After taking our 2017 Yukon Denali into Dales Auto Detailing, I realize now that it’s not just simply the name of the business. Dale, to his credit, takes detailing to an extreme new level. We bought our Yukon with only 1500 miles on it and it now has 79,500, and after Dales amazing work, it looks better today than it ever has. Inside, there’s not a nook or cranny that wasn’t cleaned, and the leather interior is clean, soft and supple. The exterior was hand washed and finished off with a hand rubbed wax finish. Honestly, if you care about your vehicle, this kind of “detail” is what it deserves. Setting up my appointment, dropping of my vehicle and finally picking it up went as smooth as can be. Justin and Lauren came out to Pearl lake yesterday 4-17-24, to clean my pontoon. They were on time, courteous, and did a great job. I felt comfortable enough with them immediately. I left my lake home unlocked so they could use the water, electricity, and bathroom if needed. I ran back into St. Cloud to run errands and came back an hour and a half later. I’m planning on having them detail two of our vehicles also. Great experience.

VERY detailed oriented. Cleaned in my trunk underneath the flap where the spare tire is located and even cleaned everything under the hood. Just got my car back from Steve. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a black interior. I also own 2 dogs and the inside we covered in white hair. The car now looks like it just came off the showroom floor! He got into small spaces and areas of the car that other detailers have never done. He cleaned the motor and it looks new. Steve is very friendly and accommodating. He is easy to get hold of and takes great pride in his work.

On my credit card I'm billed $10 for dining, when I entered into the wash bay I was sure the charge for a hand spray wash was $5. I'm so confused. Can I get a little help here please. I have never dined in a car wash that I can remember. Great pressure from sprayer.

I washed my car there today and it left this residue on my car (see photos). The residue is also on my windows. It makes it distracting to see out of because you see streak and droplet marks. For the quality, it's crazy over priced. It's $5.00 to use the self-serve car wash. However I needed to add time and I was working fast around my car, so my total cost (while rushing was $9.00). I used high-pressure rinse, high-pressure soap, another rinse, wax, and clear protectant coat. This was in order according to the chart on the wall (with some steps skipped due to $$) I should have just went to a car wash at a gas station. Those actually clean my car and are the same price, and all I have to do is sit in my car. Waste of money. Only good thing was I got to wash my weather tech floor liners.

There is something positive to say about this self serve car wash. First and foremost the brick and mortar was very clean; well kept up if I may add. Pressure washer hose and spray handle had no leaks. Provided plenty of pressure to get the bugs from travel off the nose. Four tokens provided 4 minutes of wash time. Distribution of soap on high pressure wash was great. One condition kept this wash from getting a 5 star rating. There was no debt card insert for exchange of rendered service. Keeping the positive marks in mind new technology vending faces are costly. So I believe it will work it self out to a five star.

I love the quickness of this wash. It runs real smooth and it gets my car clean, unlike other places that leave spots and don't get the wheels clean. I chose the works unlimited and I can now pull up and it recognizes my car and I go right thru. This time of year it really pays as I go in once a week to keep it looking good and the salt and road grime off. The staff is very friendly and helpful in getting an account set up.

Nice helpful people. First time experiencing this car wash on division. Easy to navigate, nice vacuum station, handy garbage to clean car and winter flotsam out. Getting tires balanced and rotated, so undercarriage wash was helpful!!!

Jim and Ronnie are not only down to earth good folks they are unbelievable st their craft and apparently take pride in their work . I had a polish and wax on my SUV and not only did they handle my car carefully when it was done it looked as close to just coming out of a new car showroom as possible. My girlfriend had a 2008 vehicle totally detailed there several years ago and I thought no way they can get that car looking too much better. Well, they had it looking amazing! Highly recommend them . Do at least give them a try. Absolutely you won’t be disappointed!

These carwashes are in need of repair. The roller dryer has been out of service for at least 1 full week. I asked the employee about it and was told the maintenance person is on vacation 😒. So I continue to pay full price while the facilities are not maintained. This location on Division Street and the location in Sartell are poorly managed and maintained. Concerns submitted to corporate are ignored. Update:07/30/2024 The roller dryer is still out of service, itbis approaching 2 weeks, despite Mister Car Wash being aware. I have attached an additional photo to showcase the lack of urgency in getting the full features returned to the paying customers. Update: 08-06-2024 3+ weeks and this windshield dryer still has mot been replaced. It is clear there is no leadership or accountability at this location.

Took in my 2020 Rubicon for paint correction and lifetime Ceramic Coating and I honestly don't know how to react on the amazing work these guys put in. I been struggling with all the water stains it leaves from the sprinklers or from the rain and now I dont have to worry because his product is truly great. 100% recommend this place.

Quoted $150, charged $197.34! I was told there “may” be an extra charge for hard water stains so I assume that is what it was for. But, now as I read reviews, I see this is a common practice for this company to charge more than the original quote. My problem is, The Lack Of Detail! * Door jams were not cleaned * hatchback door jam was not cleaned * back door beverage containers were not cleaned *Inside front windshield was not cleaned *I special requested that Rain X be applied to my front and rear window, this was Not done. I was even assured that “he” had the product there and he would just use his own. Had he of cleaned the hatchback and seen my bright yellow bottle of Rain X, (which was the only thing left in my vehicle) perhaps it would have sharpened his memory to have used it. Vacuum was very, very poor. I won’t return nor will I recommend.

There are alot of bays here, but usually only 2 - 3 are open. My experiences here range from totally satisfied to not so happy, as in when you watch the touchless arm as it goes around, and some of the holes that stuff is supposed to spray out of are barely leaking anything out of them, and there are big gaps of coverage on your vehicle. I had one experience on a very cold winter day where the exit door did not close after the previous user and when I made the effort to report it, I kind of felt treated like I was complaining, when all I wanted to do was let them know they had a problem.... a potential for a freeze up. Also, if you do have problems with anything, it is unattended and you have to go back to the fleet farm gas station to talk to anyone.

I would not recommend Williams Auto to my worst enemy I brought my truck in this past summer because of the reduce engine power my truck kept displaying and I wanted this issue addressed and fixed to make sure the truck was worth keeping. Instead they were insisting on fixing other issues which I understand needed to be done but the truck is no good if it does not run. They had the truck the whole summer and still did not fix the reduce engine power when I brought it back the second time they refused to stand by there work and charged me more money that I did not have and still never fixed the issue. I will never bring any vehicle I own back my neighbors even inquired where my truck was and I told them that Williams auto still had it they were horrified because they recommended this shop to me. Worse experience ever don't trust them I don't care if they have the napa seal of approval is in there office it does not mean anything especially when the owner kept saying it was taking too long because he was tracking down parts from junkyards.
