O.C. Detail you’ve done it again!! My fiancé is going to love this. I’ve been investing in car detailing for my vehicles for many years, and O.C. Detail is the best in the business. It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

I have a 10 year old Fiat, and I'm amazed they were able to get it looking as great as they did. Other than the time-weathered wear, they managed to make it practically new-looking again. I took my 2018 black Volvo S90 here and it came out looking showroom. So impressed, and will be back next month just to keep up on it. Minnesota winters can really make your car look ugly, I think I had the shiniest car in Edina, ha ha. I meant to take photos earlier, but hey, looks good in the garage.

360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!

This year I had the Complete Detail done on my Acura TLX and they did just as great; both the inside and outside were restored to excellent condition and at a competitive price! The quality of their products is very good and I’ve been happy with everything they’ve done on multiple vehiclesz Scheduling was easy and they give you a curtesy car. Only took a couple of days to have my car back. The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because I had a really frustrating customer service experience between them and my car dealership. I purchased their full paint protection wrap through the dealer which was rather expensive. When I got the car to P&L we discovered that a good portion on the front had already been wrapped by the previous owner. At first I was told they could remove it and apply their product which I was fine with. But then later I was informed that they couldn’t. Since they were only able to partially wrap the car I was/should have been entitled to some level of “discount”. Getting this figured out was an absolute headache. Both my dealer and P&L said they were working together to figure it out but when I asked for updates, they each pointed the figures at each other which was super frustrating. After 4 months of this, many phone calls and trips to both locations, I finally received my “discount” which was about $300 off a $2,000 package…. Given they weren’t able to do around 40% of what was included in the package, this didn’t feel fair or right to me but at that point I was too frustrated to do any more about it. Again the product is really good and much of the service issue I had was due to an odd situation and on the dealer as much as it was P&L which is why I still give them 4 stars. My advice to P&L. you and my dealer touted your relationship and how you were going to take care of me when I purchased the car. Your owner was even visiting dealership at the time and helped sell me on the “titanium wrap package”. But then with this odd situation, instead of working together to find a reasonable solution, you made it my problem to figure out and we’re both pointing fingers at each other. It felt like i was dealing with two children and it really ruined my experience of working with both of you. I don’t know if I will use either one of you with my next vehicle purchase as a result.

Went there for rustproofing in 2015 or 2016 . And my rocker panels and cab corners rusted badly. I have rust warranty. Warranty denied even if i have 2 year coverage left. I asked PL if they rustproofed pickup box fender. They took truck back to bay and let me watch them apply to back fenders. No rust on back fenders. I suspect they just rustproofed doors only and skipped rockerpanel ?? DONT TRUST THEM WITH RUSTPROOFING.

I redeemed my free car wash at Cloud 9 on Monday, November 25th to get a feel for their service. Upon arriving, I had some difficulty finding the entrance to the wash and ended up circling the building a bit. Eventually, I pulled up to the open garage doors, where the workers flagged me to pull forward. After entering, they asked me to leave the car running and the keys inside. At this point, I wasn’t sure where to go next, so I mentioned that I had a free wash. They directed me to the lobby with a ticket in hand. The first thing I noticed upon entering the lobby was the cloudy glass, likely from dried soap. While this wasn’t a major concern, it was my first impression of the inside of the facility. I approached the counter where a staff member was on her phone, and I briefly felt as though I had interrupted her. I informed her about my free wash, and she efficiently checked my phone and collected the ticket. I then asked how the process worked. She explained that once the car reaches the end of the line and is fully wiped down, they would signal for me to get back in my car. Overall, the process was straightforward, but the lack of clear guidance made it a bit unclear where I should go or what to do without asking questions. Without asking questions, I would have been confused about how things worked. Later, on Monday, December 2nd, I called to inquire about their membership pricing, particularly inquiring about the details of the exterior wash included in the full-service package. The staff member I spoke with was brief and didn’t offer much detail, which made the conversation feel somewhat uninviting. While she wasn’t rude, the tone of the call came across as somewhat short/rushed and discouraged me from requesting to sign up for a membership at that time. That being said, the actual car wash was excellent. My car came out sparkling clean, smelled great, and the staff did a thorough job drying the door jams, which is especially important now that we’re in the winter months. In summary, while the service itself was fantastic, I felt the customer service/experience could be improved, particularly in terms of clarity. This is why I’ve rated the experience 4 out of 5 stars. Despite the minor setbacks, I would return for future washes based on the quality of the wash and drying process.

It's unreal how bad this location has gotten with worrying about speed more than service. Look at the attached. Titanium wash interior and exterior, no tires done, bugs all over windshield still and grille. Interior left dirty barely clean. I had to finish wiping it down myself. They didn't even open the rear gate. But when an employee brought their Yukon through they got the extra power wash on the windshield and the rear windshield and everything but all the other cars that went through got nothing but quick get it in and get it out. It's atrocious you charge nearly $60 for this garbage.

I’m super picky about where I take my car, and I’ve had trouble finding a good car wash since I moved to Minnesota. I was really impressed with the service I received at Mister Car Wash. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive. My only negative (not enough of an issue to take a star away) would be that they could have done a slightly better job getting the bugs off of the windshield and front bumper. Other than that, they did a great job, were very careful, and treated my car really well. They also did a great job with the interior. The facility itself is very nice, and incredibly clean. I will definitely be back.

The shop far exceeded my expectations on what could be done to this vehicle. Now it looks nicer than it did than the day I bought it. The service is also a lot more affordable than the other guy. Who offers a fraction of what the shop does. So, if you're looking for a place to get your car looking great. For not a whole lot of cash. This is the place to go and you'll be glad you went there.

Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. I would highly recommend.

Full service isn’t actually full service. It was fast but I paid a lot of money. They don’t wipe things down- just vacuum. And they didn’t even try to vacuum the 3rd row, even if you pay extra for the 3rd row mats to be cleaned (which they didn’t put back). I know I didn’t get it detailed and dog hair is tough. So is a third row. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but I paid way too much money to have to spend another 45 minutes at home actually cleaning the car.

I haven’t used this wash for a couple years so I thought I would get the best wash. I spent over $100.00 with tips on the most expensive Ceramic Wash with the Buff & Shine Upgrade. Starting off, the attendant was unable to describe the difference between the different wash levels. I learned afterwards that nothing in the interior besides the windows and a basic vacuuming is included even with the Buff & Shine upgrade. They don’t clean your floor mats, or even do a basic wipe down of the center console and cup holders. If you want anything done in the interior it’s more charges and they aren’t cheap. I’m not expecting them to dress my leather seats or clean my vents out with q-tips, but they could at least take a wet rag and wipe out the cup holders and clean the dash on the higher priced washes. The only thing I’m satisfied with is the exterior wash and shine of my vehicle. Lastly, the parking lot is in such bad shape I don’t recommend going there unless you have an off road vehicle. For the money, Mister Car Wash off Normandale Blvd does a much better job that includes the interior for half the price. Their product and process is much better and their building and parking is newer and more inviting than that disaster I experienced on Lyndale Ave.

Normally I clean my car myself, and am very picky and unsure of letting anyone do so however I had just driven across states. The Volkswagen Luther Dealership had recommend Big Papas for My GTI which I had dropped off for a full body/Interior detail which took about 5 hours. I am still beyond impressed with the quality, service, as well as employees they have working, as a young man with his first car it’s nice knowing a place will care for your vehicle I will definitely be back!!!

It was great working with Joey on finding the right protection for my FL5! Can’t recommend JoeyClean enough. They take pride in their work and really do take care of their customers. I brought our car to JoeyClean to have scratches buffed out and the car shined up but there was one scratch that faded but just wouldn’t completely go away. I asked about it and JoeyClean went over it again using different tools and then actually drove our car back to our home for us to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond. They won’t be satisfied until you’re happy. Highly recommend! Oh, and yes, our car looks brand new!

Car washes should not come with damage to your vehicle at no extra charge. Refused to admit figuring that I would not claim on insurance, which it doesn’t make sense to risk a higher rate. Car was damaged by equipment nonetheless. I won’t be back I suggest you steer clear too.

This is my second time going to Sunshine, after the first time I wanted to give them another try/benefit of the doubt. Both times I got the #2 Shine Wash which is $27 and change. They rush when they do it, not meticulous at all. I drive a crappy car but still like to keep it clean. With this package they vacuume but I’ll need to go over it a second time to pick up what’s left, same goes for the outside. I’ll post pictures. Save your money and go thru a touch less car wash twice and your car will look better.

Terrible car was! Not even sure they used soap, did not dry the car or wipe down door jambs or even the windows. Had a vacuum but it wasn't used. I talked to one of the workers, the other one just stood there. I even asked for a rag to clean it myself. Terrible experience. Total waste of money and time. No wonder they're not busy. Should've been my first clue.

I had my 2023 Ford Explorer detailed by Platinum Car Detailing in St. Louis Park, and they did a great job. I got both the interior and exterior detailed, and my car looks super clean. They got every corner of the interior spotless, and the exterior looks shiny and new again. If you’re looking for car detailing in St. Louis Park, I’d definitely recommend them. The team was professional and made sure everything was done right. They also offer ceramic coatings, which I’m thinking about trying next time to keep the car protected. Overall, really happy with the service!

Shine Squad did a fantastic job on the full detail of our SUV. The interior looked brand new. The exterior had some hard water marks from the sprinkler system, which took some extra time to get out, but they did a great job. Would highly recommend!

As a black vehicle owner I am always trying to keep this thing clean, but even at my best I’m always impressed how good the truck looks when I get it back from Mint. They do a great job with PDR as well and can pull out all of the dings that happen here and there… Plus they always have those after dinner mints in the lobby, and Marty lets me take a handful.

I called twice to see if you were open, no answer. Showed up to find the car wash closed at 4:45. Your auto body employee didn’t even know the car wash was closed and told me to head over there, just to find closed garage doors. Your sign says 5pm, the website/Google says 6pm. I got a call back only after already stopping by that your car wash closes at 3pm. So- which is it? Update your hours immediately and stop wasting everyone’s time. I won’t be giving this place a second chance

Wonderful experience here. Interior package and was blown away. Looks brand new. Removed stains from the passenger seat and carpets look store bought. They even came back after hours so I could get my car ( i did not ask for that ). Highly recommend. Side note: car wash open till 5 or 6. Detailing only till 3. Reserve appointments online for detail work.
