360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!

I had my 2023 Ford Explorer detailed by Platinum Car Detailing in St. Louis Park, and they did a great job. I got both the interior and exterior detailed, and my car looks super clean. They got every corner of the interior spotless, and the exterior looks shiny and new again. If you’re looking for car detailing in St. Louis Park, I’d definitely recommend them. This year I had the Complete Detail done on my Acura TLX and they did just as great; both the inside and outside were restored to excellent condition and at a competitive price! Normally I clean my car myself, and am very picky and unsure of letting anyone do so however I had just driven across states. The Volkswagen Luther Dealership had recommend Big Papas for My GTI which I had dropped off for a full body/Interior detail which took about 5 hours. I am still beyond impressed with the quality, service, as well as employees they have working, as a young man with his first car it’s nice knowing a place will care for your vehicle I will definitely be back!!!

Nice car wash, but misleading pricing. The package is supposed to be buy 5 but pay for four, but you do the math and it’s not accurate at all. I don’t understand the store’s response, whether online or in store the math doesn’t work and signage says buy 5 and pay for 4 in both places. I bought a $153 5 car wash packages + taxes, but if I bought 4 washes of the same level (35.99) it’s $143.96. So it’s just false and misleading advertising, which surely some lawyer out there would eat this up for a class action. The solutions are: - adjust the 5 pack price - remove the misleading jargon - increase the single wash price

I’ve been a customer for the last 4 years. The past year or so the level of quality has drastically gone down hill. I used to leave with a spotless car but now I end up going home and cleaning the interior a second time myself. Just today we spent over $40 on the top tier car wash and we are leaving with a mess. They miss wiping down half the interior. They spray things down then leave it without wiping. Places that should be vacuumed are left dirty. Hoping they can turn this place around and get it back to the great car wash it once was.

The shop far exceeded my expectations on what could be done to this vehicle. Now it looks nicer than it did than the day I bought it. The service is also a lot more affordable than the other guy. Who offers a fraction of what the shop does. So, if you're looking for a place to get your car looking great. For not a whole lot of cash. This is the place to go and you'll be glad you went there.

Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. I would highly recommend.

Jiffy Car Wash SLP impresses me every single time. The carpets, trunks (yes, 2!) windows in and out, doors, bumpers, leather all so well cleaned the car looks and feels new. The wax option shines! Wheels a touch less detailed —but they’re really not simple. I’ve not ever experienced a wait in line. Never any damage to the vehicle. Honest and friendly. They found and left my missing AirPods! This is the best place for a car wash in the Minneapolis area. The price is reasonable for the thorough and efficient job they do. The staff is always super friendly and my car always looks great. It really beats the crummy job done at a gas station car wash or the hassle of washing the car yourself. There are windows to watch the car go thru the wash, which is great for curious kids and adults alike (they also have a restroom, plenty of chairs in the waiting area, free toys for kids, and snacks available for purchase). Bring cash to avoid the credit card transaction fee and to tip. 10/10 recommend!

I got their complete detail & paint enhancement service on a used car I just bought in as-is condition, and they made the car look & feel like brand new inside and out. My OCD wife was fully satisfied by their work, and that doesn't happen often. Their pricing was transparent and competitive. For the quality of the job, I have no complaints at all. Another huge plus for me was the fact that they open on Saturdays. The owner was even willing to work extra hours to accommodate my need, which doesn't happen at other places. I called twice to see if you were open, no answer. Showed up to find the car wash closed at 4:45. Your auto body employee didn’t even know the car wash was closed and told me to head over there, just to find closed garage doors. Your sign says 5pm, the website/Google says 6pm. I got a call back only after already stopping by that your car wash closes at 3pm. So- which is it? Update your hours immediately and stop wasting everyone’s time. I won’t be giving this place a second chance

Wonderful experience here. Interior package and was blown away. Looks brand new. Removed stains from the passenger seat and carpets look store bought. They even came back after hours so I could get my car ( i did not ask for that ). Highly recommend. Side note: car wash open till 5 or 6. Detailing only till 3. Reserve appointments online for detail work.

This is my second time going to Sunshine, after the first time I wanted to give them another try/benefit of the doubt. Both times I got the #2 Shine Wash which is $27 and change. They rush when they do it, not meticulous at all. I drive a crappy car but still like to keep it clean. With this package they vacuume but I’ll need to go over it a second time to pick up what’s left, same goes for the outside. I’ll post pictures. Save your money and go thru a touch less car wash twice and your car will look better.

Terrible car was! Not even sure they used soap, did not dry the car or wipe down door jambs or even the windows. Had a vacuum but it wasn't used. I talked to one of the workers, the other one just stood there. I even asked for a rag to clean it myself. Terrible experience. Total waste of money and time. No wonder they're not busy. Should've been my first clue.

Ceramic Pro Minneapolis is one of the best, if not the best detailing and ceramic coating shops around. They did a 1 step correction, gold ceramic pro package with clear bra on the quarter panels on my BWM M4. The car looks amazing. Elliott was really easy to work with and repeatedly went out of his way to make sure the drop-off/pick-up of the vehicle was easy for me. I've already scheduled to bring in my second car to them. I would recommend without a doubt!

Great service and great value! James and Evan are very detailed and highly skilled. They have really perfected their skills over many years…. They were lower in price than the 2 other places we got quotes. I would be willing to bet they are also better quality too. They focus on one car at a time, no distractions….obsessed with details. We had them install the matte wrap and ceramic coating on the entire vehicle. After 45 days, it still looks perfect! The matte looks much better than the original paint job, we are so happy we contacted James. We highly recommend them.

Used to be a member and canceled due to them not hand drying on external washes anymore. This place is incredibly overpriced and they do a terrible job. I went back for an inside and out wash and that mistake is on me. But please be warned. I paid $45 for an interior and exterior wash and this is what the back seats looks like. Not even worth my time to go back and argue about the work they provide. Gas station washes do just as good on the outside. And on the inside for that matter.

Wash was super expensive and did a terrible job, leaving streaks all over my vehicle. For $26 I would expect an employee to do the initial spray off or assist with drying at the end. No employees helped at all (with the exception of making sure I didn’t have any issues paying at the initial terminal). The wash was entirely mechanical. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. There are so many better option out there. Added After Generic Google Response from Owner on 1/6/2025: Prior to posting my Google Review, I looked at other reviews, and contacted the Mister Car Wash Team via email at help@mistercarwash.com. The national team forwarded my email on to "the management team at MN-0606 St Louis Park". I am still waiting for any time of response that indicates Mister St. Louis Park actually prides themselves on "excellent service and attention to detail".

Car washes should not come with damage to your vehicle at no extra charge. Refused to admit figuring that I would not claim on insurance, which it doesn’t make sense to risk a higher rate. Car was damaged by equipment nonetheless. I won’t be back I suggest you steer clear too.

O.C. Detail you’ve done it again!! My fiancé is going to love this. I’ve been investing in car detailing for my vehicles for many years, and O.C. Detail is the best in the business. It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

Real downturn in quality recently. For the last 4 years I would get a consistently clean car—now I assume they’re reusing dirty rags and my windows are dirtier than when I arrive. Truly disappointing and I won’t be returning, I’ll have to find a different one further away from my house.

Dan did an Interior Detail and Mini Exterior Detail on my 1.5 year old SUV that had seen some hard use, and I got it back looking like a brand new car! I didn't really expect the exterior to look that much better than after a car wash, but it's so, so much better. The interior had a ton of dust and horse hair and it's ALL gone.
