To the exciting reveal of my sparkly vehicles that I didn't know I needed. They both look cleaner than when I purchased them on the showroom floor. And to top it off, the owner, Chris, is one of the nicest people around. Would go again, highly recommend!

PCF Detailing is a local business in Maple Grove. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were very professional and detailed in their work. They went above and beyond the scope of the work, giving extra effort in a few difficult areas that needed more TLC. With the extra effort, they still completed the work in the estimated time. Chelson did an amazing on our CRV. When he had to reschedule, he made sure to get us onto the schedule for the next day to ensure our vehicle was ready for trade in. He made the vehicle look like new and took SO much time to pay attention to the details. With two dogs, our backseat was layered in fur. I couldn’t see a single hair when he was finished! He communicated with me throughout the day while finishing his previous job and on the way here. I hadn’t realized this was his own business until after he had finished the detailing, and I was even more impressed at the dedication because of that. Would highly recommend! Plus so great being able to work from home rather than take time off to bring the car into a shop.

This is the first time we’ve gone to YoungSteads car wash and detailing. The cashier was nice. The guys that hand dried did a good job. Then we went to have the inside detailed and we have grandchildren so there was crumbs and fingerprints all over. Tony was the name of the guy that worked on our car. It is immaculate it looks like it could’ve come off a showroom. We are very happy and definitely will come back again. Great job, Tony.

Great “Car Wash”, only due to the hand drying aspect of the wash. $26 was rather much considering how lack luster the car wash truly was. Got the nice light dust off my car but failed to do much else. It’s 2024, we are paying $26 for a car wash and nobody has created a better solution to get bugs off the front of cars at a car wash? Tire shine was very mediocre and only got 1/4 of my tire’s actually shined. I think Mister Car Wash offers a much better wash quality than here, I’d save the extra $10 and just go to Kwik Trip or holiday, quality is about the same, or just purchase the cheapest wash as their “best value” is a load of crap and not worth the $26 after tax and they hand dry at all price levels.

*Update. The GM reached out an offered to make things right, refunding my purchase and redoing the interior free of charge. I'll post updated photos The level of quality you get for paying over $50 for a full service car wash is absolutely terrible. Would absolutely recommend finding an alternative Full service car wash provider somewhere in the Twin Cities.

I’m very disappointed with the service that I’ve received. I paid for a full service option in addition to the car wash . I went in. All they did was vacuum didn’t even have the courtesy to wipe my dashboard all the center console all the mats seriously you pay for an option and when I asked the gentleman, he says that’s what you paid for Are we just giving bad service and misleading customers this way

I needed the interior of my Subaru Outback detailed and they did a phenomenal job on my car. The car had a lot of stains on the seats and carpet. I’m extremely glad that they were able to take all of the stains out. Reasonably priced, great service, work has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Definitely will be coming back for future services.

amazing experience! very communicative and so easy to schedule. i loved the online scheduling. received a call from jared almost immediately and got my appointment confirmed for the next day, and on a holiday week! so great. reid and his colleague did a fabulous job transforming my well-loved family SUV. we had years of stickiness, toys, markers, wrappers, sand, dirt and so much more. they spent 4 1/2 hours thoroughly cleaning and caring for my car. my daughter and i gasped when he opened the back door - it was incredible! neighbors were immediately asking me for the detailer's info so they could get it done for themselves. highly recommend! thank you precision! will definitely use again.

I had an excellent experience at Steve's! They handled my car very competently, quickly, and affordably. No surprises at the end, they were very clear in their communication. They did an oil change and patched a nail hole in one tire. We talked about getting new tires for winter, so they wrote up a quote of options and a recommended timeline, with no pressure to buy now. No pushy sales tactics or talking down to their customers. Just honest, quality care for my car. I highly recommend this place!

I found this place super super super awesome because of the fact that my tire blew out on 94 I got off the exit. I had my kids in the car with me. I had a flat tire and it was the middle of a snowstorm and they literally helped me out in my time of need and said leave your car here. Take the rental car for the night. Bring it back when we fix your car and you’re good to go. I’ve never had somebody do that for me. They were very kind and not only that they fixed my car under 100 bucks and I just love this place and I’d recommend them to anybody.

I got their complete detail & paint enhancement service on a used car I just bought in as-is condition, and they made the car look & feel like brand new inside and out. My OCD wife was fully satisfied by their work, and that doesn't happen often. Their pricing was transparent and competitive. For the quality of the job, I have no complaints at all. Another huge plus for me was the fact that they open on Saturdays. The owner was even willing to work extra hours to accommodate my need, which doesn't happen at other places. I will definitely come back!

Although these car washes look nice, they do not wash your car well at all. It’s like an elevated gas station wash. DO NOT HAVE THEM PUT THE UNLIMITED CLUB STICKER ON YOUR WINDSHIELD AND SIDE OF YOUR DOOR. The stickers they use are very difficult to take off!

Nice car wash, free vacuums always work (unlike similar wash setups nearby) and the staff is overly friendly. The heated dryers are sweet. The unlimited wash club is the cat’s pajamas. Keeps our vehicles looking great!

360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!

Been here before and had a great experience but this time wasn't so great. You can see my floor mats are still sopping wet and dirty they said they don't clean the seats which they did last time so they're still covered with sticky stuff and my dash is full of dust still. Looks like they just wiped down the top of the dash real quick and the steering wheel. Got the 'Better'deal. Not worth they almost $27 it cost.

I liked this place. The owner was kind and passionate about offering a quality service. The wash was decent quality. Their “in-person only” member cancellation policy rubbed me the wrong way. Be careful not to move out of state before you try to cancel your membership. I feel like 3-stars is appropriate.

Tate and his team created a miracle!!! When I delivered our Harley-Davidson CVO Street-Glide 2020, it was dirty, buggy and it had been mistreated for about a year and although a new beautiful bike hid beneath ……. It had been neglected. Tate and his team took it apart and not only cleaned it ….. he then proceeded to put a new coating called “ICON Rocklear” which is many steps greater than ceramic and wax!! The bike looked better than showroom floor when purchased!! Thank you so much Tate for this wonderful experience 💜✝️💜

O.C. Detail you’ve done it again!! My fiancé is going to love this. I’ve been investing in car detailing for my vehicles for many years, and O.C. Detail is the best in the business. It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

I had my vehicle detailed 10/26/24. The interior work was well done. Unfortunately they damaged the grill of my car. When I brought this to the attention of the guy doing the detailing he said the vehicle came in damaged… I showed him proof of the vehicle being undamaged from 3 weeks prior and he still denied damaging the grill of my vehicle. Prices are quite expensive, and now I have to have body work done. And good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to air your grievances or even confirm the appointment. Poor professionalism, hard to get ahold of, and expensive. I would recommend going to a different detail center.

I ran into a pretty nasty predicament. My dad puked in the car and I was calling every car wash and detailer to see if they would clean it, all of them said no, until I found dubbs bubbles. I think it was the owner but he is a great guy. I really was not looking forward to cleaning this up myself. He said he could do it, but it would be in the morning, unfortunately I needed the car clean today because this is the car I would use to pack up and leave for college tomorrow in the morning. He said "you know what, just pull in" I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t find him but man I’m grateful. If I ever need a detail or a wash ik this is the spot to go now from now on!
