My car looked and smelled like a new car, but not scented. (I requested no heavily scented products). He’s really fastidious and really listens to what you want. I highly recommend!!

Daiezon was kind, professional and gave me a great deal for full detailing with Ceramic coating included for my AMG. He was honest and upfront with the time it could take, and called at the time I wanted to pick my car up again. In the beginning when my car came from out of state it was full of dirt everywhere, especially in the interior. I was really upset at that dealership, but thanks to kings of detailing it looks amazing. The ceramic coating gives it a nice shiny look. Thank you again Daiezon. Daiezon was responsive and easy to work with. From answering my questions over the phone, to texting about availability and follow up (communication made easy!), to providing an accurate estimate of timing and rates. Our new-to-us minivan had been smoked in, and the dealership claimed to detail it twice and use an ozone machine; It's clear that was never completed. We brought it to King of Detailing and had a full interior detail done, including carpets, headliner panel, and ozone treatment. It smells so much better - knocked the residual smell down to about 5-10% of where it had been, which is better than I expected. Daiezon even cleaned off some exterior residue that went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.

Not sure if this place is still open. I booked a detailing appointment early in the week through their website for the weekend. Never got confirmed or declined. On the day, no answer when I called multiple times up to 10 minutes before the appointment. The last Google review of someone who actually got their service is from a year ago.

The detail I received was excellent. My cat peed all over the car. If you don’t know, that smell does not lift easily when cleaned. Like at all. It took like 3.5 hours but it feels like a new car! I recently took my father in law’s vehicle here. His vehicle had been sitting for 8 months in his garage. He is lives in a rural farm area. His 2016 Toyota Corolla was a disaster. It stunk and It had stains on the seats. Filthy on the inside. So much so I drove it to Wyatt’s shop with the windows down!! Wyatt took that vehicle and went above and beyond to detail and restore it!! He took extra time detailing it to get the stains and smell out🙌 I am so amazed at the how it turned out. It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

Wow Owen and Henry did an amazing job on my detail job. Owen called me back to verify what package I wanted. I told him my concerns. He was up front about time and price. Told him what time I would arrive. He got my truck going right away and checked in with me several times while I waited. Henry was out there really working hard on my truck. I could tell he was giving it 110 percent. I've gotten my vehicles detailed many times all over the USA from TX to FL to MN. I'm pretty blown away I have to say this is the best detail job I have had done yet. When done Owen pulled it around and had me take a look tell him what I think. I brought my 2019 Cadillac in for a car wash (my 3rd time going to Paradise) as I was picking up family flying in from CO & we were taking a trip to NE for a celebration of life. The man that greeted me when I drove in & paid was fantastic! I tipped him $10 (which he shared with his coworkers). I bought some Armor All to clean my leather seats. The young guys wiping down my car were fast & efficient as well as friendly. I tipped them $20 which they share. I left and pulled into a small employee parking area to wipe down my seats. Then I noticed a huge spot of paint was completely sheared off the roof of my car. I was in shock as there were no issues when I arrived. Nobody said one word to me about paint being removed from the roof. I asked to speak to the manager and Noah came out to talk to me. He said the manager, Jared is not there as he's at another location, but he would review the video footage. He came out and said there was a spot on the roof that was spot cleaned with a powerwasher spray & that took off the paint. He took a couple pics, took down my phone # and said he'd have Jared call me (this was Sat. Afternoon). Nobody called, so I called Paradise on Tues. And Jared said that the spot must have been loose paint on the roof and when they used the powerwasher to clean the spot & noticed the large paint come off, they immediately stopped spraying. Again, nobody ever told me they caused damage to my car. He refused to pay for my car to be fixed/painted. He also claimed he was just about to call me. I waited 4 days, that's ridiculously poor management. Then clearly responsible for the damage, refused to pay. This car wash is going to cost close to $1,800 to fix as the whole roof needs to be painted. So much for touchless car washing & taking responsibility when they cause damage to my car. Don't take your car to the Savage Paradise car wash! Noah & all the workers there are fabulous (other than the sprayer that didn't inform me of the damage) so it's sad that I have to give this poor review. Jared is a horrible manager with no follow up, zero empathy, and zero accountability.

I had not been here before. I figured it would at least be as good as a gas station car wash. I paid for the best available wash and this is what I left with - dirt and even a spiderweb string on the side mirror I could remove with the swipe of a finger. While the performance of the wash equipment was terrible, the employee on duty was professional and friendly.

I am a VIP customer. On the most part very satisfied. It will miss some hard to reach areas. They all do. One issue is they charge your card every month automatically. My truck was out of service November 30 & i didn't shutoff the auto pay my fault, they also would not give me any credit for it. I dont like it but some what understand. My biggest problem are the idiots in front of me in the line, when they think its OK to go thru the dryer and back up to get their vehicle dryer. Yes Bubble Barns equip shuts down & alarms go off. That does not stop the idiot from backing into your car. This has happened twice, fortunately have not hit me yet. Bubble Barn said it is not their issue if it happens but will help locate the person if they leave. How about signs stating if you back up your tires will be punctured. Lol Extreme but maybe make these idiots think.

I got a full front PPF installed on my Tesla Model Y, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was done with exceptional attention to detail and a quick turnaround time. Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

Can’t recommend JoeyClean enough. They take pride in their work and really do take care of their customers. I brought our car to JoeyClean to have scratches buffed out and the car shined up but there was one scratch that faded but just wouldn’t completely go away. I asked about it and JoeyClean went over it again using different tools and then actually drove our car back to our home for us to accommodate our schedule. They went above and beyond. We have been using the Apple Valley Paradise Location for years and we have been immensely pleased and impressed with the level of service we get. The prices are actually very reasonable when you consider the quality of the product. The wash itself is thorough, never any dirty patches left like when using a gas station car wash. We also find it to be economical to pay for the exterior monthly wash pass because we drive older vehicles and getting them washed frequently has greatly reduced the impact of the MN salty roads on the body of our older vehicles. I also love that we can be in and out fairly quickly, with a nice lobby to wait in, clean and updated bathrooms, and they often serve free popcorn and coffee. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Great asset to our neighborhood.

Tried these guys for the first time today. I can say I was definitely less than impressed. I could have went to quick trip with close to the same end result at less than half the price. I bought the highest quality exterior wash available. When I was given my truck back I had to ask for a towl to finish drying the windows and spots on the truck myself. Also my grill mirrors and other parts still are full of bugs. Pictures attached. Overall just disappointing. I expected more from a facility like this.

360 Ultra Detail is the best place in town to get your car detailed. They have detailed my car every year for the last 10 years! My car is 10 years old and it looks brand new thanks to them. They detail the car as if it was their car. I could not get an appointment one year so went to another place and was so disappointed in the service by the other company. They were cheaper but no comparison to 360 Ultra Detail.

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Paid nearly $20 and I question if I even got a car wash. My wheels do not look polished even though they supposedly were, my back hatch still is dirty even though they also had somebody manually power washing at the enterance, and my windshield is spotty. My car was not horrifically dirty prior to getting this wash- these photos were taken about 20 mins after my wash when I ran my next errand. Basically spread dirt around on my car. This wash didn’t meet my expectations at all and I would not return.

WOW!! Curtis (the manager at Paradise Car Wash & Detail Center in West Bloomington) met and exceeded my expectations!! It's a hit and miss for me. They charge more than a usual car wash but yur detail is not there. A bunch of very young high school kids work here and don't pay attention to detail. But overall they do a good job around the car.

Highly recommend McClure's for having your car cleaned/detailed. My elderly father's car had sit unused for several weeks and become covered in mildew inside due to a leak. Bryan did a great job of cleaning & sanitizing the inside of the car as well as flushing the air ducts. I redeemed my free car wash at Cloud 9 on Monday, November 25th to get a feel for their service. Upon arriving, I had some difficulty finding the entrance to the wash and ended up circling the building a bit. Eventually, I pulled up to the open garage doors, where the workers flagged me to pull forward. After entering, they asked me to leave the car running and the keys inside. At this point, I wasn’t sure where to go next, so I mentioned that I had a free wash. They directed me to the lobby with a ticket in hand. The first thing I noticed upon entering the lobby was the cloudy glass, likely from dried soap. While this wasn’t a major concern, it was my first impression of the inside of the facility. I approached the counter where a staff member was on her phone, and I briefly felt as though I had interrupted her. I informed her about my free wash, and she efficiently checked my phone and collected the ticket. I then asked how the process worked. She explained that once the car reaches the end of the line and is fully wiped down, they would signal for me to get back in my car. Overall, the process was straightforward, but the lack of clear guidance made it a bit unclear where I should go or what to do without asking questions. Without asking questions, I would have been confused about how things worked. Later, on Monday, December 2nd, I called to inquire about their membership pricing, particularly inquiring about the details of the exterior wash included in the full-service package. The staff member I spoke with was brief and didn’t offer much detail, which made the conversation feel somewhat uninviting. While she wasn’t rude, the tone of the call came across as somewhat short/rushed and discouraged me from requesting to sign up for a membership at that time. That being said, the actual car wash was excellent. My car came out sparkling clean, smelled great, and the staff did a thorough job drying the door jams, which is especially important now that we’re in the winter months. In summary, while the service itself was fantastic, I felt the customer service/experience could be improved, particularly in terms of clarity. This is why I’ve rated the experience 4 out of 5 stars. Despite the minor setbacks, I would return for future washes based on the quality of the wash and drying process.

Jim was great to work with. I had my company vehicle tinted a few months ago. There have been no issues with the tint at all and extremely happy with the way the vehicle now looks with the tint.
