I had my vehicle detailed 10/26/24. The interior work was well done. Unfortunately they damaged the grill of my car. When I brought this to the attention of the guy doing the detailing he said the vehicle came in damaged… I showed him proof of the vehicle being undamaged from 3 weeks prior and he still denied damaging the grill of my vehicle. Prices are quite expensive, and now I have to have body work done. And good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to air your grievances or even confirm the appointment. Poor professionalism, hard to get ahold of, and expensive. I would recommend going to a different detail center.

I ran into a pretty nasty predicament. My dad puked in the car and I was calling every car wash and detailer to see if they would clean it, all of them said no, until I found dubbs bubbles. I think it was the owner but he is a great guy. I really was not looking forward to cleaning this up myself. He said he could do it, but it would be in the morning, unfortunately I needed the car clean today because this is the car I would use to pack up and leave for college tomorrow in the morning. He said "you know what, just pull in" I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t find him but man I’m grateful. If I ever need a detail or a wash ik this is the spot to go now from now on!

Good car wash & quick interior detailing establishment. I got their 2nd best package, the platinum interior package with new car smell for $47 after taxes with no tip included in that price. The videos I attached are less than 5 minutes after the carwash, maybe a mile away from the location. There were a few soap suds left that dried. Other than that, it was a great job on the exterior. (Video context: My car had scratches prior to the wash) The interior I had no issues with, they did a good job. I would recommend picking a different car sent, I forgot that the new car smell really is just fresh plastic. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. This was the first time I've been to this establishment. The doors did not have a handicap accessibility button. The environment was low to moderate noise levels, moderate when the exterior air dryers activated. 2015s-2017s Modern interior design (not that that matters really, but it was nice) and moderate lighting levels. They did a pretty good job all in all for $47, I don't think I could've wished for a better outcome.

Would have all stars if there were more employees that acted as if they cared about their job more and really wanted to receive a tip for showing great customer service. I truly understand understand if some patrons aren’t friendly but I’m sure most are willing to give a great tip if more stores had more employees there to help. So sorry for long review but I truly love to clean my car and I always try new spots to experience different individuals customer services. I’m thankful for you guys tho. I’ve been a loyal customer of Perfect 10 Car Wash for a while, always bringing both my car and my wife’s car for their most expensive wash. That’s over $160 each visit, but after today’s experience, I will never return. An employee named Richard, who goes by Rich, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I paid to have all 5 mats cleaned (front 2, back 2, and the cargo mat) and removed all my belongings as asked, which he just stood and watched me do. No problem, but then he did a half-hearted vacuuming job and ran off to do something else. When I politely pointed out areas he missed, he laughed, redid it, and sarcastically said, “Is that good, your highness?” I reminded him I was paying for the service—it’s not free. When the cleaning was done, I started putting my belongings back, and one of the other employees offered to help, but Rich stopped them, telling them not to assist me. The wipe-down was sloppy, and the vacuuming was just as bad—spots everywhere were missed. Just look at the photos I took immediately after the wash! For the amount of money I’ve spent here monthly, I expect good service, not rude behavior and poor quality. If this is how they treat customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Perfect 10 Car Wash is far from perfect.

I got the top of the line “Perfect 10” wash today. I’d have to spend an entire afternoon to give my pick-up the level of clean that I get from the “Perfect 10” wash, however when you’re paying almost $50 for a service that takes about 10-15 minutes from start to finish it would be nice to have a bit more attention to detail so I don’t have to spend another half hour to clean the areas that were missed. Perfect 10, you have a lot of competition in the area, and attention to detail is the one thing that separates you from the explosion of drive-thru car washes. I’ll still go to Perfect 10, but probably go for the mid-range washes since I’ll still have some clean up to do when I get home.

I brought my 2024 Kia Telluride to City Wide Auto Spa for PPF & Ceramic coat. I'm extremely pleased with the service & impressed with the results. They took the time to explain the benefits of each service & made sure I knew how to properly care for my vehicle afterward. I will start by saying I recommend this business for your vehicle tinting needs. The work was done as promised and the time taken to show the different tint levels, ensuring I had a good understanding of all options for window tinting that were available. I also got my vehicle interior detailed. I was satisfied with the work. At the time of my pickup, I was given a walk through of the vehicle and the work done. They did a great job. Not the very best, but efficient. Your car wash needs will be fulfilled here. $1.50 is the required amount to get you 2mins of operation, and a $1, and for a much more longer time, for vacuuming. It looks a lot more cleaner and safer compared to some years ago.

Been here before and had a great experience but this time wasn't so great. You can see my floor mats are still sopping wet and dirty they said they don't clean the seats which they did last time so they're still covered with sticky stuff and my dash is full of dust still. Looks like they just wiped down the top of the dash real quick and the steering wheel. Got the 'Better'deal. Not worth they almost $27 it cost.

While I appreciate the effort put forth by the car detail shop, I must express my disappointment with the quality of their services. Despite paying a premium price, the results were far below what I expected. Upon inspection, I found that the wheels were still filthy and required additional cleaning, the car panels were not adequately cleaned, and there were unvacuumed areas on the carpet. Furthermore, upon drying, I noticed stains from salt or cleaning solution, which further detracted from the overall cleanliness. In essence, what was promised as a comprehensive car detailing felt more like a rushed and overpriced car wash.

A few months ago I became a Titanium Member which gets you the best wash experience and along with that they have free vacuums. One thing to note however is that, this is not a touch less car wash. In the plus side of that is, the scrubbing part of the wash is more likely to to a better job of cleaning up stubborn dirt from you vehicle versus a touch less car wash.

Unresponsive and no show for appointment. I made an appointment for service. I arrived early and the sign said "open". It was pouring rain. I called the office number many times and no one answered. I walked around to the front door after the appointment time and it was locked. No one came to the door after knocking. I knocked on the garage and no one responded. Very disappointed at this level of "customer service". I waited 45 minutes before leaving. I'll update if they ever respond.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Waste Your Money! I would strongly advise against using their services. I paid $510 for an interior detailing (level 3 dirtiness) and was left disappointed, frustrated, and feeling completely scammed. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Unfinished Work & Extra Charges: When I booked my appointment, I expected a thorough cleaning, especially considering the hefty price. However, the most basic task—cleaning the floor mats—wasn’t done. I was told that cleaning the mats would cost an additional $100. I find it hard to believe that something as essential as floor mats wouldn’t be included in a $510 service. This felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me after I had already paid a premium price. 2. Poor Communication & Time Management: I made an appointment for 9:15 AM, but I received a call asking me to come at 10:30 AM because the technician was “stuck in traffic.” Fine, I understood, and I adjusted my schedule. However, when I arrived at 10:30 AM, I called the shop and sent a text letting them know I was outside. No response. I waited for another 30-40 minutes before I decided to leave and go home. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had taken the time to show up. 3. Promises of Overnight Work, But No Progress: I decided to give them another chance, so I went back and handed over my keys. The owner told me his team would need to work overnight to complete the detailing due to the delayed start. I was told the car would be ready the following day, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. 4. Bizarre Excuses & No Follow-Up: The next day, I texted around 4 PM to check on the status of my car, and I received a call back claiming that when the technician was cleaning the back seats, he found “black liquid” coming out of them, which meant they needed more time to finish the job. This excuse felt like complete BS. The next day, I followed up several more times, asking for an update, but received no response until around 8 PM, when I was finally told that the car was ready. 5. Subpar Results & Broken Promises: When I arrived to pick up my car, I was extremely disappointed. The cleaning was rushed and far from thorough. While my car looked a bit cleaner than before, it was nowhere near the level of service I had expected for the price. The owner had promised to send before-and-after pictures of my car, but those never arrived. Additionally, he told me that if I noticed any areas still dirty, he would be able to clean it for free. This offer was never honored. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, I never received a response. 6. Overall Frustration & Poor Customer Service: In the end, I felt completely scammed. The entire process was poorly managed, the communication was non-existent, and the final result was far from what I paid for. If you want to spend your hard-earned money on a service that doesn’t deliver, and if you don’t mind terrible customer service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car detailing needs.

I had a great experience at Nu-again Auto Detailing and highly recommend their services. I had the complete interior and exterior and it was worth every penny. Not super impressed for the amount of money paid. Seat was still soaking soaking wet when I picked the truck up. I have a dog and paid extra for hair removal and there is still hair everywhere. ( I know there was a lot of it but I’m paying to have it removed) The center council was never opened and cleaned. There is still dirt in the foot pedals. Not what I expected. Also update your pricing, you show up for the appointment expecting to pay $240 dollars but then get quoted $380 dollars. Disappointing.

I would definitely recommend Tanners work. My car was flithy and with working basically everyday of the week i couldn’t find time to clean it and detail it. I reached out to Tanner and he was very quick with responding and scheduling. He got my car spotless in a very respectable amount of time and for a great price. It’s hard to find people with good prices and good work but Tanner is most definitely one of them. Definitely coming back soon!

This is a great car wash! I’ve looked for one like the kind we have in Louisville. It’s great to have free vacuums after you clean your car. I’ve tried other car washing facilities in Minnesota and they just didn’t work. The price was high and service not so good! I went through POP’s the first time and the back of my car still had a little dirt on it. The young ladies working were understanding and let me go back around and tried to clean it before I went back in. I appreciate all their help and friendly customer service! Once the weather breaks I will get a monthly pass for the Summer! 😊

Love this wash! I have a membership here and love being able to support small businesses! They have a moving track that doesn’t make you wait until the person in front of you is fully out of the wash before you can go in - so even when the line is long I’m still in and out super quick! Not only does the wash always get my car clean and shiny, but I’m a big fan of the vacuums they have out front too!
