I redeemed my free car wash at Cloud 9 on Monday, November 25th to get a feel for their service. Upon arriving, I had some difficulty finding the entrance to the wash and ended up circling the building a bit. Eventually, I pulled up to the open garage doors, where the workers flagged me to pull forward. After entering, they asked me to leave the car running and the keys inside. At this point, I wasn’t sure where to go next, so I mentioned that I had a free wash. They directed me to the lobby with a ticket in hand. The first thing I noticed upon entering the lobby was the cloudy glass, likely from dried soap. While this wasn’t a major concern, it was my first impression of the inside of the facility. I approached the counter where a staff member was on her phone, and I briefly felt as though I had interrupted her. I informed her about my free wash, and she efficiently checked my phone and collected the ticket. I then asked how the process worked. She explained that once the car reaches the end of the line and is fully wiped down, they would signal for me to get back in my car. Overall, the process was straightforward, but the lack of clear guidance made it a bit unclear where I should go or what to do without asking questions. Without asking questions, I would have been confused about how things worked. Later, on Monday, December 2nd, I called to inquire about their membership pricing, particularly inquiring about the details of the exterior wash included in the full-service package. The staff member I spoke with was brief and didn’t offer much detail, which made the conversation feel somewhat uninviting. While she wasn’t rude, the tone of the call came across as somewhat short/rushed and discouraged me from requesting to sign up for a membership at that time. That being said, the actual car wash was excellent. My car came out sparkling clean, smelled great, and the staff did a thorough job drying the door jams, which is especially important now that we’re in the winter months. In summary, while the service itself was fantastic, I felt the customer service/experience could be improved, particularly in terms of clarity. This is why I’ve rated the experience 4 out of 5 stars. Despite the minor setbacks, I would return for future washes based on the quality of the wash and drying process.

O.C. Detail you’ve done it again!! My fiancé is going to love this. I’ve been investing in car detailing for my vehicles for many years, and O.C. Detail is the best in the business. It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

Shine Squad did a fantastic job on the full detail of our SUV. The interior looked brand new. The exterior had some hard water marks from the sprinkler system, which took some extra time to get out, but they did a great job. Would highly recommend!

As a black vehicle owner I am always trying to keep this thing clean, but even at my best I’m always impressed how good the truck looks when I get it back from Mint. They do a great job with PDR as well and can pull out all of the dings that happen here and there… Plus they always have those after dinner mints in the lobby, and Marty lets me take a handful.

I have been restoring my classic car for a couple years and the painting process was not quite complete. I took my car to Jacob and he was able to make the car look better than new. I went with a full detail and ceramic coating. Jacob went above and beyond by also coating the chrome and windows of the car. Im still beyond impressed with his service, communication, work ethic and quality. He was also able to finish the job ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough about how easy he was to work with. I will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who will listen. I will be taking all of my cars to Jacob.

360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Recently got the Exterior Detail done on my Black Edge ST. It was covered with hard water spots (I’m leasing it & should’ve still protected the paint with a paint sealant, forgot to do it 🤦🏻‍♂️) and the Youngstedts’s crew did an awesome job getting them out, and making it shine! 12/19/2024 wiper blades broke this morning. I called Youngstedt's Chanhassen at 8:24 am and I was on the road by 8:42 am. They were kind, courteous and the wipers are better than the ones I had on before they broke!

First time ever at a Paradise Full Service car wash. I got the Admiral wash. I must say I was impressed. The process is quite involved, with many workers and much automation. Most impressive was the staff. There were many vehicles going through and everybody was working like a well oiled machine. The end result is my SUV looking fantastic.

WOW!! Curtis (the manager at Paradise Car Wash & Detail Center in West Bloomington) met and exceeded my expectations!! From my initial phone call to the professional handshake at the end, I was thoroughly impressed with his honesty, forthrightness, integrity, and efficiency. He owned my vehicle's problem (hard water droplets that landed on my hood from a lawn sprinkler) as though it were his own. He made time with his personalized service to take care of the matter with a sense of ease. Rarely have I encountered such stellar customer service in my daily life. It is refreshing to experience an environment with people that care about what they do, and it shows. Curtis went over and above to save me money and time with a consultative, troubleshooting manner that solved the problem. I am a very satisfied customer that will definitely return again.

RM Auto Spa absolutely knocked it out of the park with the paint correction services on my BMW M3. Reece revived the paint on my 1995 BMW and truly turned back the hands of time, making the car appear brand new. His attention to detail is second to none. Very professional and knowledgeable individual that executes phenomenal work. I can’t think of taking my cars anywhere else for paint correction or ceramic coating. Reece at RM Auto Spa did a phenomenal job with my Audi S6. He was able to remove several dents and scratches, fully restore the paint, and protect it with a combination of ceramic coating and paint protection film. It’s made a night and day difference and it’s looking better than new. I would recommend RM Auto Spa services to anyone.

I had 2 cars stored in a damp garage over the summer which caused some mold growth. I reached out to a bunch of detailers and almost all said they wouldn’t look at it. Great experience overall. They cleaned the inside of my car and unexpectedly also moved my broken passenger seat back to where I wanted it lol. My car looks amazing. My pictures don’t do it justice. I imagine you can guess which ones are the before and after. Will be returning.

What can I say, far too expensive (and dirty) for a self service car wash!! 3:50 gets you 4 minutes and 25 cents gets you 15 seconds extra. There’s no way to pay with card unless you want to drive down the road to buy a token from the gas station. The equipment is in poor condition (especially the overhead swivels for the brush and hose) and the place could use a good clean. I swear by self service car washes but honestly, if this is your only option you’re better off going to a drive through.

This is a nice sheltered wand car wash with closed stalls. This is a great advantage if you want to wash your car well in the winter. $3.50 minimum per wash. Includes a spot free rinse option. There is also s small area to dry your car outside. This place is busy on sunny days in the winter.

It was great working with Joey on finding the right protection for my FL5! I came in unsure if I wanted to do a ceramic coat or PPF and decided on PPF after Joey and the team explained the different benefits and costs of each. Price was fair, work was quick, and the PPF application turned out great! I will definitely be back for any and all detailing work I need done!

Can’t recommend JoeyClean enough. They take pride in their work and really do take care of their customers. I brought our car to JoeyClean to have scratches buffed out and the car shined up but there was one scratch that faded but just wouldn’t completely go away. I asked about it and JoeyClean went over it again using different tools and then actually drove our car back to our home for us to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond. They won’t be satisfied until you’re happy. Highly recommend! Oh, and yes, our car looks brand new!

Extremely disappointed with the new Mister Car Wash location in eden prairie. First off, why isn't it a full service one? For being such a high class expensive city i was really hoping they were making this new one to improve that aspect of the old car wash half a block away. Now we still have to drive to other city's car washes for full service. Second, I just tried it for the first time today and my car is still dirty and extremely wet. What's the point of the dryers? They did absolutely nothing. I timed it and The whole process from the moment I put my car in neutral took less than 30 seconds so no wonder crevices are still dirty and my car is soaking wet pulling out after the "dryers." Horrible!! At least the old one you are ripping down actually had you in tunnel for longer and cleaned and dried better than this new one. Hope you can make some changes for the better as I'm a monthly Mister Car Wash member and despise having to drive into other cities for better experience.

I pay $44 a month for car washes, and this is by far the worst location. Entrance isn't truck/big vehicle friendly, the wash lasts like 25 seconds, and they don't continue waving you on once you're in. They just expect you to pretty much know when to stop. I will not be returning to this location. I recommend the rogers location out of all of them. I pay for the platinum membership, and I'm 100% sure I did not get that.

I was very impressed how easy it was to book with them. Price was fair, and they exceeded my expectations. They were able to remove stains off the back seat created by my 2 infant kids. My truck looked and smelled brand new. Definitely going back in the future.

Several car options shoehorned into a very small lot. Drive past the building before turning to enter wash bays. Used the soft touch wash and had no issues. I didn't see the range of foamy chemicals and colors I'm used to seeing with most similar car washes, but the car looks clean and shiny so I'll assume it did all the steps I paid for.
