Chase - such a great guy; polite and professional. He’s efficient with replies to emails and texts; he has a very organized operation, with processes such as self booking for appointments and an auto remind system set up for when your appointment is approaching, etc. I love a business where things fall together so seamlessly for the client. The only bad thing is that my car looks so nice now that I don’t want to drive it anywhere; he made a 12 year old car look showroom new! Wickedly Impressed! This place did a top notch job to my BMW. Inside and outside detail job w paint touch up, fix curb rash on wheels, etc! Worth every cent. Very courteous and professional. Cleaning service was exceptional but I also had some dent removal done. My son had this done there and it was great. I expected the same but it is pretty easy to see the dents still after they said they could get rid of them. It didn’t cost much so you get what you pay for. However, these guys are top notch for interior detailing services.

Believe the hype!!!!! Owner and operator Rocky runs a supreme operation. My car has only 30,000 miles on it and after the clean it is literally DRIVING BETTER. Like, *everything* feels smoother. I’m a crazy perfectionist and I’m blown away with the attention to detail. Rocky was able to remove some stuff I didn’t even ask about because I didn’t think they could be fixed - scrape marks on the ext body, makeup stains on the passenger mirror fabric, and more. There was a slight delay on the car due to a family emergency, and he went so above and beyond throwing in an engine bay detailing and others worth over $200 and FOLKS — this is the way. Get the engine detailing. I’ve never been much of a car detailing guy but I’m a convert, it runs so smooth. Also love Rocky‘s vision of evolving his artisan operation into a space for clients and families to hang out, sit by a fire, enjoy a drink while also getting the car taken care of. I recently moved to GR and my Civic SI needed a good hand wash. After calling around, I gave DID616 a try and am very glad I did! Dwayne, the owner, and his son, Xavier, were knowledgeable professionals who took the time to understand exactly how my car had been previously detailed and what I could expect from them in terms of products and methods employed to clean and maintain my car's appearance. These guys are super friendly and made my experience an actual pleasure. Dwayne answered my many questions with suggestions and tips derived from years of experience in the auto detailing world. He even suggested a nearby coffee shop (Wildroast, excellent joe) to visit while servicing my vehicle. An hour later my SI was ready to hit the road, looking like I just drove off the dealer's lot! Braeden was super quick to pick up the phone when I called to inquire & once on the line was so friendly and professional. He took time to explain how things worked & answer all my questions. Then went above & beyond to get me scheduled, and made drop off & pickup of the vehicle a breeze. I was single mommin’ it that week so him working after my kids got off the bus and having it done by morning so I could pick up in time for school/ work that next day was so helpful! The results were great, he got to all the areas I couldn’t and even threw in a microfiber cloth & air freshener when done! He detailed our 6 year old SUV that is frequented by 2 kids and the family dog. It was much needed and I greatly appreciate his hard work! He definitely knows what he’s doing, does it well & follows through as planned. Highly recommend these guys for auto detailing!! He did an incredibly amazing job on my SUV. He cleaned my engine bay & did an interior clean .It looks and smells like a brand new car!! Be aware of this carwash!!! I took my brand new truck that I just bought from the dealer there and when it came out my truck was ruined. When I drove my truck over to the vacuum area, my truck had soap marks all over and ghost scratches that I thought it was just the soap. I called who worked there out and he told me to drive in again because he wanted to find a solution.I drove my in there again and it came out all wet soaked it wasn’t even dried at all. The guy said it looked ok and went back inside right away. I was drying it around with a microfiber cleaning cloth when i started wiping down one of my mudflaps went missing on the driver side. The truck still had ghost scratch marks. I called the number of the place and they told me they did not see the other mudflap and that if I wanted to I can file a claim and they were going to call me back the next day and see if they can cover me for those damages. Till this day I haven’t received no call or refund. I canceled my membership right after because it’s not worth it although i was paying for the “#1 works”. I feel really upset because we spend our hard earned money to drive a nice vehicle and so that a carwash screws it up.

To start off I am not a person who would usually even rite a review. I was referred here by a friend who also got detailing done here. So to start off I installed k&n cold air intakes on to my car previous to getting my engine bay detailed maybe a week prior. A 500+ kit may I add, everything was good. I called magic touch Friday I believe to get my engine bay cleaned. I was ecstatic to get it done because it was really dirty after purchasing the car. I made an appointment for Saturday. Previous to this appointment I put k&n filter covers over my filter to keep excess water and grime out of the filters so it made the filters a bit more hard to see with out them being on. When I arrived to get my car Saturday after dropping it off at 11 I was told to pick it up by 12. To the eye the owner did a great job. But what I didn’t realize is that the filters were water soaked. After getting back to my house I popped the hood and took another look to disbelief my intakes were crushed from the water and heat combined. I called magic touch to inform them of the situation. I was told that my money would be returned which it was. But still did not take care of my current situation replacing over 150+ dollars for two new filters. I was told all I could do was get the money back from the wash and was at first threatened to not get any of my money back if I chose to go another route over the situation because of course I wanted reimbursement for the filters and was told that he has been detailing for over 20 years and there was nothing else he could do. Was the engine cleaned well yes. It looks great. Were my filters water soaked and damaged yes. Was I reimbursed for the damages no.

Employees was nice and helpful! My car was dirty but not bad enough a normal car wash couldn’t get! Left with back window still dirty! The reply to one of the comments i read where the employee said they’re the only town to prep cars b4 going into the tunnel is a LIE! Quality car wash down the street does and even brushes the cars b4 going in so had I went there my windows wouldn’t be dirty!

I purchased the interior cleaning package at this location today. When I received my car back, I noticed there was still dirt and hair on the seats, barely anything was wiped on the inside, and they threw away a full pizza that was in my car. I wasn’t expecting full interior detail quality, but I’m not sure what they did other than throw away “trash” for me. I called and spoke to the manager and he didn’t even apologize, just flatly offered me a complimentary wash upon my return. I told him I would not be returning to this location, though I’ve been a loyal customer here for 3 years and specifically returned to this location due to their high quality service in the past.

Not a bad job for $25. They even vacuumed out the car seats granted it took two seconds for my granddaughter to throw stuff back on the floor. They cleaned out and and wiped down the seat protectors on the back of the seats they picked up all the toys the kids threw all over the floor. They emptied the trash bucket. Honestly I wish I would’ve took before pictures. The kids had a snack fight so really for $25. OK there are some spots that could’ve been a little better, but it was a quick job I did not get a wash I requested not to so really for the price pretty good I will go back and get the full detail

At $230 for an interior detail on my 2016 Jeep Patriot High Altitude, saying this was a disappointing job would be a serious understatement. The dash wasn't wiped ( it seemed like he thought about doing it because there was cleaning spray residue near the air vents, which wasn't wiped off) the glass was cleaned half assed, the rear view mirror wasn't touched, the seats weren't wiped (but the back of the headrests had spray residue, which he forgot to wipe off) and much of the interior trim was apparently invisible because it also wasn't cleaned. I'm not sure if it was the detail guy's first week on the job or what, but don't use them if this is the standard they hold their employees to. The only positive thing I can say is that he did a great job vacuuming and cleaning the center console. I'll do it myself next time, I could do a better job while being sick with the flu. Some context for the enclosed pictures: the car had recently been to the body shop for some repairs with the windshield removed, hence all of the rubbing compound dust in the interior.

DO NOT USE! His crew broke my windshield on 09/19/2024. Owner Joe called me and yelled at me that I was lying. Refused to refund the horrible detail job his crew did. Advised he would only pay me after insurance handled it. Mind you his crew member admitted he did it by accident and was afraid to let us know (he's a kid we get it and were understanding of this) but to treat your customer the way we were treated was insane. Owner was on scene and rolling his eyes at everything I said. I asked that he reimburse me for the detailing and that he give me $418 for the windshield to be repaired the next day as we had sold the car. I then even offered to just accept the money for the windshield. He refused both and slammed a business card down on my hood and walked away. These are AFTER pictures. I can only say had my husband, dad, brothers, or any man been I would have been treated differently.

Highly impressed with my interior detail on our Jeep! I have a mom car that my 2 young kids have trashed over the years and had no hope that it would feel clean and stain feee again. Issac did a great job with my vehicle!!!! I can't believe how great my car looks after K&G detailed it. I feel like I have a new car. The car was great inside and out. Every cup holder and odd space was totally cleaned. I got the Zurich Shield stain protection plan when I got my Buick so when I noticed I had some stains on my front seats I decided to get them taken care of. I made my appointment through Fox Shine Detail center and the entire process went smoothly. They had great flexibility allowing me to drop off my car at 8:15am before work and pick it up after I get out at 5:30pm. As you can tell by the photos they took care of the stains! They really did a great job. I’d highly recommend taking your car to get taken care of by them.

I usually always go to this car wash over Mr. Car wash, but the owner/boss doesn’t care of customer service. I spent $20.00 for the ultimate wash and the tire shine only did my left side, but didn’t get my right side. I brought it up to the attendant and he said they couldn’t do anything about it. I will not be coming here again.

I took my new truck to this company because the dealer I bought my truck from recommended them. That was maybe four years ago and my frame of my truck is covered in rust all trapped inside the undercoating! Don’t get your vehicle undercoated especially a new one. The stuff they use traps in moisture and you won’t know it until your whole frame is rusted out. I feel like they could have done a better prep and MAYBE this wouldn’t have happened. Now I’m looking into having the whole trucks frame replaced along with several other critical parts.

Karl helped restore the original paint on my 1995 Mazda Rx7. Karl took the time to research my car and made sure that he had a plan that would for sure not mess up my paint and still be able to restore the gloss that it was missing. I utilized this business to primarily do some color correction and ceramic coating to my 2020 explorer ST. Karl was a magician with the paint and the vehicle ended up looking brand new when he was done.
