I was searching and reaching out to all the detail places around town wanting my van cleaned. Alex gave me the best quote and honestly did a great job. It’s also in a fairly convenient location. I didn’t get any before photos like I should have.. but to give you a visual.. I have 4 children. The youngest 3 being boys 6,4&2. I also have two big dogs and one of which rode with me a few times in the passenger seat leaving it looking pretty brown from being dirty. I guess my only mild complaint would be that I was quoted $230 for a full detail.. well it’s been raining here a lot so I told him not to worry about the exterior and to spend more time on the interior. So I was hoping for a little more than $10 off and the door jams are still fairly dirty. But overall, I am very happy with the outcome and I will be a returning customer. I will still leave 5 stars because he was good to work with, very friendly and it could have just been something missed, I used to own a detail shop and I know how things can get sometimes. I will add my post detail photos (minus inner dirty door jams because I don’t wanna be THAT person)

This is a great place to have your car detailed. My car had the child stains from spilled drinks etc on cloth seats . It was in great need of a thorough cleaning and that is what it got. Alex was very personable and an excellent communicator through the service and we would definitely use him again. The price was fair and well worth the money. Red River Motorwerks detail department did such incredible work on my car, absolutely beautiful. My car has been neglected over the years and going to pick it up I couldn’t believe it was my car. The exterior work removed all the swirl and years of slappy wash tunnels and the interior refresh feels absolutely like a new car. So happy with the service and whole experience. Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Premium Mobile Car Detailing LLC in Fargo. I had the interior of my Ford Expedition detailed for the first time today and to say they did a 'good job' is an understatement. They were able to erase the 2 years and 4 kids worth of road trips, scuffs, hard to reach crumbs, stains and completely reset it back to looking like we just took it off the lot. Nothing but great things to say about A+ Deatail! Brought my Black Charger into them and I didnt even recognize it when I got it back. Unreal what they can do with black pant, how they bring it back to show room floor and car show ready! They did window tint and buffed/waxed my car, along with a beautful ceramic coating. I recently had my vehicle detailed and they did such a bad job! I would not recommend them to anyone. If u read their reviews most of them are from 3 to 4 years ago and at that time they did do a great job. The new owners have had this business only 2 years. In my opinion not properly trained for detail work and overpriced for what you get.

Fix it forward has always taken great care of my vehicles. They made is easy by providing Uber transportation to and from my house while my oil change was being done (the day after Christmas). They even filled up my windshield washer fluid that was nearly empty.

At first, I felt I had good care, though a bit more pricey, from Fix It Forward. However, they informed me that I had an oil leak issue that needed repair for thousands of dollars. I went to two other locations for inspectation to find that it was actually a pretty minor issue. I don't feel this business is currently reflecting the values they stand for. I hope they reevaluate.

Got a car wash and that part was fine aside from my vehicle having suds being dried off at the end. I mainly wanted a good vacuum of the interior. I went to 8 different stations and none of them worked. The few that did work, had very little suction. Disappointed to say the least. Don’t recommend.

Biggest waste of $17. I will say it did a wonderful job cleaning the dirt and bugs off 3 of the 4 sides of my car.....ugh. I unfortunately didn't notice the back until I saw it an hour later and didn't take a reciept.

TL;DR. I had a really poor experience. They barely cleaned my truck, made a weak apology, and tried to make amends by offering a 10% discount. I was in a hurry...otherwise I would have demanded a proper cleaning, and not paid. Bought a used F-150 Super Crew, and booked an interior detail of it 1.5 weeks in advance over 4th July 2020. Showed up to pick up the truck, and it was nowhere near complete. They had quickly vacuumed the interior and done a superficial wipe down, maybe 1 hour’s work, probably less. It was 15 minutes before closing. Pointed out all of the gross areas inside the truck, and the manager apologized and said that they had “missed the final inspection”. He called over one of his guys and the two of them spent 15 minutes doing a quick job with wipes and cleaner while I waited in my car. I should have walked away and left it with them to do the job right...but I was in a hurry. They offered a 10% discount, but I still paid almost $200 for a job I could have done in 1-2 hours. Incredibly low quality job. I hope they serve their other patrons better. My recommendation...use a different detailing shop. NOT this one.

I went through on Oct 7th at about 9:30 am. It was not busy. I purchased the $13 wash. I pulled in the open door and waited for an employee to come out and get it going. After a quick spray that maybe got the left headlight wet I started through the wash. The side and top brush didn't contact the car and when I exited the wash the bugs were still on the windshield. I went around and had to get out of my car and go into the wash and then yell into the employee area for someone. After a while someone came out and agreed to let me go through again. He briefly used a hand brush on the hood and windshield then sent me through again. After the wash I just drove off. When I got home I noticed the bumper is still covered in bugs and the car is covered in water spots. I have had good washes here before but I highly recommend not going there now.

Worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid over $32 for something that couldn’t even clean any of the front of my vehicle. The free window squeegee at the gas pump next door did better on my windshield.

My fiancé got me a gift card to get our boat detailed and take one thing off of my to-do list. We dropped it off with these guys looking like a disaster. It was broke down the previous year and I had gotten greasy hand prints every where from working on it, I drug mud inside with my boots, and the trees in our yard left all sorts of wonderful pine needles and leaves and other junk in every nook and cranny of the boat. These guys worked on it for 2 and a half days and did an absolutely amazing job. Our boat didn’t look this good when we bought it. They did it fast, everyone there was extremely nice and talkative, and they did it for a great price compared to other places in town. I couldn’t be more happy, you guys are incredible. Thanks so much. If you guys ever start detailing and polishing semi trucks, I have more work for you!

Got my pickup washed there, car wash broke my mirror and ripped the paint off my fender. They said it would be 7-10 days to get a claim in. Fast forward 2 months and 4 calls later still no info on if they will cover it. Don’t want to leave a review like this but kind of sickening they can’t give you a simple answer.

Bought a truck with super high mileage for cheap and was proceeded to be turned down to have it cleaned by 3 different detailing companies. Wasnt in the worst shape but definitely had some odors and rodent droppings in it from sitting in a field for 2 yrs. They took the job no problem and did damn good job. 99% of odor is gone. They are also fair priced. Please patronize them. Good work, good service, good prices!

Highly recommend the blue beacon just across town. Haven't had them wash my truck since it was repainted 2 years ago but needed a washout so I figured it would be safe. Now I have a truck with scratches all over it on the drivers side. Called to tell them and all I heard was we have the softest brushes and they don't scatch and the manager has been there 11 years so he knows . Basically got told to screw off super rude and argumentative. Terrible place. Got told I had a bad paint job but 2 years of being washed and it's never been scratched like this. Bay floor was covered in mud so my guess is the brushes had stuff in them that did the damage.
