I got their complete detail & paint enhancement service on a used car I just bought in as-is condition, and they made the car look & feel like brand new inside and out. My OCD wife was fully satisfied by their work, and that doesn't happen often. Their pricing was transparent and competitive. For the quality of the job, I have no complaints at all. Another huge plus for me was the fact that they open on Saturdays. The owner was even willing to work extra hours to accommodate my need, which doesn't happen at other places. amazing experience! very communicative and so easy to schedule. i loved the online scheduling. received a call from jared almost immediately and got my appointment confirmed for the next day, and on a holiday week! so great. reid and his colleague did a fabulous job transforming my well-loved family SUV. we had years of stickiness, toys, markers, wrappers, sand, dirt and so much more. they spent 4 1/2 hours thoroughly cleaning and caring for my car. my daughter and i gasped when he opened the back door - it was incredible! neighbors were immediately asking me for the detailer's info so they could get it done for themselves. highly recommend! thank you precision! will definitely use again.

Normally I clean my car myself, and am very picky and unsure of letting anyone do so however I had just driven across states. The Volkswagen Luther Dealership had recommend Big Papas for My GTI which I had dropped off for a full body/Interior detail which took about 5 hours. 360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!

Chelson did an amazing on our CRV. When he had to reschedule, he made sure to get us onto the schedule for the next day to ensure our vehicle was ready for trade in. He made the vehicle look like new and took SO much time to pay attention to the details. With two dogs, our backseat was layered in fur. I couldn’t see a single hair when he was finished! He communicated with me throughout the day while finishing his previous job and on the way here. I hadn’t realized this was his own business until after he had finished the detailing, and I was even more impressed at the dedication because of that. Would highly recommend! Plus so great being able to work from home rather than take time off to bring the car into a shop.

They do a great job with PDR as well and can pull out all of the dings that happen here and there… Plus they always have those after dinner mints in the lobby, and Marty lets me take a handful.

Nice car wash, but misleading pricing. The package is supposed to be buy 5 but pay for four, but you do the math and it’s not accurate at all. I don’t understand the store’s response, whether online or in store the math doesn’t work and signage says buy 5 and pay for 4 in both places. I bought a $153 5 car wash packages + taxes, but if I bought 4 washes of the same level (35.99) it’s $143.96. So it’s just false and misleading advertising, which surely some lawyer out there would eat this up for a class action. The solutions are: - adjust the 5 pack price - remove the misleading jargon - increase the single wash price

I’ve been a customer for the last 4 years. The past year or so the level of quality has drastically gone down hill. I used to leave with a spotless car but now I end up going home and cleaning the interior a second time myself. Just today we spent over $40 on the top tier car wash and we are leaving with a mess. They miss wiping down half the interior. They spray things down then leave it without wiping. Places that should be vacuumed are left dirty. Hoping they can turn this place around and get it back to the great car wash it once was.

I had my 2023 Ford Explorer detailed by Platinum Car Detailing in St. Louis Park, and they did a great job. I got both the interior and exterior detailed, and my car looks super clean. They got every corner of the interior spotless, and the exterior looks shiny and new again. If you’re looking for car detailing in St. Louis Park, I’d definitely recommend them. The team was professional and made sure everything was done right. They also offer ceramic coatings, which I’m thinking about trying next time to keep the car protected. Overall, really happy with the service!

I took my car today (9/15/24) to get washed at Arron d 9:10 am or so. The young at entrance approached me and greeted me professionally and explained to me full details of the car wash including cost. I chose the one with $22.00. I thanked the clerk so did he. I got car washed and came out to vacuum interior of the car. I saw the same Clark inspect the car to make sure car was washed clean. He noticed some part of the car was not washed correctly. He requested that I go back and wash it. I asked him if it was free. He said “yes sir it is free”. I got the car washed and it was clean. The bottom line is the the service was profession, showed respect, kind and car was clean to my expectation. I thank the young man for all his help! The price was right for the service I received. Thank Mister Car Was on Hwy 55 Olymouth. 👏👏👏👏👏
