I’ve been a loyal customer of Perfect 10 Car Wash for a while, always bringing both my car and my wife’s car for their most expensive wash. That’s over $160 each visit, but after today’s experience, I will never return. An employee named Richard, who goes by Rich, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I paid to have all 5 mats cleaned (front 2, back 2, and the cargo mat) and removed all my belongings as asked, which he just stood and watched me do. No problem, but then he did a half-hearted vacuuming job and ran off to do something else. When I politely pointed out areas he missed, he laughed, redid it, and sarcastically said, “Is that good, your highness?” I reminded him I was paying for the service—it’s not free. When the cleaning was done, I started putting my belongings back, and one of the other employees offered to help, but Rich stopped them, telling them not to assist me. The wipe-down was sloppy, and the vacuuming was just as bad—spots everywhere were missed. Just look at the photos I took immediately after the wash! For the amount of money I’ve spent here monthly, I expect good service, not rude behavior and poor quality. If this is how they treat customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Perfect 10 Car Wash is far from perfect.

I got the top of the line “Perfect 10” wash today. I’d have to spend an entire afternoon to give my pick-up the level of clean that I get from the “Perfect 10” wash, however when you’re paying almost $50 for a service that takes about 10-15 minutes from start to finish it would be nice to have a bit more attention to detail so I don’t have to spend another half hour to clean the areas that were missed. Perfect 10, you have a lot of competition in the area, and attention to detail is the one thing that separates you from the explosion of drive-thru car washes. I’ll still go to Perfect 10, but probably go for the mid-range washes since I’ll still have some clean up to do when I get home.

Not super impressed for the amount of money paid. Seat was still soaking soaking wet when I picked the truck up. I have a dog and paid extra for hair removal and there is still hair everywhere. ( I know there was a lot of it but I’m paying to have it removed) The center council was never opened and cleaned. There is still dirt in the foot pedals. Not what I expected. Also update your pricing, you show up for the appointment expecting to pay $240 dollars but then get quoted $380 dollars. Disappointing.

I would definitely recommend Tanners work. My car was flithy and with working basically everyday of the week i couldn’t find time to clean it and detail it. I reached out to Tanner and he was very quick with responding and scheduling. He got my car spotless in a very respectable amount of time and for a great price. It’s hard to find people with good prices and good work but Tanner is most definitely one of them. Definitely coming back soon!

I bought the titanium package and expected greatness. It was good, although a couple smaller spots were missed that I had to clean up myself. Also, the seats I was hoping would look brand new but they weren't able to get all the dirt from them.

AH-MAZING!!! A friend told me about Midwest Detailing after seeing how trashed my 2013 Kia was. I have 2 German Shepherd mixes with hair of all colors and LOTS of it! My car looks like it is brand new and you would never know a dog has ever been in it! I'm terrible at deep cleaning things and have done the bare minimum in up keep but after being detailed, it looks amazing! JC told me it would be done at 2, which is when I arrived back but it took an additional 30 minutes. JC sat and talked with me until it was done, making the time fly by. Very funny guy and truly great customer service. I WILL be back!

I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleaning and get anxious when I have to hire other people to clean. Spending that money for a potentially mediocre job stresses me out - I notice the details visually and worse, I’m super sensitive to smell. Well, after putting it off for years, I finally got interior, exterior, and engine bay detailing with Dream Clean and am so grateful, happy, and relieved with the result! Some aspects of my car that made it a bit harder is that it’s older with lots of scuffs and lots of embedded dog fur, as well as very old parking stickers that I’ve tried many methods to remove over the years and never succeeded. He was able to clean a lot of that up WAY better than I expected, knowing that restoration to new isn’t possible but this was pretty darn close! The most psychologically soothing part is that I can breathe well in my car now, after years of complaining about the dustiness and odor (and letting my anxiety get in the way of actually taking it in). Will not hesitate to use his services again! Already planning to take my husband’s car in and will recommend Dream Clean to my friends as well. Thanks so much again. It really means more than I can express to see such care put into my personal possession.

Tate and his team created a miracle!!! When I delivered our Harley-Davidson CVO Street-Glide 2020, it was dirty, buggy and it had been mistreated for about a year and although a new beautiful bike hid beneath ……. It had been neglected. Tate and his team took it apart and not only cleaned it ….. he then proceeded to put a new coating called “ICON Rocklear” which is many steps greater than ceramic and wax!! The work was done as promised and the time taken to show the different tint levels, ensuring I had a good understanding of all options for window tinting that were available. Unresponsive and no show for appointment. I made an appointment for service. I arrived early and the sign said "open". It was pouring rain. I called the office number many times and no one answered. I walked around to the front door after the appointment time and it was locked. No one came to the door after knocking. I knocked on the garage and no one responded. Very disappointed at this level of "customer service". I waited 45 minutes before leaving. I'll update if they ever respond.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Waste Your Money! I would strongly advise against using their services. I paid $510 for an interior detailing (level 3 dirtiness) and was left disappointed, frustrated, and feeling completely scammed. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1. Unfinished Work & Extra Charges: When I booked my appointment, I expected a thorough cleaning, especially considering the hefty price. However, the most basic task—cleaning the floor mats—wasn’t done. I was told that cleaning the mats would cost an additional $100. I find it hard to believe that something as essential as floor mats wouldn’t be included in a $510 service. This felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me after I had already paid a premium price. 2. Poor Communication & Time Management: I made an appointment for 9:15 AM, but I received a call asking me to come at 10:30 AM because the technician was “stuck in traffic.” Fine, I understood, and I adjusted my schedule. However, when I arrived at 10:30 AM, I called the shop and sent a text letting them know I was outside. No response. I waited for another 30-40 minutes before I decided to leave and go home. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had taken the time to show up. 3. Promises of Overnight Work, But No Progress: I decided to give them another chance, so I went back and handed over my keys. The owner told me his team would need to work overnight to complete the detailing due to the delayed start. I was told the car would be ready the following day, which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. 4. Bizarre Excuses & No Follow-Up: The next day, I texted around 4 PM to check on the status of my car, and I received a call back claiming that when the technician was cleaning the back seats, he found “black liquid” coming out of them, which meant they needed more time to finish the job. This excuse felt like complete BS. The next day, I followed up several more times, asking for an update, but received no response until around 8 PM, when I was finally told that the car was ready. 5. Subpar Results & Broken Promises: When I arrived to pick up my car, I was extremely disappointed. The cleaning was rushed and far from thorough. While my car looked a bit cleaner than before, it was nowhere near the level of service I had expected for the price. The owner had promised to send before-and-after pictures of my car, but those never arrived. Additionally, he told me that if I noticed any areas still dirty, he would be able to clean it for free. This offer was never honored. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, I never received a response. 6. Overall Frustration & Poor Customer Service: In the end, I felt completely scammed. The entire process was poorly managed, the communication was non-existent, and the final result was far from what I paid for. If you want to spend your hard-earned money on a service that doesn’t deliver, and if you don’t mind terrible customer service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car detailing needs.

I just got my car back from Fantastic Finish. Our car had been stolen and there were a few stains on the carpet and upholstery. But mainly, the people who stole the car wrote a surprisingly nice poem in black Sharpie on our beige dashboard. I told Daris about the Sharpie over the phone, and he reassured me that there was a 99% chance he could take care of it. And take care of it he did. He picked up the car and three hours later dropped it off, immaculately clean. A flawless finish, indeed. We got the, “Completely Clean.” And the car is COMPLETELY CLEAN!!!!!! I highly recommend this service.

While I appreciate the effort put forth by the car detail shop, I must express my disappointment with the quality of their services. Despite paying a premium price, the results were far below what I expected. Upon inspection, I found that the wheels were still filthy and required additional cleaning, the car panels were not adequately cleaned, and there were unvacuumed areas on the carpet. Furthermore, upon drying, I noticed stains from salt or cleaning solution, which further detracted from the overall cleanliness. In essence, what was promised as a comprehensive car detailing felt more like a rushed and overpriced car wash.

I’ve tried competitive car washes in the area, and I felt that the quality of the wash was better here, and they certainly have much nicer amenities for drying your car, cleaning your mats and filling your washer fluid. I think it is an excellent value for the money spent if you sign up for their monthly program and then you can wash your car as much as you want. A++++

Mixed feelings about this new car wash I was excited to try this new car wash, especially with the BOGO deal for $30. However, I do think the regular price per wash is a bit steep. On the plus side, I loved the extra amenities like the mat cleaner, towels, and general purpose cleaner – it really made a difference in my cleaning experience. The hose end designed to reach between seats was also a great feature. Unfortunately, it took me forever to find a vacuum that actually worked! For a new place, I expected the equipment to be in better shape. Overall, this car wash has potential, but there's room for improvement, especially with maintenance.

I was looking for a local car detailer and came across Antawn on Google. I saw he was well reviewed and I now know why. I reached out last night, we set up and appointment for 10am today, and my car was finished by 3pm. I live close by so he even picked me up and dropped me off! He did a great job making the salt buildup vanish on the floor mats. The dash looked great, floors were spotless, weather tech was glistening, and the nooks of compartments cleaned. I'll be coming back when my girlfriend's vehicle needs a cleaning. Great job!
