We have been using the Apple Valley Paradise Location for years and we have been immensely pleased and impressed with the level of service we get. The prices are actually very reasonable when you consider the quality of the product. The wash itself is thorough, never any dirty patches left like when using a gas station car wash. We also find it to be economical to pay for the exterior monthly wash pass because we drive older vehicles and getting them washed frequently has greatly reduced the impact of the MN salty roads on the body of our older vehicles. I also love that we can be in and out fairly quickly, with a nice lobby to wait in, clean and updated bathrooms, and they often serve free popcorn and coffee. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Great asset to our neighborhood.

Tried these guys for the first time today. I can say I was definitely less than impressed. I could have went to quick trip with close to the same end result at less than half the price. I bought the highest quality exterior wash available. When I was given my truck back I had to ask for a towl to finish drying the windows and spots on the truck myself. Also my grill mirrors and other parts still are full of bugs. Pictures attached. Overall just disappointing. I expected more from a facility like this.

The detail I received was excellent. My cat peed all over the car. If you don’t know, that smell does not lift easily when cleaned. Like at all. It took like 3.5 hours but it feels like a new car! Prices are extremely fair! Thank you so much for all your hard work on my beat up ford! I will be back if I ever need any other car services provided here!

I recently took my father in law’s vehicle here. His vehicle had been sitting for 8 months in his garage. He is lives in a rural farm area. His 2016 Toyota Corolla was a disaster. It stunk and It had stains on the seats. Filthy on the inside. So much so I drove it to Wyatt’s shop with the windows down!! Wyatt took that vehicle and went above and beyond to detail and restore it!! He took extra time detailing it to get the stains and smell out🙌 I am so amazed at the how it turned out. I didn’t even believe it was the same vehicle. Wyatt worked tirelessly at it and did an amazing job!! The car looks brand new now. I highly recommend Wyatt. I will definitely be back soon with our family vehicle!! He is the only guy I will ever take our vehicles to now. Thank you Wyatt

Waste of time and money. Their are 4 options for a car wash but zero explanation what they do. Still have mud on my car and the facilities are dirty. Go somewhere else.

It’s rare that I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review. That said, Chris at O.C. Detail is amazing. He truly cares about providing a great service with a great product. He is the ultimate professional at what he does. I took my car in for the ceramic coating with a 9-yr warranty, plus some additional detailing. The car was immaculate. Of course, a product should be great right out the door, so it has actually been a month since Chris applied the coatings. And after a month without washing the car and putting 1000 road miles on the vehicle, I washed my car by hand yesterday, and the bug guts just wiped right off, the wheels became spotless with no effort, and when I was done drying, the car had a sparkle better than when it was in the showroom at the dealer. The paint is so smooth you can feel it with your hand, and dry cloths just slide right off of it. I can honestly say I am very happy with Chris’ work and his product. If you are wanting a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, don’t settle for the sub-par stuff the dealer offers when you buy your car new. Chris uses the genuine product and he stands behind it and his work. Unlike a dealership, if you aren’t happy with Chris’ work, it means everything to him.

This used to be my go to until today when I noticed they no longer take quarters. I don’t understand why a quarter wash would go quarterless. Also I had to try several different bays and none of the choices besides water worked in any of them. Bummer.

Pretty shaky experience. Day 1, I wasn’t given advanced notice of their parking lot being worked on, so had to go and find out, then make another reservation. Day 2, I sat at the store for 2 hours only to find they cannot do my car. Had to make another reservation. Day 3, finally he starts working on my car. Really really sloppy tint job. 4 side windows are not all bad even though all 4 sides are uneven. I have small windows next to the back windows, and those tints are terrible. Looks like someone’s first ever tint job. I will never go back to this store even if they offer to fix my time for free. They don’t even charge a reduced price, so I would rather go to a better and more professional people. Instead of taking accountability, you blamed me for tampering with the tint. For your info, I didn't put the windows down for 4 days, and washed the windows after 2 weeks time. So no, I didn't tamper with your tint job. This is exactly why I won't go back to you for fixing it. Just to look good on google, you blamed it on me. It's sad.

I’m at the end of my car’s lease, and getting ready to return it to the dealer. After 3 years of accumulating dirt, dust, pet hair, and whatever else you can think of, i didn’t want to leave anything to chance and get dinged with cleaning fees. I chose Dream Workz to clean the interior, and I’m impressed with the work Nick did. It looks and smells essentially brand new, and there’s not a cat or dog hair to be found.

I came here to leave a 1 star review, I guess I'm not the only one, WOW!. My 1 star story: after having my Range Rover through the wash I noticed I was missing a factory body panel vent. I notified the wash, then a wash employee found it on their track. It was determined to have been blown off by their blow dryers. They told me they'd pay for $24 in new factory clips. Problem? The panel was left damaged from laying on the track and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the wash wouldn't take responsibility. The insulting part is them trying to tell me they were trying to go above and beyond by purchasing $24 in clips. Let me get this straight, they think having me drive around an $80k Range Rover with a cosmetically damaged door panel is going above and beyond? This is a sad situation, I was an avid Mister monthly car wash customer, but not anymore since they don't know what responsibility means. UPDATE DEC 24TH: After 8 weeks of back and forth Emails with corporate, they have now ghosted me after taking no responsibility.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this car wash. I paid for the most expensive wash expecting a good outcome and the truck came out of the wash not even clean, and an MASSIVE amount of swirl marks are now present. I will now need to pay to get my truck professionally paint corrected. Do not use this wash unless you like wasting your money and destroying your paint.

Spades detailing did an amazing job with detailing the interior of my car! It looks brand new! They were able to get a weird smell out of the carpet that store bought shampoos could not get out. Such a great job! My truck was parked for a long time and an animal got inside and left a mess. Called a few places and individuals, and finally decided to go with Michael's Auto Detail. Michael took the time to explain to me the tools and products he would be using as well as the services he would be doing. Michael was kind enough to clean my truck the next day, I have a newborn so it needed to be deep cleaned and disinfected.. results were amazing! I was shocked how detailed Michael was, he took his time, disinfected very well and left my truck looking better than new. Prices are reasonable considering the time he takes to effectively leave your vehicle clean, trust me I asked around... you will get your money's worth! I will definitely be using them again 🛻

My car needed a detail and I've been dreading finding a new place after moving to the desert due to having a lot of bad experiences. And this place was new so I really didn't know what to expect. And I'll say they did about the best detail my car has ever had done! It seems like there is always at least one thing that a car wash will miss. Be it a regular wash or a detail. And I really could find nothing! They also did a great job cleaning up a coffee spill I had from months ago. Can't even tell any more! And on top of it they gave me a ride home while I waited for the detail. Great cleaning and great service. At an unbeatable price. I will definitely be back.

I got a full front PPF installed on my Tesla Model Y, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was done with exceptional attention to detail and a quick turnaround time. I used one choice detailing a couple years ago and got Travis, who did a phenomenal job on an Altima I was selling. Since he did a wonderful job, I decided to have my Jeep detailed last month. They sent a new employee to my home with their mobile vehicle at no cost, which I was initially very excited about. He was a nice young kid, very polite. However the detailing was not a thorough job at all. I do have 2 dogs that ride in my Jeep and a baby, so I'm sure it was a hard task. However, much of the dog hair was still present after the detail, the seats and cup holders were still dirty, and the inside of the windows weren't cleaned at all. The windshield still had the grimy/dusty buildup after the detail was complete. I should have checked the vehicle over while the employee was still present and asked him to more thoroughly clean it. I did email Travis with photos of the still dirty seats, cup holders, dog hair, etc, and asked for the pet hair fee to be removed since it wasn't done. Travis replied saying he's sorry to hear, and that the employee is "3 weeks new to the team so it looks like he needs to pay a bit more attention to the quality of work" and that the employee "wasn't feeling well that day so that may have played a role". Travis did deduct the pet hair fee, but no offer to finish cleaning the vehicle, and I was still billed the full detailing price (minus the dog hair fee). I feel bad since the young kid was very nice and I don't want to cause him any trouble, but am still frustrated I received a very subpar auto detail. I won't be using the company again unfortunately.

I've been going to Travis for about 6-7 years now. When I met him he was a single person business. He does really good work when he details your car. I've have gone back to Travis for my car washes and detailing. I still want to continue giving him business but his communication has gone down hill as time goes on. He doesn't return your calls, texts or emails in a timely manner. It can take a few hours or days to get a reply. Many occasions no reply back at all! And it always seems to be something(sick, vacation, no cell coverage, etc)why he didn't return my calls or email. I’ve have even told this to him several months back and he said he will 'note' it. His communication and customer service skills is his weak point and I hope it improves. Even my father told this to me about Travis. This past summer I had him shampoo my carpet. Noticed a stain after the job on the back carpet. He said he tried several chemicals with no luck and will try again when he can get me into his schedule in the next few days. Went to Paradise few days later and they removed the stain for like $10 with no problem. I hate giving a negative review but I wish he would really think about his communication and customer service skills and improve it. Customer service is always #1 when running a business. For example: I emailed him 9 days ago. Still no reply.

Leon and On the Spot Detail are FANTASTIC. My husband's car desperately needed a cleaning - from wine stains to food residue to throw up. It was BAD. Leon fit us in immediately on a Saturday, returned our car to us in pristine condition, and was much more reasonably priced than several other detailers who were too busy to fit us in. We cannot recommend him and his team enough!!

RM Auto Spa absolutely knocked it out of the park with the paint correction services on my BMW M3. Reece revived the paint on my 1995 BMW and truly turned back the hands of time, making the car appear brand new. His attention to detail is second to none. Very professional and knowledgeable individual that executes phenomenal work. I can’t think of taking my cars anywhere else for paint correction or ceramic coating. Reece at RM Auto Spa did a phenomenal job with my Audi S6. He was able to remove several dents and scratches, fully restore the paint, and protect it with a combination of ceramic coating and paint protection film. I redeemed my free car wash at Cloud 9 on Monday, November 25th to get a feel for their service. Upon arriving, I had some difficulty finding the entrance to the wash and ended up circling the building a bit. Eventually, I pulled up to the open garage doors, where the workers flagged me to pull forward. After entering, they asked me to leave the car running and the keys inside. At this point, I wasn’t sure where to go next, so I mentioned that I had a free wash. They directed me to the lobby with a ticket in hand. The first thing I noticed upon entering the lobby was the cloudy glass, likely from dried soap. While this wasn’t a major concern, it was my first impression of the inside of the facility. I approached the counter where a staff member was on her phone, and I briefly felt as though I had interrupted her. I informed her about my free wash, and she efficiently checked my phone and collected the ticket. I then asked how the process worked. She explained that once the car reaches the end of the line and is fully wiped down, they would signal for me to get back in my car. Overall, the process was straightforward, but the lack of clear guidance made it a bit unclear where I should go or what to do without asking questions. Without asking questions, I would have been confused about how things worked. Later, on Monday, December 2nd, I called to inquire about their membership pricing, particularly inquiring about the details of the exterior wash included in the full-service package. The staff member I spoke with was brief and didn’t offer much detail, which made the conversation feel somewhat uninviting. While she wasn’t rude, the tone of the call came across as somewhat short/rushed and discouraged me from requesting to sign up for a membership at that time. That being said, the actual car wash was excellent. My car came out sparkling clean, smelled great, and the staff did a thorough job drying the door jams, which is especially important now that we’re in the winter months. In summary, while the service itself was fantastic, I felt the customer service/experience could be improved, particularly in terms of clarity. This is why I’ve rated the experience 4 out of 5 stars. Despite the minor setbacks, I would return for future washes based on the quality of the wash and drying process.

I purchased a full service wash with an interior package cleaning totalling $41 and some change. After the "service" my vehicle still had bugs on the front bumper and the windshield wasn't clean on the inside with smear marks. This place is all about how many cars they can push through their doors with no quality control. $41 for what? You're better off paying $10-14 at a gas station.
