Very disappointed! Paid $80 to have SUV washed, vacuumed out, interior wiped down. Inside looked nice, however the outside was terrible! The front of the vehicle still had bugs stuck on it. When I asked the “manager” of car wash why the bugs were not removed, he told me that they were “baked” in and would not come off! What?? Maybe because I am a woman he thought I didn’t know any better?! Every time we came back from lake place we took car to Gerrings Car Wash to have it washed, and never did the bugs not come off! My daughter took to self car wash and was able to power wash them right off!

I got my 2015 prius detailed for the first time here because a friend's mom really liked them. I was tossing up between them & a competitor who had a similar service for $295 in town but because of the referral I decided to spend the extra money ($350, $400 after tax & tip) &, while I have no other frame of reference, I think it was worth it. My car's interior & exterior look so much better. They even managed to get a scratch buffed out (I'm not sure if it was a scratch, just that the kwik trip car wash where I normally go never got it out & when I got it back from Snell it was gone so regardless, I'm a happy customer). I ideally won't be back any time soon with the hopes that I'll keep my car clean for another 10 yrs but if I do decide to get it detailed again I will more than likely come back for the friendly service!

Hands down, the best in the business. I had the most pleasant and heartwarming service. The owner is one of the best humans I've met so far. The prices are very fair. The service was extraordinary. The car smelled and seemed brand new. Please go to him for detailing or a car wash. You can have peace of mind and a car that's peaceful to drive.

Went for an interior wash of my car. Was well pleased with the results. Stains we thought won’t come off from the carpeting and upholstery did. Doug was kind and very attentive to my plenty questions. Even showing how heating works in my car. He also gave me a screwdriver to help nail in my license plates because I didn’t have the screws with me. Now I own a screwdriver! Highly recommend this place. He will tell you what need or won’t need. Thanks Doug!

My family has a tradition for when you get married.. that tradition is "decorating" you vehicle on your wedding day. As much as it was funny I didn't want to be driving around with a disco ball or a Taylor Swift concert in my car. I got my car detailed a few weeks ago at unique car detailing. I had a ton of fur, which they did a great job at removing. Unfortunately, they must’ve accidentally scrubbed off my steering wheel buttons. I didn’t notice until after a few days as I left town and didn’t drive my car. I’ve been trying to find some thing online to fix it and I’ve been having a tough time. We tried to use sharpie but I’m still looking for other options as that bleeds onto your finger. I wish that they would’ve communicated this error to me before I payed the full price, as this is pretty noticeable and upsetting.

Took my wife’s 2016 Madza CX5 in for a complete detail. We were so impressed with the end result. The car looks like it was the day we drove it off the new dealers lot. We had tree sap on the exterior paint. They clay bared it off polished out several scratches and paint matched all nicks over 8 years. Looks as close to perfect as realistically possible. They detailed the interior leather, along with everything else. It’s like driving a new car again.

This establishment is very outdated, terrible customer service, they do not care about the customer at all, they just want money. I paid for the interior floor mats to be washed and they didn’t wash them. Barely cleaned the interior. The “lounge” is a closet with ancient chairs, rotting ceiling that looked like it was going to fall down, just overall dirty and not well-maintained. After the car wash, I looked over my car (which is new) and paint was missing from the hood. I called to file a claim with them and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Stay away from this nightmare.

This is the only hand car wash place around. They do an amazing job and do a detailed clean of the inside of your car with the regular wash for $23. Great price and great service. Call in advance to see if they are busy because it is a walk in service but they do get crowded with appointments.

Favorite place in Mankato to get an oil change. Hang out and relax :) Mitch the service tech was amazing he stopped and apologized for my wait, but I was in no rush. So sweet. There seem to be limited self service car wash options in Mankato, so at least it was open, relatively clean, and reasonably functional. Stall #1 didn’t work at all (not with credit card at least), multiple stalls had broken garage doors on the exit side (so we had to back out of the stall), and low pressure rinse didn’t work in the other stall we tried. After skipping that step, though, the other spray settings worked as expected so we were able to get the job done.

Most expensive carwash I've been to. By far! Looks and functions like a cheaper car wash but prices higher than super high end premium wash. Your much better off rinsing your car off with a hose (you will get the same water pressure) or go to an electric car wash. You will save much more than you know and in doing so you won't let people like this take advantage of other people and get away with it.

First time here. Gal at the front desk explained it was self-service only since it was late in the day and I was bobtail, which I didn't object to. She pulled me into one of the self service bays and showed me how to use their system. Spent 30 minutes or so washing my truck. Got 2 months worth of bug guts off. Way way cheaper than blue beacon. Pretty happy. Will be back again!

We drove our vehicle out to DC vehicle detailing for a $50 interior complete detail. We have an older vehicle that needed a very thorough clean. The service that we received was not thorough at all. He did not go underneath the seats and he did not move the seats. It definitely was not worth $50. I contacted him about the poor job done, he said he would come out to our house and fix it. But I never hear back from him to finish the job. Save $50 and do it yourself.

If I could rate it worse I would. During their opening months I got a pass. On my second trip in I pulled up and the gate opened with no option for touch free. There was no line so I pulled straight up to the car wash entrance and the general manager waved me through. During the car wash one of the brushes ripped off my car antenna and damaged my car. I pulled out and waited to talk to someone, the general manager came out and said he heard it happen. He took pictures of the car and put a claim in. 1 week later I got a call from him and he said “that everything was performing up to their standards, and it’s not their fault. And that I should have taken out the antenna.” He said they have a sign that says they aren’t liable for damage. This sign was on the side of the building, which I couldn’t even read because there was no wait for the car wash and you can’t read it while driving. If you’re not going to be liable for damages you’ve done to a car you should at least let people know to take off their antenna, as it was the general manager who waved me through, with no one behind me. I would really expect a big company to do better at treating their customers especially during their opening months. Id advise new people looking at this place to STAY AWAY. They do not care about you or your car. Just your money.

well.... if you have kids, it would be cool for them to see all the cool neon colors as you go through the wash, but for the $28 I paid for the wash ($5 tip, little awkward to not tip when they stand right there and look at you before you go through....It was my first time and probably my last time there. Not sure what to expect so took the second to the top wash. Gave a tip because I thought for the price, it would be wiped down at the end or have some interaction. I was concerned about the bug residue on my SUV. Asked about the at the start, was assured they would be no problem. The truck was dusty, I had just gone down a gravel road. Not horrible, but dusty for sure. Well it was horrible after I went through. Had to wash it at home because it was embarrassing. The bugs were still stuck on, the dust was now mud, and all over my back window and also dripping off my gas cap area. No wipe down, barely a pre-spray in the beginning. The free vacuums were a nice bonus! But $28 was the cost of my education that day....

Just purchased this 1974 S-3 rare Chevy Laguna 400. My salesman was Ryan Jackson and the process could not have been better. I made an inquiry after hours on a Friday and he called me back 9:00 AM Saturday morning. Had a great first call and I put 500 dollars down. I could not get there for a week and we stayed in contact. He sent me extra pictures and kept me informed on the car detailing process and some minor engine detail. Met with him in person and we went through the car together and test drives. He was even nicer in person and made me comfortable in the closing. I drove it home a little over 200 miles without issue. I highly recommend this Unique Classic Car dealer and would work with them again.

This is a very busy place, but it's also very well run. The lounge has plenty of space with free hot and cold beverages available and additional beverages and snacks for purchase. The coffee was ok, which is better than I was expecting! When my car was ready, everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I noticed they had forgotten to reapply the windshield protection product that we had talked about. My car was quickly taken back into the shop and the windshield looked perfect when they brought it out again. I was given a free car wash card for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated!

This is by far the best place to get your car serviced in Mankato. They are so respectful, honest, and quick. Other places have tried to scam me into doing things that weren't necessary and would give no explanation. Here, they explain everything to you and will answer all of your questions with so much patience. And my favorite part is that they remember your name. You're not just another customer.

This car wash is out dated and takes an incredibly long time time wash your vehicle. I.e. if you're waiting in line you'll be there for a bit. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. My vehicle is cleaner than it was at least!

My vehicle was hit while parked causing an extensive amount of damage. This caused a great amount of inconvenience and frustration. However, Snell helped make this difficult situation much less stressful. They were able to get my vehicle in for an estimate, and keep it to begin repairs, on the day it was hit. Bryan and Chris were great to work with. Both of them are attentive, friendly, and transparent with their communication. I had several questions regarding repairs and they were knowledgeable and comprehensive in their responses. I got my vehicle back prior to the estimated finish date and it looked amazing! There was a small issue with my vehicle after I got it back, which was no one's fault, and they worked quickly to fix this problem. While this could have been a very irritating experience, I never once felt that way because of how customer focused and friendly the employees at Snell are. I cannot say enough good things about Snell Collision Center!

Snell collision was wonderful to work with when I hit a deer not too long ago. They were able to help me out with the aftermarket stuff I have on my truck (bumper and grille) whereas the other place my insurance first sent me to wanted to put everything back to stock. They worked with my insurance to get everything done that I wanted and in a reasonable time as well. I was very pleased with everything.

Wonderful business. I had a one place tell me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, quoted me 700$. I came here and within 5 minutes of me sitting down, Nick came in and said it was just a pipe that needed welded in. He did it for less than 120 bucks! No bullcrap, straight to the point. Great wash, my truck is always spotless when I leave here. Love the credit card option so I don't have to feed the meter with quarters nonstop. Not sure what's up with some of these other reviews, maybe people don't understand how to use a car wash. I've never had any problems here and would recommend this over the junk automatic wash at the gas station.

Generally a complete mess, it's honestly hard to wash a car in here without getting your shoes dirty 9/10 times. Water is hard and spotty, and the chemicals have a very acidic PH. Meh, pass.

They charge double if you use a card. On the self service side I used 5 dollars cash and it gave me 4 minutes and 4 seconds. Wasn’t enough time so I used my card and it charged me 10 dollars for 4 more minutes. Ripofff.

I was in a side swipe accident, I was given the option between snell or caliber collision, I will say … I do not regret picking caliber collision. My car was in the shop for about a week. The paper work was easy and quick. They have snack and drinks in the waiting room. It’s a clean location, the gentleman who check me in was very informative and polite. Through out the process, Angi would stay in contact with me and kept me updated every step of the way, she responded in a timely manner. Over all Angi was helpful and easy to work. In the end, I’m happy the results and their service. They cleaned and detailed my car before handing it back to me, which is a plus. The entire process was easy with no fuss , I would recommend to anyone !
