I purchased a full service wash with an interior package cleaning totalling $41 and some change. After the "service" my vehicle still had bugs on the front bumper and the windshield wasn't clean on the inside with smear marks. This place is all about how many cars they can push through their doors with no quality control. $41 for what? You're better off paying $10-14 at a gas station.

Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

Can’t recommend JoeyClean enough. They take pride in their work and really do take care of their customers. I brought our car to JoeyClean to have scratches buffed out and the car shined up but there was one scratch that faded but just wouldn’t completely go away. I asked about it and JoeyClean went over it again using different tools and then actually drove our car back to our home for us to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond. They won’t be satisfied until you’re happy. Highly recommend! Oh, and yes, our car looks brand new!

We have been using the Apple Valley Paradise Location for years and we have been immensely pleased and impressed with the level of service we get. The prices are actually very reasonable when you consider the quality of the product. The wash itself is thorough, never any dirty patches left like when using a gas station car wash. We also find it to be economical to pay for the exterior monthly wash pass because we drive older vehicles and getting them washed frequently has greatly reduced the impact of the MN salty roads on the body of our older vehicles. I also love that we can be in and out fairly quickly, with a nice lobby to wait in, clean and updated bathrooms, and they often serve free popcorn and coffee. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Great asset to our neighborhood.

Tried these guys for the first time today. I can say I was definitely less than impressed. I could have went to quick trip with close to the same end result at less than half the price. I bought the highest quality exterior wash available. When I was given my truck back I had to ask for a towl to finish drying the windows and spots on the truck myself. Also my grill mirrors and other parts still are full of bugs. Pictures attached. Overall just disappointing. I expected more from a facility like this.

The detail I received was excellent. My cat peed all over the car. If you don’t know, that smell does not lift easily when cleaned. Like at all. It took like 3.5 hours but it feels like a new car! I recently took my father in law’s vehicle here. His vehicle had been sitting for 8 months in his garage. He is lives in a rural farm area. His 2016 Toyota Corolla was a disaster. It stunk and It had stains on the seats. Filthy on the inside. So much so I drove it to Wyatt’s shop with the windows down!! Wyatt took that vehicle and went above and beyond to detail and restore it!! He took extra time detailing it to get the stains and smell out🙌 I am so amazed at the how it turned out. I didn’t even believe it was the same vehicle. Wyatt worked tirelessly at it and did an amazing job!! The car looks brand new now. I highly recommend Wyatt. 360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!

Very disappointing car wash. Got the "executive" touch free because my car was dusty, and it came out almost as dusty as it went in. Triple color foam only covered one side of the car, halfway up the window. No attendant on duty to complain to. Edit - amending my review. After I got home I called number on the website and the voicemail program hung up before I could leave a message, but texted and they replied with a code for an upgraded wash. I went back the next day and the touch less wash was blocked off. I came back 2 days later and it was active, so I tried again. I can't say if it was upgrading to the top level wash vs level 3, or if it had been serviced, but the wash was definitely more powerful, although the triple color foam still only hit one side of the car, and that side weakly. Car is still visibly dirty. Upgraded score due to prompt attempt to fix issue from operator, but still an unsatisfactory wash. Reply to owner: on the first wash my car initially rolled back as I backed up as directed by the positioning sensors/ directional LED sign. It was in park for the entire wash.

I have visited this car wash in Eagan several times every year. I like the touchless wash. There’s usually no waiting on a weekday which is nice. Reasonable prices. I had an issue with payment years ago and management honored my triple payment.

First time using on Dec 9 2024. Amazingly clean car. As I rolled in, a nice greeting with a smile...as I departed, a handy person drying off cars. So clean. I did the "Ultimate" wash and it is SO worth it. Highly recommended if you want to get the salt/crud/road dust off your vehicle

Nicest people in the business! I was washing my car at Scrubby’s and suddenly the water ran out and my car was fully lathered with soap. I somehow managed to bring to Soapy Joe’s. The gentleman at the front was very nice and after telling him what had happened, he gave me a free car wash. Going forward, Soapy Joe’s will be my go to place.

It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

When he did answer, he said he wasn’t available until the afternoon even though we agreed on the morning. He then tried to convince me to leave me car at his house with the keys in his mailbox until he was ready to do the job? I’m not sure if this is a scam or what but please save your time and go to an actual professional business.

Pedro and the team detailed my new to me used 1999 13ft scamp camper. They were very thorough, and cleaned the rat fur on the walls, ceiling, and door as well as all the cushions. The camper smelled and looked so much better. I know this was out of the realm of their normal, so I'm very happy they were willing to do it. They did a marvelous job! I am very happy with their work.

Paid nearly $20 and I question if I even got a car wash. My wheels do not look polished even though they supposedly were, my back hatch still is dirty even though they also had somebody manually power washing at the enterance, and my windshield is spotty. My car was not horrifically dirty prior to getting this wash- these photos were taken about 20 mins after my wash when I ran my next errand. Basically spread dirt around on my car. This wash didn’t meet my expectations at all and I would not return.

Full service isn’t actually full service. It was fast but I paid a lot of money. They don’t wipe things down- just vacuum. And they didn’t even try to vacuum the 3rd row, even if you pay extra for the 3rd row mats to be cleaned (which they didn’t put back). I know I didn’t get it detailed and dog hair is tough. So is a third row. I was not expecting it to be spotless, but I paid way too much money to have to spend another 45 minutes at home actually cleaning the car.

I haven’t used this wash for a couple years so I thought I would get the best wash. I spent over $100.00 with tips on the most expensive Ceramic Wash with the Buff & Shine Upgrade. Starting off, the attendant was unable to describe the difference between the different wash levels. I learned afterwards that nothing in the interior besides the windows and a basic vacuuming is included even with the Buff & Shine upgrade. They don’t clean your floor mats, or even do a basic wipe down of the center console and cup holders. If you want anything done in the interior it’s more charges and they aren’t cheap. I’m not expecting them to dress my leather seats or clean my vents out with q-tips, but they could at least take a wet rag and wipe out the cup holders and clean the dash on the higher priced washes. The only thing I’m satisfied with is the exterior wash and shine of my vehicle. Lastly, the parking lot is in such bad shape I don’t recommend going there unless you have an off road vehicle. For the money, Mister Car Wash off Normandale Blvd does a much better job that includes the interior for half the price. Their product and process is much better and their building and parking is newer and more inviting than that disaster I experienced on Lyndale Ave.

Normally I clean my car myself, and am very picky and unsure of letting anyone do so however I had just driven across states. The Volkswagen Luther Dealership had recommend Big Papas for My GTI which I had dropped off for a full body/Interior detail which took about 5 hours. I am still beyond impressed with the quality, service, as well as employees they have working, as a young man with his first car it’s nice knowing a place will care for your vehicle I will definitely be back!!!

The shop far exceeded my expectations on what could be done to this vehicle. Now it looks nicer than it did than the day I bought it. The service is also a lot more affordable than the other guy. Who offers a fraction of what the shop does. So, if you're looking for a place to get your car looking great. For not a whole lot of cash. This is the place to go and you'll be glad you went there.

Decided to surprise my partner with a full interior detail. I’m assuming it was the owner, but he was very quick to respond once I place my inquiry. He went over what was included and ensured there was no confusion with booking. He was able to squeeze me in on short notice which was amazing because I had a little bit on a time crunch. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything to me. I knew what the full cost would be prior to receiving my car and there was no hidden fees. After dropping my car off, he let me know what time to come to retrieve. I should’ve took before pictures but he did an AMAZING job. My partners car was so disgusting and he made it look brand new. Excellent car wash and excellent service! Most car washes don't fully clean my car, but this one gives me a spotless car every time. I have a subscription to this car wash, I do think the prices is a bit steep but it is the best option in the area and already along my daily commute. The side scrubbing brushes are a bit aggressive, so they usually knock my side view mirrors in. That is a small price to pay for a properly scrubbed car, so I am not entirely bothered by it. I do wish that the dryer got the back of my car better, so I usually go out to finish drying it manually with a microfiber towel to avoid water spots. I do however have a very long car, so the wash isn't completely at fault. The vacuums are the best I've ever experienced! I detail my car top to bottom often, and these vacuums have cut down on how long that takes me significantly. They also provide clean, well stocked microfiber towels and multi surface/ glass cleaner stations. Very convenient!

It's the top car wash in the area! I appreciate their complimentary vacuums, especially the mini air-pressured guns. On top of that, they provide towels with Windex! Their customer service is exceptional, and Jason, the manager on duty, is extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this car wash to anyone passionate about keeping their vehicle clean and well-maintained!

I came to this based on the reviews, and was not disappointed. John was so helpful and communicative. Which went a long way with me, since I had just received my car back from a dealership after 7 weeks of little to no communication with them. The work John and his team did was incredible!
