaning the inside and a Jeep Wrangler is considered large at $23. Also was told an hour wait. Better love your car!

For a mini detail I was expecting more. Streaks on the windshield and dust spots on the dashboard. The wash and tires were really nice. When cleaning my side mirror they popped the glass out of the housing. I had to go back and get somebody to put it back in. The price is very reasonable though.

I have been going here for over 4 years and myself and family members will be canceling our monthly because in all this time the cleaning brushes that clean the rear of my SUV has worked about a quarter of the time. I've spoken to the new manager, the previous manager and all I get is they are working on it. 4 years is a long time to work on the same problem. I can run it through 3 times in a row and the brushes just DO NOT get the whole back end. I have shown them and they can see where it doesn't clean, but nothing gets done. At 25 bucks a wash it's cheaper to take it to a full car wash where they make sure it's clean. I feel I've been patient with this issue after 4 years.

Poor quality car wash. Brushes will not clean the back window/area of my Subaru Outback, and they miss several areas in the front. Half the time some of the brushes don’t even work. The pressure of the rinse jets is really ridiculously low, causing tons of dirty looking spots after the rinse cycle. I have doubts that they recycle and clean the wash/rinse water. I think we have one more prepaid wash left on our card. After using it we will not be back. Note to owner - either address your problems and stop ripping people off, or close the place and sell it to someone who actually cares about quality.

Good car wash if you don't want other car wash brushes touching your car and scratching it. Make sure you time the dryer part at the end correctly by driving through at the right speed so it dries the entire car. Also, the machine wrongfully rejected my credit card one time even though the credit card company said they had no record of the rejection and it was fine.

Their $8 basic car wash is so much better than the $18 basic car wash at Sierra. Never have any issues here and their prices are great. Sierra car wash doesn't ever get everything off the front or back of my cars.

Omg! How is anyone giving this place a good rating? I mean for six dollars I don’t expect the wash to be amazing but wow! I feel completely ripped off and would still feel that way for anything over one dollar. This machine is Incredibly slow but the absolute lack of cleaning is the real problem. If you just want to have your car sprayed off with water and zero dirt washed off your vehicle then this is your place to go.
