These are the kind I reviews I really like to give. We have taken several of our vehicles to Ziebart of Westland over the years and everytime it has been a 5 star performance. Recently we took our 2018 Buick Regal in to have its very light colored interior cleaned and protected. And there were a number of blemishes on the hood that needed attention. When we picked up our vehicle it was in showroom shape, both inside and outside. It even had that new car smell inside. Once again, Ziebart of Westland knocks it right over the fence and out of the park.

I want to share my experience with Jazzy Fresh Mobile Detailing, run by the amazing Jasmine. I needed someone who could do a real good deep clean on my 2009 Saturn Vue, which had been sitting in the previous owner's driveway for three years. I took my minivan to Larry to apply a ceramic coating after spending many years DIY detailing previous vehicles. Time will tell how long the coating holds up, but I was very impressed with how thorough a job Larry did. He was also super nice and spent time making sure all my questions were answered and telling me how to maintain the coating for best longevity, not to mention showing up on a Sunday for me to pick my car up. Overall a great experience!

The driveway and entry are filthy. The "belt was stuck" but they were open anyway. I drove through anyway. Big mistake. The nozzles for the wax etc. never came on. Huge waste of money. Never again.

I have gone here 2 times. Both times have sucked. This place is the worst. A regular wash is hardly any soap. As you get to the end, the dryer wouldn't dry a tear. Theytowel off the car, and there was more dirt on the towels than my car when I pulled in. The windows were smeared like butter and when I got home I had to redo the whole car. If you want to waste money, go here. Lotta flashing lights is what your paying for. Anyone giving this place more than one star is either related or crazy

Clean, fast and good customer service. This place was quite busy when I visited in a Saturday afternoon. Service was still fast and friendly, and I also was able to get into one of the free vacuum stalls. There were at least two people changing the trash holders and keeping things tidy . Fair prices and no pressure to upgrade my wash package.

Haters gonna hate. Parked MY BU on a Friday evening. Went out Monday morning to see it had been vandalized on the hood, roof and both sides front panels and doors with 🍓's 😫😒 I don't know when it happened so I didn't know if it would wash out or if I'd need to detail it out (years of experienceand still have my own eqp.) I thought I'd try the car wash method first hoping not to kill my day off detailing wirh an acid wash. Went to Tommy's a few minutes away, talked to the very nice associates there 😀 and they made a suggestion. I'm not sure which wash I got...but ta-dah, MY BU was beautiful again 😍 I apologize if the before and after pics aren't that great but live, it was a mess. I just downloaded the app, signed up and will use the services for future washes 👍💪🏽

I recently had my car detailed at Mitten Touch Auto, and I have to say, their customer service is on another level. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, focusing on every tiny detail. I’ve cleaned my own car for years and have been to a bunch of car washes and detailers in the area, but none compare to the quality at Mitten Touch. Every time I go here the police have someone pulled over in the parking lot. Just love hearing their loudspeaker, sirens and getting blinded with police lights while trying to wash my damn work truck. Other than that the place is well kept.

The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is they tend to close early from their posted hours. I been trying to get my semi washed for months. They do a very good job. I wish I took before pics because the truck came out looking almost new. Other than them closing early, most of the time they are a great place to get your truck washed.

I've been coming here for many years. Wife has a membership with that for 40 a month. I'm disappointed in the effort they put into it lately drying it off and spray prepping it before going through the car wash. They claim its no need to spray off the car as much due to the side blasters or whatever. Little do they know the side blasters along don't get all of the dirt off. I went through the carwash 2 days in row just so the dirt trails will come off the side of the door and its still there. I watches them dry my vehicle and they didnt even bother drying the doors. It was just the windows and hood. I was the only car there and seems like they was rushing just so they can do what they wanted to do afterwards because its usually slow in the mornings. In the pictures you can see the dirt trail on the side door where, they never spray prep it from the beginning nor did they attempt to wipe it off. I had to wipe it off myself. Not trying to make a huge big fuss but if 40 a month is being paid I shouldn't have to go over someone else work.

I’ve patronized Johnson’s car wash for 20 years. This used to be my favorite car wash. I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that the business model changed and they no longer offer interior cabin cleaning which sucks. Without that service- there’s no reason to go out of the way to come here. It’s now just a more expensive version of the $5 car wash.

*****UPDATED 10/14/2020***** Zax management did reach out to me and apologize for the tire shine debacle (it was a software issue with the computer / wash package) and the scratching of my mirrors. The last few times I've been through and have examined the mirrors, it appears they have repaired whatever was off with the carwash components. The girl with the colored hair is still nice and does a pretty good job with the spraying down of the car before it goes in the car wash. I am now upgrading my review to 4.5 stars from 2. ************************************************************************* "More expensive is not always the best" I've been going to Zax for a while now and I have never really had any issues..........until the last couple months. I pay monthly for the "ultimate wash" which is supposed to be the "cats meow" of car washes. Well, let me give everyone a fair word of advice (which will be backed up by the photos below)......stay away from the packages that offer the "TIRE SHINE" near the end of the wash. Oh yes, your tires will have that beautiful shine on them, but that spray gets everywhere. Drive about a mile down the road and you will find that the tire shine all over the sides your car in the way of black spots which is the shine attracting all the road dirt. Alloy wheels after "Tire shine"......forget it....the spray gets all over the rim and is a magnet for brake dust. This situation results in your car wash being a total waste of money. Today though........stick a fork in me as I might be done for good with this place.. I stopped in on my way to work and when I went through the wash, one of the left spinners did a number on my left side non folding side mirror. (of course I didn't see it until I arrived at work and was wiping all the SHINE spots off my doors and tire wells) In all the time I've been going to Zax, that's never happened before. As far as the staff goes, I never had an issue with any of them. I like the girl with the multicolored hair, she's always nice to me. So.......take to heart what I said and use caution if you go there.

I have been to others in the surrounding area and they can't compete...the workers are super friendly and always helpful..the car wash does an excellent job at getting my car clean..it shines so bright looks new again. This is a pretty decent car wash place. I pretty much only go through the touch free automated lane. I usually get the top wash as of this review I believe it cost around $12. Which is nowadays about average, or so, in terms of cost. However, the quality of wash, which is very important to me and I have to say they do a pretty good job overall considering that it is touchless and there are no brushes rubbing against your car and possibly scratching it even if they say soft cloth car wash because you have to remember, even though it could be the softest materials there is still dirt and other things debris hidden deep within the soft brush bristles that could rub onto your car especially at the rate that those things are turning and scratch your car that’s if you care about your car’s paint. Anyway, long story short overall, I am satisfied with this car wash. Think it’s a pretty good place. Don’t have anything else to complain about. Hope whoever goes here feels the same way. I am aware there are people out there who have higher expectations. But remember this wash took or takes about roughly 5 minutes or so so for a fairly quick car wash it is a decent job. Just remember when you choose to get the undercarriage done as well, remember to drive slowly very slowly so it does spray the underbelly of your vehicle as well.

The car wash was fine. It did what it was supposed to do. However, THE MACHINE WHERE'S YOU PUT MONEY IN TO PAY FOR THE CARWASH IS GARBAGE. PUT THE BILL IN, IT SHUFFLES IT IN AND OUT, LIKE ITS TAUNTING YOU, THEN IT SPITS THE BILL IN OUT. I was almost levitating, that's how pissed I was. I ended up leaving, using the original $20 to buy a cartridge. Elevated my mind with that cartridge and, then came back with a different $20 bill and.... Someone go replace that bill machine.

2014 Ford Escape Just looked over the car we got a 160.00 gift certificate for a detailing we picked up the car outside looked great when I looked inside I seen dried pop still on the plastic in back seat dash was still dusty floor mats being weather guards I thought they would clean them but nope just left in back seat All and all pretty bummed out I pay 100 bucks at the ford dealership and get my trucks back looking like they are off the show room floor definitely won't be going back

Great service helping out with their new machines and a lot of new upgrades. I do not recommend getting the tire shine. The machine misses your tires or mistakes the footsteps or running boards for tires. Recommend the towel dry do it buy hand to prevent this

New owner and a lot of new equipment. Free vacuum stations, free mat cleaner with a cool thing to put your mats in to be washed and dryed. I got the premium package and its 28 bucks but they have monthlys from 17 bucks. All in all a great wash. Keep up the good work because my truck is always pristine when i leave. Love the towel dry and they give free dash wipes and air fresheners.. pretty cool.

Pretty good establishment for me if you enjoy really washing your car and detailing this is a good place. I only wish the time would last a little bit longer between washes and there’s not a shaded area to dry your car off and you don’t really wanna dry your car off inside the wash booth to hold up other customers, but I found this place due to the fact that I like to wash my own car. It works out great for me.

I'm actually quite upset at this place. Just about the only thing that was operational was the quarter change machine, at least at the time of my visit. I tried to use the vacuum and cleaning accessories, but both ate around $2-$3 of quarters before I gave up and left. The quarters that are also dispensed from the change machine are junk so they'll be unusable in other coin acceptors. The quarters out of the change machine were so bad that over half of them didn't even work on the machines at this location.

We had our restaurant power washed for the first time in a very long time and I forgot what fresh cement looked like! All of our high foot traffic areas were no longer dark, and years of greasy buildup in the dumpster area was washed away. Kevin the owner even took the time to test different ways to clean our fabric awnings which are pretty delicate. Very happy with how everything turned out.

Usually I do my own hand washing and sealing/waxing but since I daily drive my car year round I decided I needed to step up my protection with a ceramic coating. I took my mustang in to Flawless for a 2 stage paint correction and application of Optimum Gloss Coat ceramic coating. The process took 5 days (over labor day weekend no less) from drop off to pickup which was reasonable given the amount of labor, prep, and cure time involved. I have to say the wait was definitely worth it. The car came out looking gorgeous, the flat body panels are basically mirrors now and the gloss from the ceramic coating makes the mustang look like the photoshopped perfection you see in a car ad. Clinton was really easy going, accommodating, and knowledgeable as well. He knows his products and made sure the coating had the proper time to cure before releasing it to me since I had to pickup in the rain and even offered to hold the car in his shop another day just for the weather to clear up. Come time to pick up, he told me he applied a complimentary coating of Opti-Glass on the windows to match the coating on the rest of the car which was awesome. They also unexpectedly had given the interior and floor mats a quick clean and vacuum which was a nice touch, saved me having to do it the next weekend! Even without the complimentary services though I felt that everything was fairly priced and well worth it. Overall I had an excellent experience, the car came out wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flawless Auto Finish to my friends, family, or anyone else.

At the time of this review, I've had the car for a little over a week after the ceramic coating Clayton had done and all I have to say is the car looks FLAWLESS. The experience was very straightforward and the communication from the shop made things very comforting. I took my car in to get a full ceramic coating for both the body and wheels and they did a great job. Experienced and professional, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a proper job done.

I went to Brilliant Car Care this week to get the Glisten Package, to treat myself and Subie for my birthday/got you anniversary. My appointment was at 11:00am and I sat at the coffee shop across the parking lot. My Subie wasn’t ready until 4:30. When I got home, I looked in my back seat and pulled the middle console down, when I did there was pet hair. I was charged for pet hair removal so I called the shop and talked to Victoria. Victoria was very nice and sweet. She said I could bring my Subie back up. Which I did, even though it was an inconvenience and waste of mileage. She did acknowledge that she forgot that area and asked if there was anything else I saw. There was! Coffee going down my driver seat and marks on the cloth above the seats and etc. Victoria took my Subie back and 20 mins later she came back to get me. She gave me a free exclusive hand wash & wax card that she signed and said she was so sorry and if I ever want to come back again, here’s this card. It was a nice gesture. I just went to put my rug covers back in my Subie (had to wait for carpet to dry) and this is what I’ve found. They had my car for almost 5 hours total and they didn’t even detail clean my Subie. I paid $300 for what?! Also, there was whatever the thing in the plastic bag left in my Subaru. I think it may put air and light up..but it’s not mine. I had everything cleaned out of my Subie in preparation for the detailing. **Update** I talked with the GM Frank today, he offered for me to bring my Subaru back up to the shop to get it re-cleaned. That would be the 3rd time I would drive up to the shop to have my Subie clean when it should have been done properly the 1st time. I do not want to spend any more of my time there nor waste anymore gas and mileage. My time is valuable and money is tight. Frank then offered to give me some portion of my money back.. I paid $309 with tip. He said he could send me a check for $209, the person Jason who worked on my Subie needed to be paid for the time he spent on my Subaru. I get it, someone did spend time on my vehicle and of course I don’t want them to go without being paid. I’m just annoyed with how much inconvenience this was. I will adjust my review when I receive the check from Brilliant Car Care.
